"It's the signers job to battle Neos. I don't even knwo why they brought you." Pathfinder pointed at Drake. "Anyways, you should all get going, Neos, or should I say PoC, could be planning to destroy the world right now."

Drake is so full of himself, why did I even bring him...

"OK, but I guess we have to wait, seeing has how AKI ran off." James hopped on his d-wheel again. "I'm ready whenever though."

"It's feels good to be in the spirit world. I'm going to visit my folk while we're here. Anything you plan on doing Militum?" Gale was pretty care-free for it possibly being the end of his home world.

"Well, Gale, I want to see what's been going on in the mountains, mostly to talk to my family, much like you, but i also was to help build up the mountains defense incase Neos decides to attack the mountains."

"Don't worry!" Michi answered. "I will tell AKI-sempai what happened here. After all, she is my nee-chan!" She then realized that the others were staring at her, and she put her hands on her hips, scowling at the Signers. "What?!? I've decided that AKI and Rayos can be my brother and sister, just like Alius and Meata are! AKI is my nee-chan, and Rayos is my nii-chan! Is that alright, Meata nee-chan? Can they be my brother and sister too?"

((How exactly did AKI get back to the real world? I thought that all the portals were one-way and the teleportation card is currently on the floor in Drake's garage))

 

"Hey!" Drake said, Wyvern lashing his tail around the senior Pathfinder's arm, "I may not be a Signer, but I don't need to be. I've been in the possession of a Signer Dragon for almost a year and a half, and in all the Duels I've used it in, I haven't lost one."

 

"Well technically..."

 

"Rayos, every time I dueled you, it ended up in a tie. That doesn't count." He sighed "Wyvern, let her go." He commanded, and Wyvern readily obeyed.

 

"Yeah, no." Rayos told Michi "I'm not sure I trust you yet." He turned to Meata "You brought us here, so you're OK, but you," He faced Michi again "You could just be a Doppelganger Token, or any number of hindrances, so no, I'm not your brother."

Michi started to sniffle and then erupted into tears. "But...but...I've just wanted a family ever since my father and mother and brothers and sisters died when the Aliens attacked. In fact, looking back, I realize that my extreme prejudice against the slimy montrosities might be why I gave you a hard time. I just want someone to care of me, but Meata had the more active portal to take care of, and Alius was always doing...whatever Alius did."

"Um.. I... uh," I don't knwo what to say, I mean, shes been acting weirder since last time i saw her. Has she gone crazy? "Well... it's up to them, if they want to be, sure, if not... And since Rayos said no..."

"Well, whatever, I say we wait for AKI. Who knows where she went, but you signers need to stick together." She got on her D-wheel. "I'm ready whenever she comes back."

((Rayos was never in the Spirit World and yeah, but you're including JAPANESE in an ENGLISH RP on an ENGLISH speaking anime forum. It makes no sense in context.))

 

"You tried to stall us from getting here. As far as I'm concerned, you may as well be allied with the Power of Chaos himself, and, as far as I know, you are." Rayos told Michi.

 

"Jasmine." Drake said, making a single bladed Duel Disk appear on his arm "Since you're the only person here I've never Dueled with or against, I think a brief practice Duel is in order to gauge each other's skills." He drew five cards. "Besides that, AKI's off God knows where and I haven't actually dueled without actively trying to kill my opponent for a month and a half, and it could be a nice change of pace."

She unhooked her duel disk and turned around. "Besides the fact that you said 'I'll come as long as you don't mind me killing anyone I duel,' or something like that, sure, let's go!" She drew five cards. "Ladies first, Draw! I summon Harpie Lady 1 in attack Position." A pink haired lady with wings and sharp claws appeared on the field. "I'll set a card and end my turn." She relaxed her body, and stood up from the d-wheel.

"Draw." Drake said, "I Summon Volcanic Rocket in Attack Mode." He said as a large flaming dinosaur themed ship appeared in front of him "Now, I activate my Rocket's effect, adding Blaze Accelerator to my hand. Now, I activate my Blaze Accelerator, dispatching my Volcanic Shell to destroy your Harpie Lady. Now, I pay 500 Life Points to add another Shell to my hand. It's your turn."

 

Ilana, meanwhile, hadn't moved from where she was slumped against the wall of her room, not even when everything was covered in the fire-be-gone. It seemed like the Laval Duelist's mind had completely vacated her body, leaving her an empty comatose shell of a person, the aftereffects of Cici's mind probing no doubt.

AKI eventually managed to pick the lock, and slipped into Ilana's room with all of the grace and stealth of a backing dump truck. After tripping over designer clothes, she reached the seemingly lifeless Ilana, and examined her. AKI sat down next to Ilana, and placed her hand on the Drone's forehead. AKI closed her eyes, allowing herself to psychically enter Ilana's mind.

AKI appeared inside of Ilana's mind, a firey landscape where even the fire seemed to be on fire, in the form her holographic avatar. "Whoa." AKI commented as she surveyed her bleak surroundings.

After AKI's optical sensors managed to adapt to the flames, she realized that she was standing in a city, made of fire, that was being burnt down. The fires in the city were mainly two-toned, bright pink and purple, colors that no terrestrial fire could have naturally put off, while the fires coursing through the ruins were darker reds and almost black in some places, again impossible for most terrestrial fires to create. A long ways off, longer than any human could have possibly heard, a girl was sobbing. Given the current situation, there was only one possible candidate: Ilana.

AKI then realized that her optical sensors never malfunctioned, as she was here mentally, but that she hadn't been able to see the city due to all of the flames, which had tried to conceal the city until AKI broadcast her existence. AKI realized. She headed for the sobbing until she found a small child that resembled Ilana huddled in the corner of a building, her back to the Signer. "Ilana?" AKI asked, moving slowly towards the girl. "Is everything alright?" AKI gingerly placed her hand on Ilana' shoulder.

((The city is made of flames actually))

 

The girl flinched violently away from AKI, trying to make her self as small as possible and pressing against the wall like a child clinging to her mother's leg. She started sobbing even more now, and let out a few pained sounds.

 

"She's not going to hear." Ilana said, walking towards AKI. She looked exactly like she did when AKI first met her, seductive, flirtatious, self confident to the point of arrogance, acting like she was the hottest thing in the room because, usually, she was. "She's taking over though, despite her wounded girl act. She's trying to bring me down from the inside." She sighed and stepped out of the flames that she was standing in, revealing that she was holding a pink sword with a black handle in her hand "Thank you, for showing up to help, but Cici's hold on my subconscious was relatively weak, I just needed time to focus my emotions, but I'm better now, back to my normal self."

 

The girl chanced a look at Ilana and immediately buried her head in her arms and knees, trying to cover as much of herself as she could. The brief look at her face, however, told AKI something very important. The girl had black sclera, red irises, and two Dark Signer tattoos running down her face, resembling the real Ilana's. No, exactly like the real Ilana's.

"I could help." AKI replied. "I want to help. I can take some of this burden off of you and transfer it to my psyche. I feel guilty for what happened to you, and I only want to make you feel better so you can help us. Besides, I think it would make Rayos feel better too. Aki got down on one knee and lowered her head to Ilana. "Please. You may have retreated inside of your mind, but I can feel the intense pain you are going through. I can sense the burning desire for revenge and a longing for someon you have lost, and I want to help you obtain those goals."

"If you want to help, get out of my way." Ilana said, raising the pink sword in her hand and walking towards the crying child "This form you see cowering against the wall is the physical manifestation of Cici's power. If I manage to remove her from my psyche, I will be back to my old self, ready to help you out with whatever global crisis or crises may befall you." She smiled seductively "And, of course, I'll always look this fantastic while I'm doing it. The tattooed devil girl look just doesn't suit me at ALL."

 

The crying child scooted to put as much of AKI's body between her and Ilana's mental image as she possibly could.

 

Across the street from the portion of Ilana's psyche where AKI currently stood, there was a small, perfectly circular body of water the size of any one of Ilana's mental buildings, occupied only by a single sandy island occupied by a single brunette female of Ilana's age. This girl, however, looked quieter, more reserved, than Ilana could ever possibly pull off, and was dressed in a sand colored skirt and a matching top.

AKI noticed the girl on the island and picked up the Dark Signer portion of Ilana, being very careful not to let this portion of Ilana contaminate her as she could become evil as well, but then she sensed something, and let the child ride on her shoulders. She went over to the edge of the water surrounding the island.

"HEY!!!" AKI yelled across the body of water. "Who are you?!? You don't look like Ilana, so what are you doing here?!?"

The girl on the island said absolutely nothing and didn't seem to react to AKI's voice, not bothering to even turn around to face AKI. In fact, despite the fact that AKI was facing her from a different direction than before, the girl on the island appeared to be facing away from AKI at exactly the same angle.

 

The child-like Ilana tried to hide behind AKI as much as she possibly could, given that the adult Ilana was following them out onto the flaming street, still holding that pink blade in her hand "AKI, please, don't make this more difficult than it needs to be. Just give me the girl and I'll do what needs to be done." Her voice broke as she spoke and she choked out a few sobs to convince AKI that she was being forced to make an agonizingly difficult decision "I just want my body back..."

Jasmine watched as her Harpie burst into light fragments. "Draw! I activate the effect of my Harpie Queen in my hand. By discarding her, I can add Harpie's Hunting Ground to my hand, and I'll go ahead and activate it." The land around them chnaged from a rainbow surounded land to a place with no clouds, sun, or anything else you would expect for a field surounded by winged creatures. "Now, I'll discard a card and activate my Histaric Party! By discarding a card, i can special summon as many Harpie Ladies as I can from my Graveyard, and both my Harpies are treated as Harpie Lady. I'll Bring Them both out. Now because of my Hunting Grounds, when a Harpie Lady's summoned, i destroy a spell or trap on the field. Two Harpies, two cards." Jasmine watched as Blaze Accelerator and her Hunting Ground disappeared. "Small price to pay. Now Queen, Attack Rocket." The Harpie slashed at the creature as the area turned back into Neos Space.

AKI turned to the Ilana that was headed for them. "More like you want THIS body!" The formerly Dark Signer version Ilana was now normal, and clinging onto AKI for dear life, while the Ilana with the sword now had the Dark Signer markings. "You're the majority of Ilana that wants to join Cici, but this portion wants to stay seperate. You tried to deceive me, but once I was able to touch this section, I knew that you had manipulated my mental image to make the reverse seem real. I only have one question: Why are you trying to destroy this portion when it's part of you, and if you destroy it, this section of your mind, which contains most of your memories, will cease to exist, making you lose your memories of Tara?"

Drake smiled as Rocket was destroyed "Now, let me guess, you're going to attack me directly with your worthless Monster since I don't have any cards on my field, and thus can't possibly block that blow. Is that your line of thought, or did I miss something somewhere?"

 

Shadow Drone Ilana sighed and stabbed the now black sword into the ground "I don't care about that worthless @#$%& Tara, I love Cici. She's the one that opened my eyes and showed me that she loved me more than Tara ever would. She's the one that showed me how weak my Spirits made me. That's why I took care of them first." The hilt of the blade split in half and unfolded parallel to the ground, the fire at Ilana's feet turning black and slowly spreading outward. A platform of black energy also erupted from the hilt and Shadow Drone Ilana's deck appeared on her Wrist Dealer.

Aki turned to the child Ilana. "I'm afraid we're in a bit of a jam, but I'm going to ask you to do something you might not like." She changed into her more tougher cyborg form, and opened up her chest cavity. "Before I tell you my instructions, I am just warning you that I have no sexual connotation or underlying meaning behind what I am about to ask you to do, though that may come later. That being said, would you kindly get inside me?"

"Yes, indead, that was what i was thinking. Harpie 1 Attack." The bird lady with pink hair sliced Drake wiht it's sharp claws. "I'll set a card and end my turn."

James just sat back, noticing his signer mark glowing. "AKI. I have to wonder how a robot, or cyborg, could possibly be a signer, with no flesh arms for the mark to appear on. Kinda makes you wander what the Crimson Dragon's thinking." James looked around, noticing both Gale and Militum were gone. "Probably just decided to fly around."

[Blackstone Dresden]

Shadow Drone Ilana sealed Ilana's feet in black fire, while also doing the same thing to AKI's feet and reverting her back to her Avatar "My mind, my rules." She told her as the flames extended up to AKI and Ilana's waists, but didn't burn either one of them "As my Life Points go down, I'll lower the flames restraining one of you until my Life Points hit 2000 and one of you is free to go. But, as your Life Points drop, I'll steadily destroy parts of Ilana's subconscious, meaning that even if you win, the pathetic girl will just be an empty shell of herself no matter what. At any point, you may surrender the Duel to me and I will kill the girl and let you leave untouched."

 

"Battle Fader's Monster effect." He says, Summoning the draconian Fiend in Defense Mode "My Life Points are safe." He watched as she finished her turn and smirked "Draw." He stated, appraising his hand "I Summon Red-Eyes Black Chick and Activate his effect!" He said, holding up the card he just drew and placing it on his Duel Disk "Red-Eyes Black Dragon, come forth!" The tiny Dragon in an eggshell aged into a large imposing black Dragon "Now, I activate Inferno Fire Blast, inflicting 2400 Points of Damage to you." Red-Eyes shot into the sky and sent a fireball beyond the Harpies, right at Jasmine. "And I'll end my turn with a face-down."

 

"James, have you seen my Mark yet?" Rayos asked, showing his newly reformatted draconian Duel Arm to the Head Signer "It's carved directly onto my Gauntlet, explain that one, then try and argue how AKI can be a Signer, even though she actually was human at one point."

"My turn, Draw! I summon Cyber Harpie." A metal suited harpie much like the others appeared. "Now I'll equip Queen with Cyber Shield." Armor appeared around Harpie Queen that had a silver shine to it. "Now this increases the attack of her by 500. Now attack his dragon." The harpie ripped the dragon into shreds.

He looked at Rayos' mark, which made him think about Mark. "You may have a point."

"Hopefully AKI, as you called her, will get back soon. All she's doing is keeping the rest fo you waiting."

((Actually, AKI's organic portions were grown in a vat and then assembled together with her mechanial parts on the ouside, making her never actually "human", but I digress.))

 

"Fine then. I guess I go first." AKI replied, drawing her card. "I draw, and I play Trident Warrior in Attack Mode!" An armored soldier wielding a trident appeared. (1800 ATK)

"Next I will Special Summon The White Stone of Legend!"

A tiny egg sprouted from the ground. (300 ATK)

"Now I will Tune my Stone with my Trident Warrior!"

The Stone glows, and turns into a ring, while Trident Warrior becomes 4 rings.

"Synchro Summon! Raptor Dragon"

The array erupted, and a strange monster leapt onto the field. (2100 ATK)

"A set a card and end my turn."

AKI's Life Points jumped to 8000 and a large armed golem appeared next to her, flame spouting from the twin battleaxes in its hands. "For... Tara..." The now-normal looking Ilana said, standing next to AKI "Next, I Activate Graceful Charity, adding three cards to my hand at the price of two more." She drew and discarded and nodded "Two face-downs."

 

"You signed your death warrant." Shadow Drone Ilana said "Jurak Protaps in Attack Position!" She stated, "Now, thanks to your Raptor and your Warrior, my Protaps gains 200 ATK!" The fire on the Dinosaurs back flared twice "Jurassic World!" She shouted, causing a large jungle to replace the flaming city, and making her Dinosaur's back flames flare three more times "Jurak Protops, destroy Laval Warrior!" The real Ilana made a motion towards her Spells and Traps but the Shadow Drone Ilana raised one hand and forced Ilana's hand away. The Monster was ripped to shreds "I set two cards face-down and end my turn."
