Duel Academy V 1.0 (Started/Advanced/Always Accepting.) PG-13

Looking intently at Zack, Donovyn hears Elliot tell them not to duel. "You hear that? Apearantly, the Ceremony's about to start, finally." he said, letting out a sigh at the end. "Well, either way, we may still get to duel, just gotta let em know we want it." he said, deactivating his duel disk. He slid his deck out, and placed it-every card-in his left jacket pocket. "too bad, it would have been fun dueling you while you were all riled up like that. Then again, it could be more fun to duel you while your calm and thinking rationally." He said, finally spotting the Chancellor.

"Well Donovyn, at least your thinking rationally." Elliot complimented. Elliot then look around for Kimi. He then noticed a mysterious figure. "Huh, who's he?"

"Ok Zack, but wait, do you see who's behind Kimi?"

"Huh? Ya? Who IS that? I can't see well this far away from her."

[The Dragon Duelist]

He walked towards the podeium speaking into it slowly. "Hello. I am Elijah Smith. I will be your Dean and Gym teacher here at Duel Academy East." He placed his hands on his head whiping the sweat from his brow. "I would like to welcome you all to the opening of this grand school." His voice was so calm even though his face was showing he was nervous. "I want to get down to business and say that I will be holding a tournement in the middle of this year so I want you all to practice and prepare. Also I would like you to each get to know the others in your dorms and your teachers." He bowed lightly before speaking again. "Well I wish you all the best of luck."

Suddenly they weren't able to see the person anymore. "Whoa, Zack! Is it just me or did that person disappeared just?"

"Huh? O ya, your right!" Zach said "(who was that? I should probably be worried. ARRRGH! Nothing makes sense!)"

"Oh yeah, great, just ignored me like that...." Elliot said sarcastically. He then return to looking around to try to find the mysterious figure. "Where could he have gone?"

"First of all, 'person dissapeared just' is improper word order. Second of all, there was never anyone there. Third, it seems we won't be getting an official duel. We'll just have to wait a couple more minutes and find out, though judging from those words, we may just be waiting here for him to dismiss us to our dorms." Donovyn said, looking intently at Elijah. "Still, that doesn't mean we can't duel on our way, no one said that we have to show up to our dorms on time, and he did say he wanted us to 'make friends,' more or less. What better way to make friends at a duel academy than by dueling one another?"

Elliot continued his way through the crowd looking for the mysterious figure. On his way he could see Zack and Donovyn asking the Dean for a duel. "Heh, those guys...." As he searches he saw a mysterious card on the ground. It was pretty badly burned so Elliot couldn't make out what card it is. "Huh, this might be something to keep in mind." He put the card in his pocket and continue his way.

He thought for a moment. "And to start off the term I will be accepting challenges for a duel. The duel will be held in the arena inside the auditorium. So if you wish to take on a former pro come find me." He smiled warmly as the outline of a huge dragon duel spirit appeared behind his body as he stepped off towards his assigned seat. He turned around his eyes seeming to glow as he sat down crossing his legs looking out towards the crowd.

"Today just keep getting weirder and weirder...." Elliot thought to himself as he make his way towards the end of the crowd. He noticed that the Dean was saying something to the crowd of students. "Hmm, I wonder what's happening over there, and is there going to be a duel or anything." Elliot's stomach then began to rumble. "{Rumble, rumble} Ugh.... That's not good.... I forgot I skipped out on breakfast this morning.... Hopefully they'll have a dinner celebration in the dorms later on...."

I rush to the arena in the hope that I could have a shot at the dean. I have to get past many students going in many directions as I try to make my way to the arena as I approach it I get an odd chill down my spine, but unlike most people who would be scared by the pressure I'm feeling I get a slight thrill from the thought of having a chance to duel not only a former pro but the Dean of my school. As I get to the duel arena I reconsider using my Hero deck against a pro but then I decide that if it can't stand up to him nether would my Junk Deck.

(If this is after 5Ds then can I have a duel board???)

He waited for the crowd to clear before he snuck off. He headed towards the duel arena quickly. "I guess I should go straight there." He sighed lightly walking to it at a steady pace reaching the doors leading into the Academy. He changed his pace quickly walking into his room and changing his outfit into his usual dark blazer. He grabed his pitch black duel disk walking downstairs leading towards the arena. "I wonder who all will be there?" He thought quietly as he opened the door to the arena. He noticed the kid on the arena alread. "I see. So you wish to duel me?"

Sigh "You ready for a Duel." I activate My Duel Disk then draw 5 cards. I assume at this point you've drawn 5 cards "I'll go first I draw" I draw my sixth card then smirk. "I summon Elemental Hero Sidekick, then I'll play my Fake Hero Spell card to Special Summon my Elemental Hero Neos, and because I have at least 1 Elemental Hero on my side of the Field I an Special Summon my Elemental Hero Spitfire now I'll Synchro Summon my 3 monsters in order to summon Elemental Hero Imperial Neos" I'll set 1 card and end my turn.

Kimi had walked over to talk to some of the other girls and had already made a few friends, but even then, the entire time she felt she was being watched. She tried to pay no mind and simply decided it was time to Duel. "hmm....I wonder who I should challenge....the guys I was talking too seemed strong...but I'm betting Donovyn and Zack are gonna duel so...." she looks towards where the guys are at but instead notices Jazeth. "I would go say hi....but he looks so busy....I should wait. " she let out a bored sigh and went to look for something fun to do.

[The Dragon Duelist]

He walked up to the arena sighing lightly activating his duel disk. He slid his deck into the slot placing his right hand up to the deck drawing five cards. He looked up at the monster not showing any sign of doubt or fear in his eyes. He drew his sixth card. "From my Hand I summon the card Red-Eyes Wyvern!" His monster appeared growling at the monster as the young man spoke. "But he won't be here for long. I remove him from play to Special Summon My Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon in attack mode!" His monster burst forth roaring loudly. "Now I use his special ability! I special summon my Red-Eyes Black Dragon in attack mode!" He set down his second card looking at his opponent. "I set two cards face down and end my turn!"

"I activate my Monster's effect now I special summon 1 Neo-Spacian in my deck now I'll summon My Neo-Spacian Grand Mole, Now I draw and I'll activate Miracle Fusion and send my Neos, Sidekick, and Spitfire to Summon Elemental Hero Emperor Neos, and I'll Normal Summon my Elemental Hero Heat, he gains 200 ATK for every Elemental hero on my side of the field so he goes up 600, now I'll attack your Red Eyes Black Dragon with my Grand Mole sending them both back to our hands then I'll use my Emperor Neos to attack your darkness metal dragon and follow up with my Imperial Neos and Heat. Oh I should mention that Emperor Neos is unaffected by Spell, Trap, and Monster Effects."

Zack walked to his dorm, when he went into it, he saw a Academy Duel Disk with blue for Obelisk around the edges on his desk, it was with a note from the Dean: 'All students get a Academy Duel Disk in their dorm color, have fun.' "Hmm, sweet, since I forgot to bring MY duel disk, it's a pretty good deal." Zack said in response to the note. Zack picked up the duel disk, put it on, and headed down to the arena to duel "(GRRR! I REEAALLY don't like Kaiba. I hope I can defeat him. PHSH what am I thinking? I can defeat that jerk easily.)" Zack thought while looking at his decks "Hmmm? Should I mix you guys for the first duel? Prove that I was the best at... at... THAT Duel Academy?" Zack asked his decks "YEAH! More Elemental Hero's, Fusions and Synchros in one deck!" Avian responded "OK!" Zack said as he mixed his decks and removed some cards from the mixed deck, the Synchro Deck cards in one pocket, the Fusion Deck cards in the other, when he got to the arena, he saw a duel was already going down, so he went into the first row of seats and sat down to watch.

[Sander]

After the ceremony ended, Xander sighed, "Finally, took the dean long enough.." he said as he talked to himself. "I guess I could duel the so called "former professional" of a dean." he talked to himself again.

 

As Xander arrived at the duel arena, he saw that somebody was already dueling the Dean. I guess it's for the best. Can't be showing off my best deck to anybody this early, even against the Dean.

 

Xander started heading out to get to the Obelisk Dorm, he saw Donovyn standing there. Xander walked to him, "What's a Kaiba doing in a Ra Yellow suit?" he asked bluntly.

Kimi was enjoying the duel, but of course, she just wanted to get in a duel herself. "Hmm...." she had already grabbed her new duel disk, and she was just having an episode of OCD as she continually shuffled her deck until she felt it was good enough, though that didn't seem like it would happen. However her attention soon went towards the boy with the overly powerful Neos cards. "those seem interesting....but are they really that strong?" The white Shadow appears again, this time with a smirk.

[Sub-Zero999]

Zach was staring at the boy with the Elemental Hero Avian. "hey im in Obelisk too. i dont know how but i am." Zach was still eating his black marshmellow. "hey, is that an elemental hero avian, i dont have that card, but i have elemental hero black neos. its pretty strong." Zach was tired of eating black marshmellows, so he grabed out an oreo. "you want an oreo?"

Elliot exited the area to try to go find Zack and Donovyn. "I wonder if they're gonna duel? All of this anticipation is killing me! {Rumble} Oh yeah.... That'll probably kill me first though." Elliot said the last part in a hopeless and sarcastic way while he thinks about a cheeseburger. "I wonder what's that about a tournament being in the middle of the school year? By then I hope I make it to Obelisk Blue, I mean Zack and Kimi are already in there, and there's no doubt in my mind Donovyn's gonna make it, but I wonder what about me....." Elliot starts to question his own abilities as a duelist. "Am I going to turn out to be a failiure? What if I'm never going to be good at dueling like a pro? My dreams..... Are they going to shatter just like that? Boy, this is really depressing. I would be more positive, but I'm just so hungry. I'm probably going to past out. AH!!! EVERYTHING'S GOING WRONG FOR ME TODAY!!!!!!!" Elliot yelled with an extremely loud voice that it coul be heard all the way back to the ceremony area, where still the mysterious student was eating black marshmellows, then he switched to an oreo. Elliot covered his mouth in surprise of his loud voice and quietly said to himself, "Oh no, not again...." He then ran off....

Zach was soo tired after waking up around 6 in the morning. (oh my god i need my sleep. my family knows that i need to sleep until 11 now weres my room.) "ok then i need to find my freaking room WERE IS IT! calm down Zach calm down. oh here it is." Zach went into his room and found a bed in the very corner of the room. "here i am huh, why is there another bed here. hm i dont know ill just try to go to sleep." right when Zach went into his bed, he was out cold. nothing can wake Zach up when hes sleeping.

"I had a chance to get into Obelisk, but I opted to skip the prep school most first years attend to get into Obelisk." Donovyn said when Xander asked him about being in Ra. He then walked back to his room, where he noticed an academy issue duel disk, with a note saying it was standard. "Interesting idea," he said, picking up the Yellow-rimmed disk. He then looked at the Dragon-Wing, white disks he was already using. Donovyn opened a drawer on the disk he found in the room, and set down the academy disk in the drawer, closing and locking it. He shuffled his deck again, and walked back to the academy. "I wonder if I'll find Zack there. Someone needs to prove to him that that cards are just cards. Ink on paper, a symbol of power and status, but nothing more."
