"I'm looking for Elliot....... do you know where he might be?" Zack asked taking off his helmet "(I hope he doesn't do anything stupid...... we can't risk him losing more of his memory, he might forget his family.......)" Zack thought to himself, preparing the pen in his back pocket just in case "(What am I thinking? He won't......... or will he? Oh well....... only one way to find out......)" Zack thought.

Elliot's dad was surprised by Zack's reason for visiting. "You here to find Elliot huh? I guess this would happen now or later." Elliot's dad responded. "I have no idea how Elliot lost his memories, but promise me that you'll help him get it back, alright?" Elliot's dad asked. "(So Balkion is right, Elliot knows about the Duel Academy. And Zack is here to look for Big Bro. I hope Big Bro is okay.......)" Felicity thought to herself. "Well Elliot has been gone for awhile now. He didn't say where he was going, but knowing Elliot, he probably went to the pier. He always goes there when he's thinking about something important." Elliot's dad proclaimed.

Donovyn imagined an arrow pointing to him with the words "Descendant of Seto Kaiba" written in Neon Blue at the top of it. He and Quai walked next door to where Zack was pointing, and knocked on it. After about 2 minutes, the door opened and Donovyn was accepted inside, with Quai helping him sit down in the over-stuffed chair in the living room, which looked more like a shrine to Red Dragon Archfiend than a living room. "So, what brings you here?" someone said with either a British or Australian accent, which as everyone knows sound almost exactly the same.

"Ok, thanks." Zack said before putting his helmet back on and running to his Runner, he jumped on and started to go, he pressed a button on the left side of his helmet and a picture of Jake came up on the left side of the screen on his helmet "Jake, meet me at the pier, bring the chopper." "Right on Zack." Jake exclaimed. A few minutes later: Zack found Elliot throwing rocks into the ocean, he got off his runner and sneaked up behind him "Hello Elliot...." Zack greeted with his helmet on.

Elliot was continuing to throw rocks into the ocean, when suddenly he heard someone said hello. Elliot quickly turned around and saw Zack with his duel runner helmet on. "Huh, oh,it's you........... What do you want from me?............." Elliot said with a cold tone of voice. Elliot then stood up from the pier and looked at Zack. "I guess I don't need to put on this act for any longer huh?" Elliot said, giving a halfhearted smile. "I guess you would be Zack huh? I know that I'm part of the academy. So what now Zack?" Elliot asked coldly.

"We get you back to Duel Academy, that's what." Zack explained, the hard wind trying to blow his dorm jacket away "But first, we need to tell your family, I have a chopper coming." Zack explained just before a chopper touched down behind them "Looks like I'm good with cues...." Zack explained scratching the back of his head "Now, let's get going.... everyone misses you, me, Kimi, Dan, Axel, we all do."

Elliot stared at Zack, happy but also a little bit sad at the same time. "You guys miss me huh?" Elliot said as he turned and looked at the ocean. "Funny, I can't say the same thing........ I don't remember anything that happened at the academy........ Isn't the ocean beautiful this time of year?" Elliot said as he picked up a rock and threw it at the ocean. "You see that hole I'd just made. That's like my memories, there's a hole in my memories. If I go back, it would be like I'm a stranger to everyone. So why should I go?" Elliot explained while staring into the vast ocean.

"Everyone would do anything to help you get your memories back..... and we need all the help we can get to win this war...... pull out your deck....... talk to the Brionac card......" Zack explained "(I hope this works...... seeing Brionac's duel spirit should jog his memory.......)" Zack thought, then held up Stardust Dragon, he appeared next to Zack "Elliot...... I know you can hear me........ Zack was your best friend in Duel Academy...... or so it seemed......" Stardust Dragon explained "(Why did he go and say that?)" Zack thought.

"You can help me huh?" Elliot asked. "Well then tell me this, how are you going to help me?" Elliot added. He then turned towards Zack. "That deck from earlier, the Ice Barrier deck. You're saying that's mine correct?" Elliot asked. Elliot then walked towards Zack and stopped in front of him. "Can I see it? I wanna see that deck." Elliot said. "I will determine if it's my deck or not." Elliot added as he held out his hand awaiting Zack to give him the deck.

"I already gave you the deck today at the card shop, remember?" Zack asked "Pull out Brionac, talk to him, he should jog your memory." Zack explained pointing to Elliot's left pocket "(I hope he- wait, he has forgotten that........)" Zack thought "(Brionac....... please........ show Elliot that he belongs on Duel Academy Island.)" Zack thought then sending Dan a message via PDA reading 'Dan, Elliot lost his memory, but I'm talking to him, I'm starting to get to him.' "Oh, wait, you gave it back." Zack said pulling the deck out of his left pocket and handing it to Elliot.

Elliot took the deck and looked at the first card on it. It was Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier. "So this is my so-called deck huh? Pretty powerful if you ask me." Elliot complimented the deck. Just then, Brionac's card shined brightly as if to tell Elliot something important. "Huh, the card is shining......." Elliot said to himself then he looked at Zack and smiled. "I see......." Elliot then turned and once again faced the ocean. "(My destiny........ is at Duel Academy.)" Elliot thought to himself as he turned back to Zack. "Very well, you convinced me. I'll go back." Elliot proclaimed giving a friendly smile. "However, I'm not going to leave right away. I need a break for a little bit. When I'm ready, I'll go back to the island." Elliot added.

Dan checked his messages on his PDA and found a letter from Zack. "So it seems he found Elliot, hope things work out." Dan said confidently.

"Ok, come with me, we need to get you to your house first...." Zack said walking his Duel Runner to the chopper "Come on." Zack said when he was on the chopper "(I hope he hurries up..........)" Zack thought to himself thinking about how they were doing back on Duel Academy Island, then going over to the end of the dock, looking on the direction of Duel Academy Island "We're coming back guys...... we're coming back.......... soon." then walking back onto the chopper.

Donovyn and Quai walked out of the house, Donovyn with a smile on his face. "Thanks for the tea, it was delicious." Donovyn said as they stepped away from the door. "See you again at some point, Donovyn," his host said as he closed the door. They walked next door to the Rune house. "Zack is probably going to bring Elliot back here, we'll wait for them here." Quai told Donovyn, setting him down on the front steps leading up to the door. "Yeah, probably, good idea." Donovyn agreed

"Alright then,let's go back to my house." Elliot as he walked over to the helicopter. "(I don't know what will happen in the future, but I might as well face it now.)" Elliot thought to himself as he got on the chopper. "Hi there, I'm Elliot." Elliot said towards the person controlling the chopper. "So are you a part of Zack's family or something? Or are you just a hired person?" Elliot asked curiously as the chopper flew up into the air. "(I've never been in a helicopter before, this is pretty interesting actually.)" Lucas thought to himself.

"Hired, I'm his and his grandfather's agent. My name's Jake, yours?" Jake asked, flying to Elliot's house "(Wow, Zack IS good! I wonder what'll happen next?)" Jake thought while arriving at Elliot's house "Here we are." Jake said opening the hatch "There you are." Jake explained, then Zack jumped out and saw Donovyn there "....... I see you're done talking to Jack huh?" Zack asked "So, are the rumors true?"

"Turns out, mommy has a secret. She's Jack's daughter, but they had a little falling-out before she met my father, and they still haven't gotten over it yet. Another secret, he makes some pretty impressive tea." he said as though it were just another conversation about the weather. He looked to Elliot, "And how are you doing today? Haven't seen you in a while." he said as if he expected Zack to have returned Elliot's memories already, as if it was as easy as opening a box.

Elliot exited the helicopter with Zack. There he saw two people sitting on his porch. One of them looked like a person in his photograph, it was Donovyn. Just then, Donovyn asked Elliot a question. "Umm, I'm fine, thank you. Uh, who are you again? I remember you from the picture I have, but I'm not sure who you are exactly." Elliot asked while scratching the back of his head in embarassment. "By the way, when you said Jack, did you mean Jack Atlas?" Elliot asked curiously. "Wow, I haven't seen Mr. Atlas in awhile. He always used to duel me." Elliot added.

"He did? He's a friend of my grandpa ya know." (Wow..........)" Zack thought, while thinking if anyone else would end up popping up where they are................... "(I wonder if anyone else's gonna pop out of nowhere........... kinda like Josep does..............)" "5, 4, 3, 2, 1.....................0" Zack counted out loud...... "(Now someone else comes......... I think....... right? Am I right?)" Zack thought.

Jazeth watched over as the students were about to leave, he could easily destroy them....or could he, for some reason he felt they were stronger then before. "hmm, interesting.....what have they been doing? no matter, I can still destroy them....but if I don't revive Onaga soon, then it may be too late for me...but it is never too late for lord Onaga." he activates his Duel Runner, a flying Black Dragon Shaped runner, and began to speed off in the other direction.

 

Josep DID appear in the helicopter. "Hola! what's up peoples...sorry we're late, but we kind of stopped for lunch....." Kimi was right next to him drinking a soda. "Dad ate like 100 sandwiches.....those people won't need to do business for the rest of the day...." she stated as she looked at Elliot, and while her father wasn't looking she winked at him.

Elliot noticed the arrival of another helicopter, this time it was Kimi and Josep coming out of the chopper. "(Huh, it's that other girl from before. She is also in the picture I have. Guess she's Kimi then. And that's the legendary Josep Zavara! Whoa, what is he doing here?)" Elliot thought to himself. "I guess I must've known a lot of people......." Elliot said jokingly. He then saw Kimi winking at him, and Elliot started to blush. "{Blushing} (Huh, what was that for just now?)" Elliot thought to himself. He then lowered his eyes a little bit in embarassment.

"Wow, I'm good." Zack said jokingly scratching the back of his head, Zack saw a card on the ground, he picked it up "Huh? I don't remember this card in my deck.... but it's Crow's..............." Zack explained as he put it in his deck, then he looked to the sky, no signs of the card dropping from the sky, "It wasn't there a second ago..... oh well......" "(I wonder............ naaaaah, it couldn't of been.)"

"Can't say I'm entirely surprised, Elliot, it's not like you could just open a box and return all your memories." he said, looking Elliot straight in the eye. "So, anyway, I'm going to assume Zack gave you back your Ice Barrier deck. You did duel with that deck at least once before. You lost, but I was on the ropes a couple times during said duel. Maybe using it again will return some of your memories." Quai looked at him surprised. "But, sir, you aren't supposed..." he began. "I'm aware, Quai, that's why you're going to duel for me." "Sir, you're father doesn't want a non-Kaiba using the Blue-Eyes cards." "Then use your own deck. Elliot, do you accept?"

Elliot heard what Donovyn had said about a duel between him and Quai. "Umm, I guess I will." Elliot answered. "Hold on a minute, I'll be right back." Elliot said as he ran into his house. A couple of minutes later, he returned with a duel disk. "Alright, got a duel disk." Elliot said as he prepared his deck and placed it in the duel disk. Elliot then readied the duel disk and drew five cards. "Alright, I'm all ready. I'll go first." Elliot said as he drew his sixth card. "I play my Bushi of the Ice Barrier in attack mode and end my turn with a face-down!" Elliot exclaimed.

"Alright, then, my turn," Quai said, having already activated his Duel Disk. "I draw. First I play the Spell Card Dimensional Fissure, then I play Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer!" he said, as he played his card, a rip appeared in the sky, revealing a world of darkness. Then Kycoo appeared and shook his beads. "I'll end my turn by playing one card face-down." He removed his Horn-Rimmed glasses and cleaned them on his shirt. "Okay, Elliot, lets see what you've got in store.

Zack found three OTHER cards on the ground "Another two cards?" Zack asked himself as he picked them up "!!!!!!! Th-this card! Plus this card equals! ______ ___ ___ ______!" Zack yelled as he removed two cards from his deck and added the two he picked up "(That card....... I'll keep it safe with my life.....)" just as Zack thought that, a giant shadow appeared next to him "Aah, so you're the chosen one to hold our cards...... good luck to you in this war....." the shadow said before disappearing into Zack's deck.
