Zack yelled drawing his five cards, then his sixth "I summon Stardust Synchron in attack mode!" (lvl 2 Tuner ATK: 0) "I activate the effect of Stardust Synchron! I summon Stardust Wyvern from my deck!" (lvl 4 Non-Tuner ATK: 1800) "I tune my monsters! With the help of Elliot! I Synchro summon thee! Brionac Dragon of the Ice Barrier!" (lvl 6 Synchro ATK: 2300) "I set two cards face-down and end my turn!"

The Shadow Drone then morphed its body into Elliot whose body was missing along with his left arm and half of his face missing as well. "Ugh.............. Zack.............. Why............ Why are you trying to get rid of me........... I'm your friend aren't I?........... {Coughs Blood}" The man was standing on the tower looking on at the duel. "Humph............" A dark aura then surrounded the two. "Zack.............. I don't want to go to the Shadow Realm............ Please............. Let me win Zack........... You always say that you put your life up for any of your friends.............. Please Zack........... I want to live............" Elliot pleaded.

She heard his voice, and looked up, she saw his appearance, but with the light in her eyes almost gone she couldn't get a good view of him. "Elli-kun.....is.....that.....you?" she saw Axel and Zack about to duel him and she couldn't understand why. "Why...why are you attacking Elli-kun....." she was having a hard time breathing, she was confused and scared, were Zack and Axel turning evil as well? why would they attack Elliot?

Elliot turned to Kimi and started to shed tears. "Kimi........... I'm begging you............ Please make them stop............... I don't want to go to the Shadow Realm............... Please............... I'M BEGGING YOU STOP THEM!!!!!" Elliot yelled out. "(What the?! No way! I can't believe it! What a dirty trick!!!!!)" Dan thought to himself. "Kimi............... My body................. it hurts................. I can't take more of this........... AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Elliot yelled out fiercely.

Zack fell to his knees "Wha?" "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Zack screamed in confusion "This doesn't make any sense........ wait....... there can only be one explanation." Zack said getting off his feet and pointing at Elliot "Really only two, one: the man let you out of the shadow realm which is very unlikely." Zack said with a smirk "Or two: You aren't the real Elliot!" Zack yelled then looked at the man who was behind all this "Isn't that right?" then something hit Zack, he looked to his right to once again find the vision "Zack.......... you have to go with what your heart believes in..........." Yusei said "Right!" "(How on earth am I able to see him? This makes no sense.........................)" Zack thought, his aura getting stronger, now able to see through the trick that the man did "Kimi! That is NOT the real Elliot!" Zack yelled.

Kimi would not listen to him, all she cared about was the fact that she could see Elliot, kind of. "Stop attacking Elli-kun......leave him alone, what's wrong with you Zack?" she started getting angry and the ground began shaking again, in her eyes it seemed that Zack was now the evil one, trying to fight a weakened Elliot, she herself was slowly losing her mind but if she saw Zack attack Elliot, Kimi may not be able to hold back anymore. Her aura seemed to be fluctuating crazily, as if she couldn't control it anymore.

"THAT IS NOT THE REAL ELLIOT! YOU HEAR ME!? I CAN PROVE IT! I STILL HAVE THE DECK HE ENTRUSTED ME WITH! AND HE'S SAYING THAT HE NEVER WENT THERE! SO DO YOU HEAR ME! YOU GOT THAT!" Zack yelled, his aura getting stronger and stronger, Zack not being able to feel any pain............ "(That is not the real Elliot! I know it! That Elliot is a fraud! So, no stopping the unstoppable.....)" Zack thought.

"no no no! Shut up!" she wouldn't hear these kinds of lies from a possessed Zack, she activated her duel disk and began stumbling due to the fact that all her energies were crumbling around her, but her psychic drive was beginning to fluctuate causing the ground to split in various fissures and cracks. "Shut up Shut up Shut up!" she yelled in anger she couldn't believe that a Shadow believed itself to be real, and that it was trying to make her go against Elliot.

 

Josep began feeling the tremors from far away, this meant only one thing, Kimi was in a huge amount of distress. "Dammit....he took a step forward but was stopped by his own Duel Spirit. "Are you sure I should let them deal with this? they're not like we used to be...they're still all too young....I know that if I try I could be left in critical injury, but do you think those kids care about their own physical being? They're being as reckless as I used to be and to be honest that is the only way they can win, thinking it through gives them too much doubt......you're right...I did just contradict myself, very well I will have to give them more time..." the Spirit seemed to tell him something, but it seemed to be inaudible.

Dan ran up towards Kimi and grabbed her by her arms. "Kimi! You gotta calm down! You're losing your grip of reality!" Dan exclaimed as he quickly but gently pulled Kimi back from getting any closer to the dark aura surrounding Zack, Axel, and Elliot. "Kimi! Listen to me! You have to get a hold of yourself! That's not the Elliot we all know! Elliot would never beg for his life like that! He would fight back even if the odds were stacked against him! Kimi, look deep within your heart, is that the Elliot you know?!" Dan asked as he kept Kimi in place. "Kimi.............. please help me..........." Elliot said as he tried to reach out to her. "No Kimi! Look deep within your heart and you'll know that's not Elliot!" Dan exclaimed. "Humph..........." the man then closed his eyes again. "What will it be Kimi......... what's in front of you, or what's in your heart..........." the man said.

Shadow Zach was smiling like crazy when he saw his cards in his hand. "HAHAHAHAHA! ok then i summon back Ally of Justice Garadholg in attack mode and now i use the ritual spell card, The Zombie Army so i now tribute Allure Queen LV3, Versago the Destroyer, and Unknown Warrior of Fiend to summon The King of the Dead so now its attack is 4500 HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!" Zach gasped when he heard that. (oh no, he summoned the King of the Dead! im going to die!"

"Kimi! Dan is right! That is not the real Elliot! I still have his deck, his whole spirit revolves around Brionac! Majestic Star Dragon is still trying to get him to see the world!" Zack yelled then looking at the vision of Yusei...... Yusei shrugged, Zack turned to Brionac on his side of the field "(Elliot... I hope you can hear me with this...... Kimi is being tricked by the darkness...... I know your spirit hasn't completely disappeared from this world...... I know you can hear me through Brionac...... now all you have to do is talk through him..... please...... remember us...... your friends here on Earth..... please! Kimi is being tricked by the darkness! Your the only one that can save her!)" Zack thought, hoping that the real Elliot could hear him through Brionac..... and talk through Brionac.

The mysterious man reopened his eyes and turned his attention to Zack. "If you are trying to communicate with your friend through his cards, then you are more foolish than I first thought............. Your friends soul is not within Brionac's card............ And unless you win the battle, you'll never find out where your friend's soul is..........." the man proclaimed as he turned his attention towards Elliot. Elliot than transformed back into the drone and laughed wildly. "We can now proceed with the duel......... Only you, Axel, and Dan will be able to see the drone, however Kimi will still view it as Elliot begging for mercy......... Let's see how it will transpire........" the man proclaimed.

"Shut up....leave me alone!!! Leave Elliot alone!!!!" she yells, the ground shaking violently causes some trees to fall around them, when one tree was about to fall on her it split in two and crunched over her head until it was nothing but a cloud of dust over her head. She looks at at Zack and Dan, her eyes pitch black. The air around her grew cold and the winds were blowing hard. "Stay away.....you Dark Shadows stay away!"

"(Elliot! I know you can hear me! Kimi is being tricked by the darkness that tricked you! Only you can save her! I know you can hear me through Brionac! I know your soul has not completely disappeared! I KNOW YOU CAN HEAR ME!)" Zack yelled in his head, focusing all his energy on getting his voice to Elliot "I ended my turn! Your go!" Zack yelled, hoping Elliot could hear him "(Elliot! I know you can hear me! Only you can save Kimi! Our bonds keep us close together! I know you can hear me through Brionac! I know you can speak through him too!)" Zack yelled in his head. Zack got his 'Sword of the Dragon' back, he threw it in front of him to protect him from anything outside the duel, then tossing another sword at Dan "Dan! You've gotta stay inside the barrier! It'll protect you!"

"Who the hell do you think you are!!!!!" She watched as the two Dark Duelists were trying to protect themselves using Zack's Shield. "Don't you dare pretend to be Zack!" she pushed her hand forward and a powerful Psychic blast pushed on Zack's shield. It didn't break but it did cause the area to shake. "I'm gonna take you down!" She kept firing various Psychic bolts at Zack and Dan, it would only protect them for so long. "You're not...gonna get away with this!"

"Damn it! Kimi! You have to calm down!" Dan yelled loudly as he was dodging the blasts. He then held Kimi tightly to stop her from getting any closer to the duel. "Things sure are getting interesting! My turn!" the Shadow Drone exclaimed as he drew a card. "I play Heavy Storm to destroy your face-downs and then I'll summon my Vorse Raider in attack mode. Then I'll play Black Pendant to increase my Raider's attack by 500!" A black pendant appeared on Axe Raider, increasing his strength. "Now attack Brionac!!!!" the Shadow Drone yelled as Axe Raider came charging at Brionac.

Zack yelled as a shield appeared around Brionac, deflecting a little bit of it at Zack "UGH! But I still take damage." Zack said still on his feet. Zack LP: 7900 "(One last time! Elliot! I know you can hear me! Kimi is being tricked by the darkness! it's me Zack! PLEASE! Respond! I know you can hear me through Brionac! I know you can speak through him too!)" Zack yelled in his head.

"Who the hell let you touch me you pervert!" she was getting angrier by the second and with a psychic pulse she elevated Dan as he was still desperately holding onto her. "Get off of me!!!!" she used a psychic bolt on herself and rammed both of them into a tree, hitting Dan head on. "Get out of Dan you damn shadow!!!!" she looks over at Elliot, who isn't helping her. "Elli-kun! please help....they're holding me down....Elli-kun!"

"Very well then! I end my turn with a face down!" the Shadow Drone exclaimed.

In the dark empty void Elliot was in, a light started to shine through. "This light............. I feel warmth..............." Elliot said as he stared at the light. "Kimi.......... She's in trouble................" Elliot said as a faint part of his memory came back. From Brionac's card, Elliot was able to see the duel. "Humph............. It seems this boy is proving to be quite bothersome........." the man siad to himself as he looked on. Elliot's spirit was able to come out next to Kimi. "I can probably stop her........." Elliot said as a bright beam of light traveled towards Kimi. "I hope this will be enough to disable her powers for a bit............" Elliot said to himself.

"Then its my turn I draw, now I my Dark Future Fusion activates come forth Evil Hero Inferno Wing, but the cards used to summon it were Evil Hero Steel Wing, and Evil Hero Siren and when their used in place of Avion and Burstinatrix They destroy your Set Spell, Trap, and Monster cards. Now I'll play Dark Fusion Using the Rock Golem on my field and Evil Hero Elecman To Summon Evil Hero Lightning Golem and by their effects say goodbye to you face up Monsters and Spells." Axel is burned by the 500 points of damage that comes from Dark Pendants effect. "Now both my monsters will attack you directly. Kimi can't you even see through a simple illusion your cards weep at your own weakness!"

(lvl 2 Tuner ATK: 0) "I activate his effect! I special summon Stardust Paladin from my deck in attack mode!" (lvl 4 Non-Tuner ATK: 1800) "I tune them! I synchro summon! Stardust Warrior!" (lvl 6 Synchro ATK: 2100) "Stardust Warrior gains 300 attack and defense for each 'Stardust' monster in my graveyard! Right now I have five! Would of been four if it wasn't for Brionac! For a grand total of 3600! Now, Stardust Warrior! Attack directly!" "(Elliot! I know you can hear me! Use Brionac to respond!)" Zack thought.

"You were able to defeat my drone, and in such amazing time as well............ I guess I should've call on a more powerful drone than that one............." the man proclaimed as a portal opened behind him. The mysterious man then walked towards it and stopped for a moment before going into the portal. "As a result of beating my drone in battle, I shall tell you about your friend Elliot........... Elliot is not completely gone from this world yet............ Go on and live your life as normal and he will return one day............. Enjoy it while it last..........." the man said eerily as he walked into the portal. The portal and the dark aura surrounding Zack and Axel then disappeared.

[Barian Warlord]

After the man disappeared into the portal Axel began walking away his dark aura still twisting around him. "Kimi, Zack, I want you to take this to heart even if Eliot doesn't come back you have to move forward your hearts right now are far to weak to do anything you may be able to fight together against a single enemy but if you can't rely on your own heart for power then eventually even those cards that are squeezing every ounce of power to help you win will fall to darkness."
