Zack saw that Kimi was having difficulties, so he started to help her out "Ok, let's go." Zack said as he looked in the direction that Dragon Master Knight looked in "Kimi.......... we need to hurry, do want me to do anything to help?" Zack asked "(She's having difficulties.................................... looks like she needs help.............)" Zack thought, waiting for a response "(Elliot.... I will help you....)"

As Dan was continuing to rearrange his deck, Valafar appeared beside him with a sorrowful face. Dan then put down his cards and turned to Valafar. "Hey Valafar, what's wrong?" Dan asked concerningly. "It's Elliot............" Valafar said. "Elliot? What's wrong with Elliot?" Dan asked. "He's gone........" Valafar replied. Dan then quickly stood up from his chair and bang his fists onto the table. "Gone?! Whataya mean gone?!" Dan asked demandingly. "Elliot's gone from this world........" Valafar replied. "N-no.......... This can't be..........." Dan said as he fell into his chair. "Damn it! Why?! How could Elliot just disappeared?!" Dan exclaimed as he ran out of the cafeteria.

The shadow was looking serious when he drew his card. "uh i wanna have some fun with you so now i summon Ally of Justice Gradaholg in attack mode so now its attack points are 2900 so good bye Armageddon Knight! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!" Zach gasped when he heard that laugh. (oh man, i have nothing to protect Armageddon Knight! what am i goi-) Zach grinned at the Shadow and laughed. "hehehehehe sorry but you activated my Ordeal of A Traveler! you probably know how this works." "ummmmm middle.............. Trap!" "sorry, Ally of Justice Garadholg goes back in your hand. (man i didnt know this - this - thing could be so stronge) "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Zach fell on the floor when he screamed.

Kimi had been pretty upset about what had happened, and she just couldn't bring herself to say anything to Zack. She really seemed effected by this, and she completely failed at trying to hide it.

 

Josep was looking towards the towers, it looked like he would soon have to deal with the incoming invader's himself. "I can sense Kimi is in stress....if I don't keep an eye on her...she might..." he remembers when she was a child, and the first time she had unleashes her mother's psychic abilities, she had thought her father had been killed by a deranged duelist, in her anger she had destroyed the arena until Josep was able to prove that he was alive. But what about Elliot?

[Spirit of DMG]

"Follow," the soldier riding the dragon said, gravely, "we haven't a single further moment to waste." he said, mounting the dragon in a riding position. The dragon flew off, in Donovyn's direction. He led them toward where Donovyn was laying on the ground, Wingweaver's body was still only half gone, laying on the ground, disintegrated only up to her waste. "They seem to have fallen behind. Send up a flare." the Soldier said, and the dragon complied. It charged a massive attack, and launched it into the sky.

"..... Kimi........ I'm going................... I'll be back to help ya out." Zack said before running in the direction of where the blast was. 35 seconds later: "Wow, never thought I could run that fast...." Zack said while looking at Dragon Master Knight, then at Wingweaver, then at Donovyn, he bent down "Hey, Donovyn, hey Donovyn, wake up buddy." Zack said while lightly slapping his cheeks to try to wake him up.

While Donovyn's physical body lay on the ground in Duel Academy, his mind was elsewhere. He was in what was undoubtedly a mountainous region. He looked around, and noticed a dragon he didn't recognize, circling a single area of mountain. He attempted to climb up to that area, but found himself to be unable to do so. The dragon noticed, and came down to him, One of the dragon's heads was lowered, and Donovyn climbed on, unsure of what was going on. The dragon flew up to the area it'd been circling, and Donovyn noticed a nest, with a solitary egg in it. He looked, and both heads nodded. Donovyn picked it up, and examined it. "Why am I here, and what am I supposed to do?" he asked, feeling he needed to do something.

As Dan made his way towards the dorms, he saw a girl on the ground. Dan immediately ran over to her. "Hey are you okay?!" Dan said as he helped her up. "You don't look so good. Why are you hurt so badly?" Dan asked concerningly. "Did someone hurt you? Damn, I hate to see when a girl gets hurt! It's just not right! So are you able to stand on your own." Dan asked as he noticed that the girl was sad about something.

 

-Meanwhile-

 

In a dark void, Elliot's body was lying unconcious. In his mind however, Elliot was wide awake. "Where am I.............. I feel cold.............. My body.............. I can't move my body............."

Zack couldn't wake him up....................................................................... so he backhanded him hard, thinking two things that are, kind of the same "(Ok, one: He's gonna be yelling at me for doing that, and two: I'm in big trouble for backhanding a heir of Seto Kaiba.....................................................)" Zack thought "Oh well......" Zack said out loud, while waiting for him to wake up.

[Spirit of DMG]

The area around Donovyn faded to black, and before he knew it, he was laying on the ground with a lot of pain on the side of his face. He made a weak vocalization, and tried lifting his arm to try rubbing the pain in his face, but ended up allowing his arm to fall to the ground. "Z-Zaaaack." he said, weakly. It was then he noticed the Dragon Master Knight standing behind Zack. It was not clear, but more than a Shimmer, just barely enough to tell what it was. "It's good to see your eyes open, My Lord." the Soldier said. Donovyn smiled, figuring out what had happened. "Thank...you" he said, drifting off to sleep with a peaceful look on his face.

"Oh..... he didn't yell at me for backhanding him........ well now I have a new problem................. carrying him to his dorm......." Zack said as he picked him up and rushed to Donovyn's dorm......... it took him a while to find it, but when he did, he opened the door, walked in, and put Donovyn on his bunk, Zack took Donovyn's duel disk off of him and put it on his desk with a note, the note read: 'Hey Donovyn, hope you're fine, and sorry for backhanding you..... it was the only way to wake you up. From: Zack.'. Then Zack left, not wanting to be there when he wakes up, so he ran back to where Kimi was, he saw Dan there "Hey Kimi, you ok? Oh hey I think I know you from somewhere...... Oh ya! You were hanging out with Elliot a lo-!!! *sniffle*" saying Elliot's name made him start to cry a little bit.

"Huh? Hey I know you. You're Zack, aren't you? Yeah, Elliot told me about you before." He then noticed Zack tearing up. "Umm, hey man, are you alright?" Dan asked concerningly as he continued to hold up Kimi. "So I guess this must be Kimi? I heard a lot about you too. It seems Elliot has a huge crush on you, hehe." Dan said to try and lighten the mood. "Anyways, I came out here to try and find Elliot because my duel spirit Valafar said he was gone. So tell me Zack, what happened? Where'd Elliot go?" Dan asked concerningly.

"..... W-w-well...... h-he got taken over by the darkness................. *sniffle* th-then he ch-ch-challenged me t-to a d-duel................ a Shadow Duel....... I w-won...... now.......................... he's gone....... I-I promised him I'd take care of his deck until we get him back.........................." Zack explained, holding up Elliot's deck to show him "(Elliot.................... I promise to get you back! You WILL BE BACK!)" Zack thought.

Kimi tried to put up a smile, just to say hello, but she was feeling too distraught to do anything. As she looked up, her eyes seemed empty but she was still okay, at least that was what she told herself in her mind. She looked at Dan, and all she could do was give a slight wave, other then that, not much emotion was showing from her at all. Her Duel spirits were beginning to worry, as Kimi's mood could effect them as well, if things got bad, then they would feel it as well.

"WHAT?!" Dan yelled loudly. "N-no way............." Dan was in shock as he lowered his head and looked at the ground below. Dan's eyes started to water. "{Sobbing} Why........ How could this happen?............ Elliot, why did you let the shadow consume you............" Dan said quietly to himself. Dan then raised his head slowly. "Whoever did this to Elliot will pay! I may not've known Elliot for very long, but he's still my friend, and friends help one another. Zack! Kimi! We need to find a way to save Elliot! We just can't mope around! We have to do something!" Dan exclaimed. "Valafar!" Dan yelled as Valafar appeared before the three of them. "Do you know anyway of getting Elliot back?" Dan asked demandingly. "I'm sorry, but I don't know........" Valafar replied. "Damn it! What are we gonna do?!" Dan asked.

"I know how too get him back! We defeat the one who tricked him into joining the darkness!" Zack yelled, putting Elliot's deck in his pocket "I hope Elliot doesn't mind if I do this....." Zack said as he took a card out of the pocket where he put Elliot's deck "Elliot will actually be helping us bring him back!" Zack said holding up Brionac "But I won't let you guys duel the one that took him! I'll take him down! I don't want anyone else losing a Shadow Duel! Nothing you can say can change my mind!" Zack said with a serious expression on his face.

"The guy who made him joined the darkness?" Dan said confusely. "Well if there's another person who did this then we need to find him or her!" Dan yelled loudly. "Zack! You want to take him down right?!" Dan said while reaching into his pocket. "Here's my PDA number, you can call me anytime for help! If you two are Elliot's friends then you're also my friends, and friends always have each other backs, no matter what!" Dan said as he handed Zack and Kimi his PDA number. "You two should also give me your PDA numbers. Although, Kimi, you don't looks so good right now. Zack, we should probably carry her to her dorm. Do you know which way is it?" Dan asked.

"Let's give her a minute ok? Here's mine." Zack said handing Dan his PDA number "I'll just wait here, you go get ready, I might not want you guys risking your lives, but I want you guys around when I beat that guy and get Elliot back!" Zack said before sitting down and editing his deck "(Ok Elliot.................................. I'm coming....................... we'll win this war together!)" Zack thought.

"Wait a minute Zack, how do you know where to find this guy or what he even looks like in the first place?" Dan asked looking a Zack while he's editing his deck. "I mean you don't have magic powers for locating people, do you?" Dan asked in a serious tone. "Also you don't have to worry about me. I'm a good duelist so if anybody tries to duel me, I'll be just fine. But Kimi, she doesn't look like she's in any condition to duel." Dan proclaimed as his face saddened. "Elliot........ Don't worry bud, you'll be back to this academy very soon. Just hang on, wherever you are......." Dan procliamed. He then looked back at Zack.

"You're right, I don't have any powers, if you see me doing anything like that, remember......... my sword is a transformed duel spirit, now, back on subject, if I'm right then he'll come to me.........." Zack said with a smirk "(I just need to do that..... if I'm right, he'll want someone use full to him... so I'll make him come to me.)" Zack thought, putting the finishing touches on his deck, then putting Brionac in it "Elliot if you can hear me..... I'll get you back." Zack said to the card before adding it to the deck.

"Well Zack, I hope you're right about this man......." Dan said worringly. "(Elliot just hang in there, your friends are coming to get you.........)" Dan thought to himself. "Zack, if I see anything, I'll be sure to tell you right away." Dan proclaimed as he put Zack's number into his PDA and then putting his PDA into his pocket. "Well, what do we do with Kimi? Do we bring her back to her dorm or what?" Dan asked.

 

-Meanwhile-

 

Elliot continued to lie in the dark void, lifeless. "(Why can't I move.................. I'm also so cold.............. Zack................. Kimi................. Donovyn............... Zach................. Axel.................. Dan.................... Why do I know these names?..............."

 

-Meanwhile-

 

"Humph................ So the boy wants to get his precious friend back huh? How interesting.............. compassion........... friendship............. hope.............."

Zack stood up and whispered something in Dan's ear "Nothing right now, get her some time..... for now you just go get ready, I'll stay with her.............. she's still suffering the loss of Elliot...... we all are" Zack whispered before going back to the same position, this time laying down in the grass, staring into the night time sky, where he thought he saw the shadow of Elliot, Zack pulled out Brionac one more time and whispered something to the card, hoping Elliot could hear him "Elliot..... I'm coming to help you....."

Elliot continued to lie in the dark void motionless. Suddenly, he heard a voice that sounded familiar to him. "(What................ What is this?............. This voice.............. It sounds............ so familiar.............)" Elliot thought to himself. His body then started to felt light and movable again. Elliot tried his best to get up from the ground he was lying on. As he stood up, Elliot started to wander around in the never ending darkness. "Ugh............... Why.......... Why do I keep remembering these names............" Elliot said to himself as he looked upon his hands.

 

-Meanwhile-

 

"Alright Zack, take care of Kimi. I'm gonna go back to my room to rearrange my deck with my special cards that I keep hidden. I'll be back." Dan said as he ran off towards the direction of the Slifer Red Boy's Dorms.

Zack's deck glowed, and seven more cards appeared, Zack noticed it and took them out of his deck case "!!! You guys! I thought I left you at home for my little brother to use! Well...... as long as you're here..... we have a better chance of winning this war..... and get Elliot back......." Zack said as he put them back and pulled out Brionac "You hear that Elliot? We're coming.................." Zack said to the card...... again.

[Sub-Zero999]

Zach was struggling to get up off the floor. "uh........my.............turn........right?" Zach drew his card. "ok then........i tribute Armageddon Knight to summon Alien Mother in attack mode and because of my dark puddle it is now 3300 attack points so now i attack that face down of yours." Zach grinned at the shadow. "now Archfiend Soldier attack his lifepoints directly. heheheheh AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! ow im ok, im ok."
