Josep smiled as the small Spirit landed on his shoulder, and hearing how modest Xander was. "still, to be one of the best is still something...when I was your age I was only the best Slifer...not much of a title right? but a title I was proud of...." he eventually felt the shockwaves abnove them. "hmm...seems like things are getting rowdy up there...guess I was right to worry....."

I draw(Fruit machine GO!) now then, I flip my face down (I remembered) Mystic Guardian-Shirayuki! you see, had you attacked, my friend here would not have died...but to increase lethality I summon the Mystic Guardian-Maxine! and no matter what, the monster she attack is destroyed in battle Maxine! attack her Neo-Daedlus!" The blond monster appears with lightning surrounding her staff, as she collides with the beast she is destroyed as well, but the energy residue causes Daedlus to collapse. "Now then, Shirayuki! you can get her directly!"

"wait Elliot, we were suppost to duel remember?" Zach stopped Elliot from leaving the arena while he was eating a black marshmallow. "so common Elliot back on the Arena, Please Duel with me. I havent dueled with anyone yet." Zach hopped onto the Arena as he was having a grin on his face. "well come on, hop up here."

The shaking grew making the entire academy rumble violently. Elijah burst through his door checking they entire room as if looking for something. His eyes opened wide as he realized what was going on. "No..." He slowly said as he turned to his window to see the three huge structures tower over the entire area. He placed a hand on his head and sighed. "So... It has begun." He looked as a loud roaring sound echoed through the school.

"That sound.....well, this just made my visit interesting...." Josep looked for the nearest exit from the tunnels, he would have to find his daughter later.

 

"What the hell is going on out there...that was way too loud to be from Solid Vision.....what do you think Eva?" Kimi said as the roar shook their room, making it difficult for them to stand.

 

On the academies roof, Jazeth simply looked on. "Finally...something exciting happens, soon you will have your moment Lord Hametsu.....but first those from that area must be dealt with...let's hope those kids have what it takes to defend their academy...if not...'

[The Dragon Duelist]

A dark cloud soon bagan to cover the area as the dean stood at his window. "I guess they have returned..." He spoke grimmly as if a ghost had come to destroy them. He sighed as he turned on the PA system. "Student's... I want all of you to.... report to the auditorium. This is not a drill. Those who do not report will be expeled... No exceptions." He turned it off turning around walking towards the auditorium at a slower pace.

[Aqua Girl]

Eva laughed,"Now that you destroyed my Neo I can special summon my monster from my deck! Come fourth Titan Dragon - Daeus!" Eva said, The monster Roared only to be suddenly over heard by the rumbleing, she then listened to what Kimi said, "Let us end this in a draw for now, we will take it up later"

 

Eva returned to her normal kind state, "Huh Whats that Rumbling?"

"(Does she...?)" Zack thought, still holding onto the sword, like he was expecting him to attack "Hmm." Zack was thinking about what he said about only being able to defend a few times, but Josep didn't know what sword Zack would use "Josep... you said that I wouldn't be able to defend myself from your sword?" Zack asked "Well this is the legendary 'Sword of the Dragon', your sword would be shattered the second it touched mine." Zack explained "So, would you still be willing to try?" Zack asked "(PHEW! He's wrong, but he doesn't know that...)" Zack thought, holding the sword even tighter in his hand.

Before Elliot and Zach could begin their duel, Dan and Valafar popped out of the vegetation. "GAH!!!! Dan! Valafar! What are you guys doing here?" Elliot asked while he was trying to catch his breath. "Ell! I finally found ya buddy!" Dan said happily. "You were looking for me?" Elliot asked. "Of course! You're our friend!" Valafar replied. "Heh, thanks guys. That made me feel special." Elliot said happily. Just then the ground started to shake violently. {RUMBLE!!!!!} "Gah! What's this?! An earthquake! Do you guys feel that?!" Elliot asked worryingly. "Yeah! This is a big one!!!" Dan said.

"Looks like things are getting pretty rough outside...the clouds are pitch black..... and the Dean said to get to the auditorium...so, we better hurry, before things get worse...." she turned off her duel disk and placed her deck back in her pocket "Let's hurry on down then"

 

Josep just looked back. "Look, I'd like to play around with magic swords, but I'm not talking about your blade, you're not gonna be able to beat me personally..." he looked back. "but if you want to try, do it after this little commotion, you guys need to get going to the auditorium, I have some business to attend to." with that he brought out his sword and slashed the ground, leaving a white trail which turned into a great flash, with that, he was gone.

[The Dragon Duelist]

He stood in the auditorium as the dark cloud covered a greater amount of the academy. He knew what would happen next , but didn't want to admit it. He held his decks out closing his eyes as a duel spirit of a red-eyes appeared. He sighed speaking to it. "Well old friend... we knew this would happen one day." The dragon nodded before speaking. "Indeed we did... I guess all we can do is wait for it to come." Elijah simply sighed as the dark clouds began to descend onto the academy.

"We need to hurry, I can do SOMETHING like what Josep just did, put my aim isn't that good, but pretty close." Zack explained as he grabbed everyone around him and stabbed the ground with the sword, it glowed, Stardust fell off of it, next think he knew, he was with the others, at the other end of the hall of the auditorium, Zack ran as fast as he could to be the first one there "(I wonder if I'm the first one here besides the Dean and other teachers,)" Zack thought... Zack looked at Mr. Zavara, he still thought that he had his card....

All three of them felt the tremendous pressure of the shaking ground. "Gah! This is crazy!!!" Dan exclaimed. "Ugh...... We need to get out of here. Alright everybody, put away your things and let's get out of here." Elliot said as he put his deck away. Just then, the Dean's voice could be heard from up above the surface telling everybody to get to the auditorium. "Hey guys, ya heard that?! It's the Dean!" Dan said. "Well, you heard him. Let's get going to the auditorium. But wait, which way do we go?!" Elliot asked. "Just follow me! C'mon let's get out outa here!" Dan yelled. All three of them then ran and got to the auditorium where they saw all of the teachers and Zack.

Jazeth just looked at all the students, as they were hurriedly seated into the auditorium. "hmm, looks like everyone is in a panic....but who wouldn't be with that cloud above us all....I knew this academy would bring it's little quirks."

 

Kimi had found herself a nice seat in the upper part of the auditorium, but she looked up and as soon as that dark cloud loomed overhead, she was a bit creeped out. "Is this what the end of the world is supposed to like like?" she exaggerated.

After the initial Rumble, Donovyn turned and walked off, back toward the Ra dorms. "I'm gone. You guys can stay and be buried in an earthquake if you wish." He was about to open the door to his room from the tunnel when the second rumble his, and fell off the ladder. "Well, that pretty much sucks." he said, climbing back up, closing the door just in time to hear the announcement. He began running toward the auditorium, knowing at was a little ways away from his dorm. He showed up to the auditorium a couple minutes after Zack and the others.

Zach ran for his life when they got to the auditorium when the all saw the teachers and Zack "hey what is going on here? why are all the teachers and Zack here? Just, whats going on!" Zach's Armityle the Chaos Phantom came out of a card and went to the teachers. "hey teachers, why are you all here, including Zach. so just take this somewere else so that Elliot and Zach can du-" "Armityle, get out of this thing thats going on."

Zack got trampled by the crowd, all but 10-20 of the seats were taken, so he sat next to Kimi, waiting, he didn't know what he was waiting for "UGH! OW!" the cuts and bruises started to hurt, especially the big ones on his legs and arms "UGH! Well, that's what I get for not being careful." Zack said out loud, holding onto his legs.... "(I wonder............ !!! GRRRRRAAAAAARRRRRRHGH! NO! NOT NOW! GET...... OUT...... OF...... MY........ HEAD!!!!!!!!)" Zack thought.

Elliot and Dan took their seats and began talking. "So Ell, whataya think is happening?" Dan asked. "Well how should I know?......" Elliot said comically and depressingly. "Well whataya believe is happening?" Dan asked. "(Gah, I hope this is not the work of Duel Demons.......) Well maybe it's just an earthquake and this is just the procedure we need to follow." Elliot replied. "Maybe, whataya think Valafar?" Dan asked as he lie back on his chair. "Well, I do sense something malevolent going on." Valafar replied as he placed his hand on his chin. "(Malevolent? As in evil?)" Elliot thought as his face comically grew grimmer and grimmer. "Hey Ell, are you alright bud?" Dan asked. "Yeah...... Just peachy........" Elliot said depressingly and comically.

Donovyn took the closest seat he could find, which happened to be two rows behind Kimi, directly behind her. He assumed his usual position, and waited for things to begin. "(That's what happens when you keep your head in the clouds, and don't pay attention to reality.)" he thought, hearing Zack's exclamations of pain, and seeing some of the cuts and bruises on his arms. "(so, what's all this about, anyway?)" he thought.

"Huh?" Zack saw his Healing Wave Generator come out and heal his wounds, he looked behind him, he saw Donovyn "(Heh, I wonder if Kaiba is going to see THIS.)" Zack thought smirking at him, about ten seconds after he thought that, you wouldn't even know Zack got hurt "Thanks Healing Wave Generator..." Zack said "Heh, I wonder if Kaiba saw THAT." Zack said, still looking at Kaiba in a 'Gotcha' way "..........................................................................................................................................."

Donovyn had been semi-napping since he noticed Zack was hurt. About the only thing he was paying attention to was listening for the deans voice so he could find out why he was there. "(This had better not be a waste of my time.") he thought, he inhaled and exhaled slowly, taking deep breaths, as if was about to fall asleep. He opened his eyes, then closed them, so as not to fall asleep before the dean showed up.

As they wait for the Dean to speak, Elliot and Dan looked over to saw that they were sitting next to Donovyn, and in front of Donovyn was Zack and Kimi. "(Wow........ How convenient that the people I see, are the same people I met during the first day of Duel Academy.........)" Elliot thought to himself. "Hehe, hi there Donovyn, Zack, and Kimi." Elliot said with a nervous smile on his face. "Kinda wierd that we're all sitting next to each other huh? Just like the first day of Duel Academy." Elliot proclaimed as he scratched the back of his head. "Oh by the way, have you guys met Dan yet? He's my roommate." Elliot said while giving another nervous smile. "(Zack probably can't even here me.......)" Elliot thought to himself.

It was to noisy everyone talking at the same time, so Zack didn't hear Eliot from two rows back "........................................................................................" "(I wonder...... does she..... or she......?)" Zack thought "(and HIM..... he'd kill me...... or would I kill him????????? This makes no sense, if I were to do that....... he'd try to kill me....... if I were to do that..... someone else may kill me....... but it depends.)" Zack thought.
