Iyusaka saw Karek with his shikai released. "Huh, so I guess you're taking this battle rather seriously insted of your usual approach huh?" Iyusaka joked as he felt Gesshooki's branches moved closer to the skeletons' heads. "This might not be the best time to reminisce, but this is just like the old days huh?" Iyusaka stated as he watched Doton Shogeki traveled closer to Kyokotsu.

 

-Meanwhile-

 

Takeda looked at the temple with awe. "Wow, this temple looks like it's completely made out of stone. I guess they didn't have better materials back then huh?" Takeda then began to travel up the temple with a nearby staircase. Before ascending, Takeda looked back at his group. "Well, c'mon you guys let's go. We don't have all day ya'know."

 

-Meanwhile-

 

Izearya watched as Kasen energetically made his way to the top of the temple. "Humph....." Izearya then slowly and calmly made his way towards the top as well.

Rey charged after Kasen, chuckling. He rubbed half-heartedly at the bruise Sven had given him. It didn't really hurt very much, but Rey still swore he would smuggle in some other rabid animals to attack Sven once this was over.

Rey wondered about who would win in combat, the current Espadas or the previous ones. He'd heard the old were stricken with in-fighting and betrayal, and none of them particularly liked each other. The current Espadas were much more cooperative, and they were even friends, to a degree. Rey and Kasen, for example, were very close.

 

"A treasure hunt? Sounds fun, doesn't it, Zasalamel?"

Akiyama allowed himself a half-smile. If the temple was made of earth, he would be all the stronger here; his Bankai would allow him to turn the temple itself into a weapon.

 

Akiyama jogged up the temple's side after Takeda. He didn't know what kind of guardian awaited them inside the temple, but he did know that he would rend it limb from limb, eviscerate it, and do whatever else was necessary to kill this thing. The Heigou would be the Soul Society's. Akiyama wished divine protection upon any who stood in their way. They would need it.

 

"Let's not rush to get there. We felt a powerful Reiatsu before, and I think the Arrancars might be here going after the Heigou too. If we let them get there before us, they and the guardian could start weakening each other, making our victory all the easier."

When Silvia reached the top of the stars she gave a smile that they were done. “Finally, we made it to the top,” she said then she saw the artifact, “Oooh, shiny.” She completely forgot about the figure she had saw earlier until her voice was heard and she appeared in front of them. When the female insulted Fui, Silvia grew angry and Drache fed off of it.

The weapon she held looked strong, but Silvia thought that the combine strength should be more then enough to take her on. When she said she was a True Bount and Former Primera Espada, Silvia knew that this would be a tough fight. She had heard about a True Bount from Fui once. He had said it in a convo once, but never spoke of it or explained it. All she knew was that it was better then what they were.

 

“We came for that artifact for Fui and we are going to get it,” Silvia said with anger building. As Kyokotsu summoned her doll, Silvia summoned Drache. “Zeige Dich Drache,” she called. As Drache formed off her shirt, she grabbed onto his horns and they flew up towards Kyokotsu. Drache spun around the golden Reiatsu and released a mass of flames towards Kyokotsu which Silvia split with one hand, sending it around Kyokotsu. Silvia also used the flames to hide their movements, bringing it up like a wall as they flew above Kyokotsu.

 

With Silent Flight being used, their sounds of going above her would go unheard to the roar of the flames. The flames struck Kyokotsu from the sides and front while Silvia flew higher into the air. “I have a plan Drache. We can steal the Heigou using our high altitude attack. Then we can fly out and return to Fui with it. Sound like a plan?” Drache nodded as they flew just a bit higher into the air.

When Kyokotsu asked if they would still continue to fight him and if they learned enough, Kisune gave a smirk and shook his head. As Kyokotsu’s Reiatsu flared up, Kisune couldn’t help but grow more serious. Christine looked at Saren as he regained consciousness. “You don’t want to know. It’s best if you recovered after showing off and giving us a way to escape,” she said to him while leaning him against a tree. “Me, this shinigami female you saved your life and this Vice Captain are going to protect you. Now just watch me show off,” she said and turned to face the fight. Rogue looked at her before turning to Saren, “Don’t worry. The boys can handle this one,” she said. Then she turned to watch the fight.

 

Kisune looked at Iyusaka and nodded his head while saying, “Yes. We will defeat him.” While Kyokotsu gave them a final warning, Kisune called out a simple, “No.” He watched Iyusaka form his Shikai and Kisune looked at his own. He closed his eyes for a second and went into his inner world to speak to his zanpakuto before going into this battle. “Are you ready Furendoregan?” he asked his zanpakuto. His zanpakuto, which held the form of a dragon, nodded his head and asked, “Are you prepared for the worst?” Kisune paused for a moment and said, “If I wasn’t we wouldn’t be here, doing this.” He gave a smirk and opened his eyes, returning to the real world.

 

Kisune held his ground while Kyokotsu went into Shikai and summoned the skeletons. ‘So not only normal shinigami, but lieutenants to,’ he thought to himself. Then as Kyokotsu went into Bankai and he saw the haori’s form, Kisune knew they would have to give it their all to beat him. When Kyokotsu and the skeleton’s shot the hado, Kisune knew he could try to use Danku, but it would only hold up for a bit. Using the same hado would only be overpowered. He had to think of something. Then as the wall appeared, Kisune looked at Iyusaka, noticing him forming the wall. “We’ll have to attack from different positions if we are to have a chance at winning,” he told Karek and Iyusaka, ”Lets bring him down.”

 

Then when Kisune saw him fire the Cero as well as the skeletons, he knew that the wall wouldn’t be able to take such a hit. He was right when he saw it crack and begin to break through. “Split up. We have a better chance separate from each other and we take the focus off the others,” he yelled out. He quickly moved to the right and out of the path of the ceros. While Iyusaka went for the heads of the skeletons, Kisune decided to go Kyokotsu himself. He had a trick up his sleeve that would prove valuable in tricking even Kyokotsu. He ran towards him, around the right side of the pathway that was created along the tree line. Then he activated Shunpo and appeared behind him. He slashed through the air, releasing a mass of purple flames as he did. The flames were sent into the back of Kyokotsu.

 

However Kisune had used a trick he created. When he had gotten behind Kyokotsu, he used another Shunpo, but left an after image behind him. It was his own form of illusionary techniques that he created for Shunpo. He could only do one image per Shunpo however so this would prove worthy to work since he had never shown it. He meanwhile ran back to Karek and Iyusaka while Kyokotsu would be focused on the image behind him. The flames he had sent however were real and would effectively land on Kyokotsu if it worked. Kisune had done this while Karek activated his Shikai and performed a similar attack. “Well nice Shikai you got there,” Kisune noted as he saw Karek’s Shikai. He then noticed the sound emanating and knew that the attack they had done. ‘This should be good,’ he thought to himself.

 

Christine and Rogue watched Sayori create the barrior. Rogue nodded and thanked her for thinking ahead after watching that devastating attack on the male Captains. Christine looked at it in wonder and touched it, but felt her hand go through. She didn’t know what it was, but with her hand going through she had doubts. “Is this supposed to protect us? If it does, then why does my hand go through?” she asked, insinuating that this was a stupid idea.

Sven looked over at the Temple and took note of the ruins. ‘Hmm, crappy place to keep such a precious item,’ he though. As Zasalamel called it a Treasure Hunt and began walking up the stairs, Sven followed. Turantura then quickly followed, staying near his Espada. Turantura felt all the spirirtual pressures and powers emanating from the temple area.

 

He whispered to Sven, “There are Bounts fighting something at the top probably near this item. The thing they are fighting is extremely strong and the amount of Bounts there won’t be able to defeat it alone. Also Shinigami are directly ahead of us, preparing to fight both races. Then there is us just starting this climb. Finally there is another group of Shinigami fighting another strong entity, being more shinigami of higher then the Captain Commander’s level.” He told all this to Sven to keep him informed on what was going on. Sven issued a nod and continued to climb up.

 

As Zasalamel instructed them to stay within his field, Sven decided it would be best if what his Fraccion had just told him was correct. As Kasen began to run up insinuating a race, Sven decided he would just get to the top fast with a Sonido. This was only because he wanted to get to fighting after just recently fighting. However when he went to use Sonido, he found he couldn’t do it. ‘That’s strange,’ he thought to himself. Then he simply continued walking up, deciding not to race afterall.

Kyokotsu was covered in smoke, that much is true, and his horde of skeletons were going to be impaled away by the crystal tree, not to mention he was also being stalked by a massive shockwave coming from the earth. He gave a sigh before a reiatsu exploded from underneath his foot, engulfing him in dust even more. Strangely, however, the skeletons, nor Kyokotsu didn't move. They simply stood there, like mannequins. The crystal spiked towards the skeletons, impaling them right through the heads, and breaking them almost without effort. There also came, Kisune's own purple flames, preparing to engulf him too, which it did, producing a massive explosion that rippled outwards, creating a small crater in the middle.

 

"Is that it?" Kyokotsu's voice sounded off from inside the dust cloud that was a result from Karek's attack. His zero division robes was complete destroyed, and only his black, tattered hakama was left on Kyokotsu's body. He pointed his scimitar towards Karek, Kisune, and Iyusaka. There are massive scars around his body that seemed to be bleeding. If they were from the attacks or not, it wasn't clear. There were no burn marks, but instead, large gashes formed across the muscular body of the Zero Division Member.

 

"Then its my turn once again. I told you before. Your kind is not welcome here!" Kyokotsu said, moving slowly from his spot. The impaled skeletons started to reform, grabbing hold of Iyusaka's crystal tree. Something was stopping the tree from de-materializing.

 

"Flow!" Kyokotsu exclaimed, stabbing his scimitar to the ground.

 

The skeletons dissolved and turned into ash, turning into what looked like spirit particles themselves. They floated around Kyokotsu, and sank into the ground, producing a massive earthquake. The jungle buckled in on itself, trees falling down, and the ground itself exploded, revealing once again, a massive skeleton that Kyokotsu summoned earlier. This time, however, the skeleton was wearing the Zero Division robes, and blood was spouting from the eye sockets, cascading down its skeletal cheeks. It roared with intensity as Kyokotsu jumped to its head, blood flowing out of his body as well.

 

"Destruction!" Kyokotsu finally exclaimed. Red reiatsu lined with the skeleton, flaring up with a hundred times the intensity than Kyokotsu's, proving that it'll be extremely difficult to land reiatsu-based attacks. "This ends now!"

 

The skeleton launched a fist up in the air, and then dropping its fist down on the ground with solid, ground breaking force, shooting up a sea of skeletal spears upwards. It was different than the spears earlier. Red reiatsu lined each spear as it shot upwards, meaning it was near impossible to break, and the number of spears meant it was going to be a chore blocking it. Also, the spear came from beneath the ground in a 360 degree radius around the skeletal construct. As he did this, the skeleton charged from one of its socket, what looked like a sinister looking Cero. It was another Gran Rey Cero, but it was out of the ordinary. It was probably thrice or even four times stronger than the normal.

"You looked like you guys have more tricks up your sleeves now!" Kyokotsu exclaimed gleefully, not even bothering to engage Silvia as she felt her shoot up into the air. Instead, his attention was focused on Kaishi and the rest. She gestured over at Zerstörer, which prompted the doll to stop its attack, and defend its master. It shot straight towards Kyokotsu's side, and aiming the tip of its Rapier towards the incoming attacks. Each attack turned into spirit particles, and were absorbed by the blade tip effortlessly.

 

"You," Kyokotsu pointed towards Kaishi, "Your doll isn't the only one who can do a trick like that. Allow me to show you why my doll is superior than every one else's. Zerstörer, attack!"

 

Zerstörer nodded casually, then used what looked like Sonido, appearing beside Kaishi's doll, and performed a number of stabs. The stabs was all aimed for the worm, and Zerstörer's arm was blurring because of the speed it was using to perform the stabs. If they hit, the Schmetterling would sustain heavy injury. Not only that, the stabs were lined with windforce, a result of multiple sonic booms going off as a result of the high speed stabs traveling at Mach 2. The sonic booms were going off randomly, a few were heading towards Kaishi, the others were going to each other Bounts, except Silvia, who was already in the air.

 

"My. My. When am I going to be challenged to my full extent? My other self seemed to be enjoying his fight. I wish we switched places." Kyokotsu sighed, looking rather disappointed.

Yomi raised up his head, and saw the last thing he wanted to see. A large group of bounts were already at the temple, a few meters away from them. However, something was not right. Someone was hovering way up in the air, holding what looked like a massive obsidian scythe, reminding Yomi of his very own scythe when in Shikai. He gazed around and saw Reinhardt knocked out, lying down on a ruined temple post somewhere to his left.

 

"That's----" He started, but was cut off when massive sonic booms headed their way. He defended himself with his zanpakutou, managing to deflect the sonic boom heading his way. It proved extremely difficult. The sonic boom felt like it weighed a ton or two as it made contact with Yomi's zanpakutou, pushing him back a few feet before completely dispersing the sonic boom. Other Sonic booms of equal strength pushed towards the others. The sonic boom wasn't made of reiatsu, it was made by combining physics and nature.

 

"What the hell was that attack?" Yomi remarked. He could still feel his right-hand numbing from blocking the attack.

Iyusaka noticed the large gashes on Kyokotsu's body. "(What?! That's doesn't seem like a good sign.....)" As the large skeleton rose up from the ground, blood spouted from his eye sockets, giving it a more ominous aura. "Well, this is new....." Suddenly, the large skeletal shinigami slammed its fist into the ground and a sea of spears shot up from the ground. As was with the skeleton, the spears are also lined with red reiatsu. "Every second this battle passes, it seems this man just keeps surprising me. I guess that's the power of a Royal Guard." A transparent figure appeared besides Iyusaka. The figure had long flowing turquoise-colored hair, a light blue beautifully decorated samurai robe, and a long flowing sash.

 

One of his arm seems to be made completely out of crystals. His other arm held a zanpakuto similar to that of Iyusaka's. He also had a shoulder pad on his left shoulder covered in crystal spikes. Iyusaka didn't pay much attention to the figure and went on to increase the growth of Gesshooki. Just then Kyokotsu charging up a massive Gran Rey Cero. Iyusaka then turned and face Karek and Kisune. "Alright, when Kyokotsu fires that cero then Karek, you need to transfer some sound energy into my tree and Cpt. Karnon, engulf my tree in your flames." Iyusaka stated in a frantic tone.

 

-Meanwhile-

 

Takeda felt the strong shockwave and found it hard to maintain his balance. "Damn it! What the hell was that?! Takeda looked up to see a woman carrying a large scythe. "What the who the heck is she?!" Takeda also noticed a group of Bounts and a couple of Arrancars. "Those were the same people who attacked the Seireitei!" Takeda exclaimed as he looked back at his group.

"Thanks." Karek said to Kisune when he commented his shikai. "What?" Karek asked in surprise as he saw Kyokotsu survive the attack by Kisune and him so easily. "This man is a true monster." he muttered. He watched as Kyokotsu once more formed the giant skeletal being. "This is not good." he said as he tapped his blade on the ground 5 more times. "Hibiki Shi-Rudo. Level 4." he called out, tapping his blade onto the ground one more time. Upon tapping it, the blade echoed and resonated with a powerful screeching sound. The sound burst out around Karek, Iyusaka, and Kisune, forming a shield of resonating sound in 360 fashion. The shield was made of sound vibrating at quick speeds. Upon hitting the shield of pure sound, the spears were reflected. Some of them were stopped and knocked away, but others simply fell to the floor around the shield. "Ugh." Karek muttered. He couldn't hold the shield for long at level 4, and there wasn't enough time to increase it any higher.

 

"Sorry Captain Iyusaka, but my sound at this frequency will easily shatter your crystal. It's not my fault. It's the laws of nature. I can't do anything about sending you sound reiatsu. It would just weaken the defense you would be trying to form. Maybe Captain Karnon can help." Karek called out to Iyusaka when he asked for Karek to send him sound energy.

Kaishi's eyes widened upon realizing that Kyokotsu's doll had the same abilites as his own. Then, next thing he knew, Zestorer was at his doll's side, aiming an attack at it. The doll screeched and then golden reiatsu released from all over it's body as the stabs came. The golden reiatsu flared out, pushing Zestorer back as it flew straight towards him. It was the lightning reiatsu which Schmetterling had absorbed before! It seemed that Kaishi's doll could also use the reiatsu it had previously absorbed, in a sense regurgitating it. The lightning clashed into the sonic booms, neutralizing them as they moved to his the doll.

 

Kaishi stared in shock as they came at him. He lifted his hands, aiming them towards the sonic booms which flew at him. He glowed with reiatsu as he reached out and caught the sonic boom flying at him. He skidded back a few feet as he held onto it and then shifted himself and angled it back up towards Kyokotsu. As more came, he glowed with more reiatsu and began swatting them away. He was sent skidding back a little each time he swatted one away, and his face cringed a little from the force of the booms. "Our dolls are not exactly the same. Schmetterling can also release any reiatsu it has recently absorbed to attack or defend itself." Kaishi said, slightly out of breath. His body was also steaming a little. It seemed that Reinhardt wasn't the only one taught by Fui. Fui had taught Kaishi a few tricks as well.

Kasen was feeling very sluggish as he ran up the stairs. Usually, his speed was alot faster than this, but for some reason he was moving alot slower. "Man, I'm dragging. But I'm still in the lead. What's with that heavy spiritual pressure up there. It's so strong." he said. He continued running, slower than he usually would. While running, he remembered what Zasalamel said about staying within the magnetic field and so he did just that by slowing down slightly. "Who do you think those guys are up there?" Kasen said, turning around slightly to face the others and motioning towards the silhouettes at the top. "Do you think the Shinigami and more of those Bount are there fighting?" he asked curiously.

Akiyama muttered a curse. His enhanced strength granted by his Shikai allowed him to remain standing, but the attack was still incredibly strong. This foe meant business... which meant he did too.

 

Akiyama released his Bankai, activating the Earth Ring. He ripped several chunks of earth out of the temple's stairs, each a couple meters across. He used his control of earth to send the rock projectiles hurtling towards the scythe-wielding woman.

 

"Bounts and Arrancars? This might be good news. I met with one of the Arrancars before, and we might be able to get them to attack this enemy for us. That would take out several obstacles in one fell swoop. I'll try to get the attention of the Arrancars and drag them into the fight. You guys ought to pull the Bounts into this."

Rey felt a powerful Reiatsu flare up nearby even as he struggled up the steps. Wait... is that Akiyama-san?

 

"Kasen, I think I recognize the Reiatsu of a Shinigami Captain I met earlier. Let's go take a look."

 

Not waiting for a response, Rey charged up the steps towards the place where he felt Akiyama's Reiatsu. He unsheathed his Zanpakutou, just in case.

Reifujin was laging behind the rest of the group, not because she was slower then them but because she liked to take her time. Study her surroundings. But even though she studied them it was purely to see how they looked, whether they were beautiful or drab. She wasn't the smartest so she thought that the surroundings ment nothing and would never factor in. "Darlings, How much longer until we get to this treasure? My feet are getting sore from all this climbing." She wined as she climbed upwards.

Kaosu and Uwaki both made their way higher and higher, Uwaki behing Kaosu to make sure that he didn't try anything. Kaosu ginned then looked up to the top. "I think we are almost there!" He said giving everyone a thumbs up. He actually liked all the dense reaitsu because It increased his power, giving him more reaitsu to draw from. Uwaki however was getting irritated. With all this pressure it was going to make him exaughst quicker.

Krake moved infront of Baldur and slamed his tenticled deep the ground taking the sonic blasts the flew towards him. Baldur twirled Hundert-schnitt in his palm. "Sessel." Baldur commanded Krake. Baldur then jumped into the air and landed on Krake as the upper half of Krake morphed into a seat. The lower half became thicker with the excess amount. Two eyes apeared just below Baldur's feet. "Good thing none of my doll's have reaitsu based attacks." Baldur snickered.

 

Adilei's eyes widened when she noticed there were attacks flying toward her. Luckily Bö was paying attention. Bö sent out violent repulses of wind to push then sonicbooms off course from Adilei's direction and cause it to slightly miss to the right of them. "I have never even seen some one so strong. This is going to be rough!" She exclaimed.

Iyusaka looked back at Karek and smile sincerely. "Hehe, well, now that you've given me more time I can explain what I'm going to do. Yes it is true that it will explode if you do attempt that, but my Kesshoo Goon Ken's crystals are like a funnel. When you transfer the sound waves into the tree, I will be transferring my reiatsu into the tree as well to direct the sound wave into a flow. Of course this will only last for a few seconds, but in that time I will detonate my tree, and with the combine forces of the sound wave and Cpt. Karnon's fire plus the force and velocity of the explosion I will create, it will be enough to dissipate the Gran Rey Cero when it fires, and maybe even destroy some of those spears and parts of that skeletal shinigami. As for Kyokotsu, well I can't really tell what he's going to do. When it fires then we must hurry, so Karek, Cpt. Karnon, you know what to do now when Kyokotsu releases it." Iyusaka explained as the massive Gran Rey Cero continued to charge up.

Kyokotsu was yawning all the while as everyone else were busy defending against Zerstörer's initial attack. She would've completely fallen asleep from boredom had Akiyama not sent projectiles made of earth coming towards her. She gave a thin smile, and flicked her wrist, spinning her scythe in a very fast motion. The projectiles were drawn into the vortex-like spin of the scythe, and were instantly crushed even before they touched the scythe itself, mainly due to the pressure it was exerting.

 

"That's more like it. Maybe more of you here will start to challenge me. Maybe I'd even call for help when I become a poor, defenseless, woman." Kyokotsu remarked, pouting a little bit as she finished her statement.

 

Zerstörer, however, didn't looked to worried at his master's predicament. Instead, he shook his head as he saw Schmetterling unleash a wave of reiatsu that pushed him a few distance back. Once again, he raised his rapier, and drew a symbol on the air. It was a kanji for poison. His rapier suddenly started to glow purplish and was bubbling.

 

"Master said to eliminate you all. Her will be done." Zerstörer remarked.

 

He then cocked his left foot backwards, and drew his rapier in towards his left waist. Reiatsu was forming around his body, which signified that he was about to unleash another attack, but something was different. His reiatsu was glowing purple as well, and was exceedingly denser than before. Not a few seconds passed, and he suddenly stepped his left foot forward, snaking his rapier outwards in unison with the step, unleashing the stored reiatsu. It was dark purple and it was heading towards Schmetterling, and each other Bounts on the area. If it hit, it would produce a massive puncture wound on the target. Dodging it would be hard, as it seemed to follow targets 'marked' down by Zerstörer himself, obliterating obstacles that hinder its movement, which meant it cannot be shaken off by simply luring it to hit another target.

 

OOC: Take note, its targeting every bount in the area in front of it. Only Silvia and Reinhardt were not targeted because they were far away. The rest, you'd have to post how you block or evaded the attack, or else I will consider it a hit. There are repercussions if the attack hit.

 

Zerstörer then turned towards the shinigamis who have just arrived. He gave them a casual look before looking back towards Kyokotsu. He saw his master looking a little elated, which is good for him, and bad for the enemies around them. It simply meant that Kyokotsu was going to enjoy herself now.

 

"Master, I will stay here and keep this group busy." Zerstörer said in a respectful tone.

 

"You do that, Zerstörer. I have my eyes on my prize." Kyokotsu remarked playfully, walking towards Yomi and the other shinigamis, along with Kaosu. She gave them a small smirk, as she started to spin her scythe so that the blades spun outwards. As the scythe reached a certain speed, where it was already blurring out, he let go of it, and it started to encircle her from side to side in a counter-clockwise direction, while still spinning on its axis.

 

"Allow me to return the favor of catching my attention, shinigamis." Kyokotsu mused, raising a finger towards the heavens. Five kanjis signifying Fire, Water, Air, Earth, and Wind started to appear around the outstretched finger. The skies darkened and thunder flashed around her. But it was out of the ordinary. The lightning was colored black, and so is the wind that encircles her.

 

"Hado #189, Tenrai Kaminari" Kyokotsu declared, pointing a palm towards the other shinigamis.

 

From her palm, twin bolts of reiatsu shot towards Yomi and the rest of his team, traveling exceedingly fast for evading it to be possible. However, as it neared their group, black lightning suddenly intersected the twin bolts, causing it to turn black, and form a large dragon's head with its mouth wide open. It sped towards the group, black lightning shooting from its mouth, destroying the very ground that it travelled on.

Hado #189, Tenrai Kaminari: One of the 5 pseudo-elemental Hado that the Zero Division can use. The user draws out the five elemental kanjis on the air, and gather's a concentrated amount of reiatsu on the opposite hand. He/she can then fire the condensed reiatsu in any form he/she desires. Upon reaching a certain distance, black lightning hits the released reiatsu, and causes it to form a black dragon's head which increases its intensity by a factor of 10. Anything that comes into contact with the lightning suffers massive damage. Even reiatsu is dissolved by the lightning.

 

The Hado is pseudo-elemental, meaning its nature is actually non-elemental, thus is unaffected by any elemental manipulation or absorption techniques.

Zasalamel, who was still musing around, suddenly felt a large spike of reiatsu from up ahead. It was massive, and dense, perhaps even denser than Ganz's reiatsu. It was simply amazing to feel. He gave a curious look towards the direction of Kyokotsu. He could already tell that getting to the Heigou would not be a walk in the park. However, he couldn't care less. After all, he wouldn't have it any other way. He was surrounded by some of the best Hueco Mundo has to offer, and he could feel that with that many espada around him, he can't fail.

 

"Alright people! We're nearly there. I suggest you all stop fidgeting around, and smarten your selves. We might get involved in the fight of our lives." Zasalamel joked, looking extremely happy.

"Feel ten thousand years of isolation!" Kyokotsu's voice echoed from the mouth of the skeleton as if the skeleton itself was Kyokotsu. The cero has finished charging, and it was going to fire it. Kyokotsu pointed his scimitar towards the shinigamis, marking each and every single one of them. He gave a sinister smirk around his face as he opened up his mouth and said, "Fire!"

 

From the left eye socket of the skeleton, a burst of blood exploded, followed by a massive burst of crimson red reiatsu that shot like a massive pillar heading straight towards the sky, but strangely enough, the Cero stopped midway, and formed a ball of bloody reiatsu in mid air. It was fizzing and bubbling as it grew larger and larger with every passing second that the skeletal guardian was channeling the Cero to it. Kyokotsu then extended a palm towards the ball and closed his hand as if crushing something in it. Almost immediately, the ball of Cero exploded, causing hundreds, nearly a thousand, of thin Ceros to fire out in every conceivable direction. But it didn't end there. Each line was homing in on each person on Saren's team, including Saren himself, and Christine. The Ceros were not like the regular ones, and they had the power of a fully-charged, high-tier Gran Ray Cero. The Cero would probably be able to go through a Danku easily because of its power comparable to a high level Hado.

 

"This place will be your grave! And your bones will be my next army!" Kyokotsu laughed maniacally, and so did his skeletal guardian, causing an earsplitting sound of demonic laughter to echo out.

Over with the Espadas, Yoru ran after Kasen when he proposed a race. Yori only shrugged and watch Yoru trudge after Kasen. "It's so dense in here, it feels like I'm walking in molassus." Yori frowned joining her hands behind her back. Up ahead she sensed many different reiatsu's and was excited at meeting different races. Even her time as a lesser hollow she hadn't met any shinigami, which was probably best for both her and Yoru. "Seems like someone is having fun up there." Yori giggled feeling the massive spike in reiatsu. It did, however, concern her because who ever the owner of that power was would be a very difficult opponent.

Sayori fought the urge to glare at Christine when she doubted her abilities. However, she was sure her face showed her obvious dislike. "If you don't think it'll protect you then I have absolutely qualms about you leaving." She muttered none too softly, before explaining. "This particular shield is supposed to allow protection without compromising the attack, so it's one of my strongest shields. That's why your hand easily went through. It'll also allow reiatsu to pass through easily but only from the inside. I modled it after Hado 81: Danku, but I did modify it a bit to fit my needs. That's the basic use for this shield, but if needed I can also reverse the effects."

 

Sayori watched the new developments of the battle and wondered if they would need her help. Karek had released his shikai, something that she hadn't ever seen before. They never had a mission together that required them to release Shikai, so it was a surprise to her as well.

Nato nodded as he followed the Captain-Commander, though the info of the Heigou was sort of disturbing for him. The Heigou was meant to bring unity among the four races? Then why had that not happened? Why were there so many wars instead?

 

"That's something I have to think about later, though. If the Heigou now was meant for peace, but created war, then it's a mystery, even for me."

 

Thinking about this, he passed by Turokenji, out of his office, and then stood and waited for him.

 

"Shall we leave then, Captain-Commander? As you said, we'll need the other captain's help if we are to defend Serireitei."

Iyusaka by now has known that Kyokotsu would be having more surprises, and thus was able to keep calm. Iyusaka quickly turned around and face Karek and Kisune. "Alright, you guys know what to do. We must hurry, by spreading the attack outwards, Kyokotsu has made it slightly more difficult to destroy the attacks entirely, but I will be able to dissipate a large portion of the multiple ceros. After you guys helped me by transferring the sound and covering the tree with flames, you two should focus on getting rid of the excess ceros that remain." Iyusaka then turned around and face the others who aren't in the battle. "Some of the excess ceros might hit you guys, make sure to dissipate them!" Iyusaka yelled out. Iyusaka turned back to face the barrage of ceros heading their way and awaiting for Karek and Kisune.

Takeda's eyes widened at the extremely powerful hado. "A hado that's higher than 100?! And she's not even using an incantation. Damn, just how strong is this woman?! You guys, becareful!" Takeda yelled out to his group. Takeda then shunpo'd to one side and absorbed a nearby shadow of a tree. Takeda then leaped up into the air and released the wave of energy at Kyokotsu. "(Damn, she's probably gonna block that attack so easily..... I need to find a bigger shadow source.... Or I can just charge at her directly....)" Takeda thought to himself as he awaited to see what will happen.

"Okay, but that'll be hard for me to do right now while still trying to hold this shield up. I'll try though." he said. He grimaced a little, as he lifted his zanpakutou from the ground. "Ugh...focus Karek. Focus." he said to himself as he began channeling his reiatsu. There were so many sounds around him, and so it should have been easier to absorb them, but he was also trying to focus on keeping the shield up, so it made it harder. He began grimacing even more, the pain on his face showing itself. He then lifted his right hand from his blade's hilt and pointed it towards Iyusaka's crystal tree. "Here." he called out as a burst of blue reiatsu flew from his right hand. It would have seemed like a cero had it not released a piercing echo from it as it flew forward towards the tree. It moved into it, and began flowing down the branches of the crystal tree. "Hurry." Karek called out to Captain Iyusaka.

 

His eyes then opened wide as he saw the many cero flying at him. How would he counter this? There was but only one way, but it would hurt him even more. He would just have to ask Captain Kuchiki to heal him later. He lifted his right hand above his head, pain once more growing on his face. There was so much sound around him, it was hard to absorb all if it because of the drawback it put on his body. "Cover your ears." Karek screamed to everyone around him. "Reiatsu Boom. Level 2"

 

He fired from his palm a powerful booming wave of sound. The sound blasted from his palm and echoed around his body, moving outwards in a 360 fashion to cover his comrades. The sound was so loud and it's boom so piercing that anything it moved across which Karek had not targeted to be protected would instantly shatter. The vibrations within the sonic boom wave heading out was so powerful that it destroyed anything it moved across, crushing it down into small molecules. As the ceros came at Karek, they were instantly dissipated by the natural forces of the sound. Reiatsu wasn't even involved within the attack to break them down. The vibrations from the sonic boom disrupted the reiatsu concentration within the ceros heading for Karek, causing them to break down and disperse. The sonic boom, however, weakened as it moved out, and so it only dispersed the cero heading towards his comrades slightly. With it now slightly dispersed, it was weakened and would be easier to block.

 

Karek collapsed onto his knees, his right hand falling limp at his side. A faint smile formed on his face and he was sweating. "I need to be healed." he muttered, his eyes closing slightly. He was fainting! The only reason that he was kept kneeling was because he was holding onto his blade, which was stuck within the ground, with his uninjured left hand. "Iyusaka warned me. Oh well. My comrades are more important than my own health." he said, smiling faintly still.

Technique Name: Sound Absorption

Technique Description and Effects: The user is able to suppress and absorb sound by changing the energy used to form the sound waves into raw energy. This also allows the user to increase the strength of the Energy Boom ability when it is used afterward. The louder the sound one is trying to absorb, the longer it takes. It takes about 5-10 seconds to absorb sounds that aren't very loud.

How to use the technique: The user must first concentrate on the sound they hope to absorb and then sync it with their own reiatsu before absorbing it and converting it.

Technique Drawback: The louder the sound, the longer it takes to sync with it and absorb it. Also, the louder the sound, the more damage it does to the body when it is absorbed.

 

 

Technique Name: Reiatsu Boom

Technique Description and Effects: The is able to send out a powerful sonic boom after clapping their hands once thye have charged reiatsu into it. The max range of the sonic boom to be heard depends on it's decibel level, but it starts out at 50 feet. The reiatsu used for the sonic boom depends on the decibel level. The weakest decibel level for the technique starts at 100 dB, since that is the level at which hearing loss occurs with sustained exposure, and increases by increment of 25. If the user wants, he/she may add the gathered reiatsu into an object to make it explode with a sonic boom with the same effects as if it had been sent out as a hand clap.

Class 5=100-125; 50-60 feet

Class 4= 126-150; 61-70 feet

Class 3= 151-175; 71-80 feet

Class 2=176-200; 81-100 feet

How to use the technique: The user gathers their reiatsu into their hands and then once cupping them together and clapping them, they create a very powerful sonic boom.

Technique Drawback: The louder the sonic boom blasted out, the more internal damage done to the user's hands and arms. At the strongest level, the user may risk breaking the bones within their hands and arms. Also, the user's location is instantly given away with the use of this technique.

Ooc: I was in the process o editing my earlier post but Namelessk post made it unnecessary....So basically an hour of thinking of a way to block the cero was for nothing. ^^ lol.

 

 

Sayori was ready to re-enforce her shield if needed, when the ceros came shooting towards everyone, however it wasn't needed when Karek used one of his sound attacks. It didn't get rid of the multiple ceros coming towards her and the others, but it weakened them enough for the shield to easily block them, the surface rippling like water. I'll have to thank Karek later....That sound wave looks like it has some serious side effects. She thought, "You guys stay here." Sayori said leaving the shield. It was a big risk since she didn't have her weapon, because it was needed to keep the shield up, but she wasn't planning to stay out too long.

 

She shunpo'd to Karek, and knelt by him already channeling her reiatsu to her hands giving them a light green glow. "We should get you out of the way for now. You look about ready to collapse." She said looking him over, and then at his limp right arm.

Turokenji stepped out of his office and closed his door after Captain Sanketsu stepped out. "Alright. Let's go." he said. "I'll tell you more on the way. We need to search for more Captains. I heard Captain Jackel was defeated in battle. We must promote someone to his spot. Let's go see that Nex Addo I've heard so much about. I hear he is powerful even as a lieutenant. Let us see just how powerful he is and if he deserves the rank of Captain of the 10th Division." Turokenji said and shunpo'd off, leaving a huge gust before Nato.

 

[spoiler=OOC:] Ketodama, to introduce your character into the RP, I'm gonna go promote him because it won't really seem right if he just randomly came in as a Captain out of nowhere when there was another Captain of the 10th Division who started the RP already.

Karek looked to his side when he heard Sayori's voice. "Captain Kuchiki. Don't worry about me right now." he began, his words slightly rumbled together. He was fainting rather quickly. Taking in so much raw sound energy had cracked his bones and had even broken some of them. Some of his organs had begun shutting down from the sheer amount of energy he had taken in, especially since it was raw energy. He was awake now only through sheer will. "Ah well..guess it can't be helped." he muttered, closing his eyes now.

 

His grip on his zanpakutou's hilt slipped off slightly and he began slouching. In a matter of minutes, his whole body would shut down. From out of his half shut eyes, he watched Sayori begin the healing process. "I never thought that I'd go out like this. Horrible way to end such a sweet beat." he said, half chuckling with a smile on his face.

Kaishi stared at the mass of purple reiatsu heading his way. How was he to block such a technique. He wasn't sure how until out of the corner of his eye, he noticed the dragon that resembled lightning heading towards a group of Shinigami. He motioned his hand forward, and Schmetterling lifted it's tail which had been hanging off of the side of the temple, and moved it in front of Kaishi to shield him. Schmetterling shrieked in pain as the reiatsu hit it, but it also began sucking.

 

It was sucking the reiatsu of the dragon to strengthen itself. It continued sucking, weakening the dragon coming at the Shinigami. Kaishi wasn't doing this to save the Shinigami. He simply needed the powerful reiatsu used in the attack to evolve Schmetterling. After some time, Schmetterling stopped sucking in reiatsu and shrieked again. Kaishi flipped backwards and jumped away, landing next to Reinhardt, who was knocked out cold near the side of the temple. He had to get far away from Schmetterling now that it was undergoing it's transformation.

 

A powerful dark blue reiatsu suddenly flared out from Schmetterling, growing larger and larger by the second. Then, suddenly, all of that energy began retracting, moving back into the worm. The worm glowed with a bright blue aura before it suddenly exploded. The explosion of reiatsu didn't reach far, and seemed to stay within a certain radius around Schmetterling. Pieces of its body could be seen strewn across the ground where it once lay. Then, a vicious wind whipped up and blasted across the area. From the center of Schmetterling's old body rose a new figure. It was a large butterfly, about three times bigger than a grown man, than Kaishi himself.

 

The butterfly had bulging black eyes and a long dark blue tube like proboscis coiled up under the eyes. It's body was turquoise- colored with Bount symbols written in black on it's forehead. It had two pairs of legs attached to each of it's three segments, totaling to six legs, six huge, hairy, legs. Attached to it's middle segment were two huge black wings that had blue veins running through them. The wings upon being fully stretched out, allowed Schmetterling's shadow to cover the whole of the temple floor that they stood on. It truly was a magnificent and scary looking beast now. Even scarier and more creepy than before. Schmetterling took one look at Zestorer and shrieked. It uncoiled it's proboscis and shot from it a purple liquid which traveled at the speed of a water cutter, being about Mach 3, towards Zestorer.

After the attacks hit and the dust cleared, Kisune saw Kyokotsu, still alive and fine for the most part. He noticed the cuts and scars over his body and knew that something wasn’t right. As the massive skeleton formed once again, he wasn’t surprised at it. He thought that this had to be his strongest form in Bankai since it was the largest, but when he noticed the blood coming out of his eyes he gave a wonder to why it was doing it. When the spikes came, Kisune was planning on jumping or moving backwards out of the way in an attempt to dodge most of them and cut down the rest with his zanpakuto until he saw Karek form the shield and the spears were blocked. Then he saw the cero and began to wonder just what kind of man this was to produce such attacks. “I shall do that right away,” he told Iyusaka with a nod. Kisune extended his right arm and a mass of purple flames sprang forth around the tree. When Karek said he couldn’t do that resonance, Kisune instead hardened the flames, but not fully. “That should help a bit with the explosion. I can also create flames inside of it to make it stronger since it is hollow,” he stated.

 

The Kisune turned as Kyokotsu’s skeleton fired the Cero. “This isn’t going to end well. Do it now Iyusaka,” Kisune said as he channeled the flames into the hollow tube of the tree as well. Then as it split he knew it would be aimed at the others as well. He noticed Karek take his Shikai out and was probably going to do something dangerous. He went up to him and placed his left hand on Karek’s right shoulder. “We’ve got your back, so don’t hold back,” he said trying to comfort him. When he called out close your ears however, he quickly removed his hand and did so. He noticed the effect his attack had made and knew that it was the perfect time to attack. “Do it now Iyusaka. Don’t wait any longer,” he called out.

 

Christine gave Sayori a look of, well sorry for not knowing. She wanted to respond until she saw what was all going on. “This isn’t going to be good. They’ll need my help they want to survive. I’m going out there,” she said and ran over to help. However when Karek yelled close you ears, she quickly put her hands to her head. When it was done she went besides Iyusaka and formed her bow on her left hand. What was this, anyone seeing would think as they saw the bow form from the Sanrei Glove. However this time it was different a bit. The sides of the dragon looked like wings made of Reiatsu. Just what was Christine capable of doing?

 

“I’m here to help and so that means using all available means,” she told him before anyone was able to ask questions. She drew back the strong and the dragon’s head glowed blue and even turned red. It could be slightly noticed by anyone that she was gathering the spirit particles from the dense jungle and surroundings to create a strong arrow. “I’ll aim for Kyokotsu. You take out the skeleton,” she stated, “I’ll do it once that tree of yours is out of the way. This arrow will be too hard to control once it’s gone, even for me.”

 

Once the attack was over, Kisune saw him go to his knees. He put his hand back onto his shoulder and knelt next to him. “You did well, go rest. We’ll cover it from here,” he told him. Then as Sayori came and began to heal him he said, “Sayori take him behind your shield. He needs rest.” He then looked at Iyusaka, waiting for him to release the massive attack building up. Since Kisune had now added flames inside the hollow tube, the explosion would be bigger and stronger then he would’ve imagined.

Silvia was so high into the air; she could barely make out what’s going on. In one fell swoop, she shot down towards the Heigou. Since silent flight kept her silent, no one could see this unless they were looking in the sky at that moment. In no time at all she reached the right level and Drache turned up towards the Heigou. He flew into the temple and landed softly. Silvia reached over and grabbed the box and put it to her body. “Fly Drache,” she said quietly and Drache rose before flying out of the temple. The moment they got outside the sky was now dark, but she had Drache fly up anyways to avoid being seen or heard. “We have to get out of here and to Fui,” she said.

Sven made a quick reply to Kasen, “Bounts..Shinigami..Quincy..” This would probably be a shock to everyone that Sven knew the groups up there without seeing them or without having any Pesquisa ability. However he only said the 3 other races meaning they were the last to arrive. Turantura smiled to himself for allowing Sven to have some pleasure in using the information he had just given him. “Let’s go fight now, shall we,” Turantura said out loud.

Akiyama leapt back down the steps as the Hado rocketed towards him, erecting a massive stone wall from the temple's structure. The wall was only as wide across as the blast, but it was several meters thick. Akiyama hoped the barrier would serve to protect the Shinigami from the blast. Under his breath, he began muttering the incantation for Tenran. The gale winds of the Kido were unlikely to do much to injure his foe, but the stone barrier would be fragmented by the enemy's Hado, and he hoped to blast the shards back at his foe with Tenran.

Rey narrowed his eyes in anger as he saw the figure at the top of the structure fire a massive blast of Reiatsu at the Shinigami. He was almost certain that Akiyama was there, and he wouldn't sit by while the Shinigami- who was an acquaintance of his, at least, if not a friend- was killed by the guardian of the Heigou. "Alright, Zasalamel, let's go. I have no idea what that person or thing is up there, but I intend to kick it from the top of the temple, jump down after it, and tear it limb from limb." Rey unsheathed his Zanpakutou. "Let's go kick some ass."

 

Rey leapt up off of the steps, boosting himself up towards the Shinigami and their adversary with his massive Spiritual Pressure. "Hey, Shinigami, the motherf***ing cavalry's here!" he shouted.

Rnaki watched as the dark lightning dragon spell raced towords the group he was in. he didnt have much time to thin but he used what he knew. he spun his staff quickly making it form a large exame table like the ones at human hospitals and slamed it infront of himself for a sheild. he didnt know if the dragon would break the sheild or not but if it did he would still survive and use his banki to heal himself and the group.

"hey guys i really have a bad feeling about this chick what is she to be able to do somthing this powerfull without an incantation!" rnaki yelled to his team.

Nex Addo let out a long sigh as he awakened, looking about his surroundings. His rapid movements startled the sparrow which had been resting on him and it flew off. He looked in the direction of the Captain Commander's office, having felt a wave of Reiatsu rushing by, presumably from something Turokenji had done. I wonder what the captain commander's up to... he thought, rising to stand. He let out another sigh, a bored expression on what could be seen of his face. Not knowing of anything else interesting, he decided to go see what was going on at Squad Four's barracks.

 

"Well, hopefully there's something I can at least DO there."

 

He calmly began walking down the path, making his way to Squad Four's barracks. As he walked, he pulled a cigarette out from a small pocket within his Kimmono and placed it in his mouth. Concentrating a small amount of Reiatsu in his right index finger, he pressed it to the tip. The built up energy ignited it and he took a long drought from it. Pulling the cigarette out with the same hand he had ignited it with, he exhaled, letting out a large cloud of tobacco smoke.

 

"Hmm...walking's too slow...and so is Shunpo...well, guess there's only one other option."

 

There was a rather substantial cloud of dust left in Nex Addo's wake as he tore off towards Squad Four's barracks through the use of Sonido. It would take him barely a second to reach the barracks using this technique. Another effect of Sonido would be the much stronger wave of Reiatsu rushing out from him, probably making it very obvious where he was and possibly where he was going, that is to anyone who could sense such things as Reiatsu.

Iyusaka noticed the ceros coming closer to the three of them. "There's no time..... I have to do this now!" The Gesshooki branches began to flare up with a bright blue color. After only a few seconds, the whole tree was flaring up. "Seikyo Konpeki Gi (Dying Azure Tree)!" The tree exploded within mere fractions of a second with such immense force and plus with the help of Karek's sound waves and Kisune's flames, it literally dissolved away all of the cero coming at it and ripped apart the very ground below it. The blast was still coming for the giant skeleton and the spears along with Kyokotsu of course. Not to mention flame covered debris were also heading strait for Kyokotsu. Blood began to slowly dripped down from Iyusaka's mouth. Iyusaka was breathing heavily but tried his best to keep the breathing a secret from Karek, Kisune, and Sayori who was helping Karek. Iyusaka quickly wiped the blood from his mouth. The man with long blue hair who was standing besides Iyusaka shook his head and sighed.

Until all the bounts involved have posted for their defense from Zerstörer's attack, I will leave my counter attack for him, for now.

 

 

 

Kyokotsu's Tenrai Kaminari impacted the slab of earth that Akiyama raised as defense. However, even though Schmetterling absorbed some of its reiatsu, its side-effects were not weakened. It obliterated the barrier completely, turning it to dust, though it did not continued forward, since its reiatsu was weakened, much to the delight of Kyokotsu. After all, she wanted strong opponents, and if the Hado was enough to kill her opponents, then it would be no fun.

 

"That's more like it." Kyokotsu said, then she noticed that Takeda has sent his own brand of shadow attack towards her, much to more of her delight. She love being attacked from all angles. It intoxicated her more than anything else, and strong opponents give her that much more power. Her torso glowed a little bit, then she extended her palm towards the tendrils.

 

"Bakudo #120, Sorasu" She declared. Her Eishohaki was extremely different from what most shinigamis can do. Despite not using an incantation, her Kido were not decreasing in power, albeit they even become stronger.

 

From her palms, a black void formed, and swallowed Takeda's attack, collapsing on the entire field beside Kyokotsu. Her hand was decaying, but somehow, it seems to regenerate like an Arrancar's limb, which meant that the drawback for the Kido was being negated by Kyokotsu's arrancar-like abilities. As the void collapsed, several other voids opened up in front of Kyokotsu, and from the gaping hole, black tendrils of shadow shot out, heading towards each shinigami under Yomi's team, and also towards Kaosu.

 

"If I were you, I'd get serious right now. I haven't even released my resurreccion yet. I'm merely using trivial amounts of power, and you lot looked like you're going to go down anytime. Give me more fight! The stronger you are, the better!" Kyokotsu laughed maniacally inside her pale white mask. Her female tone was pleasant, but it was deadly. She meant business.

'To Turn Away'): The user destroys a fabric of the dimension and opens up a back void which eats up reiatsu, and causes any reiatsu based attacks to be sucked in, and then the void collapses. Then, multiple voids which is ten times the number of attacks the void absorbed, to open up in front of the user, and shoot out the same attack(s) it absorbed back towards each enemy the user marks down.

 

Drawback: This spell causes the hand that uses it to decay and get absorbed into the void. However, healing prevents this drawback, if the user is proficient enough.

Zasalamel frowned when he saw Rey starting to dart upwards. He felt a large disturbance in reiatsu, and the last thing he needed were people to suddenly just leave his magnetic field. He rushed towards the top, and because they weren't allowed to run, he touched the ground he was standing on, which made it glow white, and his feet glowed white too. In a split second mark, he suddenly vanished. Next thing anyone knows was that he was already propelling at a very very high speed towards the top using his magnetism ability. He immediately grabbed Kasen by the scruffs of his neck, and grabbed Rey by the waist, before landing to the right of Yomi's team, directly in front of Kyokotsu.

 

"Rey-san. You don't know what you're doing, do you? You could've been crushed by that girl's reiatsu if she wanted to." Zasalamel reprimanded, then turned towards Kasen, "Alright, try finding the Heigou. I'll keep the Shinigamis, those Bounts, and whatever this person is. It should be somewhere inside the temple. With your speed, you should be able to get there without a hassle, alright? The rest of the Espada will engage these lowlifes!" Zasalamel mused happily, flexing his fingers.

 

He then turned towards Yomi and the rest of the shinigamis, pointing one finger, and motioning for them to come at him. He was in the mood to play. He has full confidence in Kasen's sonido more than anyone else, and the Heigou will go to the Espada. He was not going to allow anyone, not even the girl with the massive reiatsu to stop the Espada.

 

"Yo, Shinigamis. Mind if I butt in and kick your arse?" Zasalamel taunted, deliberately ignoring Kyokotsu, which the Guardian seemed to get annoyed at.

 

The other Espada were still under the magnetic field that Zasalamel made, and so they should be not too far from the Segunda Espada.

Even though the Ceros dispersed, Kyokotsu was still being very aggressive. His scimitar was glowing darker and darker as more blood flowed out of his body. The Skeletal Guardian's eyes were also flooded with a huge amount of blood, and by now, was dripping to the ground. The blood proved to be toxic, as it melted the ground and objects it touched, as if it was acid. Much caution would have to be exercised if anyone was going to attack Kyokotsu. Not only that, but because the volume of the blood was too much, it was steadily becoming a lake around the skeletal guardian. The trees, ground, rocks, everything around it before was now melted away, even reiatsu in the air, which meant anyone who gets too close to the lake would not be able to use their reiatsu. The skeletal guardian, however, did not looked like it can move, and so the lake simply stretched outwards in a 50-meter radial area, and still growing by 2 meters every 3 minutes. Soon, it will cover the entire forest and corrode everything.

 

The attacks that were heading towards Kyokotsu were being blocked by the blood lake. Each time a foreign object which threatens the Skeletal guardian and Kyokotsu himself entered the premises of the lake, a wall of blood erects at mach 2 speed, canceling the attack by absorbing the reiatsu or the object, which in turn, expands the lake by another 10 meters each time. And because of the attack by Iyusaka and Kisune, the lake has now expanded to 60 meters, and counting.

 

"So, do you still want to continue? Once my bankai reaches its peak, not even Turokenji can stop me!" The skeletal guardian spoke in its creepy, deep, deathly voice, which mimicked Kyokotsu's own.

 

 

Meanwhile, Saren looked like he was still recovering when he saw the onslaught that Kyokotsu was unleashing. He was still not able to draw out too much power, mainly because his restoration was taking too long. The Black Gate itself was very dangerous to use, and his late-father always told him that he was only to use three of normal power, nothing more.

 

"Damn it. If only I could do something." Saren cursed under his breath watching everyone else fight Kyokotsu.

Kasen was becoming frustrated that he could not move as quickly as he wished to. He moved up the stairs as if he was running through molasses. "Darn that spiritual pressure. I can't do anything udner it." he muttered, slowly losing the happiness from his face. Then, all of a sudden, Zasalamel zoomed past him and grabbed his collar. Happiness grew back in his face as they landed on top of the temple with Zasalamel. "Yes, we made it. But does this mean us three tie?" he asked before Zasalamel began giving him orders to retrieve the Heigou.

 

"You can count on me. I'll get the treasure." Kasen said, placing his right hand to his forehead in a salute to Zasalamel. He moved his hand down, and in the next second, he was gone, disappearing with a powerful crack like thunder descending down upon the area. The next moment, he appeared at the temple's entrance, peering into it. He stared down the long hallways, straight where the altar was upon which the Heigou should have been placed. "It's gone. Someone took the treasure first!" Kasen exclaimed.

 

He was gone once again, his body disappearing with a second powerful sonido. He reappeared in the air, staring down at those situated around the temple. He thought that by having a higher ground, he would be able to see who it was that had stolen the Heigou first. He closed his eyes and then from his body burst out a greyish colored reiatsu. The reiatsu moved out in 360 fashion around him, washing over the area before disappearing. There was only one reiatsu signature that caught his attention, and it was up in the air with him. He turned towards where he sensed the reiatsu and made out a dragon flying with a small girl on it's back. He would not have known they were there had he not used his Pesquis.

 

"What are they doing up here? Let's ask them if they know anything about the treasure. " he said to himself, building up reiatsu at his feet. He then rocketed towards Silvia and Drache, moving with intense speed towards them. "Hey you, what're you doing up here?" he called out to them. Maybe he would get another chance to play with a Bount after the other ones died.

Iyusaka stood up from the ground, using Kesshoo Goon Ken for support. He seemed to be stumbling as he stood up from the ground. "{Breathing Heavily} The attack fail, but at least it got rid of the ceros, but now there's a bigger problem.... That blood river seems to be corroding anything it touches, and with that said, it's now also expanding when it absorb an attack..... His defenses are almost perfect..... but nothing is perfect so there must be a way to defeat him...." Iyusaka said quietly to himself. Iyusaka turned to Kisune. "Cpt. Karnon, considering his age, his mobility might not be enough to keep up with us, however, if we get close to him he will fight back. I will figure out a way to restrain him, and then you and Karek, if he is healed, need to go in for an attack." Iyusaka stated. He then turned around again and stare at the expanding blood. "Ugh....."

Takeda watched as his attack was swallowed by what appeared to be a gapping hole. "What the hell?! Damn this woman!" Takeda exclaimed. He then noticed the arrival of Zasalamel. "Arse?! I think the term you meant is ass! Besides, we have other things to deal with then you Arrancars right now. Run along, we'll kill you later." Takeda stated with his face showing signs of lightheartedness and he motioned his hand in a "Shoo" way. Takeda then turned back to Kyokotsu to find a shadow tendril heading towards him. "Huh?! What the hell is she trying to pull?!" Takeda shunpo'd to the ground and rotated his zanpakuto in the air, absorbing some nearby tree shadows and the fired it at the tendril. The blast was able to cut the tendril in half but as the tendril fell to the ground it seemed to squirm wildly, like an octopus when it loses its tentacles. "Ew.... That seems kinda strange...." Takeda stated.

Yoru and Yori made it up a few minutes after Zasalamel, Kasen, and Rey. They walked pass the group of shinigamis as if they weren't there. It wasn't until they stopped next to Zasalamel did they face the group also ignoring the woman behind them. "So these are Shinigami?" Yoru asked as if it was a joke. "They're nothing special! I was expecting something huge and scary looking!" he yelled using his hands and arms for emphasis.

 

Yori only shook her head and ignored Yoru for the time being. "So Zasalamel-sama what's our next move? If you ask me I'm up for a game of tag, but then again I don't think the old lady behind us will let me play in peace." She said giggling while doing so.

As Sayori was healing Karek she realized that the damage done to him was far greater than she initially realized. I'll have to move him under my shield. She thought seconds before Kisune voiced the same thing. "I agree with you. Karek-Taicho, bare with me, k." She smiled carefully putting his arm over her shoulder. With a quick nod to Kisune she shunpo'd Karek under her shield and next to Saren.

 

"Hīru 21: Hako o hīringu." To keep her shield up she had to keep her fans in place, so she needed something that would heal him quick, and with the immense reiatsu in the area the kido should have him healed in a few minutes. "Just make sure you don't move otherwise the kido will be nullified."

 

She then turned her attention to the blood that was creeping towards them. It melted the ground and everything it touched, and that made her worried. It probably would be best if that lake didn't touch my shield. Monoroki reacted to her thought and slowly the entire shield moved up into the air, the occupants following. Of course she had to had a layer of reiatsu to the bottom so none of them fell through the bottom.

 

Sayori looked longingly at her fans that were still lodged in the tree providing the shield. Using an old trick she used the wind to carry her voice over to Iyusaka and said, "Make note that I did notice your condition Iyusaka-taicho. It'll be best if you get healed once I'm done with Karek." She then waited for him reply while glancing at Karek to check his progress.
