Allesk
Adilei felt the ground moving slightly beneath or around her. She quickly pulled Schlange from its sheathe and jumped onto a high tree branch. Seeing the worm emerge Adilei squinted. "Ware you one of those distored animal things?" She said aloud but then thought to herself, "Or are you with them?" Adilei then picked a fruit like object from the tree she stood on and threw it at the worm. She was skeptical so she didn't know whether or not she should get close to it. She held Schlange tight in her hands and jumped higher into the air feeling her reaitsu being sucked away by the worm. Realizing that she was now in sight of the bount she was spying on. She then turned to them and shouted, "Who and what are you? I have never sensed a type of reaitsu so close to mine!" She figured since she was already in plain sight she would ask the questions she needed answers for.
Hotaru987
"Hado 63: Sōren Sōkatsui!" Two beams of blue reiatsu shot towards a group of skeletons completely disintigrating them all to dust. Sayori sighed as she watched even more emerge from the ground. "They just keep coming." She said moving back near Kisune and Saren. "I hope you know what you're doing Saren, because we've wasted enough time in this little trap." -------------------------- "Look it's raining!" Yoru yelled in delight referring to the blood bath curtesy of Zasalamel. Yori, who just got finished killing one of the remaining six, smiled widely. "This is way more fun than I thought." She turned around while she sensed a monster coming for her. Yori held out her sword and allowed the beast to bite down on it, forcing his mouth to stay open. "Bad kitty." She mocked with a smile and a giggle before pointing a small finger towards its mouth and fired a purple cero. Yoru laughed as Yori retrieved her blade, "Brutal." ryuujinn
Yomi looked relieved when he saw the Gorilla beast downed. He quickly reverted Tatsu no Koku back to its released state and sheathed it. Whatever happens, they must conserve energy until they can contact Saren's group. Somehow, it was taking them too long to communicate back. He was still uncertain what Saren's group was doing, and where they are, not being too adept at reading reiatsu. He glanced around and remembered Kaosu, who was also a Quincy. Yomi's faced suddenly lit up. "Kaosu! Great! Why didn't you say a thing since earlier? You're good at sensing reiatsu too, right? Can you try to find out where Saren and the others were?" Yomi asked calmly, his face though, was looking extremely worried. Back at the Cave, Saren was greatful on the inside for Kisune's help, but he didn't let it out. He still has his Quincy pride. And so, instead of saying any remark, he simply closed his eyes and began deciphering the puzzle that was in their path. The cave wasn't real, that much was for certain. But he knew that they were inside a closed structure, because the communicators were being blocked off. He then pressed a finger on the ground and concentrated spirit particles on the outstretched finger. It glowed white, then suddenly turned red, sparking violently, which prompted Saren to jump back, his finger smoking. "That was hot. This isn't a natural trap. Someone has set us up, but who?" Saren said, shaking his finger. It was still smoking. Somehow, whoever made the trap, it was someone with a hot reiatsu. "Well now, aren't you a fitful crew?" a voice emanated from all around them. It sounded extremely raspy and a hint of malice surrounded the voice. IT also sounded as if it came from some who's a cross between a zombie and a beast. Saren didn't bother answering the question. It was the answer he was looking for. And it was a foolish move for the one who spoke. Saren could now easily determine where the person was, simply by that voice. He drew out his crescent moon bow, aiming it above them, at an 80 degree angle. His other hand then conjured up what looked like another one of his unique arrows. Its arrow head wasn't pointed, and instead looked like a wolf with fangs. "Judgement: Heaven's Fang!" Saren exclaimed, releasing the unique arrow from the bow. Its trajectory was also unique. The fact that it disappeared after it shot out was already remarkable. Next thing everyone saw was that it struck something solid, causing whatever it is to land on what looked like an exit to the cave. The arrow was 'biting' some sort of an invisible object. "Show yourself, or my Heaven's Fang will tear you limb from limb. Don't bother trying to remove it. Once its homed in on your reiatsu, you're done. Thanks to you trap, I've managed to attune it to your reiatsu in record time. It usually would've taken me more than a few minutes." Saren said, drawing another fanged arrow. "Crafty." the raspy voice said. From the front, a figure started to materialize. It stepped into the light. Light? How could there be light inside a cave? But then, the answered was revealed. The cave has disappeared. And so did half the mountain. They were outside again, in the jungle. Standing in front of them was an very old man wearing tattered shinigami clothes. He has a bald head and a very long white beard that stretched to the ground. He was holding a large scimitar on one hand. "I see. So that cave was your zanpakutou's power. Who are you, old man?" Saren interrogated. "I refuse to give my name, Quincy. Why did the Soul Society send you lot here? This is a sacred place. Go back. You trifling with things your mind will never be able to fathom. You will all die here like those before you!" the old man said angrily. From the looks of his age, he was probably around 80 years old, but being a shinigami, the man was probably as old as the Captain Commander, or even older. Meanwhile, Zasalamel noticed something was off. The exit to the cave was gone, but the mountain was still there. He couldn't sense Saren and the others below him anymore. He gave a groan. This was getting annoying. Has Saren figured out his location? Impossible. What happened? His patience was thinning. He then pressed a palm on the ground, feeling the magnetic polarities in the real world, like a compass. It was then that he finally realized that something extremely powerful was kept north of their position. The power was immense that as soon as Zasalamel felt its presence, something seemed to have trapped him in place. He would've been trapped completely had he not carried the twin spheres he got from the encounter in Seireitei. The cage was nullified in a flash of black and white, freeing Zasalamel. "Fellas. I think I just found what our shinigami pals are looking for! Onward, to the NORTH!" Zasalamel clapped happily. But inside, he was curious. Why did the Orbs of Control and Destruction reacted to the cage that tried to engulf him? The answer must up north. There was no time to waste. -------------------------------------- Reinhardt appeared in the jungle, dropping down from someplace high. He hit the ground softly, thanks to Vereisen's snow. He dusted himself quickly, and started to feel the place. They were in a jungle, bathed with a strange, and very dense layer of Spirit Particles. Among the bount dolls, Vereisen excels at tracking using the weather, the clouds, moisture, or anything connected to Ice. It was fortunate that they were in the forest, which is moist, and humid most of the time. "Boss, a massive anomaly is up north. I think its best we head there." Vereisen said in her soft voice. Reinhardt nodded, and then looked around for his other bount comrades. He wanted to see who was with him first. It should improve their chances, knowing the capabilities of each other in their team. They have to move north soon. Little did they know that Yomi's team was just a few clicks away from them.

.:Blu:.
The skeletons disappeared along with the mountain when the old man appeared before the group. Iyusaka looked around to see if the others were alright. "{Sigh} Good, no one was hurt...." Iyusaka then turned to the old man before him. "So you're a shinigami as well.... Please, we're here to find the Heigou. And with this place being a sacred place as you stated, we would not wish to bring harm to this place. But we need to know any information you have on the location of the Heigou if you know any." Iyusaka pleaded with the man. "Since you're a fellow shinigami, I shall tell you my name. I am Yusuke Iyusaka, captain of the Gotei 13's 5th Division. Can you tell us who you are and why you're here sir?" Iyusaka asked with a polite and calm voice. -Meanwhile- "Whatever our next move is we better hurry it up. Our enemies might not be having the same trouble as us so we're burning daylight, let's go. I'm not the kind to suggest any plan so I'll just keep a look out over there." Takeda stated as he walked towards a clearing and waited.
namelessk
Karek was glad when Kisune released his own zanpakutou and created the shield. He then turned to Saren, waiting for him to sense out what it was that was creating these skeletons. Then Captain Iyusaka came over to him asking if he felt slower. "No. I don't really feel slow. I feel just normal. A little worn out from using that ability, but not slower." Karek said. Then as Saren began his preparations to find the cause of the trap, he watched with interest. As the man revealed himself, he stared at him. A Shinigami? Why is he here? All alone? Karek stepped forward slightly, staring at the man with a confused expression on his face. He thought that maybe if he explained the situation somewhat to the man then he would understand and tell them who he was. "We were sent by the current Captain-Commander, Turokenji Masugen Choogurai. We don't have much time to stay here. If we do not find that artifact, the whole world might be destroyed." Karek told the old man, adding on to what Iyusaka had told him. "I am Captain of the 8th Division of the Gotei 13. Karek Shirikoya." he added. Ultimate Assassin Ninjew
Sven's armor slowly began to deteriorate by the flaming storm, but his hierro was untouched. His armor was thick like a dragon's scale would be. This was why this resurrection was so strong. As the storm exploded, Sven's wings covered his body, taking most of the damage, revealing burn marks and some missing pieces along the edges. When the smoke subsided, he stood there still in his resurrection state with still no emotion on his face. Then just as quickly as he went into resurrection, he went out of it. His zanpakuto reforming as the armor and the rest returned to a blade. He sheathed his zanpakuto and looked back to see about the others. He just wondered what had happened after the explosion, but didn't care if they were alive or dead. Just then Turantura appeared beside him kneeling. "I'm sorry that I could not handle myself," he said with a angry tone. The anger was more that he himself had failed, forcing his Espada to release his resurrection. "Let's just go about why we were sent here," he began, "Kasen. Get down here and track Fui. That is our mission, not searching for something." ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Silvia gave a laugh as Kaishi said about Reinhardt being stronger. "It's only cause I got one doll, no offense Drache," she said. As Adilei jumped into the air, Silvia moved her hand across the glitter on her shirt. "Zeige Dich, Drache," she called out. Drache appeared off of Silvia's shirt. He was a somewhat large white dragon. He had eye that are pitch red while his scales have a red tint, but only on his wings. He is actually not large at all, only having a wingspan of ten feet. He has four massive legs that hold up his body weight with ease. When on all four's he stands at around 5 feet tall. He has a long tail that comes to a tip. He has two mid-sized horns on his head, that Silvia can grab onto when she sits on him. His feet have razor sharp talons that are capable of cutting through metal like butter. She quickly grabbed onto the horns and Drache flew into the sky. As Drache reached Adilei Silvia said, "The same goes for you missy." Drache opened his mouth and a small mass of flames shot out towards Adilei. Then he flew higher into the sky until both he and Silvia were not seen. This would make it seem like they were running when they only were going to prepare for another attack. If Adilei was smart she would state who she was and that she was a Bount before Silvia and Drache flew up. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- After Saren fired off his unique arrow and it stuck to something, Kisune removed the dome. The flames danced on the ground around the group in case they would be needed. "So it was a shinigami's zanpakuto that did this. How interesting," Kisune said to himself. Christine was slightly impressed that Saren was able to make unique arrows, but she did not show it. "No need to go showing off Saren. There is more time for that later on," she said hinting at the possiblity that when a large scale fight were to break out, they would have some sort of competition. Rogue looked at Kisune and couldn't hold her professional attutude anymore. She ran up and hugged him tight and thanked him for protecting everyone. "Your welcome. It wasn't a problem. I just hate wasting time," he said to her. Then he looked at the shinigami as everyone began asking questions. He didn't need to talk to get his point across. He waited for the shinigami's answers before he did anything.
Allesk
Adilei spun around the tree trunk and kicked off of it avoiding the flames. She then landed on the ground and her eyes widened. "Wait, That is the command I have to use to activate my powers. Does that mean that these people are the same thing as me? But what Am I?" Adilei then yelled aloud "Wait, I have something to show you!" She threw Schlange into the ground in front of her. "Zeige Dich, Schlange!" The dagger in the ground suddenly became large and took on the form of a gigantic cobra. The snake's tail appeared to be razor sharp. It turned a lavender color and 10 white spots appeared in the top of its head. "I'm one of you!" She said hoping that she was. Whatever it is that she is. Kaosu looked at Yomi When he spoke to him. "Yes, I can sense them I have been able to since we have arrived they are approximately 10 kilometers in that direction." Kaosu pointed off to the side of him. "But I did loose a sense of them recently They have moved to far of they entered reitsu to dense for me to be able to detect anything within it."Uwaki sheathed his zanpokutou after killing the gorilla and returning it to its sealed form. He then crossed his arms and listened as the rest of the group spoke.
namelessk
Kasen watched the smoke and noticed a figure within it. "Aww..looks like he survived." he muttered. He continued watching and saw Sven release his Resurreccion. "Here it comes. One...Two...Three." he began when he heard Sven order him to track Fui. A smile formed on his face as he lowered himself down to the ground. Upon reaching the ground, he folded his arms across his chest and stared at Sven. "Heh...don't order me around. Only the Primera can do that." Kasen said. He then turned around and faced the warehouse, which was now half burnt by the explosion's shockwaves. "Looks like that guy did a number on this place. I didn't even get to play with him...oh well." he said, turning back to Sven. "Can't do that. I'm sure the Primera would want us searching for that object too. It sounded pretty important to that guy. Primera said he was gonna do all that he could to stop him." Kasen explained. He reached his hand out into thin air, touching it with his finger. After he did so, a black void as big as himself opened up in front of him. The void stirred and swirled within, and soon, an image appeared. The image was of the Primera, standing within the palace staring right at Kasen. "Primera. We're here, but when we arrived...I kinda made too much noise and the Bounts fled. One of them talked about something Fui wanted them to get before Sven killed him. It sounded really important. Want us to go after it too?" Kasen asked. Ganz stared right at Kasen and then closed his eyes, sighing. "Yes. Go after them if you can." Ganz said. "Thing is...Sven destroyed the last guy. So how do we find them now?" Kasen asked. "Check on Zasalamel's side. I think he has found something." Ganz said. On his own side, he was once again watching the three Gargantas which were open before him. He wanted to keep track of his Espada and make sure they did what he had said. He had even been watching Kasen's team before Kasen called him. He looked over at the screen to his far right where he saw Zasalamel's team. "What is he up to?" Ganz asked himself. Kasen closed the Garganta and then turned towards Sven. "He said to talk to Zasalamel." Kasen said to Sven. Kasen then lifted his hand into the air before him, touching it once more. A black void opened up before him again and he said "Phone. Contact Zasalamel."--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Kaishi's worm retracted it's head and moved back into the ground when Adilei said that she was one of 'them'. "What is that supposed to me?" Kaishi asked her. "You have a doll, yet you did not even know that you were a Bount?" Kaishi asked her. He just couldn't believe this He had never heard of a Bount who didn't know they were a Bount. "What is your name? I am Kaishi." he said to her. Allesk
"My name is Adilei, and excuse me for not being informed on what I was. I was born then my mother, the wretched thing she was, abandoned me. Soo I had to survive through instinct." She said as her doll began to wrap around her right leg and shrink. It slid into the sheath and returned to its sealed form as a dagger. She then looked hard at them before she began to ask questions, "Are you allied with the shinigami? The quincy? Or the hollows? Because if you are then we have a problem because those bastards are always after me!" She said through gritted teeth. She slightly cocked her head and waited for a response. ryuujinn
Reinhardt gave a sigh. He was in the dark for a while, lost in his thoughts of what to do to get to the Heigou. He saw the other bounts not to far from his place, looking extremely lively. There was one among them that he didn't recognized. An enemy? No, she wasn't. Reinhardt saw her release a doll. So she was a bount after all. "Bilden Sie Zuerst!" Reinhardt said, grabbing hold of his whip. Schmerz, who was the whip itself, suddenly coiled around Reinhardt's right arm, then, on top of the bount's right shoulder, a minotaur head formed, venting steam. Its eyes looked happy at being released. Tongues of fire erupted from its mouth, but dissipated immediately. Reinhardt then rushed forward, pointing Schmerz towards the unknown bount. "Stop this, immediately." Reinhardt remarked, shooting a massive amount of flame from his right palm. It encircled Adilei, and formed a small dome. Reinhardt then climbed the dome, unaffected by Schmerz flame, and signaled Silvia to cease the attack. Inside the dome, Adilei should not feel the fire too. Reinhardt has protected her from the attack. "HELL YEAH! I LOVE THIS PLACE! TOO MUCH SPIRIT PARTICLES! MY FLAMES WILL LIVE HERE MORE INTENSELY!" Schmerz bellowed, venting more steam from his nose, much to Reinhardt's annoyance. -------------------- The old shinigami gave Saren's group a very malicious look, one that looked like it can kill. His zanpakutou was emitting some sort of vibrating sound. Beasts of all shape and sizes started to gather around the man, giving Saren's group a threatening gaze. Two massive Gorilla-like beasts (like what Yomi's group faced) appeared from behind the shinigami, while packs of wolves and mountain-lions encircled Saren's group. "I know what you're after. The Heigou isn't something to trifle with! I don't care even if the Captain Commander sent you here. As the Corp 3E leader of the Zero Division, I will not allow you any passage." the old man said. His clothing suddenly dissolved and was replaced by a black shinigami robe, with a black haori, emblazoned with the Royal Guard's Zero Division insignia on the back. "I am Kyokotsu Garandou, former Corp 3E leader of the Zero Division. I was tasked to guard this place with my life, and no one is allowed past this spot, no exceptions!" OOC: Kyokotsu Garandou's stats are at par with faction leaders. His position as a Zero Division former corp leader nets him that. He is also one of two Guardians to the Heigou. His zanpakutou can command the deceased and the dead, and can create environmental illusions, like the cave earlier. Also, his reiatsu is extremely hot once concentrated, so Kido is ineffective to him. Of course, your characters cannot know this yet. The catch is, Kyokotsu cannot move very fast. Try to catch him off guard. He swished his zanpakutou, and from the ground, a wave of skeletons appeared. They are the same ones from before, but it was clear that they were not illusions anymore. They also looked extremely tough. Saren drew out his bow, and looked satisfied. He can kill a shinigami without probably getting Sayori angry. This Kyokotsu is an obstacle, and a shinigami at the same time. Convenient, for Saren that is. "Judgement: Heaven's Fang!" Saren shouted, shooting two fanged arrows towards Kyokotsu. "Che. Your pathetic techniques are useless in the face of my reiatsu, Quincy!" Kyokotsu exclaimed, increasing the flow of reiatsu around his body, nullifying the arrows as they got close to him. His skin was glowing red, suggesting that it was extremely hot. "Guys, be careful. This guy is not playing anymore. We don't know if this is his bankai or shikai. Be careful!" Saren shouted, kicking the nearest shinigami skeleton that came too close at him. OOC: The beasts are just there. Not yet attacking. You can attack them if you want, but beware the consequences of those actions.. :P Meanwhile, Yomi was a bit surprised at Kaosu's report. How could they suddenly disappeared inside the jungle? And with Saren in the group. It was already an indication of what was wrong. What could possibly have happened? They have to move fast. "Let's go guys! Northwards. Saren's group must be near the Heigou if there's excessive amount of reiatsu around them. We can't stand here any longer." Yomi ordered, moving ahead. He has a gut feeling that someone was ahead of them, but he can't put a finger on it. Are they the bounts? or someone else?
.:Blu:.
Iyusaka peered around him and looked at the abundance of weird creatures and skeletons. "(I see..... he can summon the dead with his zanpakuto along with the ability to create environmental illusions like the cave from before..... And a former Royal Guard..... this man is highly experienced...... I will have to be on the utmost of attention when dealing with him.... It seems he will not listen to reason..... If it comes to it, then Gentei Kaijo will be required.....)" Iyusaka thought to himself as he continued to glance around the area. "(That reiatsu of his..... is it invulnerable to reiatsu-based attacks?)" Iyusaka then looked at Kyokotsu. "We are not the enemy here.... Enemies of the Seireitei are trying to get their hands on the Heigou, you cannot defend it by yourself." Iyusaka stated calmly to Kyokotsu. -Meanwhile- Takeda after hearing Yomi's decision began to follow the group. His zanpkuto was still in shikai just in case of any conflicts they'll run into on their way.
Ultimate Assassin Ninjew
Silvia had Drache do a flip as she heard Adilei call out her doll. "You don't even know the name of your own race. That's a disgrace to all Bounts who have come before you," she said, "I am Silvia." She had Drache land on the ground, but just before he did, Silvia jumped off and landed in front of Adilei. Then she gave Adilei a look over and said, "Why would we align with anyone. We can defend ourselves. The next thing is, can you defend yourself?" she asked. When Reinhardt came running up to her yelling to stop she gave him a weird look. "What are you going on about? We're questioning Adilei, who doesn't even know she's a Bount," she stated. ---------------------------------------------------------------- "If you won't let us pass by simply asking, then that leaves no other choice," Kisune said raising his zanpakuto that was still in shikai. Rogue quickly let go of him as she knew what he was about to do. Christine looked at him, in wonder of what he was going to do. "Don't get hurt," Rogue said to Kisune. He looked at her and smirked. As Saren's attack was deflected and the beasts began to come forth, the purple flames flew up making it so the beasts couldn't attack from the behind or the sides. Then in a flash, Kisune used Shunpo to appear behind Kyokotsu. "You may be have been part of the Royal Guard, but that doesn't mean that after all these years you are as fast as some of us now," he called out. A mass of purple flames sprung out around Kyokotsu, creating a small cyclindrical dome where the only opening is the top. In doing this, Kyokotsu would not be able to see any attacks brought on by his comrades, allowing them an opening. However Kisune knew that Kyokotsu would either dodge this or have a way out. For the skeleton's that sprang from the front, Christine formed her Dragon's bow and fired a 5 arrows, into 5 shinigami skeleton heads. "Saren I suggest we take care of the beasts while the others take care of Kyokotsu. It is their race, so let them die instead of our race," she said. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Sven simply ignored Kasen and he rants of being told what to do. Then as Kasen contacted the Primera he tried not to listen. He didn't feel that changing the mission mid-way was the right thing to do. As the Primera had now instructed them to go after the item, he let out a sigh. Then when Kasen made his remark, repeating the Primera he was a bit angry. As Kasen called for "Phone" he grabbed Kasen's neck. "I don't need you to repeat something when I'm right here listening to it," he said to Kasen before releasing him. Sven was now wound up from his fight, meaning he was more dangerouw then he normally was. Turantura knew that calming Sven down at this point would be bad and so he decided not to interfere. Though it came with a glare from Sven about him not doing anything about Kasen, he only looked down from slight shame and to not show his small anger. ryuujinn
Kyokotsu was about to answer but Kisune suddenly unleashed an attack of his own, much to the annoyance of the former Zero Division member. He raised an eyebrow and waved his scimitar around him. His reiatsu was pouring out from his body! It was intensely hot and massive, greater than any of them currently present, especially since their limiters was still on. He gave a loud roar, blowing away the flames from around him. "INSOLENT FOOLS!" Kyokotsu bellowed, much like how Turokenji would. He swung his zanpakutou in a wide arc, producing what looked like a wave of bones to erupt from the ground, forming into a wall of spikes around the area, locking all of them inside. "I WILL HAVE YOU KNOW WHY I AM A MEMBER OF THE ZERO DIVISION!" A massive hand appeared from the ground. It was skeletal too, but it looked different. It was huge! Suddenly, something massive erected from behind Kyokotsu, taking him up. He was now standing atop the head of what looked like a gigantic skeletal shinigami. Its bones were as thick as large tree trunk, and its hands were massive. Because of its size, only half of its body was seen. The rest was beneath the ground. It was more than twenty times bigger than an average man. Aside from its massive bones, a red reiatsu lines its entire body, which seems to be coming from Kyokotsu himself. He gave a malicious grin towards the shinigamis below him and did a swiping motion with his sword. The skeleton drove its arms outwards, in a sweeping motion, sending a massive windforce towards the shinigamis. The windforce was strong enough to uproot even large trees. Saren, prior to that, was standing near Sayori, trying to make sense of what's happening. He heard Christine say something about taking care of the beasts, but Saren shook his head. He wanted to stay beside Sayori and help her. Once the skeletal construct tried to blow them away, he immediately took Sayori in his arms, and used Hiryenkyaku, reappearing to the left side of the skeletal giant. "This is getting annoying. The beasts aren't attacking, and we certainly can't get out with the bone wall in our path. We'll have to defeat this Kyokotsu guy." Saren said, drawing out his bow and reinforcing his arrow. He's have to find a weakness, or they're were going to have a hard time fighting the giant. ------------------------------------ Reinhardt raised at eyebrow to Silvia. He reverted Schmerz back to his whip form and was now walking towards Adilei. He was not in the mood to argue, especially since he felt a rather massive surge of reiatsu erupting near the Heigou. Something was up, and the bounts needed to go there already. However, his face remained emotionless, as if nothing was happening. "A Bount is a Bount." Reinhardt remarked, then, he stabbed Adilei on the chest with an icy blade from his left hand. It was fast! No one even saw him release Vereisen Sie Creme, nor saw him draw out the blade, but there it was. A blade punctured Adilei's chest, going through all the way to the other side. Reinhardt then pulled out the blade and let the effects sink in to everyone. Adilei's chest wasn't damaged at all. Reinhardt gave a cold look at every bount around him. He then reverted Vereisen back to its sealed form before speaking once again. "That was a blade of truth. If she was against us, she would've died then and there. I can only use that technique against bounts, and it was authorized by Fui-sama as some sort of loyalty check. If anyone even thinks of betraying any of us here, or Fui-sama himself, don't expect to live through that attack." Reinhardt said coldly, without emotions. He then started to move towards Kaishi. The air around Reinhardt was different. Losing to Zasalamel in Soul Society was very embarrassing for him. He trained non-stop in the bount's hideout before going in on the mission, reinforcing his reiatsu strength. When Fui appointed him as the leader of the expedition, he knew he mustn't fail. "Kaishi.. Give us our bearings. How far to the Heigou?" Reinhardt asked in his cold, emotionless tone. --------------------- A small, window sized garganta opened beside Zasalamel. It was just in time, because Zasalamel was already very bored. he wanted to move towards the Heigou now, but something kept blocking his way, like an invisible wall. He opened the Garganta wider, and saw that Phone, his communications hollow, was appearing. An Espada was contacting him. He quickly allowed Phone to materialize. "Who is it? We're busy right now. Can't this message wait?" Zasalamel asked seriously through Phone. He was waiting who it was that contacted him. There can be no delays. The Heigou might be the secrets to controlling the Orbs of Control and Destruction. He needed to find it then. His playful mood was dwindling, he knew it. He was serious now, and he won't let anyone stand in his way, Shinigami, Bount, or even a fellow Arrancar. The Heigou, whatever it is, must be brought into his possession and be carefully studied. Hotaru987
Once Saren was able to get them out of the trap, Sayori opted to remain quiet while everyone else bombarded the new arival with questions. It was surprising enough that a shinigami was responisible for the illusion, and undead monsters. So when he introduced himself as Kyokotsu a former Zero division member, it came as a shot to everyone. She was going to pose a questions but Kisune attacked Kyokotsu. With a shake of her head she drew her blade as a all of spikes surrounded them all preventing them from escaping. It wasn't long after that, when Kyokotsu summoned a huge skeleton, and an equally large hand came swiping at Sayori and the others. Before Sayori even had the thought of dodging, Saren grabbed her and moved them out of the way. "Thank you." So far I know that his Zanpakuto can reanimate the dead, and create illusions. Although to what extent? Not only that but he was able to destrpy Saren's arrows before they got close....The possibility or out Kido having the same effect is too great, and I will not be wasting any unesassary reiatsu. "It seems like direct attacks are our best bet." Sayori muttered. "But with these limiters on this will be troublesome." ------------------- "This is boring." Yoru complained as they waited for whoever contacted Zasalamel to speak. "I thought we were about to go." He mumbled like a child who didn't get their way. Yori simply ignored him. She was wondering why the sudden pike of reiatsu happened around Zasalmel. It wasn't his reiatsu that she knew, so she boiled it down to the item that they were looking for. Something called the Heigou...Or at least that's what Zasalamel and Ray called it. Thanks to her superb Pesquisa ability she had just barely been able to sense many varities of spirtual pressure, through the dense jungle. Among them were another group of Arrancars. So far the only Espada she had met were the two with her. The second groub was one she wasn't too familiar with. Must be the bounts I've heard about.... "Yori..." Yori turned to Yoru waiting for him to speak. "...I'm bored..."
namelessk
Looks like the Arrancar are winning the race for the Heigou at the moment! :P "The Zero Division?" Karek muttered to himself. To see a shinigami from the Zero Division before his eyes. To see the power that they possessed. This was all a thrill to him. It interested him. He stepped forward, preparing to question the man more when he saw Kisune attack. Kisune's attack was blown away so easily by the man. Such power. The only way that I could even match him is to become one with-. That would take away so much reiatsu from us both. Karek wasn't sure just what he could do to stop this man. He could use more of his abilities, but he wasn't sure if they would even hurt this man. Reiatsu didn't work on this man, and he saw how he was able to easily blow away their attacks fueled by reiatsu. But, what if the attack wasn't fueled by reiatsu? What if it was purely natural? Karek lifted his hands, aiming them at the large skeleton which now formed. When the hand came down, he used shunpo and appeared above the man, high in the air. "Reiatsu Boom." Karek said, cringing slightly from the pain. A loud burst of sound blasted from his hands, slamming down into the man. The burst of sound was that of someone breaking the sound barrier, forming a piercing boom of sorts. This boom echoed, with the mountains around them helping it to do so. They crashed down into Kyokotsu, moving through him and the bones of his skeletal being. If this did work, the pure sound released would crush down on Kyokotsu and the skeleton. It would crack the bones of the large skeletal being, making it easier to take out by the others. After doing so, Karek then shunpo'd and appeared next to Sayori and Saren. "I've hit him with a burst of pure sound to weaken the bones. There's a little reiatsu within it so that I wouldn't hurt my body too much shooting it out, but it's purely raw energy. Combine your attacks that aren't made purely of reiatsu and maybe we can take his skeleton out." Karek told the group.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------As Kasen was calling for "Phone", he saw from the corner of his eye Sven moving towards him. A smirk formed on his face as Sven grabbed him. The Kasen that he had grabbed however was not the real one. It quickly faded away, being an afterimage. Kasen appeared hanging upside down in the air just above the Garganta he had opened to contact "Phone" "Can't catch me! I've trained with the Primera. In order to even keep up with him, you need speed. Why do you think he made me the messenger?" Kasen said, a smile on his face. He was then gone, and multiple images of himself moved around Sven. Then, he was once again in place near the Garganta he had opened to contact "Phone" while his images were still around Sven. He could now hear Zasalamel's voice through the Garganta. "Yo Zasalamel! The Primera is changing our mission. The Bounts over here said they were looking for something. Primera said to contact you about it. I'm guessing he wants us to follow your team." Kasen said, his tone of voice being very serious instead of in the normal excited way. "Can you bring us to where you're at?" Kasen asked, finally sounding more childlike. He touched the air, closing the Garganta, and the next minute, he was gone with a powerful burst of sound. His body now in the air with his arms crossed and a huge smirk on his face.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Kaishi listened as Adilei introduced herself. He had truly never heard of a Bount that had not known what they were. Then, he saw Reinhardt stab Adilei and the blade go all the way through her. Then when he pulled it out, there was no wound on Adilei's chest. Interesting. I had no hopes of betraying Master Fui. He has helped our race over the years. I will follow him to my end. Kaishi was in a trance when Reinhardt called his name. Upon hearing his name, he awoke from that trance. "Oh. My doll senses a group of four people heading quickly north. That is a couple kilometers that way." Kaishi said, lifting his hand and pointing northward. "My doll senses it's power just barely. It is afraid to intake so much reiatsu and so I cannot lock onto it well enough." Kaishi said.
Allesk
"Can I defend myself?!" Adilei was getting anoyed but she suddenly calmed down. "Well I have been living in this forest for a long time and have slayed several things then absorbed them. But you will just have to see, if I can defend myself." She screeched once the blade slammed into her, but it wasn't pain. It was fear she thought it would kill her because she didn't realize that it wasn't a normal blade. "I have no enemies with my own race so why would I be against them? It's the other ones that attacked me I have problems with. Can I go with you? I have never met any other bounts before." Adilei felt weird saying the word "bount" because she wasn't used to having a name for what she was yet. She knew she could learn more about her race if she followed and joined up with them. "What ever we just should get going." Baldur finally spoke. He was starting to get impacient and did not want to stand in this one spot any longer. "As long as your not against us you might as well be with us, after all you are one of us."------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Uwaki stood up straight when Yomi said it was time for them to go. Kaosu quickly followed directly behind Yomi and Uwaki followed behind him. They moved quickly and lightly attempting not to raise attention so that more beasts would spot and attack them. "How can we trust this quincy maybe he is just lying through his teeth." Uwaki shot out. "Uwaki grow up. You need to learn that your not as high and mighty as you think. Plus everyone is relying on each other here So if I would have lied he could jepordize everyons life mine included. Do you honestly think I would purposely put my own life at risk in this situation?" Kaosu said rapidly and with a calm tone although you could tell he was getting irritated. Uwaki was silent at this and did not bother to say anything.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reifujin looked as th two arrancar got into it. She crossed her arms across her chest and leaned back not bothering to say a word. She however was ready to go and waiting for the others to be ready so they could all depart. "Loves, your all so amazing at standing around bickering but shouldn't we be moving?" She finally said with a wide smile.
.:Blu:.
Iyusaka looked around as the group was enclosed by a barrier made from bones. As Kisune's attack fail, Iyusaka moved back to prepare an atttack when suddenly he witnessed Kyokotsu creating a giant skull with an almost equally giant hand. Iyusaka's eyes widened as he moved back further. The giant hand then swept across the area, Iyusaka easily dodged the attack with shunpo and appeared besides the others. He then saw Karek unleashed one of his signature abilities, but Iyusaka wasn't so sure it would work very well. "Karek, due to his age, his mobility might not be as good as ours. So speed could be a determining factor in this fight, so keep that in mind. Also, the risk of your abilities are too high, so don't think of doing anything rash alright? I think you know what I mean considering you're having some moments of critical thinking." Iyusaka stated calmly. "Hado 65, Zenō Gōn!" Iyusaka punched his fist forwards, creating mutiple circles of force that burst forwards at Kyokotsu and the skull. "That will ampilfy with your earlier attack Karek." Iyusaka stated as he awaited the outcome of the two attacks combined.
Hado 65 Zenō Gōn (Almighty Roar/全能轟音): The user punch their fist towards the enemy(s) which creates multiple circular layers of shockwaves that causes sufficient damage. If combine with another attack, the damage will be amplified. There is little traces of reiatsu so overall will still do vast amounts of destruction even against an enemy(s) whose unaffected by reiatsu-based attacks. -Meanwhile- Takeda looked at Uwaki with irritated yet calm eyes. "Uwaki, Kaosu is a good guy.... Don't worry, we can trust him....." Takeda stated as he turned his head forwards.
ryuujinn
Kyokotsu didn't move. Its as if he was ready to absorb the attacks. But it wasn't it. The bonewall around them wasn't just a simple wall. It has other uses, more devious uses for Kyokotsu. Zero Division Members have been known to handle missions far more dangerous than what captains can handle, and they have to be strong enough to defend the God King. And that's what Kyokotsu has demonstrated so far. The attacks hit the skeleton giant to a great effect, crumbling the bones into dust, and ultimately bringing it down. Kyokotsu floated on top of the skeleton, however, seemingly unaffected. His mood seemed to become more and more serious. As he saw his skeletal construct fall down to the ground, he raised his scimitar, and mentioned a word that should instill fear to anyone who's heard them. "BAN..... KAI!" Kyokotsu shouted. "Kokujin no Kokkaku!" Hot reiatsu exploded from Kyokotsu's body, reforming the giant skeletal guardian. It now looks different from earlier. If it was wearing a shinigami uniform earlier, it was now wearing the same thing that Kyokotsu himself was wearing, the Zero Division Uniform. It roared loudly towards the opposition, sending streaks of bone spears to attack the shinigamis and Saren. "I'm getting fed up with this! You whippersnappers should all get a hint! This place is a containment of unfathomable powers! The only way you lot can get to the Heigou is if I die! Duty above all!" Kyokotsu shouted, raising his left hand, palms stretched forward. "Hado #150, Funsai Kabe!"
OOC]Kido of Numbers 101 to 200 are Zero Division Kido only. They are stronger than the normal Kido. Hado #150: Funsai Kabe (粉砕壁 lit. Crushing Wall): The user unleashes reiatsu from either palm, and form a dark, reddish wall of reiatsu. Anything that comes into contact with it sustains severe injuries from its corrosive properties. It grows bigger and bigger as it travels forward, and reiatsu based attacks are easily eaten away by its corrosion. From his palm erupted a wide wall of reddish reiatsu burst outwards, traveling slower than the bone spears, but twice as forbidding. It gnawed away the ground, obliterating the very earth it was traversing on. It moved towards the shinigamis, and Kyokotsu looked extremely angry. Saren released a shot towards the wall, and the shot quickly evaporated even before it touched the wall. It was eating up spirit particles in the air as well. By now, it has reached a third of the cave, and was moving slowly towards the shinigamis. It was incredibly tall, and so jumping over it was out of the question, and its width is steadily increasing, which is now nearly as wide as the cage itself, without touching the wall. Kyokotsu was deliberately trying to finish them off. What can be done? "Damn it. Its like fighting this guy was a bad idea." Saren muttered to himself. "Perhaps talking earlier would've been the best idea after all. Damn." Saren shot down the bone spear coming at him, Karek, Sayori, and Iyusaka. He also shot down those that were coming for Kisune, Christine, and Rogue. But it was draining him. He knew the bone spears were tough, and so he fired out stronger, more draining arrows. They needed to find a way out, or they'all singed. Back to Yomi's group, there has been little activity on their part. Somehow, they've travelled rather peacefully. However, Yomi was still feeling uneasy. The lack of communications with Saren's group was making him worry a lot. What was happening over the other side of the jungle? Especially since he felt a rather devious aura emanating from the general direction of where Saren's group was. "Kaosu, can you tell if we're close to the Heigou? I feel something's up." Yomi inquired. Indeed, something was up. Little did they know that there is also another guardian of the Heigou, aside from Kyokotsu, someone who's waiting for her meal when they reach the Heigou itself. ------------------------- Reinhardt gave a brief nod, and started heading north. He motioned for the other bounts to start moving out too. He didn't gave Adilei any sort of acknowledgement, and instead, forged a path northwards already. He was weary, and extremely uptight. Four people were heading to the north quickly, and if they didn't move, someone will beat them to the Heigou. "Boss. Something's up. Literally. I can feel someone walking on the air above us, unaffected by the fluctuations of the environmental spiritual particles. Who do you think it can be?" Vereisen voiced out softly. "Hmm. I doubt that those are the shinigamis. They don't have the capability to do that, as far as I know. Perhaps," Reinhardt shot a look on the general direction of Zasalamel, "Its our Arrancar friends. Its about time he showed up." Reinhardt finished his statement with a cold tone, and a rare malice present on his face. He moved forward even more, leading the bounts toward the general direction of the Heigou, hoping to see Zasalamel there. ------------------------------------- Zasalamel gave a sigh. It was Kasen, and he was asking to be transported towards their location. He was only too reluctant to open up a Garganta to his location. He didn't want any more distractions, but it seems, he has no choice if Ganz ordered Kasen to follow them too. He stretched out a finger forward, and ripped the space, producing a black, gaping maw in front of him, big enough to admit a big group of twenty people. "Kasen," Zasalamel spoke through Phone, "I've opened up a Garganta. Enter it immediately." Zasalamel's voice was indifferent, and low. It was a clear indication of his reluctance to open the portal. He has an agenda that must not be made known to the rest of the Arrancars.
.:Blu:.
Iyusaka's eyes widened as the wall began to close in on them. The very ground corroded as the wall made its destructive path. "This is really bad. We have to activate Gentei Kaicho if we want to seriously battle with this man. We'll also need to set up a barrier to prevent further destruction." Iyusaka stated to the group with a slightly worried look on his face. Iyusaka was able to remain a little bit of his composture, but when faced against a Hado above 100, any captain would be at least a little bit concerned. "We have to find a way to slow this Hado down so we can find a way to escape." Iyusaka stated to the group.
ryuujinn
Saren's mind was whirling on in itself. He was already thinking even before Iyusaka spoke out. The wall was slow, that was a given, but it was also indestructible when met with reiatsu based attacks, and even nature itself was being eroded by its power. There are very few things that Saren knows can be used. He stared at the wall of bone. It was a hassle too, that it was there. They can't go far away, and Kyokotsu has unleashed his bankai, but nothing much has changed with his skeleton. Unless.. "These walls," Saren threw a rock on the wall behind him. As the rock impacted, the wall fizzled and rippled slightly, and then the rock went firing back towards Saren, "I knew it. Its also an illusion." He drew out his crescent moon bow, and started to condense a thin, black arrow, instead of the usual white. It seemed extremely violent and deviant. Saren's eyes were also glowing darker and darker. There was a glint of pain on his face, and his right hand was quivering. "Dark Gate: Reiatsu Crush." Saren muttered, releasing the dark arrow. It zoomed towards the wall, and as it made contact, it dissipated. Unlike the rock, it didn't return, and instead, the wall was rippling. Dark spots started to appear, and within seconds, the wall itself collapsed, the illusion gone. But the Funsai Kabe was still coming for them, and so is Kyokotsu, who wasn't fazed by what Saren did. On Saren's part, it was draining. Dark Gate are the extreme opposite of his Heaven's Gate techniques, and they induce temporary decay on his body when used. Normally, he could've used three, but he needed to focus a stronger shot to destroy the illusion. And it took a toll on him. His hand was decaying alarmingly fast. It would regenerate later, but he wouldn't be able to use any of his arrows and bow for the time being. He was howling in pain as the drawback of the technique sank in. It was extremely painful. He fell on his back, writhing on the ground in pain.
namelessk
Karek was pleased to see that his attack was backed up by Iyusaka using a kido. He smiled when he saw it take out the large skeleton being, but when Kyokotsu called out the words "Bankai", worry formed on his face. This man already had incredible powers in shikai, and now Bankai. How would they stop him? Karek was wondering this when he saw their chances go from slim to none. Kyokotsu had just used a kidou that was ranked higher than #100. He didn't even know of a kidou that was that powerful. The kidou which he used was powerful and decayed the ground before it as it moved forward. It even ate away any reiatsu that touched it, as evidenced by the effect of Saren's arrow on it. Karek had a kidou which he felt could handle it, but it would take too much reiatsu, something he didn't have now with the limiters on. Plus, using that kidou could take out his whole group along with the wall, and he couldn't risk that. Just then, Saren exclaimed that the wall was an illusion as well and proceeded to destroy it. Karek was pleased with this and grateful to Saren. He then saw Saren howling in pain as the way was made clear for them to go through. He squatted down and grabbed Saren, placing the arm which wasn't decaying behind his head and over his left shoulder. He then held onto Saren like that, trying to stand him up. "Alright guys. Saren has just made a path for us. We need to get out of here. We don't have the time to just sit around and wait for that kidou to reach us." Karek said. For the second time today, he was actually sounding serious, as he had when he had warned the others not to tell of Saren's mishap to the Captain-Commander. "Captain Karnon, contact your division to release Gentei Kaichou. It will take some time, I know, but still. We are in dire need of it at the moment." Karek said. He then stood up fully and shunpo'd off, moving farther away from the wall. He continued to shunpo, heading farther and farther away. The others should follow him quickly.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Yippee!" Kasen exclaimed as the Garganta formed in front of him. "Meet you guys on the other side." Kasen said as he blasted reiatsu from his feet and flew headfirst into the Garganta before him. Upon reaching the other side, he skidded to a halt within the air and pumped his fists. "Yes. Made it!" he said. He then looked at all around him and waved. "Yo guys!" he said to Yori, Yoru, and Zasalamel. "Yo Rey. Long time no see bro. Whatcha been up to?" Kasen asked Rey.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meanwhile, on the Bount's side, Kaishi began walking when Reinhardt did. The ground before him was heaving up and down at a much slower pace now. It continued like this before the trail of ground that was moving on it's own grew farther in front of Kaishi, up to where Reinhardt was. "My doll is getting anxious. It must really like the reiatsu that it is sensing. But, that reiatsu....it feels too powerful. I just hope that my doll doesn't grow too greedy." Kaishi said. .:Blu:.
As Iyusaka witnessed the wall disappeared, he looked at Saren to see him in serious agony. "That took a lot out of him...." As Karek finished his statement, Iyusaka simply gave an agreeing nod and looked at Kisune. "Cpt. Karnon, make sure to have them set up a barrier too, this battle will be a destructive one. Will hurry and get to safety." Iyusaka stated calmly as he used his shunpo to follow Karek back. "Karek, if this keeps up, we might need to use our shikai as well. But just don't use that technique....." Iyusaka stated with a grim voice. Being friends for a long time, Karek would know what Iyusaka meant. -Meanwhile- Izearya closed his eyes and sighed. "Very well....." Izearya stepped through the Garganta and appeared were the others were at. Immediately, he sensed a number of strong reiatsu, two of which really caught his attention. "......" Izearya stayed quiet as he waited.
CarlinFan
Rey smiled at Kasen's arrival. He noticed that Zasalamel had seemed less than enthusiastic at the prospect of Kasen's arriving, despite the obvious aid the Arrancar would bring. He'd have to keep an eye on him. "Kasen! Hey! How've things been? Done much killing lately?" ----------------------------- Akiyama's fingers tensed around the hilts of his blades. "Something feels odd to me too." His mind was racing as to the possibilities. Was there a guardian of the Heigou? Were the other factions also pursuing the object? Were there more of the strange animals that had attacked them? Whatever the case, his guard would be up until they were safe and sound back at the Seireitei.
Ultimate Assassin Ninjew
Sorry for the long post. I had to reply to basicly everything from my last post to pertain to the firewall, plus to make things nicer knowing how each character responding to everything. Kisune was shocked as Kyokotsu, but expected it from an ex Zero Division member. He watched the giant skeleton rise from the ground and was amazed at how strong this guy was. “No wonder he’s part of the Zero Division,” he thought to himself. Rogue had a worried look on her face, though she knew everything would be ok with so many captains around. She was sure they all could handle a single man. Kisune used Shunpo to dodge the hand swipe from the large skeleton and so did Rogue. Christine used Hiryenkyaku, showing she also knew how to do it and did it to dodge the skeleton’s hands. Before she went to gather her bow and attack the skelton, Karek and Iyusaka brought it down. As Kyokotsu said Bankai, Kisune and Rogue knew that there was a problem now. As the bone spikes came at them, Kisune deflected his and Rogue removed her Zanpakuto and deflected her own. Christine formed her bow and shot an arrow to deflect hers. She fired an arrow as Saren did to the Kidou, but it ended in the same way as his. Kisune saw that attacks weren’t going to work on this kidou, but maybe a good defense would. Surely it would at least slow it down. He stabbed his zanpakuto into the ground and held his hands towards the kidou. “Bakudo #81, Danku,” Kisune called out. A large wall of Reiatsu formed in front of him, capable of blocking the path of the kidou Kyokotsu had sent out. However he wasn’t sure if this was capable of holding such attack back. Rogue and Christine followed Karek as Kisune did this. Then Kisune followed them as well. When Kisune arrived he saw Saren in pain and realized that the wall that they had been surrounded by had been gone for the escape. It must have been Saren who did it, though at a cost. As Karek and Iyusaka stated about the Gentei Kaichou and a barrior he nodded and clicked his communicator. “This is Captain Kisune Karnon of the 12th Division. Requesting for Gentei Kaichou removal and a barrior set up around my position for about 2 kilometer radius,” he stated. A small pause and a “Yes, Captain,” was heard. He looked at the others and said, “The request is being done. It will be a few moments before it is removed. Until then, we have to defend ourselves. I left a barrior for the kidou, but I don’t know how long it’ll last.” -----------------------------------------------Silvia watched as Reinhardt stabbed Adilei, she gave a slightly shocked, but not noticeable look as it happened. When Reinhardt explained what he had done, she gave a thought, “Well I am faithful to Fui anyways, so no need for me to worry.” As Reinhardt talked to Kaisu about where to go, she just crossed her arms and looked angry. She was obviously not happy that she wasn’t leading them like she wanted. As Reinhardt began to move in the direction Kaisu stated, she followed. Drache separated into tiny fragments and formed on her shirt in the same pattern as before. ------------------------------------------------As Sven simply grabbed an image, he got a bit angrier and closed his eyes. Since Kasen had called for “Phone”, he would have to reply and would have to appear back to where he was. The moment he heard Kasen begin to talk, he quickly grabbed his neck and opened his eyes. He gave Kasen a glare that meant he wasn’t happy. Then he released Kasen and allowed him to speak to Zasalamel. When the Garganta opened up and Kasen rushed into it. Sven and Turantura just walked in to appear with everyone else. Sven having just used resurrection was a bit tired, but didn’t show it. Turantura was a little happy to be someplace where his abilities could be put to good use. He didn’t say anything about the groups that were moving, though he most wanted to. He had sensed them all the moment he appeared there through the Garganta.
