Name: Kaosu Rihi

Age: 19

Appearance: Kaosu has shaggy teal hair, it looks somewhat like ichigoes only more smooth. His eyes are the same color. Kaosu wears the white quincy uniform only it is decorated with biohazard symbols on it, on the left side near the hear, and a large print on the back. These are in black. Kaosu doesn't wear the quincy gloves however. But he does wear their shoes.

Personality: Kaosu is cool and laid back he likes to asses the situation before jumping in. Analyzing what he is dealing with before running in and dying. Kaosu is always thinking of the next step, whether it is in normal life or on the battle field. His personality does not change in any situation.

[spoiler=History]History: Kaosu was raised in a small village unknown amoungst the world or the seireitei. This being said, the entire town was filled with quincy and no one knew about them. That is, until one day they were found by a group of bount, one of them being Baldur. Kaosu was the only survivor of his clan. He fled to a larger village and met up with a group of quincy that like him were under the radar of everyone. he joined them since they planned to destroy the bount. Kaosu did not have a grudge against Baldur himself, but rather a grudge against the whole race. And he was going to avenge his clan no matter what the cost. Also upon fleeing his village of quincy he rumaged the items he could from it without being detected. The items he scavenged were silver tubes and a collection of Seele Schneiders. Kaosu always was considered to be faster then everyone his age growing up, in his small village he practiced his speed in track and cross country. He learned how to Hiyrenraku at a young age of 15 and has exponential speeds that grant him the ability to evade most attacks. Kaosu may be extremly fast but he does not claim nor is he the fastest out there. Along with his speed he is also very coordinated and flexible, he was also a gymnast having a secret obsession with circuses he trained to be like the people in them. Although it was only a phase and he continued with his training but no longer wished to join the circus, he recently around the age of 18 mastered Ransōtengai. The ability to contol ones body like a puppet dispite paralysis or injury.

[spoiler=Bow Details]Bow Name: Ichimatsu-doku

Quincy Cross: It looks like the average quincy cross with a silver cross, and blue where it overlaps to from a smaller cross on the cross. The only difference is instead of the standard circle near the middle section of the cross it has a biohazard in its place.

Bow Appearance: It is a biohazard symbol shown above. His hand rests in the middle circle, and the arrow represents the direction the bow faces when its being fired. It is obviously a biohazard symbol turned to the side.

Bow Abilities: The bow is made of reatsu which means it has the ability to fire arrows of reatsu aswell, The bow can fire 1400 arrows at once, and fires them quickly and rapidly. the bow itself also has the ability to guard against minimal attacks that use small amounts of reatsu.

Extra Items: Seele Schneider, silver tubes.

@Allesk: Quincy App (1/2) Approved.. Good job on that bow thing. Could've used some more abilities, but its accepted as it is. If you're going to do any modifications, PM me. :D

 

@Random Dude: As what Ninjew said. There is no definite leader for quincys, therefor until it will be agreed upon, the maximum stats for quincys can only reach 65/70. If 3 quincys reach a stat of 65/70, the max stats would be lowered to 60/70. This is to prevent ALL Quincy characters from having 65/70 as max stats.

Name: Shikazu Kato

Hair style: Shikazu chooses to let his hair standing up, pointing backwards. On the Front his hair is divided in two, to make it easier to battle continually.

Eye color: Brown

Upper body: His upper body is impressive when compared to most of the captains. His muscles are on a steady width but still ready to unleash powers if necessary. On his left side of his stomach, he has a huge scar from a sword.

Lower body: His legs are muscular smooth, which make it easier to move quickly in fights where the opponent is stronger physically.

Facial hair: None

Clothes: He wears an offical taichou shihakusho with traces of blood in different places, in addition of that it’s elegantly designed. His Zanpakutou hangs loosely on his left side of the waist. In his hands, he wears red gloves to cover the blood from the battles. His trousers are white colored up to the knees, where it is bloody red, His shoes is normal sized with sandals.

 

History: Shikazu was born without knowing who his parents were, in the middle of 79th street rukongai. Where he was brought up by a boy, around 10 years older than shikazu. The boy who had raised shikazu was a skilled warrior in the art of strength and speed, and because of this fact, Shikazu was raised to an warrior. Years passed away and shikazu who had at this limit become an splendid warrior, Had grown tired of this life, in this suburb where all adults were murderers or thieves, but decided himself to stay with his plastic brother. By blocking the pain from the miserable life he had managed to live there, But that didn’t last to long. After a few years, his brother were found dead, Pierced in the heart, lying in their ramshackle house. Shikazu was crushed, He swear upon the name of his brother that he would follow the way of the warriors.

He decided to go shinigami, When he started school, his martial arts were more than impressive in the teachers opinion. He trained endlessy and honed his skills, and finally he had joined the 13 gotei. Without a doubt he choose the 3rd squad, were his brother had both mantained peace and arts. He was well respected especially the way he combined Kidou in his battle style. Years after he had joined the 13th guard company’s he had finally achived the highly respected rank of captain. His wish was simple, Mission in life, giving him a greater chance of becoming captain. He however choose to keep it for himself not to awaken attantion.

Personality: Shikazu is very well-mannered and nice person which make it easy to make freinds However, during a battle he cannot be seem as the same person. When speaking to an elder man or an higher rank, he is very loyal. he has a very defensive personality which helped him becoming a captain, to protect his fellow friends.

 

Powers & Abilities

Swordsmanship: In a battle with swords shikazu can be deadly dangerous, considering all the duels he has gone trough. His switch changes is probably the most dangerous counter an foe can receive, Because of his well trained body, it’s easy to grab the handle fast and swing the sword in the direction of the opponent.

Flash Step: He can not be called a master of the art of flash steps, his physical strength makes it harder to move through the air in minor seconds, But he’s still able to travel atleast several feets however, He chooses to run or jump. Shunpo-ing during a battle is only a loss for shikazu’s flawless battle style.

Spiritual Pressure: his pressure is a normal Shinigami reiatsu, not rated particularly high. When realesed, the common blue flowing energy blazes. During conflicts he usually send reiatsu into his Zanpakutou to strengthen his force. His control of reiatsu in itself ain’t quite good, But he accepts it as long as it does not impair his strength.

Strength: The Basic Art of his impressive battle style, without his strength, he would sink low in the ranks. His physical strength also affect is defense, as kenpachi zaraki he can block attacks from an inferior opponent with his bare hand. In battle his strength is lowered to not completely annihilate his opponent. While facing an foe of the same level, He usually realeses his full power later in the battle in order to enjoy the battle as long as possible.

Endurance: This is not a problem in a battle, Shikazu's stamina makes it variable to attack several times in once. During his young days as a shinigami he trained extremely much on this stat.

Durability: His health is strong and he can handle at least 2 powerful blows in the stomach Without falling down, However he try to avoid wounds.

Kido: Kidou isn't Shikazu highlight but still he can amaze people using the minor kidou spells he can perform. Shikazu is very talanted realising kidou and sending spells into objects.

Hand to Hand: He usually don’t fight with his body but in rare conditions he may do it. He is quite good in this art considering his massive strength. However he probably can’t last a minute against someone like soifon in the art of hand to hand.

 

Zanpakutō

Name: Hakuhime

Discription:[spoiler=Sealed Zanpakutou] In its sealed form it’s practically in the same length and height as Hitsugayas hyourinmaru, Maybe a half feet shorter. It’s an almost nearly completely black zanpakutou.

By shouting out the realese words, Hakuhime spins around in a circle wrapped in reiatsu in minor seconds, Then it appears in shikazu’s hand. His shikai does not only boost his strength and speed, it also can immobilize the targets vitals with a pure slash.

 

Bankai Name: Unleash, Hakuhime no Hibi

Bankai special power: Shikazu bankai doesn’t enihance his kidou or his speed, or even his defensive ability. It’s just a huge chunk filled with reiatsu with tremendous destructive power, However it’s a little clumsy because of it’s size. For each blow you exchange with the foe, it’s energy increases. (Pic)

@IceRinger: Uh, your appearance Pic seemed to be non-existent, it would be cool if you can describe it in words... 4 lines in Personality please.. Kido part means you have to put real Kido (i.e. Hado #4: Byakurai, etc).. Spoiler All parts that requires spoiler (Personality, and History in your case).. and lastly, for correction purposes, its 48/70. :). Edit it, and then PM me plox.. :D

 

@Allesk: your Quincy App is still accepted.. :D. Good job defining the arrow count..

@Allesk: Yeah, well, it just hit me that Quincys have less variety in their attacks.. lol.. so its cool. The arrow count definition should be good enough. at least you wouldn't go "But I could fire Seven Million Arrows!" hahaha.. :D.
