That still doesn't account for the fact that Akiyama's offense exceeds Sven's defense.

 

 

 

Akiyama's eyes widened in surprise at the Cero. However, his enhanced reflexes allowed him to process the threat quickly enough to shoot straight down with his levitation. Akiyama knew that the Cero was fired at such an angle at close enough a range that there would be a margin between the Cero and the ground. He flattened his body, dropping down into that margin and shooting straight towards Sven. Sven would likely be unable to sense Akiyama's marginal Reiatsu fluctuation through the massive presence of the Cero Oscuras.

 

As the Cero dissipated, a levitating Akiyama rapidly closed the distance to Sven. His Wakizashi was held before him at an angle to prevent Sven from blocking the outstretched Katana, which was aimed at the Espada's gut. Due to Sven's wings and tail, the Danku's presence prevented him from whirling or even turning more than a few degrees. Sidestepping was slow enough that he would be unable to escape damage by doing so. Sven was doomed unless he had a Segunda Etapa, which he would be forced to release.

Kanki Ushio, who was posing as Fui at the moment stood there as he saw the three large arrows flying at him. He lifted his right hand and a mass amount of water lying around him began levitating into the air. The water suddenly swirled and began forming together within his palm at a quick rate just as he aimed it at the three large arrows. When the water within his palms formed into a ball the same size as his own body, he quickly pushed it forward towards the arrows. The large ball of water collided with one of the arrows and froze it before exploding, blasting shards and pieces of ice around.

 

This was not enough, however, and it seemed that Fui's attack had no effect as the other two continued towards him. Both pierced into his body with ease, and went clean through him. He now stood there with two large holes within his chest. From the holes, instead of blood dripping out, oddly enough, there was only water. Fui showed no sign of shock upon his face, but simply stared down at the holes. "Ah well...the jig is up." Fui muttered before his body glowed blue. His clothes then seemed to melt away and so did his form. He reformed, but now he stood at 7 feet, was icy in appearance with spikes protruding from the sides of his chest and his elbows, and had a noseless face with deep, blue glowing eyes. "Kanki Ushio at your service. Master Fui will be on his way in a few." he stated as he bowed towards Kaosu. He then pointed his palm at him, releasing from it a massive torrent of ice spikes. "He sends his regards." Kanki Ushio bellowed in a deep voice.

 

Meanwhile, the real Fui stood outside the South Gate, which no one was currently guarding. He stood there with Asaka standing in front of him. The large dome of ice in which Kasaka had been trapped was standing at her side, pulled up from a large hole in the ground a few feet from it. "Why did you have to freeze him?" Asaka asked. "He was going to disobey my orders. I said only to "shake them up". Not destroy them all." Fui stated with no expression on his face, not even his signature smirk. "Be happy that I had Kanki Ushio create this tunnel to bring him here." Fui remarked as he lifted his right hand.

 

The ice structure then melted into water. As the water splashed away, Kasaka was revealed to still be within it, albeit unconscious, but his doll had now reverted back to its sealed form, which was the golden wristbands that he wore on each arm. "Let that be a lesson to him to never disobey me." Fui said. Just then, he felt a sudden fluctuation in reiatsu and turned towards the North Gate. "Ah...Kanki Ushio has been discovered. I must go help him." Fui said before he became a blur and disappeared with speed.

"Nice." Kasen said as he stared at the glowing bow. Just then, he saw Saren fire the arrow, and he became a little surprised because of the speed with which it moved. He then proceeded to watch Saren from the corner of his eye. He took note of every one of his movements and watched as he released an arrow each time he reappeared. "Oh. Trying to hit me from all sides? The Primera trained me for people like you." Kasen said.

 

Kasen then lifted his arms so that his sleeves rolled up on both hands before he clapped them together. At a fairly quick rate, a red ball of reiatsu began forming within his palm. It swirled and grew in size before Kasen pulled his hands apart, splitting the ball into two the size of his palms. Kasen then focused the ball, concentrating it and then shaping it. He quickly spun around once more, and let go of each ball as he spun. As each ball was released, it quickly shaped itself and formed into knives which headed out in all directions due to Kasen's spin.

 

Each of the balls broke down into ten knives, and since there were two of them, this totaled to twenty knives. Eleven of those twenty knives collided with the arrows flying at Kasen, but instead of exploding, the knives pierced completely through the arrows and cut them in half due to their concentrated nature. The arrows then fell towards Kasen as halves, but he did not remain there to see them fall. He was gone in a burst of sonido, reappearing within the air facing Saren's right side.

 

The knives then continued on their way, heading out into the different directions. "Look what I can do! It's not as good as when the Primera does it though!" Kasen exclaimed as he clapped his hands once more. All twenty of the knives, even the ones that had scattered to random spots and had not hit an arrow suddenly stopped in the air and turned back towards Saren. Each of them then proceeded to zoom towards him at incredible speeds. They all aimed to impale him, and if they did hit, they would cut right through him much like they did the arrows. "Yay! Primera taught me well!" he exclaimed joyfully as he watched them sail towards Saren.

As the cero dissipated, Sven noticed the shinigami was coming towards him. "Well this is an interesting one," he thought. The he did something the shinigami probably wouldn't suspect. He turned his body just enough to where the katana would graze past his armor. His tail shot forward and gripped around the shinigami's hand, that held the Wakizashi, as Sven himself grabbed the shinigami's face. With his free hand, he grabbed the shinigami's katana wrist. "Now to show you some more," he said. The graze had left a mark on the front side of Sven's armor, but he wasn't worried. He extended his wings to the sides, showing the 15ft. wingspan he had. Then he a push off the gorund, he blasted into the air. With the shinigami's arms and head in Sven's hands and tail, he would have to go with him. As Sven got high into the air, he spun and threw the shinigami down into his own barrior which Sven now took note of. "Ah I see, that's why you did such an attack," he said to himself. Sven gave out a chuckle. "Come now shinigami, you must have more to please me with," he said casually.

Saren looked a little surprise from the technique that Kasen has displayed. He didn't expect him to have such an interesting ability, but he quickly recovered his composure even as he saw his arrows cut in half. He quickly drew a Seele Schneider, condensed spiritual particles in it, and defended against the incoming barrage of reiatsu knives. He quickly spun to the left, parrying the knives heading towards his critical spots, obliterating them with the Schneider's vibrating blade. However, he cannot defend against everything, which meant that some knives went through his defense. His left arm was wounded by some, producing only light scratches but his right leg was impaled by another, causing a major puncture wound. There was a look of agony across his face, but instead of crying out loud in pain, he smirked towards Kasen.

 

"If you were listening earlier. Those weren't ordinary arrows. And," Saren took a deep breath suppressing the painful sensation, "If you remember, I am the master of reiatsu of my clan."

 

Saren snapped his fingers softly, reanimating his right leg with his Ransotengai ability. He then raised his right hand and closed it into a fist.

 

The arrows that should've been destroyed suddenly reformed back, now colored golden instead of pristine white. The twelfth arrow suddenly materialized in his closed fist, resembling a trident. Saren gave a quick smile towards Kasen, looking rather pleased. Without another second to spare, he threw the golden javelin towards Kasen softly, like throwing a feather.

 

Even though the throw was weak, the golden javelin sped towards Kasen, homing in on the Arrancar. The other eleven golden arrows also sped towards Kasen in a much greater speed than before. Something about the golden color of the arrows seemed to react with the spirit particles around them.

 

"Don't even bother using your technique earlier. They cannot be destroyed as long as there's spirit particles around them. Look around," Saren motioned around Seireitei, "This place, and the rest of Soul Society is made up of spirit particles. Let's see you exhaust that."

 

As he finished his statement, his vision suddenly blurred. He coughed blood out of his mouth, and suddenly fell on one knee. His eyes keep flickering in and out of consciousness. He closed his eyes and checked for his reiatsu. It was fluctuating in a major way, signaling his over exertion. The Heaven's Gate techniques are very taxing as they are extremely powerful. Using the technique when he was just recovering from his wounds earlier from his own Tengoku no Yajirushi was not the best decision, but it was the only way to defeat a powerful opponent. He glanced at Sayori's direction, trying hard to keep his consciousness up.

 

"Kuchiki-san... Sayori... Be..... Safe.." Saren said, catching his breath. As he finished his statement, he fell to the ground, unconscious. His leg was still bleeding from the knife wound. However, even in his loss of consciousness, the Twelve Arrows of the Heaven's Gate, Twelve Disciples of the Messiah Technique was still in action, leeching more spiritual particles from their surrounding. They're now producing some weird whistling noise as they home in on the Arrancar.

Nato struggled as he managed to move his hand towards Raizou, making Byakko move his hands upwards to block the oncoming dome containing his Kido spell, as both Byakko and Nato skidded backwards to stop the attack, the wind gales making Nato's hair and Haori wave violently. Nato could feel himself getting weaker and weaker, his body trembling and his mouth dripping with blood he had coughed up.

 

"D-Damn... I need to finish it quickly... but how? He's just getting more and more... p-powerful. There's nothing I can to to stop him... unless..."

 

Nato nodded. It may mean suicide for him, but he had to do it. He made the lightning construct toss the dome upwards into the roof of Raizou's dark lightning dome that surrounded them, and then he made Byakko brandish his spear again.

 

"I got to admit... Raizou..." he managed to pant, looking at Raizou with a dimmed look. "You're one of the toughest Arrancars I have fought in my entire life. But now... this fight will end. This will be my last and final attack. I will destroy you, no matter what the costs may be."

 

At this, he made Byakko swing his lance, and an arc of lightning shot towards the dome, containing the massed-up Kido spell. As the earth dome cracked open, the Kido was unleashed in one, massive beam, that Nato would control only briefly by the lightning connection of Byakko's lance and the Kido itself. He made Byakko swing down the spear, which made the Kido connect with the ground, and rush towards Raizou and his construct as a gigantic wave of pure Reiatsu energy and lightning.

 

"It's over for you... ARRANCAR!"

From somewhere along the Eastern Wall, a massive reiatsu suddenly released. A surge of magnetic energy swept through the field in a massive manner, crushing the entirety of the wall from wheren Zasalamel stood. The Arrancar has lost his trench coat , revealing a toned upper body with polarity symbols tattooed on opposite sides of the chest, and an equal sign in the middle. He's also lost his bandage around his face, revealing a pair of light-red eyes, and middle-lenght, azure blue, flowing straight hair. As Nato's construct suddenly turned into pure energy and lightning, the Segunda Espada suddenly rushed into the battle, appearing right in between Raizou and the incoming ball of energy and lightning. He held up his hand, a black glove with a minus sign on it pointed at the mass of energy, while his other hand with the positive sign glove was kept pointed towards the nearly invisible dome he shot towards Raizou earlier.

 

"This has got to stop." Zasalamel muttered.

 

The impact from Nato's attack hit the outstretched palm of Zasalamel squarely, causing a massive shockwave that rippled through the earth. At the same time, Raizou screamed extremely loud, bursting into a massive ball of dark energy. His construct immediately crumbled and was absorbed into the ball of energy, expanding more and more. As it touched Zasalamel's magnetic barrier, it exploded, but somehow it didn't escaped the barrier itself.

 

"Hmph." Zasalamel simply said as he closed his palm pointing towards Raizou, extinguishing the ball of energy inch by inch, sending a massive current of electricity towards his other palm absorbing the impact from Nato's attack. After another moment, Raizou's cataclysmic explosion has vanished without a trace, as if completely nulled by Zasalamel's palm.

 

"Shinigami, you're strong. But let me teach you something about nature. Lightning is negative. My palm is negatively charged, and thanks to Raizou's energy, was amplified a hundred fold," Zasalamel now stood his ground, unmoved even by the advancing efforts put about by the massive ball of lightning and energy, "I wonder if you know something about magnets."

 

He pushed the ball away with a slight push of his palm. The effect was extremely great, as the ball suddenly got pushed back several yards away, almost without effort from the Segunda Espada. The force from repelling the massive ball of energy was so intense that the ground in front of Zasalamel produced a crater. Lightning surged out of his palms as he repelled the ball, completely dissipating into thin air. As he did this, he snapped his fingers and reverted to his unreleased state, his white trench coat reformed, with the massive collar zipped up and covered half his face again.

 

"Captain-san, I will tell you this now. Retreat. I have no need for you anymore. Privaron 666, or rather, Raizou-san, is no more. But I have something to recover from this place. And as such I don't want to be disturbed." Zasalamel said, not looking at the captain, but instead seems to be looking for something around the crater Raizou formed earlier. "I am offering you just this once. Leave here with your life, or stay here and your life is forfeit."

 

Something in the ground from where Raizou was standing earlier shone as the morning Sun rose up in the sky. Zasalamel's eyes smiled as he casually made his way towards the shining object. It looked black and has the shape of a small orb.

 

"One down, one to go. Where did it landed?" Zasalamel pondered to himself, looking around the crater.

RP TIME IS NOW MORNING. Soul Society just passed Dawn, and so its now morning in the RP. This is just for time reference for those who wish to incorporate the environmental conditions in their post.

 

Also, Eastern Gate and the area surrounding it is completely desolated from the aftermath of Raizou and Nato's fight.

Sayori's eye's widened as she felt Saren's reiatsu quickly depleating. Seconds after did she feel a rush of energy signifying that the cool time from her defense was over. She shunpo'd to the top again, with a glare etched onto her face. "Kaze ni Sanzai ten no, Monoroki saigo no dansu." The wind picked up harshly and surrounded the building that the stood on. Slowly from under her, her green reiatsu spread out and infused with the circling wind. Two smaller barriers surrounded Saren and Yomi. "You know I do not get mad very often, so congradulations for being the first."

 

All around small reiatsu concentraited birds appeared. "I will make you pay for what you have done." She snapped her fingers and some of the birds came together and formed ten swords. "10 Sanran Ken..." With another snap of her fingers the swords shot towards Kasen homing in on him with deadly speed and persicion, joining the arrows sent by Saren. "I advise you not try to escape as anything that touches the barrier with be sliced to shreds."

"I swear to God, you'd better drop some damn good weapons when I kill you!" Jun Fon yelled in return, sprinting for the wall of fire. "Inusaka-san! Let me take him; it's been a while since I've fought someone with powers like mine! That, and I really want the Ultima Weapon." His bladed tonfa blazed to life once again, and he dove through the fire. "Bull-dude! Why are you still alive? I thought Theseus killed you way back when!" he joked, lunging for the half-man half-bull.

Kaosu took off his jacket and threw it forward at the steam to absorb the moisture. As he did this he also jumped back and to the left. He then formed the bow with his right hand and pulled back shotting arrows at the on coming turrents causing them to slam into each other and disperse. Kaosu then began to form another arrow only this one was a gigantic arrow. Kaosu released it at the pillar rushing towards him. The arrow collided with the pillar creating an explosion of reatsu. Kaosu's hands began to tremble weakly. "I cannot exsert that much without draw backs. I'm sorry that I am limited as a quincy and cannot do much more."

 

 

Baldur was still runnining towards the spot that he first sensed Fui even though he could no longer exactly sense him in that location he knew Reinhardt was there. He was hetting closer and he knew it because he could both sense the reaitsu getting stronger and he could hear the explosions and such. Baldur continued runnning he would be there soon.

"Hmm..." Kasen muttered to himself as he listened to Saren explain about his technique. "You're trying to end the game too fast. That's cheating." Kasen proclaimed as he saw the golden javelin speeding towards him. With a burst of sonido, he was gone from the spot and later reappeared higher in the air, far above the path of the javelin. He then looked around him to see the other eleven arrows now reformed, heading towards him at even faster speeds than before.

 

"Let's play tag!" Kasen exclaimed as a large grin formed over his face. There was a reason that it was he who the Primera sent out to find Sven. He was more so the Primera's "special" messenger who he also trained. He was only sent out when the Primera was in dire need of someone to relay a message without delay. Kasen was built for this, and the speed with which he now moved through the air could attest to this.

 

Kasen sonido'd in and out, moving from left to right within the air to try and confuse the arrows which were homing in on him. He sonido'd even higher in the air and then flipped himself to angle towards the ground, then as the arrows and javelin came at him, he blasted himself downwards through the air with such speed that he left behind a sonic boom and a large ripple. He was now seen speeding towards the roof of the building, but just before hitting it, he angled himself and flew upwards before sonidoing once more. "Nah na nah na nah nah! You can't catch me!" he shouted through the air as he continued to sonido around. His stamina was great, one could admit, for he was using sonido effortlessly without tiring. Could this have been a result of his training with the Primera, one of the strongest Arrancar in Hueco Mundo? To even train with him, one had to be able to keep up, and Kasen was now showing that he was able to.

 

It was then that he noticed the swords which had joined the fray. "Aww, no fair." he said as he pivoted himself and rolled within the air to change direction. He was now heading towards Sayori, Saren, and Yomi. As he neared them, he smirked, for he had a plan in mind. Let's see if they expect their own attacks to come back at them? He continued on his path towards them, moving with incredible speed in a straight line to collide with them. He prepared himself to fly straight upwards when he neared them, but first he had to see what would happen. "Coming in for a landing!" he shouted as he neared them.

Meanwhile, back in the castle within Hueco Mundo, the figure, Ganz, stood watching the three black voids facing him. He watched in the first void the fight between Sven and Akiyama, and then in the second he watched the fight between Kasen and Saren and Sayori. "Sven is causing too much destruction. We do not need any blood on our hands yet. Why didn't Kasen give him my message?" Ganz muttered to himself.

 

His expressionless face for once showed some sort of worry for the situation at hand. Should I go and pull them out myself? Just then, an image caught his eye. This image was of a figure who had appeared in the third void. The third void had been showing the fight between the three captains and the Bounts, Reinhardt and the twins, but now it was showing someone else. This man stood proud and had an arrogant air about him. All of the other Bount regarded him with extreme respect and loyalty. "So....their leader has arrived. This makes even more reason to go myself and pull them out. I cannot afford them getting pulled into that battle or even being seen by him." Ganz muttered.

 

"I will go and bring them back, but I cannot reveal myself." he said as he turned away from the three voids. He waved his hand in the air and all three closed instantly. He then moved his hand over his face and moved it down over his body. As he did this, his body began disappearing, first from his head on down. A slight breeze moved through the room and a small 'pop' was heard before everything became calm again.

Kanki Ushio raised his palm once more as his torrent of ice spikes was destroyed. He then slammed it into the ground, letting some of his hand melt as he did. From the ground in front of Kaosu, a large hand shot up, made of water which then quickly froze. The hand cast a large shadow over Kaosu before coming crashing down on him.As it came down on him, water shot out of the ground from his left and right. The water formed into ropes which aimed to wrap around his arms and legs to hold him in place as the hand came crashing down on him. "Ah...Master Fui is on his way." Kanki Ushio called out to Reinhardt as he watched the hand close in on Kaosu.

As Iyusaka pulled back his zanpakuto, he looked back at Jun Fon and nodded in agreement. "Very well Cpt. Jun Fon, I leave this bount to you." Iyusaka stated as he shunpo'd away from Reinhardt. As the water came crashing down towards Kaosu, a giant crystal barrier formed around all sides of Kaosu, with Iyusaka appearing inside the barrier holding his Kesshoo Goon Ken towards the barrier. Iyusaka then looked back at Kaosu with serious eyes. "C'mon, we have to work together to defeat these bounts. I know it's probably difficult for you to ally with us shinigami, but we'll have a better chance working together." Iyusaka stated while helping Kaosu up from the ground.

JCBBaller: Just to clarify things out, the area beneath Schmerz and Reinhardt have already turned into boiling magma, and it spans at least 20 meters around them. Also, Reinhardt is still hiding behind Vereisen's thick mist.

 

 

 

Schmerz let out a loud roar as he saw Jun Fon head towards him. His roar sent out massive shockwave in front of him, causing slight ripples on the magma bed. He then raised his double-edge axe burning with violet flames, and swung it in an arc around him, producing a violet flaming nova to explode in a 360 degrees around Schmerz, leaving only Reinhardt's mist and Reinhardt himself unaffected.

 

"YOU'RE GETTING WAY AHEAD OF YOURSELF!" Schmerz bellowed, now stomping on the ground with his left hoof.

 

The magma bed suddenly burst into violet flames, then formed into a massive minotaur head in front of Schmerz. It roared loudly as it formed, complete with its own set of bloody horns. Schmerz then swung his axe in the direction of Jun Fon, sending the massive flaming minotaur head in his direction. It followed the trail of fire from the flaming nova that's also headed towards Jun Fon, expanding the magma bed around them.

 

"You're getting to fired up, Schmerz, and I mean it without pun." Reinhardt said coldly from within his misty barrier.

 

"SORRY BOSS. BUT THEY'RE REALLY PUSHING ME TO GO TO MY FINAL FORM." Schmerz replied excitedly.

 

"You will do no such thing. Don't even think about going into the last two forms without my permission." Reinhardt said sternly.

 

"AWW. ALRIGHT BOSS. I'LL ELIMINATE THEM WITHOUT THOSE." Schmerz conceded, still looking excited.

"Crap!" Sayori whispered harshly under her breath, watching as Kasen was turning their attacks back on them. Her attacks she could easily redirect, but Saren's were a different story. Even i she blocked with her abilities they'll probably cut through, like before. Well Saren's attacks home in on Spiritual pressure right? Then this should work. She snapped her finger, and all ten swords joined together forming one large sword. It grew larger as she added even more reiatsu to them. After a few tense seconds, on Sayori's part, Saren's attacks slowly changed drection following the pure concetraited Reiatsu sword.

 

She moved her arm up and the sword went in the direction, unil it was no longer seen Saren's attacks following. "Nice try kid." She called her two fans, getting into a stance. With a surprising burst of speed she closed in on Kasen, and when she was a swords length away blades appeared at the end of the fans.

 

Sayori then used Shunpo to attack him from different directions. With each attack the wind followed in it's wake.

From out of nowhere, three slabs of rock suddenly shoot out from the ground and straight towards Kasen. They turned into sharp, pointy spikes as they neared the Arrancar, whistling in the air. Yomi stood up from his spot, looking a little exasperated, but a pair of massive earthen wings present along his back. Also, a patch of earth emerged from underneath his feet, and follows him as he walks towards Saren. On his hand sits a massive, brown scythe with dual blades at the top.

 

"Kuchiki-san, its time I help out," Yomi felt around Saren's neck for a pulse, "He's still alive, though unconscious. That attack he did must've cost him too much."

 

He gestured a hand around the earth underneath Saren. Almost instantly, the soil around him formed a small dome around his body, covering Saren from head to toe. Yomi then moved towards Kasen, hovering using his wings.

 

"Saren will be safe Kuchiki-san. Now, let us focus on the enemy at hand." Yomi said seriously, making another gesture on the earth around him.

 

Aside from the trio of spikes heading towards Kasen, Yomi also caused the earth to crack around him and pulled out another slab of earth. He then punched it towards Kasen. The rectangular slab of earth suddenly grew spikes on its surface as it headed towards the Arrancar.

As Kasen neared them, he decided to look back at the arrows and swords to see if they were still coming at him. When he saw that their course was being changed by a large sword which had formed from the smaller swords, he quickly pulled himself upwards and sonido'd. He reappeared high within the air and stared down at the two of them. "Your friend knocked himself out. Aww, this won't be fun anymore." he said when just then Sayori appeared in front of him.

 

Kasen moved his hand within his sleeves and then quickly spun around. As he spun, a glint of something silver flashed from his white sleeves. His spin allowed him to block the first couple of strikes from Sayori, but with each strike she sent, the wind also followed and he could not fight back the wind for too long. He quickly sonido'd away as she came at him again while he was in mid spin.

 

He reappeared on the ground and stopped spinning, only to see the three slabs of pointy rock now being fired at him. "You guys cheat. Two on one isn't fair. Now I'm gonna have to get serious." Kasen said. As he said this, his face lost the cheerful expression which it once carried and he actually looked serious. From his sleeves, the glint of silver appeared once more. The glint grew larger, and it could now be seen that something was sliding down from his sleeves.

 

Kasen then lowered his hands even more in his sleeves and revealed the sai which he had in his hands. The sai each had gray cloth covered hilts with a smoke cloud imprinted into the bottom of each hilt. There were three deadly blades sticking up from each hilt in a tri-pronged fashion. Could these be his zanpakutou? He held them with his thumb on the middle blade and the rest of his hand around the hilt. He then aimed his palm at the rock slabs, gathering red reiatsu into it once again.

 

Once the reiatsu had gathered enough, he let it blast forward as a vicious and powerful cero. The cero was large enough so that it could destroy all three slabs at once with its wide range. After destroying the slabs, it continued on towards Yomi. Kasen then put his palm down after firing the cero and dashed towards Yomi with incredible speed. He twirled the sai in his hand as he came.

 

At the tip of each sai a red glow began forming, and soon the glow grew larger and pointier on the tip of the sai as it began to lengthen. He was forming a cero on the tip of his zanpakutou! He condensed the reiatsu there and then concentrated it like he had when he had formed the knives. He slashed forward in an X-formation as the rectangular slab of earth neared him. From his slash was released a red wave of energy. The wave cut completely through the rectangular slab due to its concentrated nature and continued on towards Yomi as well along with the cero. He continued in his charge, but slowed down slightly as he watched for Yomi's counter before he made another move.

From within the dome of Las Noches, in a huge icy room, an arrancar sits in an icy throne. His chest showing a "5" tattoo, showing that he is an Espada. "It seems Lord Ganz has gone......... interesting........." the Espada stated as he got off his throne and headed out the door. Just then, an arrancar ran by and kneeled down before the Espada. "What is it?........." the Espada asked in a calm and cold tone of voice. "Lord Izearya, we have just heard of Lord Ganz's disappearance from Las Noches." the arrancar stated. "Yes....... I know........ now go......." Izearya commanded in a calm tone. "Yes sir." The arrancar then sonido'd away. "Maybe I should go and help out Lord Ganz........" Izearya said to himself as he walked away into the darkness.

Yomi didn't seemed to be too surprised by the turn of events. He merely stood his ground and held his scythe firmly. As a cero obliterated his attacks, he merely gave a sigh, even as he saw the cero continuing towards him. The earth beneath him shook for a while, then suddenly, it shot out from the ground, forming a circular wall around Yomi. It spun around at high velocity, just in time as the Cero collided with it. Because of the spin, the energy was deflected to the side, hitting a number of nearby structures. However, the wave of energy following the Cero was something different. It collided with the spinning earthen wall, but it cracked the wall enough that it passed through. Yomi's eyes widened with shock, but he quickly regained his composure. He quickly gestured around the earth around him, his palms wide open, then did a single, loud clap. Almost immediately, the wall closed in on the wave from both sides, sandwiching the attack from both sides. It was also just in time, as the shock wave was only inches away from Yomi's outstretched hands.

 

"Hmph. That was close." Yomi remarked, breathing a sigh of relief.

 

He then stomped his right foot forward, and pressed his palm downwards. He then spun around in a 180 degree angle, bringing his other hand forward, thrusting it into the air. He then stabbed his scythe to the ground with force.

 

"My turn." He muttered towards Kasen.

 

Slabs of earth suddenly formed around the Arrancar, forming an octagonal cage. Then, Yomi brought up his palms, and slammed them to the ground, causing a massive, flat, octagonal piece of earth to rise up and cover the top of the earthen cage. He then applied several layers of earth around the exterior with his fingertips, finally sealing it with a large clay doll on top of the cage's roof.

 

"Tensei no Tsuchikago, The First Year." Yomi said under his breath.

 

He approached the dome gingerly, and knocked from the outside.

 

"Arrancar. Now, you're trapped. This cage is extremely durable inside. Not even your kind can simply destroy it, nor even cause a crack on it when you're inside. Its a different story when you're outside of course, but seeing as there's me and Kuchiki-san outside, I don't see anyone freeing you anytime soon." Yomi remarked, sinking to his knees in fatigue.

 

Damnit, that Arrancar earlier. That cage of his was trouble. This is all I can do for now. Yomi thought to himself.

Nato began to realize the fight was over. He had been shocked of how Zasalamel managed to both negate his lightning attack, and even nullify Raizou's massive explosion. He still took his time to compute how it was possible, but then managed to think of his condition; he had massive wounds all over his body, which also was strained from the inside-out, and his Reiatsu was almost completely drained from all his attacks. To battle with the Arrancar now would be suicide for him, so he merely managed to stand up, and with that, his giant construct Byakko vanished with a giant sizzle of lightning, along with Nato's Bankai, which reverted the weather to normal, revealing the morning sun.

 

"......" Without a noise, he managed to Shunpo away from the Eastern Gate location, as he was in serious need of medical aid; even if the Arrancar was going to destroy the Eastern Gate, or whatever he was up to, Nato needed critical aid first, or he would be as good as dead.

 

"Must... make it... in time to... get... aid..." he chanted for himself weakly, as he Shunpo'd all over Serireitei to get to the nearest Hospital Wing.

Zasalamel glanced a bit towards Nato, watching him leave without any noise. He gave a small sigh of relief, and palmed the ground underneath him with both hands. His bandaged face seemed to relax as he stared at the morning sky. His bloody-red eyes looked more relaxed too.

 

"Ah, so the safety sphere was here all long," Zasalamel remarked, pulling his right palm upwards. Something was stuck to his hand, something white and spherical, "Ah. I'm glad I could fully control the explosion using these two spheres I embedded inside Privaron 666. For one moment there, I thought that gamble would kill me, but good thing it worked. I doubt even polarizing the energy would allow me to escape with my life had I not embedded him with these two."

 

Zasalamel held out a black and white sphere on both hands. Both gleaming under the morning Sun, and both cackling with energy. Something about the spheres made Zasalamel feel extremely weary, as if there was something about them that he didn't anticipated. He placed a magnetic cage around the two spheres, separating them, then tearing the space beside him, opening a small Garganta, into which he deposited the cage.

 

"Now. That's done. I wonder. Morning has come, Seireitei. What will you do? " Zasalamel said, but he felt something extremely strong along the Northern Gate area. "Who owns this reiatsu? It feels intense, like fire. Is this another Captain? And there's also this annoying, scathing feeling, like someone's slipping under my radar."

 

Zasalamel scratched his chin for a bit, then proceeded to moving towards the Northern Gate Area. He moved casually, but with speed, highly interested in what was transpiring around the Northern part of the court.

 

When he arrived, a massive, violet, flaming creature stood on the field below him. It resembled a massive minotaur, with a double-edged axe held by both hands. Steam was venting out of its nose, and the very ground it stood on has turned into magma. The mist at the back of the minotaur seemed unaffected by the extreme heat around the minotaur, despite the fact that from Zasalamel's location, he could feel already the intense heat.

 

"Hmm. Is that what I think it is? That minotaur. Is that a zanpakutou?" Zasalamel remarked, scratching his chin, then his glance suddenly caught glimpse of Iyusaka, Jun Fon, and Kaosu. "Ahh. I wonder who could that be to have drawn three people around him, two of which are captain and one looked like a quincy."

 

His glance also slid to somewhere near Reinhardt, where Kanki Ushio was standing. He gave a puzzled look at the watery-looking figure.

 

"And what is that? If that is a zanpakutou, I certainly don't feel anything from it. Seireitei, what have you invoked upon yourselves?" He said to himself, staring at the battle around the Northern Gate Area.

'S$*t!' Jun Fon thought as he noticed the minotaur head made of fire shoot towards him. He could tell that the flame would be waaaayyy too spicy for him to eat and would burn his tongue. Instead, he turned around and flash stepped out of the way and hid behind one of the walls, panting slightly. 'That was... unexpected,' he thought to himself. 'Damn, I knew I should have saved my progress before fighting.'

Sayori paused in her attack when she saw Yomi was able to defend himself, then trap Kasen inside an earthen dome. "Yomi-taicho, you need medical attention as much as anyone else. You've been working non-stop all night, you can't even stand at this moment." Sayori said softly kneeling down next to him. "How long do you think your cage will hold him? Will it be enough time for you and Saren to make it to th 4th division?" She used her hand to block the sun from her face. As soon as this is over, I'm going straight to bed. Forget paperwork!...Yeah right, Yomi-san and my lutenint won't let me.

Yomi stared at Sayori for a moment, then used his scythe as leverage to stand up. His legs were quivering, and his hands were shaking, but he still let out a friendly smile towards the female shinigami. He gestured around the earth directly beneath him, and it formed into a chair, on which the captain slumped onto.

 

"Actually, I've been up since the first Hollow Attack yesterday," Yomi said catching his breath, coughing a bit before continuing, "Over exertion thus rears its ugly head at me. But I think Tatsu no Nen's prison should hold for a while. Even that Segunda Espada will have a hard time breaking through once he's caught."

 

Yomi coughed another few times, breathing heavily as he grabbed his knees for support, stopping him from falling from the chair. He gazed at the clear blue sky above Seireitei, trying to find a reason to smile more. The skyline was empty, save for smoke rising out from several places all around Seireitei, most notably the Northern Gate area. He grabbed his scythe, and tried to stand up again.

 

"Kuchiki-san, I need to go to the Northern Gate. Something's up in there. I have to-----" Yomi said but was interrupted with a string of heavy coughing. He tried to maintain his position, but to no avail. He collapsed on the ground, coughing harder and harder.

 

Damn it. Its been a while since I've actually fought this much. My body's collapsing from the strain, but I cannot let Seireitei down. Yomi thought through a couple more heavy coughs.

 

As his coughs died out, he quickly stood up again, shakily. His legs were quivering, but he tried to persevere. He tried to move, but his body collapsed on the earthen chair he conjured up earlier. He gave out a frustrated sigh, knowing that his body has reached its limits. More than twice has he used so much reiatsu in one day, and more than twice has he used his bankai, and what's worse, he didn't rest nor received any treatment from the 4th Division barracks earlier. He looked at Sayori with a lonely gaze.

 

"Ah, Kuchiki-san. It seems I cannot do much now. At most, I am trying to keep my consciousness in place," He motioned towards Saren, who's body is encased in an earthen dome. The dome levitated off the ground and started to move towards the 4th Division barracks, "There, that's the last thing I can do. Don't worry, my earthen chair will move towards the 4th Division on its own. Thank the founding fathers of Seireitei they made the entire foundation of Seireitei on good earth."

 

Yomi coughed for another few times as his chair started to move, then he tapped Sayori's shoulders.

 

"Well, you're free to stay here or accompany me and that Quincy friend of yours to the barracks. Either way, you need your rest too." Yomi remarked thoughtfully, before coughing again.

Sayori looke from Yomi to Saren, then to herself. "I guess...But I think I'ma gonna see if any of the captains need help. They've also been fghting through the night, and if push comes to shove," She pulled out the golden cube in her pocket, "I still have this. I'll try to avoid any fighting though, but as the sub for the 4th division while he/she is gone, I have to make sure there aren't any captans in need of help. I'll be back in the next half hour...hopefully..." Sayori smiled before heading off.

On the outside of the octagonal prison that contained Kasen, a garganta opened up and out came Izearya. He looked calmly and coldly at the octagonal prison. "Humph........ You allow yourself to get caught off guard........." Izearya stated calmly as he closed his eyes. "An arrancar's sonido is faster than a shinigami's shunpo....... but you didn't use your sonido to get away from this cage......... how useless.........." Izearya stated as he reopened his eyes. "I can sense shinigami, arrancars, quincies, and bounts present........." Izearya then made his way towards the prison.

 

"This prison........ it seems to be created by a shinigami's zanpakuto........ I can sense two captain-level shinigami nearby........ One of them created this prison........ His spiritual pressure is stronger than mine........" Izearya stated as he took his hand off of the cage and let it hang at his side. "There are multiple captain-level shinigami engaging in combat, and several others on the move.........." Izearya then turned back at the prison, staring at it with cold eyes.

[spoiler=OOC:] Hey yugiohblaze, just to let you know, I don't think that anyone on the outside is able to see what's trapped on the inside of the octagonal prison. You could just say you felt Kasen's spiritual pressure I guess to know that he was in there.

 

 

As Kasen rushed towards Yomi, he saw him counter his cero waves, only escaping by a hair's breath. Kasen continued to rush forwards when just then, huge slabs of rock rose around him. He stopped and then looked around, wondering what was happening. "Hey!" he called out as he looked up only to see the top of the cage, his only exit, now sealed off by a slab of rock which moved to cover it.

 

Kasen moved forward and pounded on the wall of the earthen cage, only hearing the loud echoes which resounded from his pounds. "No fair! Traps aren't allowed." he called out to no avail. No one seemed to hear him on the outside. He jumped back, sliding his sai back into his sleeve, and then gathered reiatsu in his palm. The reiatsu moved into his hand slowly and then condensed. It then formed into a thin blade, about the size of his own zanpakutou.

 

He threw the thin blade forward, hoping that it would pierce through the earthen walls of the cage and allow him something to begin with in order to create his escape hole. To his shock, the blade simply stabbed into the earthen wall and stopped. "Ah...this stuff is tough. Now what will the Primera say when he finds out I failed to send his message to Sven." Kasen muttered to himself.

 

Then he felt the spiritual pressure's of the two captains and the quincy fading away as if they were moving away from the area. Their reiatsu grew fainter and fainter and finally it dimmed so much that he could barely sense it. Then, he felt a new reiatsu, a powerful one at that. It was slightly stronger than his own. "Hey, someone's out there." Kasen exclaimed with joy, but then realizing something, he quickly became worried again. "I hope it's not the Primera. He'll have my head for sure." Kasen said. He then walked to the middle of the cage and sat down, awaiting while the spiritual pressure he felt on the outside let him out. He then proceeded to close his eyes while he sat perfectly still.

Kanki Ushio was surprised to see that his hand had been blocked. He looked only to see a large dome of crystal protecting Kaosu. "Nuisance." Kanki Ushio muttered as he lifted his hand from the ground. His dark blue eyes glowed, and his body began to steam slightly. In an instant, he became water once again and fell to the ground as a large mass of water. The water moved forward with quick speeds towards the crystal barrier. It then proceeded to lift up high into the air as if it's next move was to slam down on the crystal dome.

 

Instead, however, the water solidified and slammed into the ground, creating a hole which it went through. Afterwards, the water then blasted up around the crystal dome, moving around it and rising on all sides. Kanki Ushio was attempting to dig into the ground and loosen the earth under Captain Iyusaka and Kaosu so that the crytal barrier would sink into the ground. He continued moved around the barrier, digging up the ground around it and loosening it even more. It was only a matter of seconds now before the dome's weight would crumble the ground underneath it and cause the two within to be buried alive.
