Bleach: Rise of the Bount [PG-13][Co-Owned by Ryuujinn][Second Arc][Accept via OOC]

As the ball of fire rushed closer to Iyusaka, he unsheathe his zanpakuto and blocked the incoming attack. Iyusaka's face became more serious as he stared at this new enemy. "(This one is different from the other two........ His reiatsu level......... it's immense..........)" Iyusaka thought to himself. "I suppose you are a bount too correct? And not just any bount I take it, a pretty high level one. Are you here for revenge on the Soul Society?" Iyusaka asked with a serious tone. He then turned to Jun Fon. "If we battle him here right now, we would take up a lot of energy. If there was another captain here, that would make things easier, but thinking about it, things are never simple with bounts." Iyusaka explained.

 

"Be on your toes captain. But I guess I don't need to worry about you. Afterall, you're quicker than most shinigami including myself." Iyusaka proclaimed then turned his attention back towards the bount. "Tell me, are you the bount leader?" Iyusaka asked while staring at him seriously. "If you are, then this will be quite bothersome..........."

Akiyama rolled backwards over his shoulder upon being clotheslined by the Arrancar. He dusted off his robes where they'd been hit by the Arrancar's arm. He looked up to face the enemy. Great... another one.

 

Akiyama unsheathed his swords. "I don't have time to ask you to get out of the way." He generated a portal behind himself, creating the other portal behind his foe's back. As Akiyama stepped back into the portal, he began hurriedly muttering an incantation under his breath. "Carriage of Thunder, bridge of a spinning wheel, with light, divide this into six." As Akiyama emerged behind his foe, he pointed a finger at the Arrancar. "Bakudo 61: Rikujokoro."

 

Six golden beams lanced towards the Arrancar's midsection. It was extremely unlikely that the Arrancar would dodge the attack, given that he most likely hadn't heard Akiyama's incantation and didn't know that Akiyama was behind him.

 

As the golden beams shot towards the Arrancar, Akiyama chopped down at his foe's head with his Katana, positioning the Wakizashi to horizontally guard his torso. The only direction the Arrancar could evade was up... straight into Akiyama's blade.

As the shinigami spot and formed the portal, Sven knew he was going for an attack probably in his blindspot. His blindspot was behind him, where he wasn't able to see like everyone else's. Since the shinigami's reiatsu disappeared for a moment when going into the portal and reappeared in a different spot, Sven knew the shinigami had been behind him. However he did not know what kind of attack to expect so he quickly spun around while drawing his zanpakuto. In seeing the beems of light come at him, he released a large burst of reiatsu from all sides of his body disrupting and stopping the kido form working before they reached him. The blast also knocked into the shinigami as he came for his slash and Sven blocked with his own blade. "That was a good try, but I am not so simple an opponent. The fact that your reiatsu flutuated when using the portal is what gave you away. Otherwise it might have done a bit of damage. I also must applaude you for forcing me on a higher defensive then I normally take with my opponents. Usually I do not draw my blade unless needed. You will be a good opponent to take on before I do what I have been asked. Let me ask you something though," Sven said as he gave a pause for the shinigami to ask what to his preliminary question, "Have you ever faced an Espada before?" Sven smirked and waited for the shinigami to attack. Sven released his spirit power on full, creating a dark red aura around his body. It emanated form his body and blasted into the shinigami. The power was dark and menacing, one that could even make a soul to want to die. He focused it on the shinigami, however knowing it would affect him only a bit, but it would be enough. He let out a smirk as the aura was clealry visable on his body.

Reinhardt didn't even showed any emotions. Not even the slightest hint of joy, or remorse, nor even a level of cockiness. He simply stood there as the two captains made mention of him. His simply stared at Iyusaka and Jun Fon, gazing at them coldly, yet with intensity.

 

"Boss, what do we do now? Should we attack or what?" Vereisen, the icy dragon said softly, mist coming out from the dragon's mouth.

 

"BOSS! I SUGGEST WE KILL THE LOT OF THEM! Rrrrrrr." Schmerz, the minotaur said roughly, steam venting out of the minotaur's nose.

 

Reinhardt simply shook his head, then he stared coldly towards the his left and right shoulder, shutting both dolls up. He then rounded towards the two captains.

 

"Get in line? Have you any idea what you're talking about? And you," Reinhardt rounded towards Iyusaka, "I am indeed a Bount. And no, I am not here for revenge, at least not just yet. My purpose here is my own. As for whether or not I am the bount leader...."

 

Schmerz and Vereisen both roared intensely, producing a wave of Red and Blue aura encircling the bount. There was a thin, cold smile present across Reinhardt's emotionless face.

 

"Would you really want to find that out?" He remarked coldly.

Saren was rather surprised when Sayori spoke out. He nearly forgot about her when he saw Zasalamel. He turned towards Sayori, giving her a rather puzzled look, as he doesn't seem to have a concrete answer towards her.

 

"This might sound silly, Kuchiki-san, but that guy. Somehow his presence feels like my grandfather, the strongest quincy alive during his time, and even up to my time. He was killed by some shinigami back then when he refused to disarm himself." Saren said in a confused tone.

 

Zasalamel eyed the two of them from his position, looking rather interested. Out of sheer interest, he used Sonido to land on the air near Saren and Sayori, eyeing them with heightened interest.

 

"Why Saren, I never knew Hiyori made it," He stared at the captain's haori Sayori was wearing, "But you're not her, are you, captain-san?"

 

He turned back towards Saren, looking at him with his bloody-red eyes.

 

"I never thought that you'd be helping a shinigami, Saren. Have you forgotten what they did to our clan?" Zasalamel continued casually, giving Saren an inquisitive stare.

 

There was an inexplicable expression around Saren's face once again, as if he didn't know what he will do.

 

"Who are you really? Kushinada-sama is dead. So stop saying things that only he would say." Saren replied angrily.

 

Zasalamel sighed and drew up his right sleeve a bit, revealing a pentacle similar to what Saren was wearing. It glowed darkly under the dim light. The sight of the Pentacle had such an effect on Saren that he collapsed on his knees.

 

"You really are him. But why? Why are you an Arrancar? How can you be an Arrancar?" Saren blurted out, looking more confused.

 

"Saren, there are just some things in this life we cannot explain," Zasalamel sighed, looking at Saren's confused face, his palm glowing a yellow. He pointed it towards Sayori, "You. You may look like Hiyori, but you're a shinigami nonetheless. Die."

 

A streak of yellow reiatsu exploded from Zasalamel's palms, cruising towards Sayori. Saren tried to move towards Sayori, but his body suddenly fell down, collapsing in on the stress. Zasalamel's eyes looked serious as he guided the Cero towards Sayori.

 

"In your dreams, Arrancar." Yomi shouted.

 

A thick slab of earth suddenly shot up in the air, blocking the cero completely as it shattered into a multitude of pieces. Yomi suddenly appeared right beside Sayori, looking very serious. Zasalamel looked thoughtful however as he lower his palms and stared at the three people in front of him.

 

"You all look well-acquainted. Well, I'm not really here for a fight. I'm here to visit at an old friend, right Yomi? Did you forget how you mercilessly took my life when I was a quincy? Or should I refresh your memory?" Zasalamel said cooly, staring at the very suprised Yomi.

Kasaka smiled when he saw that the two Shinigami had been able to block his doll's attack. That was testament to some of their strength. He simply stared at Jun Fon when he asked him about his doll's ability. Then suddenly, Kasaka burst into laughter. It was an evil laugh, one that brought chills to a person's spine.

 

"Take me on?" Kasaka asked as he finally stopped laughing. "We don't-" Kasaka began. "Fight alone." Asaka finished. "We always-" Kasaka began. "Fight together." Asaka ended. "We are twins after all." Kasaka said. "Now, fall-" Asaka began. "To our combined doll's strength." Kasaka finished.

 

Kasaka was ready to attack the two shinigami when he heard commotion coming from the cube behind him. He turned around, only to see the seal shatter. He then saw Reinhardt step out from the debris of the shattered seal. "Good to see that you are alive." Kasaka said before turning his attention back on the shinigami. Then, when he heard them ask if Reinhardt was the Bount leader, he and Asaka both burst into laughter. "Let's finish them Reinhardt. They ask too many questions." they both said in unison after they had finished laughing. Asaka's doll then appeared in front of her, moving her hands around in a circular pattern in front of her. "Just die." Asaka proclaimed as her doll shot forth a large wave of the same purple liquid as before. The wave of purple liquid moved towards the two Captains, burning away at the ground as it moved. A carved path in the ground was left where it moved and steam could be seen lifting up into the air from the carved path.

 

"Be careful Shinigami." Kasaka said with a smirk on his face. The flaming lion then bounded forward, forming another golden fireball in it's mouth as it leaped forward. It then jumped into the air and blasted the fireball down onto the two Captain while the purple liquid was still heading towards them. They would have to dodge both or they would be in a heap of trouble.

As Sayori listened to Saren's, if not confused, explination she was looking at the still nameless arrancar in front of her. Once he was done there really wasn't anything she had to say about that. A surprised look found her face as the arrancar examined both her and Saren, clearly mistaking her for Hiyori...That is until he saw the haori she was wearing.

 

She looked at Saren who fell to his knees in emotional grief. It must be hard seeing someone you love as an arrancar., She thought looking sadly between Saren and the arrancar.

 

The arrancar then pointed a glowing yellow hand in Sayori's direction, intending to kill her then and there. I think not, I will not be killed that ea-What? Sayori couldn't help the slightly annoyed look that passed her face as she was once again saved by Yomi. Not that she wasn't grateful, it's just that all night she had been saved by either Yomi, a captain, and then an ex-enemy. Is it because I'm a girl, or do the think me incapible of protecting myself? She quickly shook her head, as those were thought for times other than these.

 

She was just in time to hear the arrancar adressing Yomi. Asking him if he remembered killing him brutally when he was alive. Sayori looked at Yomi in shock not seeing him as the type to do something like that to a human. Hollows of course, but a human...Even if he was a quincy.

As the incoming attacks moved closer to both Iyusaka and Jun Fon, Iyusaka kneeled down and held his zanpakuto in a downwards position. "Fragile blade impale the ground and spread your roots to become anew, Kesshoo Goon Ken!" Iyusaka chanted as a large wave of spiritual pressure is released, slowing down the incoming purple liquid. Iyusaka then send a torrent of crystal spikes at the golden fireball, diffusing it into multiple fireballs that evaporated before it could reach the two captains. "Alright Cpt. Jun Fon, the purple liquid is moving slow enough to be dodged, but I guess we don't need to dodge." Iyusaka proclaimed as he transfered his reiatsu into Kesshoo Goon Ken and fired an energy wave at the purple liquid.

 

As the wave of energy made contact with the purple liquid, it caused an explosion and a cloud of smoke covered the two captains. "(That liquid substance........ it's stronger and much faster acting than corrosive acid......... These bounts are not to be taken lightly......... especially the one that was released from the cube..........)" Iyusaka thought to himself as he carefully scan the cloud of smoke and his surroundings. "Cpt. Jun Fon, I know you don't need me to remind you, but make as less noise as possible." Iyusaka stated. "Hopefully another captain will arrive soon to help us." Iyusaka added as he continues to look around, putting his defenses up.

"Not so fast." Asaka said as she saw Iyusaka fire the energy wave into the purple liquid. As the purple liquid touched the energy wave, instead of exploding with it, it simply passed right through it. The energy wave was quickly dispersed as it did so, as if it had not even been there. "That isn't just any liquid. That's poison....highly corrosive poison. It decays everything, even reiatsu." Asaka explained as she clapped her hands together.

 

Her doll then clapped it's own hands and the poison that was still heading towards Iyusaka after having eaten through his energy wave rose up into the air. The poison then spread out in the air about Iyusaka and formed into many blades which then proceeded to rain down on him.

 

"They aren't doing too well sister." Kasaka said. "What do you expect? They're Shinigami. They're just trash who like to wipe out other races for their own benefit." Asaka said. "Sorry that you may not get a chance at these worthless Shinigami Reinhardt." Asaka added as she turned back slightly to look at Reinhardt from the corner of her eye.

 

Wärmekönig then bounded forward towards Captain Jun Fon, leaving a trail of golden flames in its wake as it ran towards him. It opened it's mouth when it was about 10 feet from Jun Fon and began gathering a large golden fireball within it. It fired this golden fireball towards Jun Fon and then proceeded to fire a second one right after. The two balls of golden fire moved towards him with incredible speed, one following right behind the other. They would surely incinerate him if he was hit.

Within an abandoned warehouse, a man wearing a dark brown trench coat sat within a chair which was seated at the back of the warehouse and faced the front. The man sat with his hands clasped together near his chin. He was obviously in deep thought, and the slightly irritated expression which he wore on his face didn't help the situation.

 

He should have been back by now. What is holding him up? Where did Reinhardt go? To check up on Baldur? The man quickly rose to his feet and then looked around at the Bount who stood before him. "I need to take a walk." he told them as he stepped down from the throne which the chair had been seated on. With each step he took, the stairs seemed to crumble a little beneath his feet.

 

"Are you okay Boss?" a random Bount asked from behind the man. The man then turned around to face the Bount who had called out to him. "Don't worry about it. I just need some fresh air." he replied with a slight smirk on his face. He stepped forward once more and walked out of the warehouse. As soon as he reached the outside of the warehouse, he stopped walking. Maybe I should check up on Baldur's progress. the man thought to himself before he disappeared in a blur of speed.

"You think we're trash?" a suddenly very intense-looking Jun Fon asked, dodging the twin fireballs with minimum effort, abd shoving Inusaka out of the way of the acid swords. "That's rich, considering you guys are a bunch of vampire ripoffs who feed on human souls just to continue your own life." He said, the flames on his tonfa gettingmore intense. "Let me ask you one question before I completely lose my cool."His reiatsu beginning to rise and flames begnning to roll of of his lower body. "WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM?!!he roared, dissapearing with shunpo and reappearing in a sliding motion under the flaming lion, punching it in the stomach as he slid under.

The swords headed towards Iyusaka at great speeds. Iyusaka then gave a smirk and formed Kesshoo Goon Ken into a shield. The swords rained down onto the blade of Kesshoo Goon Ken splattering as they impacted the blade. "This liquid of yours, it's strong but not enough to corrode my Kesshoo Goon Ken's blade. The crystals that are created by my zanpakuto are specially hardened. My zanpakuto is however still vulnerable to more devastating attacks." Iyusaka explained as he strip the liquid from his blade.

 

"I can tell that this isn't your strongest attack. You're holding back to test my abilities aren't you?" Iyusaka stated confidently. "(I don't have time to deal with this bount. Especially when there's a stronger one I have to watch out for.)" Iyusaka thought to himself as he swung his Kesshoo Goon Ken at the bount.

 

-Meanwhile-

 

"Humph........ It seems the Seireitei have some new friends to deal with........ Better get going then........ I don't want to miss out on any of the action......" a shadowy figure stated as he gave a blood-thirsty smile.

"Hit a nerve did I?" Asaka asked in a cooing voice as she saw Jun Fon grow angry at her comment. "Those souls are already dead. We are forbidden to feed on souls that are alive. Our race wasn't dead before you Shinigami brutally slaughtered us." Kasaka said. He was surprised to see Jun Fon disappear so quickly, but this type of movement was expected of a Captain.

 

When Jun Fon punched into the stomach of Wärmekönig, his fists simply went right through as if he was punching through air. The stomach of the lion turned to flames and moved around the fist and then the lion itself seemed to completely dissolve away into flames while it moved away from Jun Fon. "Foolish Shinigami. Physical attacks don't work on Wärmekönig. All it does is turn to flames when hit by them." Kasaka said as he broke into laughter.

 

He then stopped laughing and whispered "Meteorregen." Wärmekönig suddenly reformed above Jun Fon now, a golden ball of flames within it's mouth. "Die." Kasaka said as the lion blasted the ball of flames down onto Jun Fon. As it flew down at him, it exploded into many smaller fireballs which all converged down onto him. They all slammed down on his body at the same time, creating a large explosion as they hit. The shockwave from the explosion ripped across the air, and flames danced around from the splatter effect of the meteors.

 

"You don't listen. My doll's poison eats through reiatsu. Look at your blade. It's completely made of reiatsu." Asaka said as she casually pointed to Iyusaka's blade. As she had pointed out, Iyusaka's blade was now steaming where the poison swords had touched it. The steam was emitting from small parts of the blade that had been eaten away slightly. Sure, the blade was made of the hardest crystal ever, but it was still reiatsu, and so it was not immune to the effects of the poison. Even the ground around Iyusaka was steaming from where the poison touched it, and this steam was rising high into the air while swirling around him.

 

"We're just getting started." Asaka said. Her doll then clapped its hands, and the area around Iyusaka suddenly became inverted and warped. Everything around Iyusaka then seemed to disappear. The area around him had changed completely, and he was left with only the two Bounts and their dolls standing before him. What had just happened?!

As the world around him disappeared, Iyusaka stared at the two and gave a friendly smile. "Well very good. It seems my blade is starting to corrode a little bit." Iyusaka stated as he continued to smile. "However, I can regrow my blade so that's one thing to not worry about. However, this is very interesting, what you just did." Iyusaka then looked at the steam coming off of Kesshoo Goon Ken's blade. "Well the steam from your acidic poison is sure making things strange. It's even able to make me see things, like how there's nothing here but me and you two bounts." Iyusaka stated. "I never underestimate an opponent no matter how weak they are. So I've been paying close attention to your abilities. This should be fun." Iyusaka stated

 

Iyusaka then shed Kesshoo Goon Ken's blade and regrew a new one. "How long is this effect going to last I wonder?" Iyusaka asked as he placed his hand onto his chin. "Hmm, I sense another captain coming. Cpt. Jun Fon, good luck with your battle." Iyusaka exclaimed as he looked in the direction of Jun Fon's spiritual pressure.

 

-Meanwhile-

 

"Oh yeah, getting closer to the action....... hehe!" the shadowy figure stated as he shunpo'd towards the North Gate.

"Why would I give away such crucial information as that?" Asaka's voice said, seeming to come from right behind Iyusaka even though she was still standing a few feet in front of him. "You're smarter than I thought Shinigami. Why don't you figure that out?" her voice said again, now from Iyusaka's left. Iyusaka had been caught in an illusion, one initiated through his breathing in the steam of the poison.

 

"It would be so easy to kill you right now." Asaka's voice said from Iyusaka's right now. There was a gentle touch on his right shoulder as if Asaka had tapped him there. "Goodbye Shinigami." Asaka's voice said, now floating away into nothingness. Her doll then lifted it's hands before slamming them into the ground. Within the illusion, it seemed as if the ground in front of Iyusaka had cracked open and rose to slam down onto him, but outside of it, a huge tidal wave of the purple liquid rose in front of the doll. As soon as it had risen high enough, it quickly moved forward, splashing across the ground and eroding it even more as it headed towards Iyusaka. How was he going to escape it being in an illusion which controlled his senses? He would need help from someone else to save himself.

Iyusaka was unaware of the danger headed strait for him. "(Where did they go? It seems it's going to be some time before this illusion breaks. Damn, I was careless........)" Iyusaka thought to himself. The acidic poison wave headed closer and closer towards Iyusaka, with him immobilized. Out of nowhere a black flash snatched Iyusaka and jumped onto a pillar nearby. "Well guess I made it just in time!" The shadowy figure turned out to be the captain of the 9th Division, Cpt. Masaru Takeda. "Iyusaka, you always need me to help don't you?" Takeda asked as he punched Iyusaka in the stomach. "Gah!" Iyusaka then snapped out of the illusion. "Don't you know how to respect your elders?" Iyusaka asked while standing up.

 

"It took you long enough Takeda." Iyusaka said calmly. "Don't you know the hero never arrives early? Anyways, sit back old man, I'll handle this bount, hehe!" Takeda stated while giving a blood-thirsty smile. "Alright then bount! Let's play, and don't die so early. I've got plans for you, hahahahaha!!!!!!!" Takeda laughed wildly.

"What? But how did he dodge it?" Asaka shouted when she did not see Iyusaka's decayed body after the tidal wave of poison had set. She then turned towards the voice she had heard and saw another figure standing there with Iyusaka. "You shouldn't need help to defeat me Shinigami." Asaka said. "Brother, let's show him our combined abilities."

 

"You will now fall" Kasaka began. "To the combined might of our dolls." Asaka finished. Asaka's doll moved its hands in a circular pattern and then pushed its palms forward. A wave of poison lashed out of thin air and moved towards the man that had arrived on the scene. Wärmekönig suddenly dashed forward and jumped into the air. It whipped his head back, gathering golden flames within its mouth as it did. It then roared, releasing a wave of golden fire into the wave of poison heading towards the man who had saved Iyusaka. The poison immediately combusted and became a wave of liquid fire as it neared the man. The wave of liquid fire lifted into the air and then crashed down onto the man.

 

"Burn Shinigami! Burn!" Kasaka shouted as he broke into a cackle. He was obviously enjoying the destruction he was causing. Kasaka seemed to be the more destructive twin while Asaka was more careful even though her doll's ability was the more destructive of the two.

"HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!! YOU REALLY THINK YOU CAN KILL ME WITH SUCH A WEAK ATTACK???!!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!" Takeda yelled out wildly. He then thrust his zanpakuto in front of him and yelled out. "EAT AWAY, KAGE-O TABERU-HITO!!!!!" A large wave of spiritual pressure lashed out towards the bounts. "This is my Shikai!!!! Prepare to die!!!!" Takeda exclaimed. He slashed his zanpakuto across the ground, absorbing the shadow made from the pillar. He then slashed his zanpakuto into the air, creating a giant wave of darkness that impacted with the raining fireballs. Takeda then shunpo'd towards the two bounts with lightning quick speed and slash his zanpakuto at both of them.

 

"HAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!! THIS SURE IS FUN, ISN'T IT?!" Takeda yelled out in excitement as his zanpakuto headed towards the bounts' throats. Iyusaka then shunpo'd to one side and swung his Kesshoo Goon Ken at Asaka's doll. "(He seems to have the more destructive power, I'll have to take him out first.)" Iyusaka thought to himself as Kesshoo Goon Ken traveled closer to Asaka's doll.

Reinhardt gave a massive sigh as he saw another captain join in on the fray. Somehow, he was being pushed to the limits of his patience. He didn't want to go lashing out at everyone in Seireitei this early, at least not without Fui or Baldur. His left shoulder created a misty atmosphere around him, then his right shoulder created a smoky steam over the misty layer, nearly covering Reinhardt.

 

"I don't like this. I have not eaten my seventh cone of ice cream for the day." Reinhardt muttered coldly to himself, without any sign of emotions.

 

"BOSS, LOOK! THE TWINS ARE HAVING FUN! I WANNA HAVE FUN TOO!!" Schmerz the minotaur bellowed, venting more steam, creating a thicker layer of steam.

 

"Dimwit, if we go charging at those three right now, we'd probably be in fighting in our full strength. That earth-captain earlier was a tough cookie already. You barely managed to keep your power at just a third of its full power, trying to break through that seal." Vereisen the ice dragon softly said.

 

"BUT BOSS DIDN'T SAY WE COULDN'T USE OUR FULL POWER, RIGHT BOSS?" Schmerz bellowed again.

 

"Silence, both of you. We are not allowed to use more than a third of power. Baldur knows that too. I just hope these twins know that," Reinhardt flinched when he saw the twins go all out, "But it seems not. Schmerz, Vereisen, we're going to give them a little demonstration of why bounts should be rulers of this world, not them."

 

Reinhardt's statement was cold, brutal, yet emotionless. The two dolls he has were drawn in easily to his cause without any more question. The Bount started to move forward casually as he saw Takeda released his zanpakutou. Reinhardt moved closer as he saw Iyusaka and Takeda make their offensive.

 

"Shinigami, perhaps a little demonstration of why Bounts are stronger than you." Reinhardt exclaimed coldly, without any emotions.

 

He held his left hand up, causing his entire body to be coated in icy like armor. He then pointed his right palm towards the general direction of the fighting.

 

"Vereisen Sie Wand" Reinhardt muttered under his breath.

 

From his right palm, a massive surge of thick, reinforced ice shot out, forming a formidable barrier in front of the twins, and the dolls. The ice wall is strong enough to survive even a gran rey cero point blank, and is angled in such a way that attacks will slide upon hit.

 

"Asaka, Kasaka, do not underestimate them. I've done that mistake earlier, and I was nearly sealed for eternity," Reinhardt's eyes portrayed a show of contempt, "My mistake. It won't happen again."

 

He positioned Schmerz just infront of him, preparing for the shinigami's counter attack. The mist and steam still covered the area around him, giving an effective smokescreen effect, limiting the visibility of his enemies towards Reinhardt. The mist and steam also looked as if they're made of tinier particles that floats around the air, like mini icy-substance. What they're used for, no one but Reinhardt knows.

Zasalamel smirked at the reaction of Yomi. He fixed his sleeve once again, and dusted his trench coat rather casually. There was an inexplicable look along his eyes, like he was happy but serious. The atmosphere around the four of them seemed palpable to the extent that if the Arrancar released the magnetic field around them, their reiatsu would destroy the structures around them.

 

"So, Yomi-san, you remember now, don't you? I can still feel that blade of yours puncturing my heart up until today," Zasalamel motioned to his chest, towards the heart area, "What do you have to say for yourself?"

 

Yomi's face was filled with mixed emotions. Its as if he was at a loss for words, but he composed himself.

 

"It was duty, Arrancar. You did not heed the warning I gave you, thrice. And you even pointed your bow at me. So don't go blaming me for your death," Yomi looked rather serious now, his eyes directed at Zasalamel, "And now you even have the audacity to stand here as an Arrancar, and demand explanation from me. If I may ask, what is it you truly want here?"

 

"It is you who have the audacity to talk to me like that," Zasalamel pointed a finger towards Yomi, "Now, you've got one thing right though. I've already become an Arrancar and," Zasalamel revealed a gothic number 2 tattooed around the right side of his neck, "I have become the Segunda Espada. Quincy or not, I have become someone more powerful than you four can ever hope to beat."

 

Yomi and Saren looked rather surprised even more as he revealed his Espada rank. It was unanticipated and therefore brought about a complete shock to the the two of them, especially Saren.

 

"As for why I've really come here? Isn't it obvious?" Zasalamel said, charging a yellow burst of energy, hadouken style. His bloody red eyes looked dead-serious, "It's to kill you."

 

He shot the yellow energy towards Yomi, which formed a cage of magnetism around him. Yomi's robes and zanpakutou glowed white, pulling him downwards.

 

"I charged you positively earlier, Yomi-san. You should know that when positive poles and negative poles meet, they attract," Zasalamel turned towards Sayori and Saren, "Don't even think of freeing him. I'll play a game with you two. If you can land even a single hit on me, I'll free him and go away. Especially you, Hiyori look alike."

 

Saren and Sayori were both left together, with Yomi barely able to stand on one knee.

An expression of shock formed itself onto the faces of both Kasaka and Asaka. They had not expected this new captain for one, and secondly, they had not expected him to be so fast. He had moved in front of them and closed the gap between them within mere seconds. "Ngh." Kasaka muttered as he watched the blade come at him. They both thought that it would be over until the wall of ice formed to protect them.

 

"Ah...our apologies Reinhardt." Kasaka said. "Thank you." Asaka quickly added after Kasaka.

 

Kasaka then held his hand out towards his doll and called out "Wärmekönig." His doll turned towards him and roared before bursting into flames. The flames moved towards Kasaka and enveloped his right arm. The flames then began to form itself, reshaping along his arm. It grew into his palm and from there continued growing while at the same time taking on a slender like shape. Finally, the flames died away, and in his hand, Kasaka now held a golden blade with a black hilt. In the middle of the hilt was the face of the lion with an open mouth. Kasaka lifted the blade and stared at it before his lips began curving into a thin, cruel smile.

 

Upon seeing the formation of the blade, Asaka's eyes widened. She immediately knew what his intent now was. She knew that her brother only used the sword form of his doll when he was ready to do some destructive damage, but they were not sent there to do that much damage, at least not yet. "Brother, what are you doing? We aren't supposed to completely destroy them. Just leave them battered before the coming attack." Asaka called out to her brother.

 

"Screw that!" Kasaka said as he glared towards his sister. He then turned to face the shinigami. "You guys have made me really angry." he said. Flames ignited within the mouth of the lion head and moved up the hilt, covering the blade completely in flames. He then slammed the blade into the ground, releasing a large wave of fire which blasted through the ice and continued towards Iyusaka and Takeda. Kasaka then jumped back, aiming his blade at the two of them before firing two golden fireballs. He landed on the ground and surveyed the damage as he began to laugh madly. "HAHAHHA! DIE SHINIGAMI! DIE!" he shouted.

As Iyusaka's zanpakuto made contact with the ice barrier protecting the two twins, Kesshoo Goon Ken's blade simply slid off to the side. Iyusaka then quickly retracted the blade. "(So now that bount decides to intervene. Damn it, I better find a way to destroy that barrier.)" Iyusaka thought to himself. As Takeda's zanpakuto made contact with the ice barrier, instead of slidding off to one side, it just stayed stationary, pressed against the ice barrier, even making a small knick in it. "(What the hell is Takeda think he's doing?!)" Iyusaka thought frustratingly to himself as he shunpo'd to Takeda and pulled him away.

 

"Hey! What the hell Iyusaka?!" Takeda yelled angrily. "Keep your cool, we need to fight them rationally, not jump in and start hacking away." Iyusaka stated. "Arrg, whatever, just let go of me!" Takeda exclaimed as they both landed back onto the pillar. "So how are we gonna do this?!" Takeda asked frustratingly. "Just watch out for the girl, she's the deadlier one. However, she's not the kind to rush in at full strength." Iyusaka explained. Just then, the flamming lion formed into a blade in Kasaka's hand. Kasaka then released a massive wave of fire that rushed across the battlefield.

 

Then he released two fireballs heading quickly towards them. "Alright Takeda, you take the wave, I take the two fireballs." Iyusaka proclaimed. "Heh, good enough." Takeda responded. Iyusaka jumped up into the air and fired two crystal spikes containing reiatsu at the fireballs. Down on the ground, the massive fire wave rose up to the pillar's height. "Heh, just what I needed!!!" Takeda yelled as he gave a vicious smile. He then shunpo'd quickly to the ground and swung his sword across the ground, absorbing the huge shadow created by the rising wave of inferno. Takeda quickly shunpo'd near Kasaka and Asaka and release an incredibly large wave of darkness towards the two.

"Darn you Shinigami!" Asaka cried out as she saw Takeda shunpo near her and her brother and release the large wave of darkness. She waved her hand towards the wave, and her doll did the same. A large wave of poison rushed forward to combat the darkness. "I got your back sister." came Kasaka's voice from behind Asaka as he slashed forward with the flaming blade.

 

A large wave of golden flames rushed forward to meet the incredibly large wave of darkness as well, mixing in with the poison wave as it did. The three waves collided, with the poison and flame waves pushing the darkness wave back on one side. Asaka's doll strained under the strength of the darkness wave. "It's too strong." Asaka called out before her and her doll jumped high into the air. Kasaka slashed again, releasing another wave of golden fire at the three waves. This wave moved quickly and sliced right through the poison and fire waves, only to explode as it got in between all three waves.

 

The explosion threw up smoke around the area, shielding Asaka and Kasaka from Takeda and Iyusaka's view. Asaka then landed on the ground near Reinhardt. Kasaka, meanwhile, blurred and disappeared, only to reappear at Takeda's right, slicing at his chest with his flaming blade. "Die." Kasaka said. His attack would most likely be one of surprise since Takeda's vision was obscured by the smoke when he was being attacked.

Meanwhile, back in Hueco Mundo, a man stood before a large throne with three black voids facing him. Images could be seen projecting through the voids. These were images of what was going on in Seireitei. "It seems that the Shinigami are more formidable than I thought." he said as he stared into one void which projected the image of a Captain defeating Espada Diez.

 

He then looked into a second void to see other Arrancar being defeated by the Shinigami Captains and the void flashed onto Sven fighting the Captain who had defeated Espada Diez. "Hmm...Sven is sure having fun. If he enjoys himself too much, then he could destroy the whole of Seireitei and I don't want that, at least not yet." the man thought to himself.

 

He pulled his left hand from his pocket and reached out to touch the third void which was to his left. As soon as he touched it, it rippled and an image flashed onto it. "I need you to do something for me." the man commanded in a monotone voice. The image on the void stirred a little and then moved. "What is it Primera?" a voice from the void asked. Surprisingly, it sounded like the voice of a child.

 

"Check up on Sven. I don't want him destroying Seireitei completely. Help any of the other Arrancar if they need it." the man, who turned out to be Ganz said. "Alrighty Boss." the voice said before the image on the void flashed off. "Now, we wait." Ganz muttered to himself as he continued watching the other screens.

 

Suddenly, something caught his attention on one of the voids. He saw the Shinigami Captains fighting three mysterious figures. Each of them used weapons unlike those of a Shinigami. One was using a flaming lion which had become a sword while another was using a woman with flowing purple hair, and the last was using two beings each situated on his shoulders. "These are...Bounts. What are they doing in Seireitei? Interfering with my plans? I'll watch them more closely to discover their goal." Ganz said.

She glared at espada not liking the trick played on Yomi. "First off, I want to get something straight. I may look like Hiyori, but I am not so I refuse to be adressed as her look-alike. It's Captain Sayori Kuchiki." She closed her eyes drawing her Zankaputo. "Now that that's settled, I except your challenge." She wasn't sure if Saren would help her seeing as the Espada turned out to be his grandfather, but she knew one thing this would be hard. "I had the misfortune of underestimating the Triece Espada, Sven I believe his name was."

 

She increased her reiatsu, the wind rapidly increasing and surrounding Sayori. "So you being the Segunda Espada it would be best if I do not hold back like I was earlier." She held out her sword so it was perpendicular to the ground, staring at the Espada with no emotion written on her face. "Bankai."

 

Her reiatsu exploded outwards in a massive wave covering most of the seireitei. Her sword seemed to merge into the wind, before another sword replaced it made up of pure wind. "Kaze ni sanzai ten no, Bladed Wind." Her ice-blue were focused solely on the Espada, not once portraying the slight nervousness she was feeling.

 

The wind picked up again, and Sayori wisked away with the breeze, only to immediately appear in front of the Espada with a straight forward stab.

From within the large cloud of smoke made by the explosion of the four waves, Kasaka rushed towards Takeda with the intent to slaughter. From above the cloud of smoke, the crystal spikes and the fireballs clashed creating a smaller explosion. Iyusaka looked on at the smaller cloud of smoke in front of him and then turning his attention to the larger one below. Even though Iyusaka knows that these bounts were truly deadly, he also knew never to underestimate the power of a shinigami captain. "Humph.........." Iyusaka was unfazed by the explosion earlier caused by the four waves clashing together.

 

"Takeda is a tough kid........ I don't really need to worry about him. I know his abilities first hand. Afterall, I did personally trained him when he was still a member of the 5th Division....... When he was still......... my lieutenant......." Iyusaka said to himself as he looked on at the cloud of smoke below. "I trust in Takeda to do what's best for this type of situation. However, sometimes he just wings it." Iyusaka added. Within the smoke, Kasaka's flamming blade headed towards Takeda's body. "Heh........" Takeda gave a confident smirk as he grabbed the blade by his hand, not caring about the deep wound or the refusive bleeding. "Hahaha!!!! You're an idiot, bount!!!!!!" Takeda exclaimed as he swings his zanpakuto at Kasaka's head.

When Kasaka's blade was caught by Takeda, he grinned and then laughed madly. "I'm the idiot?" Kasaka asked as Takeda's blade was coming down on him. Kasaka's blade was flaming when he had sliced it, and so by catching it, Takeda would most likely burn his hand unless he could surpress the burns with his reiatsu. Within in instant, the lion head on the hilt of the blade grew larger and covered Kasaka's whole body, thereby protecting his head. The sword clanged against the lion's face, producing a metallic sound. Kasaka then pushed forward with the large lion's head covering his body like a shield, sending Takeda back from him a little. The mouth of the lion then opened up, charging a golden fireball within it. "Looks like it's over for you Shinigami." Kasaka said while jumping back as the fireball continued to grow. It took about 10 seconds for this to occur before it fired out as a large wave of golden fire into Takeda. Takeda would have to choose to continue holding the blade or let it go to escape during the time that the fireball was charging.

Zasalamel merely gave Sayori a happy stare as he saw her go into Bankai. Somehow, the rush of wind and the sudden influx of reiatsu around them was intoxicating to the Arrancar up to some extent. After all, his main reason for being sent to Seireitei by the Primera is to spy on the abilities of the captains. This was one of those chances. It didn't take long before Sayori when on the offensive, suddenly appearing in front of Zasalamel, aiming a strike.

 

"Impressive." Zasalamel said, his zanpakutou already in his hand to block the attack. The handle of his zanpakutou glowed white while his sword-hand glowed yellow, "You shouldn't be surprised. Didn't I say before? Opposite polarities attract. The same is true when drawing out the sword. The speed increases if I apply different polarities to the necessary regions."

 

He deflected Sayori's attack forcefully, forcing the captain backward. Sayori's zanpakutou glowed yellow as Zasalamel moved back. He then backflipped a couple of steps away. As he landed, two streaks of light suddenly rushed towards him, barely missing him by a hair's breadth.

 

"That was pretty impressive, Saren. If you weren't injured, you could've won this game hands down." Zasalamel playfully jeered, placing a palm on the ground, causing it to glow yellow.

 

As he did this, several key points around their immediate location glowed yellow. Zasalamel stood up, dusting himself off and his eyes smiling.

 

"Now, lets refresh. I wonder if you know anything about magnets." Zasalamel said, his feet glowing yellow. As he finished his statement, he disappeared, appearing behind Sayori, his zanpakutou drawn. The speed in which he executed his move was extremely fast, more than an Espada's Sonido. In fact, he moved so fast that it appeared as if he teleported towards the position.

 

"Surprise!" Zasalamel said, aiming a sweeping slash towards Sayori's midsection. His hierro glowed yellow as he executed the slash.

Reinhardt shook his head again.

 

This battle is getting way out of hand. Those twins are getting really worked up. Might as well do something. Reinhardt thought to himself.

 

He walked casually towards the side of the battlefield, the thick mist and steam layered around him following suit. He made a couple of gestures on the ground with Schmerz, then up in the air with Vereisen. He gazed at the battlefield, looking at the combatants getting all worked up among each other.

 

As he reached the far side of the battlefield, near a structure, he drew several markings on the ground beneath him and he sat, producing a chocolate colored ice cream from his left hand. He started to lick the ice cream as the markings beneath him started to spread out.

 

"I'm getting extremely bored." Reinhardt said coldly, "Kasaka and Asaka better survive those attacks by the shinigami. Fui must be informed soon."

When she was pushed back, she quickly used her momentum to go into a one handed back spring, pushing off of the air as if it was a solid surface. She landed in a crouched position, staring in surprise at the glowing yellow blade now in her hands. She almost at no time to consider anything else when the Espada appeared behind her aiming for her midsection.

 

In that brief window of defence her sword vanished into the wind, and her hand came up as she said, "Bakudo 8: Seki!" A small blue orb appeared nano seconds before his blade made contact to her arm, just barely being able to hold off his sword.

 

She didn't want to give him time to react so she point her finger at the Espada's chest, and smirked, "Hado 4: Byakurai!"
