When a monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 LIGHT monster from your Deck with an ATK equal to or less than the destroyed monster. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, select and activate 1 of the following effects.

- Draw 3 cards, then return 2 cards in your hand to the bottom of your Deck.

- Increase your Life Points by 1500.

- Select 1 monster you control. Its original ATK is treated as 2100.

- Special Summon 1 Level 8 or lower monster from your Graveyard.

LORE: All face-up Level 3 or lower monsters on the field become a Zombie-Type monster while on the field or after were destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. Its gain 300 ATK for each card on the field. Also, cannot be destroyed by the effect of Spell Cards. When this card would be destroyed, you can tribute from your field and remove from play from your Graveyard 1 Zombie-Type monster to place 1 C-Counter on it (max. 4). This card cannot be destroyed when it has at least 1 C-Counter. When you Normal Summon a monster, remove 1 C-Counter from this card. If you cannot, destroy the summoned monster.

LORE: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 Beast-Type monsters from your Graveyard. When this card is Summoned gain Life Points equal to the number of Beast-Type monsters in your Graveyard x500. Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 Beast-Type monster from your Hand or Graveyard. Beast-Type monsters cannot be Targeted by the effects of Spell and Trap cards. When this card is face-up on the field its Attribute is also treated as EARTH. During each End Phase, destroy this card if you don't have any Beast-Type monsters in your Graveyard.

 

I know the effect is kinda long but it is balanced, i can tell you that.

On to the point, may I enter? If I can, My entry:

Once during each of your opponent's turns, when your opponent activates a Trap Card, you can negate the and destroy the Trap Card, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the combined ATK of all monsters they control. Once during each of your turns, when your opponent activates a Spell Card, you can negate and destroy the Spell Card, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the combine ATK of all monsters they control. Once per turn, when you and your opponent activate a Monster Card Effect at the same time, you can remove all cards on the field and in your opponent's hand from play.

 

Unspeakably complex, as you can see. It may seem overpowered, and it might be overpowered, but although it's effects are very powerful, you have to remember they are very specific, and tied to rare things. For instance, your opponent activating a trap during their own turn, or activating a spell card during yours. And activating a card effect simultaneously is rarer than either. And although the trap card during your own turn and the quick-play spell cards are actually kinda common, you have to remember that this card has to be face-up on the field to activate it's effect- and therefore your opponent knows what happens if he or she does that.

This card is also treated as Fiend-Type monster. When your opponent's control no monster, you can Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field.You cannot Normal Summon or Set the turn you Special Summon this card. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to a player, this card cannot be destroyed by battle until the End Phase of your opponent's turn. During the End Phase of both player turns, destroy all monster(s) that placed exactly in the right and left from this card.

Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 Rock-Type monsters. Whenever a monster battles, apply its DEF for Damage Calculation. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster with less DEF than this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If this card destroys a monster by battle you gain Life Points equal to the Level of the destroyed monster x 300.

Lore:

This monster can be Special Summoned directly from your hand but then its Level becomes 3 as long as it remains face-up on the field. If this monster is successfully Advanced Summoned, destroy 2 cards on the field and discard 2 random cards from your Deck. The Deck is then Shuffled.

1 DARK Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monster

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon or by its own effect. Once per turn, you can decrease this card's ATK and DEF in multiples of 100 (max. 700). In that case, decrease your opponent's Life Points by the amount you decreased this card's ATK and DEF by and increase your Life Points by the same amount. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned by this effect, both players take damage equal to the Level of the monster with the highest ATK they control x 200 points.
