.:Supernatural Hunters:. [PG-16][Part 2!][Not Accepting][Started]

Valarie gritted her teeth and clenched her hands into fists and said nothing. Yanking her arm out of Jecht's grip, she said nothing. When she did speak, her voice was cold, like a stone. "Then let's go." She refused to look them in the eye, whipping her head back whenever they made eye contact.

[Joey Miles]

Joey smiled as jecht and dante both told valire to leave. he opened a connection to jechts mind knowing that under normal cerstances he was never to do this.

thank you jecht now you have 4 minutes to get at least 5 miles away understand and take the others with you. he thought to jecht as he picked up the sphere his smile fadding into a frown. as he picked up the sphere the orbs began to shoot small beams to each other and began to move around in a orderly pattern inside the sphere.

"he goes nothing." joey said as he felt the power filling him complety. his body started to change into his third and finaly form as he held onto the sphere and he knew that if he died here that his friends would be safe.

his hair grew longer as he grew taller falling into a loose ponytail that hung between his now powerfull sholders. his wings turned pure white and seemed to shine and his body had become extremly musclar. his face had gone to normal looking to hot and his eyes were a mix of the 12 colors of the orbs. as he stood there fire wraped around his left arm and electricty around the right. the earth came and covered his legs and water covered his torso leaving his wings untouched. the wind then began to cyrcle his head as the song joey put on ended for the first time.

"you guys have 4 minutes dont waste them." he said his voice now split like 12 diffrent people were talking through him and a few of the voices were female voices. "we will keep him safe." the voices said meaning joey when they said that.

When Valarie yanked away from his touch Jecht did not object and just looked at Joey. I hope you know what you're doing. He thought at Joey. Jecht and Dante began to pick up the pace and made sure the others were keeping up.

"We have less than four minutes. Hurry!" Dante said starting to run faster.

But Jecht said nothing he just stared at Valaire. He wished he knew what she was thinking. Jecht could easily just sneak into his mind. When they are going through intense moments usually they don't notice someone listening into their thoughts. Their mind is focused on one thing, but Jecht didn't even think about trying.

As everyone ran from the clearing a tear came down joey's eye as he looked at his opponet. even at full power this wouldnt be an easy fight for him. he had only once used his full power and that was the day he destroyed the lab when he excaped. he knew that after the 4 minutes were starting from when he first used a small bit of the power that there would be about 10 seconds where the world would be silent nothing would happen or move for that 10 seconds. after that everything in a 5 mile radius would be destroyed no matter how powerful the person was. allthough considering who his opponet was he wasnt sure if that would apply.

"For the kicks lad," Sammael answered when the yougn boy asked why he was here and then gave a sadistic smile, "And you still think your papa is in charge? Not anymore, he is now amongst the dearly departed."

 

Taunting the youngling he stopped when they began to argue amongst themselves about one remaining behind while the others left to save themsevles. Resting a hand on the side of his face he lightly tapped a finger to his temple, even he was astounded that they thought they could just chatter away while a Hunter stood before them, but he was a man of some kind of honor so he let them be. Once the female of the group finally broke away from the rest and the other two followed he grinned, hearing amongst the talking 'we have four minutes', and then Sammaek laughed, "What makes you children think I'll let any of you escape me?"

 

Unable to present the proof of his threat the one which had stayed behind, Joey, had grabbed an orb which previous to the talking rolled to him and let its power enter his body. The human then underwent a transformation, his natural powers doubling possibly tripling, and his outward appearance undergoing a radical change. Once the metamorphises had finished Sammael couldn't help but clap at how the boy had altered himself just to try and survive his impending bout with yours truly, "Not bad laddie . . . but whilst you have changed your friends, as I said before, will not escape me!"

 

Inhaling deeply Sammael then clenched his stomach and chest, doubled over, and began to give dry heaves as if he meant to throw up. Saliva and mucus dripped from his mouth as the Hunter's eyes grew wide and a large glob of what appeared to be flem. Whatever the Hunter had spewed from his bowls jiggled and then something broke out from the side- a hand! The shifting mass slowly gained a form on it's own, thaat of another human, and soon solidified unto something Joey probably wouldn't of wanted to see. Wipping the side of his mouth Sammael let out another bout of his insane laughter, watching as the doubleganger fixed his glasses, and both spoke in unisone, "As I said, your friends wont escape me. I can be in more than one place at the same time."

joey smiled or at least what resembled a smile considering the wind cyrcling his head made it harder to see him.

"pethtic last time i was assigned to you for the day you did the same pethic trick. you still havent gotten anything new over the years." joey asked in the 12 voices. he snaped his fingers and out of nothing 5 orbs of light appaered. one red, one blue one white one brown and one yellow. slowly they formed 5 goloms one for each element he controled.

"your not the only one who can make more of himself." joey said the smile on his face now clear. as the song he had chosen started to pick up the goloms attacked at sammael.

 

"lets see you defeat me this time."joey said clearly remebering how he had be taken out very quickly when they were forced to sparr. as the goloms charged joey sent waves of fire and electricty at his oppoent followed by a large wall of earth.

[Jake the Sage]

Sammael laughed as Joey reminded him that what he had done was an "old trick" and watched the boy send wave after wave of element at him. Swinging both arms quickly he broke through the wave of fire, leapt into the air to negate the wave of electricity and then gave a simple backhand to shatter the wall of earth; his face wide with a grin as he chuckled, knowing Joey surely remembered how quickly he was beaten during the numerous sparring Sammael had been forced into. Flicking his wrist the clone Sammael nodded, not having to speak to understand the command, and darted towards the left and further still into the woods. Laughing the original Sammael knew Joey was a, somewhat, bright boy and would understand that he needed no clone to assist him and that his threat of killing his friends now held a LOT of weight. Fixing his glasses he looked coldly at Joey, the immense overpowering pressure of his aura looming over the boy, "So what now?"

 

Sammael began laughing, reveling in the situation he had forced the youngling into. He could not beat him in the time his transformation would last nor would he be able to make it to his friends and warn them. All of his options were forced shut, the only route available was fighting him and dreaming the others could kill a perfect replica.

IC:Joey growled as his opponet simply brushed off his attacks. he had remeber him doing the same durning their numerous fights but when he had joey had been much weaker and timid . he now was no longer timid or weak he wasnt holding back anything this time.

joey kicked the ground and the earth began to shake as the song hit the first chorus.he then flicked his hands and the wind picked up creating a tornado which he sent flying at his opponet catching him inside it. joey knew that alone wouldnt stop him so as the tornado struck him he sent bursts of lighting cycricng the tornado on him as well. he then added in a ring of fire and made 2 earthen pillers rise up stricking repetadly in a cyrcle as well as large sharp blades of ice.

 

mean while in new york city itself.

 

buildings were shaking rapidly as the earth shook at breakneck speeds. the sound of falling building soon filled the air as debeis filled the air. joeys attacks were far ranged that the city wasnt going to last this fight.

Jecht's eyes widened in shock as tornadoes and lightning filled the air. Then the loud crash of a huge building. Jecht began to run faster, as everybody else did the same. Joey wasn't kidding when he said he would lose control.

The four minutes aren't up yet. Dante warned him telepathically because Jecht wouldn't be able to hear him over the sound. Meaning the worst was yet to come.

[Jake the Sage]

Watching as his enemy, if Sammael even would call him that, growled he gave a smirk. Even when he had kicked the ground to make him loose his footing Sammael's resolve never faultered and once the tornado had caught him up he knew exactly what to do. Within the tornado the presense of lightning made the air tingle with it's power, but Sammael was assured the plan would work; after all, he was merely toying with a child. Finally Joey made a mistake, once he had encircled the tornado with flames, by creating two pillars or earth. Once the "attack" had gotten close enough Sammael used only his aura to push off of it with such force he broke through the gale force winds of the tornado, the fire ring hardly noticable at such speeds, and slammed into Joey like a bullet; the electricity which his body had been harmlessly charging spreading through the boy's body. Grabbing Joey's shoulders as the last of the electricity ran out of him he glanced behind him as both pillars split in half and the ice spear, which had been thrown at him, shattered.

 

"Was that it boy? You had me good and caught until that foolish pillar trick," Sammael taunted, pulling his hand back, and flexed his fingers.

 

While the Battle with Joey Raged . . .

 

The doubleganger Sammael didn't need much time to locate the runaways, after all it was only a few minutes after they had attempted to flee so they couldn't have gotten far even if they ran at their fastest. Leaping across the buildings he smirked to himself, watching them get as far away as possible and then he himself picked up the pace; leaving them behind him without much effort. Once ahead of the three he timed his landing perfectly, smashing into the ground the second their feet would allow them to stop in time. Rising out of the dust he caused Sammael fixed his glasses, a crowd watching all around them, "There you are my little pets . . ."

[Joey Miles]

Joey smiled he had caught sammuel in his trap. he remeber from all the times he lost every single move that he could dodge and knew just how to make one he couldnt dodge.

if anything he knew that sammuel thought he was still fighting a child and that was his biggest mistake.

as sammuel grabed joey's sholders he laughed and grabed his arms holding him close to me.

"it was a trap." joey said as water and electricty wraped around the two of them. the water formed a bubble and the electricty filled it with somuch energy the pain would be blinding if it wasnt for the fact that it couldnt hurt joey. as the xecond chours of the song kicked into full gear he steped out of the buble and jumped far back. he put his hands in the air and fire, water, lightning, wind and earth began to gather there in a large orb. joey threw it at sammuel and the resulting explosion rocked the forest knocking down trees everywhere.

 

Back in new york city.

 

manhatten island was now starting to sink into the ocean as the earthquake worsned. cars flew in all directions as a large tornado ripped through town and fires spread through other parts. lightning was stricking at random hitting anything it pleased to hit. with joeys sanity starting to loosen even more things started to get worse.

Sammael was honestly surpsed, for once in his life, that the kid he had easily taken down thought of something past step one; now having a two step plan. With the water he was now "trapped" in forming a bubble the electricity freely ran through it and his own body; though with nothing to physically ground Sammael all the voltage in the world meant nothing. About ready to escape step two of Joey's plan he looked up as the ball of energy began entering the bubble of water- the resutling blast flattening trees for at least two miles.

 

The smoke continued to rise as Joey watched on, beleiving that Sammael was most positively still alive, and a good thing he did believe that his enemy was still alive; was a sign he had matured somewhat. Clapping Sammael placed a hand on Joey's head and slammed his open palm into his back, the extended fingers feeling and acting as if they had been sharpened knifes. Digging them in deeper he twisted and flexed each diget, knowing the extrusiating pain he was giving the boy- a real taste of what it was to be in actual combat. Reaching around with his free hand Sammael dug into Joey's pocket and pulled out a small piece of paper with writting on it; his means of escaping the blast. Tucking it back into Joey's pocket he smirked and held out his hand, "Now lad, the orb if you would."

OOC:still one other way to escape thats not "cheating" and was fairly stated eariler. so XP.

IC:As sammuel held joey still jabing into his back the elements around him raged on trying to free joey.

"I dont know what your talking about." joey said as he tryed to escape agian with no luck. he knew he had less then 45 second left as the song hit its slowist part. joey kept trying to escape as sammuel placed something in his pocket. as he did joey threw pure reflex snaped his wings open to try and fly away smacking sammuel in the face giving him a second to move away.

 

off the coast of new york city.

 

the statue of liberity which had stood in new yorks harbor for years began to shake and the sound of twisting metal rang loudly for miles as the statues head fell and the large torch came crumbling down. the statue of liberity was no more and so was new york city.

 

 

joey flew back some his back searing in pain as he closed his wings back up. his vision blured for a second as the twenty second mark hit. he stood up best he could and sent one last burst of the elements at sammuel knowing it wouldnt do anything before falling to the ground. as the song ended the world became silent nothing moved nothing changed for that 10 seconds the whole world was at peace.

Jecht froze at the appearence of the Hunter's replica. He didn't have time to fight him. Jecht went immediatly for the offense. He leaped for the Hunter.

Dante ran with inhuman speed behind the hunter's doppleganger, and attacked from the left.

Jecht and Dante were both skilled in multiple types of martial arts. There's a lot of things you accomplish when you don't die of old age or sickness. But they let instinct take over.

[Jake the Sage]

Grinning the doubleganger could see each other their motions clearly, one heading towards his front with a right jab and the other behind him with a left kick. Though it would be easy for him to block each attack and then counter with his own Sammael knew how much it would hurt their pride if he simply . . . let them fight each other. Dropping on one hand Sammael twisted his body so he was facing the sky, giving both of the opponent's attacks enough room to be dodged, well at least by him; since they were heading towards each other they would either hit the other or still slam into the other. Rolling out of the way, because if he didn't he would be pinned underneath them, Sammael leapt back and landed behind the girl, "Too simple even for vampires."

[Jake the Sage]

Sammael was forced to let go of his target when Joey's wings slammed into his face and broke his nose. Stumbeling backwards he held the broken apendage and snapped it back into place, lifting his completely shattered glasses to his face once more, and grimmiced as the boy flew backdown. Stumbeling a bit to get back up Sammael watched as he idiotically shot a final wave of elements at him. Having already grown tired of 'toying around' Sammael strutted towards the attack and, with both hands held to his chest, slammed through it with a two handed thrust. Walking quickly Sammael raised his hand to end the boy's life, only to have the world around him slow to a crawl.

"death only comes to those who run from it." joey said demonicaly as 5 bright lights eruppted from him. after that it was impossible to say. joey knew jecht and the others had gottne to a safe distince he would have felt it if they hadnt.

when he awoke he stood on a beam of metal perched like a preatdor over looking the destroyed city. he was unsure if sammuel survived although he knew his clone was dead. as joey looked over the city dead bodys littering the streets not one person left alive he wispared one thing.

"Im a monster." he said as he picked up the sphere with the 12 glowing orbs and flew off to meet up with everyone. leaving the city once called new york behind.

OOC:did i mention joey is for the moment insane so he has no clue weither his freinds sammuel or the clone are alive he is just believing what his crazy mind is telling him

Jason was running away from the destruction of New York, there was a gaint blast of light coming from somewhere, but Jason didn't care about that. He cared about surrviving. He ran and ran away from the light, but it was catching up on him, it was hopeless to try to run away. But Jason ignored that fact and kept on running. The light was a bout a couple yards behind him, and he knew he would be done. He closed his eyes and a tear ran down his face. I guess I never will never go to my home land South Korea. Never see my cousin again... Jason was then no longer on land. No more his feet would touch the ground of New York city.

joey flew down seeing his friend jason laying on the ground blood all around him. he landed next to him laying down the sphere as he did. he looked at his friend and noticed there was a small vital sign left in him.

"i can save him but would it be right. would he want to live tourtured as a werewolf all the time." he asked himself as he put a hand on jasons chest ready to heal him but he couldnt answer the question that plauged his bearly sane mind.

Because vampires have their "super" speed, their reactions are also superhuman. Dante, easily stopped on a dime, so to speak, when the Hunter dodged both of Jecht's and Dante's attacks.

Jecht on the otherhand was ready to sink khis teeth into something and continued on. Even though Dante was not in the way Jecht barrled onto the ground. Jecht and Dante saw that the Hunter was not any simple hunter and a head on attack wouldn't work. They both got into a martial art defense/offense stance, ready to fight.

Jason's physical being might of been destroyed by the gaint flash of light. Jason's soul was wandering. Surrounding him was clouds, and shadows were looming around him. At first, Jason was confused by his surroundings, but then he relaized he had died. As son as he made the realization, one of the shadows wandered towards him. It put it's hand on Jasons shoulder. Then Jason wasn't sure of what he saw, but he thought it was a smile. "Awaken my son." It spoke.

Joey stood over jason water cyrcling him as joey poured energy into healing him.

"jason wake up!" joey yelled his voice still split and him still in his third form. "jason WAKE UP!" he yelled agian. the water turned a sicking red for a second then back to blue. "Jason i sware if you die i will rip your soul in two!" he yelled his voice sounding more demonic.

Jason groaned. "What happened..?" Jason's eyes opened to see Joey but he didn't look normal. "Joey..? That you man?" Jason then sat up looking more alert. He was looking around at the destroyed New York city when he remembered the light that was chasing after him. The thing that probably killed him. Jason turnedback to Joey, who appearannce erally started to bother him. "Joey, something wrong?"

[Joey Miles]

"nope everything is perfect honestly i mean doesnt new york look so beautiful." joey said as he stood up his insanity showing him a still intact new york looking perfect.

"anyway im just glad your alive after i defeted that hunter i lost track of what was going on." joey said as he flexed his wings for a second before closing in the ground in tears.

"It was all my faoult i killed them all everyone in this city who died it was all me." he cryed his sanity clearly sliping further.

Jason stood up from his sitting position. He felt bad for Joey, he could now tell Jey was going a little bit insane. He put his hand on Joey's back when he was crying. "It's not your fault, Joey. The hunter was going to kill you, and with you dead, we couldn't continue our mission." Jason looked up at the city. "All the people who died would have died if you didn't get rid of the hunter. You had to do this Joey. Otherwise, the whole world would end up like this."
