Also, I'm not exactly sure what continuity I will use for the source material, but it will most likely use Cutie Honey the Live with a bit of the live-action movie and Re: Cutie Honey mixed in for good measure.

 

Plot: A few years after the dawn of the new millenium, a brilliant scientist, Doctor Kisaragi, lost his lovely daughter, Honey, in a freak accident. Driven mad with grief, he created an android in her image, and infused her with his secret invention, the Air Solidifying System, dubbed the "Honey System", which allows her to manipulate matter and create objects out of seemingly nothing. With this, Honey became Cutie Honey, a heroine who fought against the evil organization Panther Claw, and drove them into obscurity before vanishing without a trace...

Now, years later, Panther Claw has resurfaced, and they have a new agenda of world conquest. Only a new generation of Honeys, built by Seiji Hayami, the original Honey's loyal ally, can stop this rebuilt syndicate from taking over the globe!

Name: Domi Honey, a.k.a. Dominique Miel

Age: 23

Appearance: A very buxom woman with long, flowing platinum-blonde hair, deep, blood-red eyes, and pale skin. Her Honey form has black and red streaks in her hair, along with two bangs that come down to her chest. She has a black and red leather jumpsuit with a rose-shaped opening on her chest, revealing some of her immense cleavage. Her personal emblem is the rose, which she has on various parts of her armor and her black leather choker.

Weapons/Abilities: Domi has the power to use pheremones to manipulate weak-minded men and women into doing her bidding, which usually turns some of Panther Claw's soldiers into her own personal fighting force. Unfortunately, she gains control of them by making them fall madly in love with her, so when she stops emitting pheremones, they attack. She can also amp up her pheremones to try to make more powerfully-willed individuals succumb to her power, but this casues her immense pain. Her weapon of choice is a broadsword called "Le Broche de Miel".

Faction: Honey

Personality: Normally, Dominique is calm and composed, rarely showing emotion, but her Honey form is seductive and cunning, manipulating her opponent's emotions and desires.

Bio: Dominique was a foreign-exchange student who was asked to help out the police in an illegal human-trafficking ring done by Panther Claw to turn girls into creatures from a client's twisted fantasies. She saved her best friend, but was killed in the process by one of Panther Claws's executives. Fortunately, Natsuko brought Dominique to Seiji for Honeyfication, and Dominique became Domi Honey. he now works as a substitute teacher locally, but she is always ready to strike and Flash into a Honey.

Name: Adri Honey, A.K.A. Adriana Claeson

Age: 23

[spoiler=[b]Appearance:[/b]]

Adriana's appearance is the same as that in the image, except that her hair is dark, almost black, brown hair, and her eyes are bright blue. She has a full body, and many men have commented about her, in front of and behind her back.

 

[spoiler=[b]Honey Appearance:[/b]]In Honey form, Adriana has vibrant red hair, with deep blue streaks. Her hair extends, becoming almost as long as Her eyes change, and become pinwheels of blue and red. She wears a tight, bright blue jumpsuit, with red sleeves and legs. There is a white rose on her right shoulder, similar to that of Dominique's chest opening. On her left shoulder is a white lily. Her personal emblem is the flower. Around her neck is a bright red choker, with a small bouquet of various flowers hanging from it.

 

[spoiler=[b]Weapons/Abilities:[/b]] Adriana has the ability to create whips from stems of flowers she picks up. She can use these whips in any way, usually to inflict pain or to draw someone nearer. The drawback is that, unless there are flowers nearby, she cannot use her powers to create a whip. She compensates by always carrying one flower with her, usually entwined in her hair. Also, her whips are susceptible to fire, which would burn right through them. She also carries a specially made whip, known as "Frusta Dei Fiori." Along with Frusta, she carries a light rapier, called "Rapière Dei Fiori", which has intricate carvings of flowers along it, and a cross hilt shaped like flower petals.

 

Faction: Honey

[spoiler=[b]Personality:[/b]] In her normal state, Adriana is quiet and kind. Oftentimes, she sounds undecided, as if she cannot decide what to do next (however, she is quite the opposite, usually knowing exactly what she wants to do). She sometimes utters small squeaks, especially when she is surprised. Once she activates her Honey form, however, her personality almost reverses. She becomes aggressive, flamboyant, and much more vocal. In either form, she is partial to flowers, and whenever she sees any, she stops to admire them, and sometimes collect one or two.

 

[spoiler=[b]Bio:[/b]] Adriana is a purebred Italian, yet only has a small Italian accent. She came to Japan when she was six years old. Nobody knows where she came from, or who she was. The only definitive thing known about her was that she absolutely loved flowers. She was put in an orphanage, as nobody could think of anything else to do to her. There, she grew up quite happily, keeping a small personal 'garden' in her room, in the form of various potted flowers.

 

When she turned fourteen, she was allowed to get a job. She decided to apply for a job at a local floral shop. When Adriana got the job, she was ecstatic. She spent the whole day jumping around and laughing. The next day, she walked over to the floral shop, and was given instructions of how she would help the shop. As soon as her boss was finished, she rushed off, eager to help. She always worked happily, and was always happy, no matter what amount of money she was paid for the day.

 

After Adriana had turned 23, she was still living in the orphanage, and still working at the floral shop, although she had moved up on the ranking ladder quite a bit. One day, while she was alone tending the shop, something went awry. A small group of daffodils caught fire somehow, and the whole store went up in flames. Adriana screamed, and tried to get out of the shop, but when she reached the door, she discovered that it had been locked from the outside. She searched frantically for the keys, but never found them. Seiji Neyami found her while he was out walking, and quickly took her, and performed Honeyfication. Now, she owns her own local floral shop, but is always ready to help those in need.

Name: Kagi Honey, a.k.a. Kitsuko Akagi

Age: 17

Appearance: A young Asian girl with short-cut brown hair, green eyes and a slight tan. When she becomes a Honey, her hair becomes spiky and becomes orange with red highlights, making her look like her head is on fire. Also, part of her hair sticks out like two fox ears, and she gains whisker-like markings on her face a la Naruto. Her bodysuit is orange and black, with flame patterns, and her personal emblem is a flame.

Weapons/Abilities: She is one of the four "Elemental Honeys", giving her the ability to create and manipulate fire at will. She also uses a Magnum called "Blazing Starter", which she can use in conjunction with her powers.

Faction: Honey

Personality: A usually nice, calm girl with a weakness for spicy food, her Honey form is wild and reckless, usually charging into battle, not asking questions or looking out for ambushes.

Bio: Kagi is very interesting due to the fact that she is afraid of her element in her normal form. Unlike the other three Elemental Honeys, Kagi has a very rational fear of fire because her parents died in a house fire. Kagi became homeless, and turned to a life of crime, eventually working her way into Panther Claw as a local boss. However, she was tired being the "bad guy", and stabbed her organization in the back, only to have them reciprocate. Literally.

She tries not to remember her life as a criminal, but her Honey form does, and uses her powers to inflict fiery vengeance upon her former masters.

 

Name: Satoshi Daimon

Age: 27

Gender: Male

Appearance: An Asian man with short black hair, golden eyes, and pale skin. He usually wears a very nice three-piece suit, and seems very calm. His body also hides several biomechanical enhancements, such as a katana generator.

Weapons/Abilities: Satoshi has a telepathic connection to his twin sister, as well as the power of symbiosis. The closer they are, the more powerful they become.

Faction: Panther Claw

Personality: Very calm and relaxed.

Bio: The nephew of the late Duke Watari and twin brother to Satoko, Satoshi is a regional director of Panther Claw. He has fought Honeys before, and knows their weaknesses. His goal is not to just conquer the world, but to get revenge on his esteemed uncle by destroying the original Cutie Honey.

Here's my app. I hope my character fits the feel of Cutie Honey, as I have never heard of it until now.

 

Name: Takiji Kozu a.k.a. The Director

 

Age: 31

 

Gender: Male

 

Appearance: Takiji wears a black business suit with a white shirt and black tie. He carries a cane with an onyx sphere on the top. He would appear like a normal person if he didn't always wear a green spandex covering over his body that conceals everything about his physical appearance, similar to ones worn by the Anonymous. He is not very large, about 5' 8", and appears to be very thin.

 

Weapons/Abilities: He has no abnormal abilities of his own, but he is very charismatic and has a way of talking to people to make them do things that they usually wouldn't do. His cane is his main weapon and extension of power. The sphere of the cane can flip its top half to reveal a multitude of buttons, which can signal for his troops to aid him and other actions of similar effect. The bottom of his cane contains a spring loaded blade approximately 2 feet in length that if released at point blank range cause a fatal wound. This blade also makes his cane into a polearm.

 

Faction: Panther Claw

 

Personality: He is very down to earth and in control of his emotions. He is not a typical megalomaniac that is so prevalent in the media. He is humanitarian in a way as he offers the poor and homeless jobs with Panther Claw Inc., although they end up as soldiers or weapon makers. He is a masterful investor and is a wizard with money, generating enough to be able to bribe any world leader.

 

Bio: Takiji was the financial director of Panther Claw before its defeat by the original Honey. Fearing being found to be a part of Panther Claw, he changed his identity and took all of what remained of Panther Claw's funding. Using this money, he made a fortune from a combination of stock investments and venture capitalism. He lived a good life until the authorities caught up with him. He barely managed to escape, but he lost everything he owned. When he learned that Panther Claw was being revived once again, he quickly rejoined and was declared leader due to his charisma. He realized that Panther Claw's original approach was too direct and decided to make Panther Claw into a legitimate corporation, making money off of venture capitalism and international infrastructure construction. This front hid a very large white collar crime ring that operated around the world. Using this amassed wealth, Takiji literally 'bought' many poor countries in South America and Africa, giving them well needed money in exchange for the use of the federal factories. Takiji then hired many engineers and scientist to begin designing robotic weapons, which will be used to take over the world. Currently, Black Panther has successfully made a fully functional, mass produced quadraped mech that operates with an AI, supporting foot soldiers with explosive guns.
