I was looking through the threads when I noticed that one of my posts was reported. It said something about my post being reviewed by a moderator. Im not worried about it cause as far as I can see all I did was show that Im bad at coming up with names. But I am curious, what happens when you're reported? What are the worst consequences you can face? Can you find out who reported you? What are the extents of the moderators power?

I saw that post you spammed...a mod will warn you and when you get 100% warn your banned

Well a mod will look over your post and then decides, usually if it's just spam it will be a small warning. However if it's something like flaming or images of sex, it will be a greater warning and possibly a ban.

 

But sometimes people report you just for safety, because they think or aren't sure if your post is fine or not and then nothing happens. So I wouldn't be too worried. We also already punished members who reported people who did nothing wrong just for trolling, but most of the time there's a reason.

Thanx for clearing that up for me. Do I put LOCK as the subject now so a moderater can easily spot this thread and lock it?

Well if you think the entire topic turned bad then yes. But usually they just delete the post.
