SebastiaanZ
1000 posts celebration! I am in fact posting my newest YGO fanfic here too, which has had a lot of positive comments on Janime and Pojo and private forums. Yu-Gi-Oh! Infinity Hunter Prologue “What did you do?!” A black haired boy was walking in his T-Shirt behind a girl that had red hair and was clothed in a yellow skirt and a red top with a big yellow smiley on it. They both were wearing dueldisks and both had a deck in it. “You cannot enter the application duels for the Pro Circuit. We are both in the same group and I cannot use a competitor that is equal in power maybe even stronger then me,” the red haired girl turned around to face the boy. “Face it. Ever since your father died, your family name no longer means something. Your father was a famous duelist and so was my father, but face it. Your era is over.” “How can you do this to me? You know dueling is my life!” Blake protested again and the door opened behind them, revealing a grey haired man. He handed the girl a piece of paper as a woman came down. “Mom! Do you know anything about this?” “What is wrong, Blake?” the woman asked the boy, being apparently his mother. “Gillian just tells me that I cannot participate in the application duels for the Pro Circuit this year, for the simple reason that she fears me,” Blake explained the situation to his mother as the man smirked, picking a pen out of his pocket. “What is the meaning of this, Gillian?” Blake`s mother asked Gillian, who smiles. “Why are you doing this to your best friend?” “Oh, it is pretty simple in fact. I don’t want a competitor against me with equal chances for the one place from our group that can enter the Pro Circuit. And I want that to be me, so I decide to take my precautions and seal off Blake from the Application Duel.” “And here we have the court order that in fact makes our action legal,” the grey man handed the mother a piece of paper. “Ms. O’Hare wants Blake to stay away from her at least two blocks and since she is going to appear in the Application Duels, Blake may not enter.” “Who did your dad pay off to get that order?” Blake threatened Gillian. “Patience, Mr. Connoly. This order will expire in a year, after which you can enter the Application Duel next year, when we hope Ms. O’Hare will in fact be a crowned duelist,” the grey haired man turned around for the exit. “Oh, and you should not threaten my client. Otherwise it will be jail time for you and a criminal marker.” As the grey haired man left the property, Blake sunk down on the doorsteps of his house and his mother comforted him as Gillian took one last look, sneered and left the premises as well. Blake shakes his head. “What happened to her?” “I don’t know, sweetie. But maybe it is better this way. Not good of course, but better. She is an equal contestant for you too. Next year it will mean you have virtually no resistance if you decide on dueling for the ticket in the Pro Circuit.” She smirked and went inside as Blake, being angry about the stunt Gillian pulled, but he knew there was not much he could do against it. He looked up to the stars as he dreamed away about how he could have done what he did not do. ---------------------------------- “Three of them have arrived already on earth. Three have arrived and have failed to complete the Circuit to their fullest extent.” A lone man was walking through a forest, with dark trees to a temple, with ancient symbols encrypted on them. A long stairwell lead up to the top of the temple, where a lone stone tablet was waiting. Most of the stone tablet was unrevealed by shadows and tree branches, as the temple was old. “Long have I searched for you. Long have I travelled around the world to find you.” The man, wearing a bright yellow cloak with the sun depicted on the back. He had a bald head with tattoos of a snake around his neck and below his mouth he had fanglike tattoos. “But now after years of searching we have finally met. You will rise again, my god, my master, our emperor and we will clean the world of all that oppose us.” He turned around as he walked down the stairs again and shot once more a look at the tablet before walking slowly down to a certain direction, away from the temple. Not much later, a helicopter rose into the air and flew over to the temple. As the side door of the helicopter opened two man lowered themselves to the temple and tablet, equipping it with cables to raise it into the air. As the helicopter rose into the air, the man with the yellow cloak stood watching in the opening of the helicopter. “What is our destination, sir?” the helicopter pilot asked the man. “Our destination ……….. Neo Domino City.” RANDOM INFINITY HUNTER TRIVIA: At the last moment I decided to throw in some kind of prologue for Yu-Gi-Oh! Infinity Hunter. It is only 2 pages long on Word (Times New Roman, 12), but it introduces you to the most important character of the series and gives a glimpse of a possible future. Now since I made the decision on March 13, 2010, to quit writing TDDS, and I actually started on February 23, 2010, with planning this series, you will have to wait another two weeks for Turn 1. Yes, it is written, but I want to finish some beforehand before actually going off fully. Turn 1 will actually begin 3 years after the first scene described in the Prologue. Yes, Infinity Hunter will feature an Episode Guide, in which you can easily find back all turns of Infinity Hunter and I even am setting up a forum for Infinity Hunter, where all CACs are posted. That said, I am giving the official starting toast for Yu-Gi-Oh! Infinity Hunter, starting with: Yu-Gi-Oh! Infinity HunterARC 1 “Rising Star.” Hope to see you all back for a couple of years of excitement!
