Err. Not Feeling this bro. In my opinion you can never really smudge and abstract, then think you can easily execute it. Unless, your comfortable with it, and or its your style. If i were you I would just delete all the smudge and continue the tag from an abstract angle.

Yes you can... Shadius has pulled it off many times///

 

This tag is LQ, and your smudging IS REALLY BAD... good smudging can really only be achieved on PS

Smudging is bad, but it's hard to master, so don't be mad. Use c4ds with style, try not to make them look like slap-ons. Monotone, so try to incorporate. Lighting needs to look more natural. Try your best to blend everything together, so that it actually looks like part of the scene. Like here, everything seems unnatural.
