Father Wolf
While with my social life, school work, photoshopping, work, video games and the internet. I find it hard to sit down smoke a cigar and read a good book all by my self without the happenings of life getting in my way. So lately i have been listening to books on tap. Minus the good feeling i get when i finish a book, i get to enjoy listening to a good story and still have time to do my daily going around. So discuss the Pros and cons of Audio Books, and if ur listened to any recently.
bury the year
Whenever I have to go on a long car ride, I always bring an audio book or two. It's relaxing, especially because you can't get carsick listening to one. :

Theseus
I've only got one thing to say here (okay, actually more) First, audio books are no good without the visual aid of the book in front of you. Second, Jim Dale, voicer of the HP series audiobooks, has the most amazing British accent for reading books! :D

mythcaptor
I love them. I have 2 Artemis Fowls and The City Of Ember on my ipod, and I sometimes put them on as I go to sleep, which actually helps me go to sleep, once I know the story, believe it or not
