Nerd: Clever, there are cards that use effects similar for that but this seems to be a much easier way to do it, and very abusable.

Deus: I have to point this out. Deustood=/=Deustodo. You couldn't spell your name right. ^.^

Your accepted.

It lets cards fit multiple supports.

More importantly if their are duel types then Chaos would likely get some support.

Lava Golem wasn't type specific but you can take advantage of cards like insect queen easier.

It also would make Fairy King Truesdale (wait that's a Plant? BS)...

It would allow for more in between type support, alliances and such. Makes for an interestinger game.

In addition to fake types' date=' how about double types?

Note: I know it uses real types, but it has TWO real types.

Umm... You can solve that with a slight word twist actually. Like call the type "Dracostone" or whatever (not so creative right now). And word it as; This card is treated as a Dragon-Type and Rock-Type monster in addition to its normal Type. You would effectively gain a 3 Typed card while maintaining that whole separation issue and a sense of fake-typeness.

Well you can't argue against them.

I intend to make debate threads to allow this later however.

Once I make one I'll send a pm.

In addition I might make a Real Type sub section.

@DArklink: All sense of logic demands I deny you, however considering Icy is far from light handed in dispensing justice, he'd probably reverse any plan you try to make to lock it or simply lock it before you do.

So accepted.

@Nerd: Hard to believe I know.

At the topic of double types. My point of view on this would either be as so:Dragon-Rock, or Dragon/Rock with the card being treated as the type not listed in the original. On a second note, acceptable fake types are hard to create and/or find, while finding good sub-types is like looking for a comic in a comic store, so to speak.

That would cause an implosion of new types.

Let's see here' date=' assuming triplels aren't created, your plan would involve... 484 new types.

I think just having a card have two types would be allot easier.

o_O" Not quite... New Types of that nature (assuming you use a Prefix etc nature would be easy to identify). It wouldn't be a problem and they would be classed as a separate kind of card for support.

But if Dracostone is one type and another type is dracomancer (dragon Spellcaster) you have two extra types.

So with all the other types even with the prefix system that is allot of work really.

I think Bel and Strategist's idea works better in this case.

Double types are unoriginal and pointless. They make already niche demographics (Sea Serpent) an even more niche demographic (Sea Serpent / Dragon? Who's going to run a group that would only contain about 6 cards?).

Fake Types should be done PROPERLY and CREATIVELY. Mad Puppet? Meh, too cynical. Soul? That could cover a wide range of cards!

You have a point, but Mad Puppet is my idea, and I made another Fake Type, called Menes. That will not be that easy to be replaced. Anyway, most of my inventions are Fake Sub-Types, or what I like to call, Custom Sub-Types. And yes, I think the idea of double type kinda of silly.
