Nocturna was unable to hide her surprise. "You wish to hang out with Celes?" she repeated, actually turning to stare at the ghostly dragon. The feathers near the base of her spine quivered, her eyes swiftly taking in the appearance of the strongest ghost in existence. Sleek and serpentine, as she knew he would be. She quickly regained her professional demeanor.

"I do not anyone to accompany me, but I strongly advise that any new developments of any sort are immediately addressed to me, and that no one takes any steps towards enacting the course of action until my preparations are complete. Likewise, for security reasons, no one should discuss it with anyone aside from myself, and only when we are certain of our privacy," Nocturna stated. She gave a small bow to conclude her speech.

Celes blinked, tilting her head curiously towards Giratina. "You want to get to know me?" she repeated uncertainly.

Giratina eyed the Eevee. "Uh...i did not say anything...." he said with an echoing cough. Aero appeared from behind him.

"Yeah...that was me..." Aero said with a chuckle. "Sorry if i didn't speak up. Now if you wanna we can go Celes...i mean if that's alright with you." Giratina nodded.

"Good. All is explained. Now i will accompany you in this room Nocturna. We have the utmost privacy."

Nocturna's ear twitched. Now that she reflected, it hadn't sounded much like Giratina's voice. And Celes had probably been staring too much to notice whether Giratina had actually spoken or not. "Very well," the Weavile told Giratina. "All I presently require is a map and the presently known location and data of encampments."

Celes blinked, fidgetting awkwardly. "Oh...okay, then," she said, quickly shaking off her embarrassment. Getting a peer's voice mistaken for the boss' was awkward, but Aero wouldn't tease her or think less of her. She wasn't guessing or making a conclusion from what she already knew. Rather, she would just retaliate if he did.

Aero nodded. "Good. Where should we head off to?" he asked her as he walked out of the room, disappearing as he walked through the portal. Giratina laughed at Aero as his tail trailed behind him and disappeared last. Giratina flung out all of his eerie claws. They all touched different invisible pads at different angles. A screen showed a map of the Sinnoh region. Red dots located where encampments were and the Blue dot resembled the HQ. The HQ was located at the top of Mt. Coronet. There were only seven red dots on the screen. One in the ocean, i at the base of a waterfall where the Sinnoh League will be, One on the beach, one on Mt. Stark, one at Lake Verity, Acuity, and Valor.

"Sorry...but this is all the known info." Giratina said with an echoing sigh.

"It's enough," Nocturna assured the ghostly lord, her eyes trailing over the map. Every few seconds, they'd focus on one of the red dots, memorizing its location. "Seven enemy camps, and ours has the high ground, by the Spear Pillar," the Weavile mused. Her gaze drifted to the dots on the furthest end of the map.

"Stark Mountain is quite possibly their main HQ, being remote and distant from the rest of Sinnoh, ensuring absolute privacy," she noted. "Even if it wasn't that important, Celes would have far too much difficulty justifying her presence with a proper cover story, and Aero would have to travel a long distance both ways to pass information. Reinforcements would likewise be too slow in arriving."

"The Sinnoh league is possibly another high-ranked encampment, having the natural defense of a waterfall nearby and the presence of strong Pokemon near the league would make it highly defended," Nocturna continued. "Its location is too difficult for an Eevee to be naturally, barring changes in terrain."

"The same is true for the ocean place. I assume the primary members there are Pokemon of the sea and fliers, both of which can access that camp with little difficulty and limiting ground-based Pokemon. If well-hidden, it will probably be submerged entirely, again limiting it to aquaeous Pokemon," Nocturna considered.

"I do like the beach location, however. A perfectly rational location for Celes to be, distant enough from our HQ to reduce most suspicion, yet not so far to limit the passing of information."

"The same could be true for one of the three lakes, yet the closest lake, Acuity, would be the poorest choice, as it is so close to Snowpoint that an Eevee is bound to be extremely uncomfortable, unless Celes wishes to be a Glaceon and applies that to her reasons for being present. If a Glaceon is her desired evolution, it would be that much simpler. Else, it would be the worst option as it is too close to Mt Coronet. On that note, if she were a Vaporeon, the ocean base would not longer be impossible, and the beach would be ideal."

"Either of the two remaining lakes are satisfactory options and I see no immediate reason to disqualify them," Nocturna finished, scratching her chin.

Giratina's eyes were gleaming with the thoughts that had came out of the clever Weavile's mouth. "Perfect. I think the beach is a perfect launch point for our operation." he said nodding. It was a ideal place as Nocturna had said. It was fairly close and there would be no harm to either Celes or Aero. Nor would it be impossible to access as the Ocean or Lake Acuity were. "This plan will start as soon as you're ready." Giratina said with a smile. "Good work Nocturna...Excellent work..." he said with a echo of satisfaction.

"Thank you," Nocturna replied with a humble, professional bow of her head. "With location in mind, I'll work on Celes' backstory," she said. She closed her eyes, trailing one claw idly along one of her ear feathers. While there would certainly be nothing overly suspicious about an Eevee spending time down on the beach, the Weavile lieutenant was nevertheless intent on conjuring a backstory that would not only earn Celes some sympathy from an unsuspecting member of Arceus' Oath, but also give her a non-existent motive to be against Giratina.

The first initial thoughts were far too cliche for Nocturna's liking, lacking the distinctive flavor that a real person would have, rather than simply petty desires for revenge and justice, or being alone and wanting companionship or some great cause to live by. Hatred and sorrow were valid motivators, but everyone carried them. Particularly strong emotions, while not outside Celes' ability to act out, would force her to be an inflexible character, unable to remove the mantle without losing credibility.

This could take some time, Nocturna realized.

"Now while we look for Razor here are the other Stormer's and a little about them." Viena droped a file folder onto the ground in front of Rex and sat. "Take a look. That's Aero, a Gligar Grunt. The Gengar here is a General named Brandon, he was alone untill he joined the Stormer's and Giratina offered him power. Then there is sweet and tactfull Nocturna who is the Weavile Lutenent I told you about. She has the uncanny ability to detect someone's motives and moves and use it against them and to utilize her underling's skills to their best use, especially when she makes eye contact but you have to do this. It's part of the reason we're waiting for Razor to show up." The General waited calmly and tried to explain everything so Rex got it and understood. "And then there is Inferno the Infernape Lutentiet. All and all your bigest problems will most likely come with Nocturna, Brandon and Giratina himself. Of course that does not mean you underestimate any of the others." The Ninetales waited to see if Rex had any questions.

Aero waited for Celes to come out of the Distortion world with him. "Man...what's taking her so long..." he said with a sigh. He started watching his tail rock back and forth. A huge shadow emerged and engulfed him. He was being attacked by a ghost pokemon!

-----------------

Giratina nodded. "Just take all the time you need..." he said with a echo. "I'll be in my castle if you need me..." he said as he started to float up to a floating castle that nobody had seen before. Giratina landed on his floating island. The entrance had rectangular holes in them. There were 17 holes. One for each pokemon type. Giratina flung out his arm-like extentions. Each arm had 1 Plate. One of Arceu's plates. He shoved them in the holes. The door rumbled and suddenly opened. Nothing but darkness escaped the room. He then flew in.

"Will do," Nocturna replied, allowing herself a brief smile. She turned her attention from the map and sat down by the lake, circling her paw through the water. Ripples expanded from the point of contact, yet the Weavile paid them little attention. They were simply for something to focus on for a few moments, to let her mind flow to the natural solution she sought. Like the ripples in the water, Celes' cover story and identity would have to expand naturally, encompassing more possibilities. A tingle of an idea began to form...

---

Celes exitted the portal and looked around, quickly focusing on Aero, or more specifically his moving tail. She wasn't sure what drew her attention to it, aside from its movement. Unlike Aero, she had not noticed anything strange about the Gligar's shadow, instead starting to daydream about the end of the war and how she would be forever remembered as one of the most valuable assets to Giratina's ultimate victory.

Aero couldn't see. He was not being attacked...rather hypnotised. All he could see around him was darkness. "Celes...", no reply. "Giratina...sir..", no reply.

"The only one here is you Aero...and me of course." The ghost revealed itself. It was a Spiritomb. "Tell me Aero...do you feel useless right now? Because you should. You are. And always will be useless." Aero knew who it was. It was his old friend Spiritomb. He was jealous because he had not been noticed as much as Aero had been in the army. Spiritomb was also a spy. "Now...what to do with you!" he said as the darkness pulsed. Aero felt like his mind was being eaten. In the real world, Aero screamed in pain.

"AHH!!!!" he sceamed gripping his head tight.
