Dark_Duelist101
Inferno unleashed the move he wanted. He had waited for this for a long time. He shot a fire blast at a grunt. he walked over to the broken shape of the unknown pokemon. Everything goes according to plan. The battle raged behind him. everything according to plan. He smiled and returned to the battle where he could further execute his plan. Arceus, Giratina, Palkia and Dialga- they were just stones to pave the way. But soon he would realize there were far worse things then himself out there.
evilfusion
Nocturna didn't even look behind her when she sensed the presence of the ghostly dragon. That presence was impossible to mistake with another's, and she had a feeling that facing Giratina directly would cause her professional nonchalance to evaporate. No, it was far easier to show no fear and no concern when dealing with the master. Even with her back turned, Nocturna caught her mind wondering whether Giratina was in his true forme, or in the less-than-aesthetically-pleasing Altered Forme. That was just another reason not to look directly at the master. Claws still steepled, the Weavile answered, in a tone of flat respect, "A special mission?" This was strange. Why would Giratina contact her directly? It was possible, likely even, that he knew she had blown off the original mission of storming their enemy's encampment (a strategically illogical move), but why he thought she would accept another mission simply because he requested it...well, it was harder to refuse an order from him, but that did not make it impossible. Celes did it all the time, the stubborn Eevee. The huntress chuckled to herself. "What kind of mission would that be?" she asked, betraying a note of curiosity in her tone. She trailed a claw idly along the closed board.
Mr. Hyde
"I knew you would decline that foolish mission. Charging an enemy encampment with no plan's stupid. Hopefully that Haunter will be taught a lesson before not consulting you about an attack." He chuckled. "Your mission, my dear Nocturna, is very..very tough. You will be taking out Storm...the Arceus's Oath commander..." He fell silent waiting for a response. ------------- Crash and the Tauros halted their attack. evilfusion
((Careful with post lengths. We dont want to get in trouble early on. Multiple perspectives should at least have SOME elaboration)) Nocturna was silent for several moments, weighing that assignment over. His comment was borderline flattering, and as she would have expected, it came with the price of an absurd mission assignment. She closed her eyes, concentrating. By deflecting external stimuli, she could focus more clearly on her thoughts, and could enable her to see options available that she normally would not notice on instinctive thought. However, her momentary meditation acquired the same results. "Strategically, it would be a wise path, but tactically it is not a sound plan at all," the huntress informed the ghostly dragon, still keeping her back to him and speaking in a dry, analytical tone. "If I recall, this Storm is a Garchomp, and a very powerful one at that," she continued, this time employing a clipped tone, indicating she was stating the obvious, yet her tone maintained a level of professionalism. "The unfortunate truth is your army is being led the wrong way for the wrong strategy. Single assassins could be dispatched toward an encampment, preferably at least one under the guise of a new member that would, at a later time, take it down from within. However, a less-than-bright official has evidently decided a full-out assault is the best course and neglected to produce adequate plans of attack. You have acknowledged this flaw yourself, just now." Nocturna smirked internally, her external expression remaining generally impassive. "And you now have suggested a plan involving a singular assassin taking on a powerful and certainly alert opponent, a strategy better suited to a strength-in-numbers approach. It would require more than a single skilled opponent and a pawful of grunts to take on a Garchomp just as an army against an encampment is a foolish approach." It was fortunate that her better judgment refrained from adding that Giratina probably didn't have the slightest clue how tactics were supposed to work. Mr. Hyde
Giratina laughed with a ghost-like echo. Coldness filled the room. "You are very smart Nocturna...That Garchomp is indeed a strong opponent. Not to mention he was given the last of Arceus's powers. That's why you are our tactician Nocturna." He stood beside her. "You and I...we make a powerful pair indeed. I am the brawn and scary side of this army, while you are the brains and calm of it. I'm glad you joined." He chipped off a piece of his Griseous Orb and threw it towards her. "That Griseous Orb contains a small portion of my powers. If you squeeze it, my ghostly-dragonic powers will flow inside of you. It will make you two times as powerful." He smirked. "I've given you my utmost trust Nocturna." He walked away from her. "Now, what would you like your assignment to be now?" ------------------------- Storm arrived at the attacked encampment. "Just in the nick of time..." He took a deep breath. He was afraid that he had lost this entire village. He smirked. "Now...you Stormers might want to get the hell out of here before it gets ugly..." he then focused his attention on Inferno. Envoy of Twilight
(( Gliscor, I changed in my app to a Gengar, if that is alright )) Brandon was laughing as they entered the encampment. He started off brutally, breaking necks and tearing off limbs. He laughed maniacally as he beat pokemon with their own limbs. He turned red with, not anger, but actually a sick and twisted form of happiness. He beat down some pokemon and confused others so that they would kill their own team members. It was truly a hysterical sight for Brandon indeed. He did, for some odd reason, feel danger lurking, so he hid the in shadow of his comrad, Inferno. evilfusion
Nocturna's internal smirk widened at the praise. Her tactical prowess was the reason she had been given an officer position in the first place, rather than starting as a grunt. She made no comment, merely nodded when he acknowledged his pleasure at having her on his side. She had never given much thought to her reasons for joining Giratina's army as opposed to whatever fragment of Arceus' avengers existed. It was strategically to her advantage to pick the winning side, or at least, that's what she liked to claim. She raised her paw and smoothly caught the Griseous chip between two claws, knowing that it was coming even without looking. The presence of this orb meant that the ghostly dragon was likely in his sleeker Origin Forme. Still, she refrained from turning her head to look at him. she turned the chip over in her claws, her sharp eyes fixed upon the golden chunk. As Giratina started to float further from her, she distinctly heard him ask her what she wanted her own mission to be. She considered the odd inquiry with her usual seriousness. "While we have the advantage, rash actions should be avoided lest we lose said advantage," she mused. "Taking so many of our troops to one location was one such rash action. It leaves a lower defense at our own locations and puts more risk to our forces than is worth the payoff. More time and thought should have been devoted to monitoring the target encampment prior to engagement." Of course, this much was already known between the two of them, and reiterating that fact served little purpose. The Weavile steepled her paws thoughtfully. "Future mistakes like that must be prevented. If possible, as much data as possible should be accumulated concerning our adversaries, and threats should be prioritized." "As for a personal assignment, I would not mind being given the opportunity to analyze the data we do have accumulated."
Mr. Hyde
Giratina smiled. "Then get a move on it." he said with a chuckle. "I want you to study all of the enemies top ranked soldiers profiles. I want a strategy to take down each one of them. Each one is stationed in a different location near the HQ..." he sighed. "The resistance shall fall. Good evening Nocturna." he said before fading into the shadows. ------------------ Storm watched behind him as he saw some of the fellow soldiers dead. His eyes widened. "Who...Who did that...WHO DID THAT!" he said with an uncontrolable dragonic rage. He stomped the ground. With that one stomp, the ground beneath the small army crumbled and smashed. evilfusion
"Good evening," Nocturna replied. She closed her eyes in thought once the ghostly dragon had vanished, opening them several moments later. Giratina had not been quite as clear as she would have liked, but that made little difference. She would ask around first to see if anyone else had data already assembled for her to study or whether a more direct approach was needed. She ran through a mental list of her squad members. She would prefer not to engage the enemies herself for the time being, although she had no doubt that would quicken the process of the analysis. Direct contact always helped with data collection and helped her find weaknesses, but the risk was presently too high. She preferred her work from the sidelines, directing more expendable beings towards victory, rather than taking a direct role. But who would be best suited for an espionage game? There was that Gligar, and there was Celes. Yes, the Gligar, Aero. He would be the one to question and Celes was the best one to employ. Or, they could work together, it would increase the chances. Nocturna stood up, carrying the map board under her arm and set off quickly. She would find one of those two Pokemon and discuss the objective. Envoy of Twilight
Brandon felt the earth rumble and flew up out of the Inferno's shadow. He smiled as shot a Shadow Ball straight at Storm. He was still red, and was more powerful than ever. His feeling of revenge, sick hapiness, anger, sadness, all of them, combined inside of him, which gave the Shadow Ball immense power. He fired it and laughed, his evill totally corrupted his mind. He didn't know what was rational and what was wasn't. His mind, on the inside, was a wreck. He did manage to have one last thought escape before he was completely consumed. "It's nighty night if the attack hits".
Mr. Hyde
Aero flew above an enemy encampment. "Haha...Rhyperior of Encampment R...Your weaknesses are mine." He started flying back towards the portal that lead to Giratina's Distorted world. He felt weird there...but then again, probably everyone did but the boss himself. He went to his quarters and started writing down Rhyperior's actions during the day. "Of course, he doesn't like water...he's four times effective against it. He says he has the Solid Rock ability, but i know that's a lie. haha." -------------- Storm knocked the ball off course and raged at the Gengar. "YOU'RE DEAD!" he said as the white star on his snout shined. He rushed towards him at Mach speeds and launched a Dragon Rush attack with the blades on his arms. "WhAT YOU DID IS UNFORGIVABLE! I'LL KILL YOU!"
Envoy of Twilight
Brandon's totally evil side now the only entitiy inside, he ran quickly toward Storm, coming at him with a Shadow Punch all charged up. His crazy eyes were darting around as he ran. It was obvious he had no feeling, no thoughts, nothing that a rational pokemon would have. The Brandon that was originally there was not gone for good, but was definitely locked away deep inside the abyss of this new bodies' mind. The Shadow on his arm grew immensly and this demon smiled. He ran with viciousness, and velocity. This dark being was determined to take down this enemy -no matter what-...
Mr. Hyde
Storm roared ferociously. "FOOL! I HAVE CHALLENGED THE MIGHTIEST OF DRAGON POKEMON. I HAVE BEATEN RAYQUAZA, PALKIA, AND EVEN DIALGA! WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU CAN BEAT ME!!!" Garchomp tackled the Gengar and dove into the ground. A large area was turned into a huge crater by the giant force of the impact. He jumped off the Gengar. "Now stay down..." he said with a growl. Envoy of Twilight
Brandon was still totally shut off from the world, but he felt that body of darkness of his stand up, wobbling. The shadow being smiled. While he had been tackled, he inflicted a curse. A curse that used up the rest of his power to maximize damage. Brandon knew that this would probably not stop the enemy, but it seemed the shadow being was foolish enough to believe so. Brandon fell to the ground and began to crawl away, over to Inferno so that maybe he could help. It seemed the shadow had SOME sense.
Mr. Hyde
Storm growled. "You aren't getting away that easily..." the dragon said with a wince. The curse stung, but it didn't do major harm to him. There was a twinkle in the sky. Then another. Another one still. Meteors were falling towards Inferno's brigade. "How do you like my Draco Meteor..." he said with another wince. "I trained with Rayquaza after beating him...he then taught me the ultimate dragon technique...". The meteors started smashing into the earth.
Envoy of Twilight
Brandon was crushed and flattened by the flaming meteors. He had no feeling left in his body and all was black. He couldn't breath, he couldn't think, he couldn't move. He was a statue. A useless statue that would be thrown away like trash when the battle remains are looked through, but that is to say that Brandon is not already in a million tiny pieces, which may be the case. This was the reason that Brandon fought though, because the world was cruel to him. They were all cruel to him. This was not a lesson, it was a punishment. Suddenly, in Brandon's eyes, everything went white.
Mr. Hyde
Giratina brought the flattened Gengar to his world. He glared at the Gengar. "Brandon...why do you think you were sent there..." He rocked his head back and forth. "You were going for blood Brandon...that's not who we are. That's not what we're doing. We only kill those who stand in our way. But you were killing innocent people who hadn't done anything to us...yet. Brandon...it was foolish of you to try and fight Storm...the strongest pokemon in this world, to a fist fight. What were you thinking. I should demote you to dishwasher right now!" He waited for the Demon to respond.
Envoy of Twilight
Brandon, now regaining his senses, told Giratina, "I am sorry sir...something came over me...I couldn't control my body any longer. But I will not try and make excuses. If I am to be demoted, that will be my punishment. I find that fair enough. I mean no disrespect at all sir...I am just a little...off today". Brandon looked at Giratina and finally realized that killing the innocent may be fun, but what is a life without a little hard work? If Brandon truly wanted revenge on the world, he should stick with Giratina and help as much as possible. "I am truly sorry sir", Brandon said, putting his head down. evilfusion
Nocturna clicked her tongue disapprovingly. It hadn't taken her long to locate one of her two priorities, but that was what the problem was. On the hunch that Celes was slacking off, as was unfortunately typical of the Eevee, Nocturna had first decided to check out what was privately known as "Celes' slacking off spot" and was therefore none too thrilled to find Celes there. A rare occasion that Nocturna was disappointed to be correct. "What are you doing, Celes?" the Weavile asked, in a tone clearly expressing her exasperation. The Eevee yawned and looked up at Nocturna with an innocent expression. "I was sleeping," Celes whined, her voice taking on a painfully cute tone. "Why'd you wake me?" Naturally, Nocturna was unphased by the cute display, but knew that Celes was infamous for utilizing such tactics whenever confronted with something she didn't like. "Have you seen Aero?" the Weavile asked. Celes sniffled. "I need my sleep," she complained. Nocturna tapped a foot sternly and Celes scowled. "No, I haven't." "Very well. Come with me, nevertheless," Nocturna said, walking away and gesturing with a claw for the Eevee to follow. Celes grumbled, but obeyed. "Keep a sharp eye, Celes. I have something to discuss with you and Aero, so tell me if you spot him."

"They're going to need lots of help out there! So lets get up or I ll send you to the Medics so fast you wont have any time to react!", the General growled. Mr. Hyde
Aero flew above the two after his mission was over. He could hear that Nocturna wanted to discuss something with him. He landed a couple feet away from them and started walking towards him. He sighed, "What do you want?" ------------------ Crash looked at the Battlefield that had been brutally smashed by all the meteors. Storm started breathing normally after seeing the army had retreated. He looked at Crash. "Crash...what happened today was really lucky for us both. If i hadn't had come half a minute late, you probably would've died..." Crash nodded uneasily. "Yes sir..."
evilfusion
"I spotted him," Celes announced. Nocturna refrained from rolling her eyes, instead turning to face the Gligar, which had landed nearby. Celes' tail wagged a little the closer Aero came to the two of them, yet the Weavile lieutenant did not reflect on that particular behavior. Nocturna clasped her paws behind her back, giving herself a mildly more imposing appearance as well as more of a commanding stance. Celes was unfazed, but then again, the Eevee had no problems bluntly telling Giratina himself that she wanted to take a nap instead of going on a mission. It wasn't so much that the Eevee was lazy so much as Celes just didn't like being told what to do and finding some petty method of doing what she wanted to was a childish way to resist those with more power than she had. "I wished to ask you whether you are aware, either directly or indirectly, where I could find data detailing the higher ranked members of the resistance, which I believe are called 'Arceus' Oath'," Nocturna began, her tone calm and professional. "I have been assigned by Giratina himself to examine the data we have and arrange for further data to be accumulated." "Then what am I needed for?" Celes whined. Nocturna silenced the Eevee with a stern look. Celes sighed and looked Aero up and down idly.

Jeroukoo
Aragon groaned. HE woke up, disguising himself as a pile of rocks for some sleep. He had lost his way. He was trying to find Giratina but then was ambushed by some Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee. He took them down, of course but he needed some rest afterward. He looked around. He probably had been out for a couple hours or a day. He didn't care. He just had to find somebody before someone found him.
