Ive seen the movie and I got the book.

Its about a girl who lives with her dad on an island that nobody knows of.

Then they meet a friend at first there unhappy that she found out where they were but then she becomes something like Nim's mom.

Wlll I wont tell you anything else.

Actually I think it was a Movie first and then made the book.

I got the book some time later.

So yeah the movie was first...probably.
