Poseidon©
I clearly love this series. Or do I.... lol. Eh, the directors always leave out the best parts in the movies.
Ecoboy1324
My favourite is 7. Never boring. Least favourite is 2.
I hate the start' date=' it's so boring. Ecoboy1324
Favorite book was definitely Half Blood Prince. Half blood was very very good but Hallows blew everything i knew about Harry Potter into the water So it was definitely my favorite.
Skyfi
1) Voldemort died from a funking counter spell. Why didn't he do that in book 5?!2) I knew one of the twins would die, but why Fred, I liked Fred.
Ecoboy1324
1) Voldemort died from a f***ing counter spell. Why didn't he do that in book 5?!2) I knew one of the twins would die' date=' but why Fred, I liked Fred. [/quote'] Because it wasn't just a counter-spell. It was the fact that the elder wand can not be defeated in battle and was all in all a superior wand. Now why it did not defeat Voldemort in Dumbledores hands I have only theories. Fred was chosen to die instead of George becouse Fred was the more lively and represented more of what J.K Rowling wanted to portray. The loss of innocence due to the war. bury the year
I didn't like the seventh at all. It just veered too far off of the formula that made HP so successful, and the plot got stirred up way too fast. Just my two cents, though. Luna Lovegood
Book 5 has almost enough Luna Lovegood for me.
Guest Merciful Idiot
Book 7 stirred off. The others were good though.

DL
Book 1 and 2 were awesome. Book 3 and 4 were good. Book 5 was a bit boring, but got better later on. Book 6 was very entertaining. Book 7 could have worked as a standalone, if some modifications were made, although I felt the epilogue to have been unnecessary.
valliant12
The epilogue makes it sound like there's another series coming. But there's not.The Other Minister was the start of the action though. They could've had it as an announcement at The Burrow.

jabber2033
Personally, I think Rowling should've shown us more of Harry's depression and what not at the beginning of HBP. I mean, he just lost the closest thing he's had to a parent, and he's not f***** up about it? I know he said he was at first, but Rowling could've been more detailed, or expanded more on it. No one comes out of somthing like that unchanged. I certainly enjoyed the Horcrux plot and DH in general. DH and GoF are definetly my two favorites. Loved the Umbrige bashing in OotP as well. Theseus
I think you've all missed the point of the thread. This is obviously to mourn the loss of our beloved Hedwig. D;

Luna Lovegood
I was so sad when that happened. As you all know, I, Luna Lovegood, had a deep connection with Hedwig.
