Well, they could always balance Cable to make him not retardedly broken. As for Sentinel, he could always go the PTX-40A/Gold Lightan route. Pheonix Wright, Emma Frost, Daredevil, Ghost Rider, Gene from Godhand, and The Punisher were confirmed to not be in the game. You could also say that the Fantastic Four is out in favor of Super Skrull. Also, the creator of Phoenix Wright said that if enough people support the notion, he'll fight for the ace attorney's inclusion in MvC3.
