"Wait, this isn't them! How did that happen? I could've sworn it was them." Evelyn thought. The group seemed clearly scared. They obviously had had some bad experiences with these Wyvern knights. Well, that or the sight of a Wyvern was just a scary experience in the first place. Evelyn wouldn't know as she was quite comfortable around Flamme. Evelyn knew she had to resolve the situation quickly or things could get bad very quickly.

"No, no! I didn't mean to alarm you. I assure you we don't have any intentions to harm any of you. My name is Evelyn Laurent and this is my partner, Flamme Rouge." she said motioning to her partner. Then she thought of something. "Flamme! Get down so they know you won't do anything to them." she said.

"Fine." Flamme said a bit annoyed. He then proceeded to lie down on the ground even putting his head down.

"Again, I didn't mean to alarm you. It's just I'm trying to figure out where exactly I am. I'm not familiar with these parts, and I'm still not sure how exactly I ended up here. Any information you could provide me would be greatly appreciated." Evelyn said. She took note of each person in the group holding a book. Being a mage she knew what they could be. As far as she knew they were tomes. The group was ready to attack, so she had to hope what she had said was enough to put them at ease. Realizing the tome in her own hands might seem like a threat as well she set the book down on the ground to her left and put her hands down at her sides.

When Flamme moved, even to put his head down, the teenagers flinched while backing up. The rumors of Valni Wyvern Knights roaming outside of the coutries territories were something they knew quite well and would, at times, be used to scare each other for fun. But now staring face to face with a living breathing, fire breathing from the creature's name, they couldn't help but shake in fear. The strange girl, claiming to be the beast's master, had placed her own weapon down before asking where she was; a likely story for a Wyvern Knight who had gotten a bit too far from her homeland. Dashing forward one of the girls snatched Evelyn's tome from the ground before skidding to a stop in the middle of her friends, all aiming their own tomes at Evelyn with a bit of confidence. Taking a deep breath the oldest of the group shouted, "We'll never give you any information!"

Waving his hand around the boy began to summon his magic, however small it was, with the goal of allowing everyone to escape; knowing full well he'd be dead if he stayed to fight. Yet before his spell built to full fruition something slammed in front of him and grabbed his arm, yanking it down and then yelling at the others; making it so that they willingly put away their tomes. Once the dust had thinned enough Evelyn could see the massive form of a were-bear moving towards her, the creature's features shrinking with each step until a handsome man stood in front of her, fixing his bear skin overcoat, "I'm sorry about that my dear child. May I ask is that your real name, Evelyn?"

Placing his arm at his waist the man gave a low bow, lowering his head courtiously as the teenagers behind him had to almost literally pick their jaws up off the ground.

Evelyn hadn't flinched at the response from the group. It was natural for them to be nervous. Even when one dashed and stole her tome she made no move. If she had to take a hit to prove she wasn't trying to hurt them that was what she would do. Flamme almost got up when the kid dashed at her but Evelyn quickly scolded him mentally to not move. Then out of nowhere a bear came and stopped the kid who had started a spell. It then turned into a person of all things. He wasn't that hard on the eyes to boot.

"Please, the bowing isn't necessary." Evelyn said a bit embarrassed at the situation. It wasn't often that people bowed to her and she didn't feel it to ever be necessary. "But as for you question, yes, Evelyn Laurent is my real name. I'm sorry to have scared anyone here. I know Flamme isn't exactly the most friendly looking thing to see coming out of the sky. Are you in charge of this group by any chance?" Evelyn asked this new comer. It seemed he was less afraid of her, in fact he was being quite polite. If he thought she wasn't dangerous she had to keep it that way because she was certain no one else there believed her.

Righting himself the man mentioned that it is only curtious to bow before a lady, adding in that since they just meant it was even more important he do so, and then laughed at Evelyn's question. Shaking his head he pardoned his, apparant, rudeness, "No my dear I am not in charge of them at the moment. However . . ."

Looking back at the group he nodded at Evelyn's tome, which the girl who had grabbed it meekly handed it over, and the man then in turn handed it back to it's rightful owner, "You see my dear I am nothing more than their teacher. They are just a few of my students at the local school."

Hitting his forehead, almost comically so, he then gave another bow, "Pardon me my dear. But I never gave you my name, though you graced me with yourswithout question. I am Sewati."

Guest Tainted Black

Josh heard what the old man said, and nudged Daena. "I'm gonna fly on my roc and get a bird's eye view. I don't really trust these two. Not 'cause they're shady... but... out of it, I guess?"He whispered to her, before he made a bow to the man and unicorn, and stepped backwards, before turning and heading to his mount. "Alright then, you lazy bird, we're flying into the air, got it? We need that aerial view." The Roc made a slight nodding motion, and the got up from its laying position. As soon as Josh was on Ave, he was up in the air. He saw the small Village to the Northwest, and knew the old man had been right. "Alright Ave, make a shriek so they hear us, and follow to the village." The bird did just that, and began to head that way.

Evelyn took the tome back and thanked both the man and the girl. Flamme was getting restless but he knew he had to stay down for a bit more. He wasn't foolish enough to get Evelyn into trouble. The man bowed once more and introduced himself.

"No, I should apologize. It's just people don't ever bow to me so it's a bit odd for me. It's very nice to meet you Sewati. Now you said you were a teacher around here? Where exactly is here? I still haven't recognized anything around here yet. I'm familiar with the Main continent and the Four Islands but I'm pretty sure this place isn't around those areas. As I've said, any information you could give me would be appreciated. Once I know where exactly I am I can get out of your hair as I can tell Flamme is a bit of a shock to the people." Evelyn said. Flamme snorted a bit as Evelyn usually made comments about him like that. He knew she didn't mean anything by it but he still felt he had to protest a bit. Evelyn giggled a bit at her partner's reaction. Then catching herself she began to apologize.

"Oh! I'm sorry, I wasn't laughing at you. It was just Flamme's reaction was funny is all." she said to the man and the group. Her random little laugh at the end of what she had said must have seemed odd so she felt it needed a bit of explaining.

Sewati merely smiled as Evelyn laughed at Flamme's reaction to her comment about him, waking towards the low lying wyvern and laying his hand on the ceature's head; with no distinct sign of fear in his eyes. Running his hand over the scales Sewati lifted his hand slowly, as if he was telling Flamme that it was alright to raise his head, which the beast did. Looking back to Evelyn he gave a puzzled look, "A young child like yourself is familiar with the Four Isles and yet you claim to not know where you are?"

Taking Evelyn's hand he handed her a parchment and asked her to open it, showing a small local map; the closest village being Numees. Nodding his head Sewati recalled, "If you are heading that way then you may accompany us. We are heading in the same direction after all . . ."

Flamme wasn't angry when Sewati stroked his scales which was odd. Flamme's typical reaction to most people was to try and bite their heads off. Flamme got up but Evelyn could tell it was okay now.

"Flamme and I get around a bit, but not all that well. There's still plenty of places I haven't seen." Evelyn said to Sewati's first comment. Sewati then handed her a map and pointed out the nearest village. He offered that they could travel there together. As Evelyn hardly knew what else to do she figured she would.

"So what do you say Flamme? We have nothing else to go off of so I think we should go with them for now." Evelyn said mentally to her partner as she looked over the map.

"This Sewati seems trustworthy. Chances are better we find people in a town anyway. We should go." Flamme said.

"That's odd. No objections to me being around other people?" Evelyn said back.

"Hey, you know I'll still kill anyone who tries to do anything to you." Flamme said a little angry. Evelyn laughed again and accidentally responded out loud.

"Right, right. Whatever you say Flamme." she said while chuckling. She caught herself talking to Flamme out loud again and quickly got back to the topic at hand.

"Thank you very much Sewati. I believe we will accompany you to Numees. We should be able to figure out what to do from there." she said.

Aaron watched as the others departed off on their own adventures. He was slightly jealous, they could verbally communicate with their partners; Lancet never was one who was up for a friendly chat, ever. He sat himself down on the golden sand and stretched his legs. They'd need a plan to deal with this situation. Lancet made another metallic echo. 'Yes, I suppose we should keep moving, but not right now. We need to plan out what we're going to do. This is a whole new world, your world Lancet. And I doubt either of us is familiar with it'.

Daena frowned when Aaron and Lancet made it clear that they would not be going along, wondering if they would be fine alone in this new world. Still, she wished them luck, and offered to swap information about this new place if they ever met again before heading down the trail.

***

"Thank you...!" Daena said, smiling and bowing to the man and unicorn once she received the signal from Josh and Ave above. Looking back up in the direction the two were flying, they were getting further and further away; Daena was the only one who couldn't ride on her partner in their small group. But that wasn't going to stop her from keeping up. "Irenia, let's do the float boost again!" Daena said before taking off running after Josh.

"Alright!" With a few movements from Irenia's hands, Daena was once again floating through the air towards civilization. A town of NPCs? Daena thought to herself as she headed towards Roax. Or... something else? She began giving more credence to the Alternate World theory presented by Aaron earlier, though she'll wait until she got into town, first, to confirm.

"Come on," said Rose to Grunhelm; if he really was real ... the Centaur stood patiently as Rose mounted him. Yes, this was real ... she had never learnt how to ride a horse, though it took a while to firmly remember that Grunhelm wasn't a pure horse. After a quick check that her shorter staff was still in place, Rose managed to wrap her arms just under Grunhelm's chest whilst maintaining a good grip on her crosier. "Let's go." Without warning, the centaur began galloping off after Josh and Daena, both of whom had resorted to flying.

They'll be faster than us, but I have faith in Grunhelm, he'll cover good speed, thought Rose as they left the road and began crossing a wide patch of grass; they were almost following Josh and Daena directly on ground, making sure they were still in sight as they covered their distance quite quickly.

Taking his own easy stride the Unicorn and old man trotted along beside Rose and Grundhelm, gazing up every so often at the two flying above. Turning his head to give Rose a good look at the unicorn stated the obvious, "You three humans are not from around here."

With Josh, Daena and Rose making their way to Roxas, leaving Aaron and his partner back at the beach, Evelyn and Flamme traveled with the werebear Sewati and his students; though they still kept a good distance behind her. Shifting his gaze for a minute Sewati then looked back up front, the forest around them begining to thin, and became embarrassed when one of his students asked something. The student, a young boy, pointed at Evelyn's clothing, "So why are you wearing something like that? Where are your normal cloths?"

Rose shook her head. "No; I suspect all of us were originally playing just a game when something happened and ... well ... this happened." She still couldn't quite grasp the concept that she really now was a cleric, and that she really was riding on the back of a centaur. She could hear the chainmail in Grunhelm's gauntlets making a gentle chink against the metal, she was definately breathing in the damp smell of moist grass, and most importantly, she could feel her magic channelling through her. Yes ... this was real, and the longer Rose spent here, the more she was taking it in, accepting it as their new reality.

"That's a nice unicorn you've got," she added rather casually, glancing at the magnificant horse as they continued to run.

Rift was out cold on the ground, Iceis roaring trying to wake him up. She was trying to figure out what had happen , but all she remembered was falling through the sky and watching as Rift fell through the forest bellow. When she regained control over her desint, she flew right to him. When she found him unconsious, the sun light shining on him from the hole he made through the forest conpie.

ooc: Believe you meant Evelyn's clothes, not Flamme's clothes Jake. Just saying.

IC:

Evelyn was a bit embarrassed at the question as she examined what she was wearing and then looked at what the rest of the group was wearing. She did seem a bit outlandish in comparison. Her hair was incredibly long and flowing and was colored differently than the others in the group. Her robe itself was odd. As Tamers is a fantasy game, it was meant to be fancy and a bit over the top. It was what people expected and wanted who played the game. Though to the people actually in the game world it must have seemed odd.

"Normal clothes? This is what I normally wear. And why would I? Because it's comfortable... I guess. It's sort of what mages are expected to wear... well not here of course but... ummm.... yeah." Evelyn said. Flamme now took a turn to chuckle a bit at Evelyn as was being talked about while he walked nearby.

"Don't you start Flamme!" she yelled at him.

Sewati gave a small laugh before digging into his pack, pulling out an old wizard robe, and tossing it to Evelyn. With the tattered and torn clothing in her hand the students were watching, making her more embarrassed, as Sewati explained, "I don't know what you meant by that being 'normal' attire, but no self respecting mage should be seen wearing something so . . . flashy . . ."

Taking a second look Evelyn couldn't help but notice that, compared to the grey and brownish colors of the others, her brightly colored outfit did stand out a bit too much. Holding his hand to signal everyone to stop Sewati turn and gave another curtious bow, "You can change out of sight if you wish. But I would suggest not straying too far from the path."

With Evelyn out of sight and changing her cloths, Rift had yet to wake from his unconcious state since the strange events began. Even if he was blacked out he could tell something was poking him lightly in the head and, though a bit annoying it was not enough to wake him from his slumb-*THWAK!!!*

Rising up quickly Rift held his head between his knees, the back throbbing in pain as Iceis seemed to be giving a howl of laughter in the distance. Opening one eye through the waves of agony he was going through he could see a small human-like creature standing in front of him, a broken oak log in his hands, and it was smiling at him. Taking two hops the creature, obviously a goblin, spoke while pointing the broken log at Rift, "Eithal woke man child . . . man child thank Eithal with yummies?!"

Magnanim neighed loudly and then glanced at Rose, a bit angered by her comment, "My dear human child I am not owned by any man. Ungulf and I are partners in trade."

"Tis true my dear," Ungulf added in with a smile and a nod, his head moving up and down still as the cart bumped along the path. After a few minutes Magnanim gave another snort and Ungulf chuckled, patting the unicorn's head though it annoyed the creature so, "Alright Magnanim . . . I'll ask about this 'game' the dear child was speaking of. Don't be so pushy."

"I wouldn't be if you weren't so forgetful," Magnanim retorted, making Rose laugh a bit on the inside. Turning to face her Ungulf asked about the game she had mentioned, not understanding what she was talking about, and instead thought it to be something like ring-toss.

"So, I haven't asked what you thought about this place... What do you think?" Daena asked he fairy partner as they glided through the air. They stayed only a few feet over the ground, enough to mot fun into small obstacles, and while Josh sped on ahead, Rose stayed behind and traveled at a more leisurely pace. As for Irenia, whether or not she was still an AI or something more 'real', she was still her partner, and she trusted her as such.

"I like this place! It's easier to use magic and stuff!" Irenia said excitedly while she rode on Daena's shoulder. What she didn't say was that she was glad that Daena couldn't leave her, or 'log out' as she called it, and she was just a little disgusted she felt that way.

"Ah, I can't believe I forgot! Magic!" Daena suddenly exclaimed, her sudden movements almost throwing Irenia off her shoulder. "Irenia, stop here for a moment."

The green lights under Daena's feet disappeared as she landed safely on the trail. Walking a to the edge of the trail, she armed herself with her Elder bow that was strapped to her back. "I'm no caster..." Daena said as she prepared to pull the drawstring. "But I have this guy."

"Didn't you want to keep that bow a secret?" Irenia said, sighing. "Or are you just testing it now?"

"The magic of the Elder Bow works differently than your wind magic. I have to find out how it works." With that said, Daena pulled the drawstring, with the arrow of light appearing as expected. While Irenia's magic drew mostly from her surroundings, the Elder Bow's light arrow can only stay in existence using the archer's inner power, much like how many human spellcasters draw from their inner power in Tamers. While she built her game character to take advantage of that fact after she came across the bow, Daena found herself surprised as she started straining to keep the arrow armed, as it continued to gather light. She found herself suddenly releasing it towards the ground, where the arrow left a hole about two feet deep before vanishing. While she could have charged it for much longer, it would have been a waste of time *and energy*, as she had learned from her results.

"...So this must be some alternate reality where Tamers would be real. This level of feedback is impossible. Simulated exhaustion from an activity that does not exist in the real world does not feel like *this* at all..." Daena began talking to herself, walking back and forth along the road, not noticing Rose and the man the group got directions from were approaching. Irenia, who all but gave up stopping Daena when she started speculating like this, just hovered a few feet over her tamer's head, keeping an eye out for any dangerous creatures or people.

occ " well not the way i would have like it to go but OK "

Iceis had gone to get some one to help Rift, he had a nasty cut on his head from falling in the forest and he was still unconscious. She had taken flight for only a few minutes when "AHHHH!".

She heard Rift yell in pain. Instantly she was turned around and heading back as quickly as she could.

Rift was in pain, confused, and was being poked by a strange little creature. He awoke by a hit on the head, which made the cut on his head bleed even more. His vision was blurry, and he couldn't see too well. " What are you doing!!" HE yelled as he jumped back holding his bleeding head. Then he risen what he was seeing, "What , why hasn't the game ended and I'm ....bleeding! what in the world are you!" he said in quick suggestion.

As this creature went to poke him again, it said "Eithal woke man child . . . man child thank Eithal with yummies?!". Right then Iceis broke through the forest right behind Rift, and when she saw blood on Rift's head she went in to protection mode. She roared, ran over and got right above Rift, Guarding him from any attack. Then she used her wings to push this foe back from her Partner. Then using what Rift taught her, she used her ice fog attack, and made it where their foe could not see them. Then using her tail she quickly grabbed up Rift. Then raised he wings and took to the sky.

Be for Rift could protest, he was high in the sky with his partner. " where are we." Rift asked as he tried to rip his sleeve. " I have know clue where we are but some how you and I where transported in to the sky and we fell.." Then she paused, and her voice turned sad. "Be for I could get to you , you hit the forest floor." She then looked back at him. " I was scared that you where hurt ,...more than you are now.". Rift had just ripped off his sleeve and started to rap his head with it, when he heard her. Then he said " Don't be so hard on your self, I'm sure you did your best, and I'm fine ...well almost. My vision is very blurry." He was trying to make out land mark's but couldn't see anything but a blurry forest and a tan colored line that ran around the out side of it. " Iceis what is that coming up." he said as squinted trying to see better. They where just flying over the forest, when they flew over a unpaved road.

"My apologies, I did not mean to offend," Rose immediately apologized, though her grip on her crosier did tighten ever so slightly. "Well, about this game, something happened when we were playing. We ..." She paused; how was she to explain the game? "I ... guess it's like this, except ... well ... it isn't real. It's ... fake, but it's made to make you believe it's real. I ... I take it you don't have any role playing games where you have to log on and then play in a CGI world that's constantly being updated, and is pretty much endless?" Rose had a feeling the answer was going to be no....

Evelyn took the change of clothes from Sewati, trying her best not to blush as she did so. She'd gotten the brighter attire for the tournament. She normally didn't play the game in something so noticeable. In fact as she moved to some tree coverage near by she thought to check her Tamer's system for her alternate get ups. If all else failed she could make her current attire resemble the style of the clothes given to her by Sewati.

Though it wasn't necessary, Flamme instinctively moved in front of the trees to completely block Evelyn from the group's sights. He then sat down and scanned the surrounding area while he waited for Evelyn to change. Evelyn tried to use her Tamer's system to change what she was wearing but that function too seemed to not be functioning. It seemed the time storage was about all it was up for right now. Evelyn unfolded what Sewati had given her and saw a robe, not unlike what she was wearing, that was much simpler in its colors. It seemed like it may have even been made for a girl, or at least it wasn't strictly for males. Still embarrassed at the whole situation, Evelyn changed quickly and was decently comfortable in the new clothes. As the item storage was still working, she stored what she had been wearing.

"Are you done yet Evelyn?" Flamme asked. Evelyn just then took note that Flamme had been near by. He wasn't all that patient with these things.

"Don't worry, I'm done right now. Have you been there the whole time?" she said back.

"Just about" Flamme answered. Evelyn reappeared out of the trees and Flamme got up as she did so. With Flamme moved, the others could see Evelyn now and she didn't seem to stand out quite so much now. Of course, her hair was a fair bit longer than average and it wasn't often that green hair was ever witnessed. But still, much less conspicuous than what she'd been wearing. Evelyn made her way back to the group who had waited for her.

[spoiler=ooc]

I guess I'll post pics of my character and partner now just so everyone can have that same clear mental image of them that I have.

[spoiler=Normal Appearance]

She won't look like this in the RP unless she ever gets back to the real world.

AnimeGirl.jpg

[spoiler=In-game/Character Appearance]

This is her in-game appearance. As of this post this is what's she wearing, well maybe a tiny bit simpler. Before it was similar but more flashily colored.

[spoiler=Flamme]

mh3h95.jpg

(I can't believe how hard it was to find a good pic, for a wyvern of all things. Anyway that's the basic idea.)

Hope that helped you all see my characters better. Of course, none of you are interacting with her at the moment, so it hardly matters, lol.

"My dear human child I am not owned by any man. Ungulf and I are partners in trade."

"Tis true my dear," Ungulf added in with a nod while Rose apologizing for her mistake, gripping her crosier ever so tighter, and neither seemed to notice; or at least voice that they had. With a small bit of banter going between the two supposed NCPs Ungulf finally turned and asked about the game she had mentioned before. Trying to explain the subject of a game as advanced as Tamers seemed a bit trickier than Rose first thought, having to pause a couple times to find words the two might understand, and continued, "I . . . guess it's like this, except . . . well . . . it isn't real- It's fake. But . . . it's made to make you believe it's real. I- I take it you don't have any think like a computer do you?"

Rose had a feeling the answer was going to be no, but to her suprise both Ungulf and Magnanim nodded their heads, the unicorn complaining about the 'blasted machines of man' and how they were useless in his eyes, though Ungulf seemed to agree to a less fevered degree. noticing Rose's astonishment he explained that the 'computer' he was refering to was nothing like the one she had mentioned and only did basic things like keep time and do mathmatical calculations; nothing more than a wrist watch slash calculator. When the two heard Rose's sigh, having realized they didn't know what a 'real' computer was, Magnanim gave a neigh and tried to question her on the Game again, "So young maiden . . . you said this 'game' is real and yet fake? Is it like a dream or are you pretending to be something you are not?"

Trotting along Magnanim and Ungulf's cart slowly moved past Irenia and Daena, the latter holding a bow whilst pacing back and forth; the diminutive fairy keeping an eye out. Though the Tamer was muttering to herself about things being 'too realistic', 'simulated' this and that, and 'feedback' she had not noticed Ungulf eyeing her bow with a never before seen spark in his eye. Motioning for Magnanim to stop he slowly dismounted the cart, waddled over to the still pacing girl, and reached out for the bow only to have his hand pushed aside by Irenia. Noticing him finally Daena turned around as the old man gave a grin, his hand being held back by Irenia as he somewhat fought back, "My dear child where ever did you find a bow like that?!"

"What are you doing!!" Rift yelled after jumping to his feet and backing away from the tiny creature, holding his bleeding head. Looking through blurry eyes he then noticed that it was a goblin from Tamers and couldn't help uttering a question many has already asked, "What!? Why hasn't the game ended!? And I'm Why Am I Bleeding!?"

"Eithal woke man child," the goblin repeated with a sharp poke to Rift's shin, "Man child thank Eithal with yummies?!"

Breaking through the tree branches Iceis, having heard Rift yell in pain, slammed over her Tamer with both wings extended to make herself look as menacing as possible; not something she really needed to do being a dragon. While she roared Eithal, the Goblin, shook in fear before running behind a boulder; leaving a 'trail' as he scattered to his hiding place. Spreading a thick mist around them Iceis used her tail to grab Rift, placing him on her back, and took to the sky.

"Where are we?" Rift asked while he attempted to rip one of his sleeves to stop the bleeding. Iceis explained that she had yet to figure that out and, after blacking out, they had somehow ended up in the sky. Piecing the story together from his injuries Rift asked if he had fell, as rediculous as it sounded, from the sky through the forest canopy and was answered with a nod. Iceis then looked back at her Tamer, concerned for his condition, " I was scared that you where hurt . . . more than you are now at least."

Rift had just ripped off his sleeve and started to rap his head with it, when he heard her, and answered back, "Don't be so hard on yourself, I'm sure you did your bes-"

"Man child!" was the shrill scream that interrupted Rift, coming from behind him, and realizing that two tiny arms had wrap themselves tightly around his stomach. Glancing over he could see the goblin that had woke him up clinging onto him for dear lift, panic clear in the little creature's eyes obvious as it squeezed down tighter on him, "Eithal not good at flying!!!!"

Feeling some, what he hoped to god was, water on his backside Rift tried to shake the goblin free only to have the imp clinging to his front like a scared child; screaming that he wanted to land. Begging with Rift Eithal wouldn't loosen his grip no matter how hard the Tamer tried, only seeming to make the goblin's grip tighten, and was forced to try and land; seeing past the still blurry forest a tan colored line that ran around the out of it, " Iceis! Whats that coming up!?"

Squinting Iceis commented that they were now flying over an unpaved road, making Eithal beg for them to land there, "Please man child! Let big lizard land Eithal and man child on pathway . . . Eithal beg you!!!!!"

Evelyn took the change of clothes from Sewati, trying her best not to blush as she did so, and made her way to the forest lining the pathway they had been taking; remembering that she had gotten the brighter attire for the tournament. She normally didn't play the game in something so noticeable, remembering she could possibly check her Tamer's system for her alternate get ups, and if all else failed she could make her current attire resemble the style of the clothes given to her by Sewati; who was trying his best to make the students from not going after her 'for her protection'. Though thankfully Flamme had sat between the would-be 'helpers' and Evelyn, scanning the surrounding area while waiting for Evelyn to change.

Still embarrassed at the whole situation, Evelyn changed quickly and was decently comfortable in the new clothes; as the item storage function of her Tamers device was still working, she stored what she had been wearing. With a quick discussion with Flamme, Evelyn made her way back to the group and stood in front of everyone with her face turning red; chiefly due to everyone looking at her. Of course, her hair was a fair bit longer than average and it wasn't often that green hair was ever witnessed, but still . . . she thought she looked much less conspicuous than what she'd been wearing. Clapping his hands Sewati smiled, while other male students whistled just to make her face turn a brighter shade of red, and their teacher quickly scolded them. Walking around her he commented that she could easily pass for a student at the magi school if she didn't act, as he put it, 'so out of place.' Motioning to one of the female students he asked her a question, happily getting the answer he was expecting, and then addressed Evelyn, "My dear I hope you will be happy to know that as soon as we reach Numees you can lodge with our female students until we find your home."

Continuing along their way some of the students had introduced themselves, others apologizing for their earlier debuncles, and still a few more keeping their distance. One of the female students, who so likely would be lodging with Evelyn, was named Yaming and was a third year student at the school; having been ranked the top of the class each year in fact. Walking next to the strange outsider Yaming would occassionally look over at Evelyn and then finally gave a sigh, looking directly at her, "Once we get to the lodging area you have to let me do something about your hair! I can't stand it!"

Blushing Evelyn started to wonder what was wrong with her hair, besides the obvious fact it was green, and heard some of the other students laughing. One, who had introduced himself as Andrew, joked around with Yaming that she only was getting so worked up over Evelyn's hair because she was jealous that it was longer than her own; making Flamme notice that it was only a few inches shorter, something that amused him.

Daena stood motionless for a couple of seconds after the man, Ungulf, asked her about her bow, putting her fragmented thoughts back together so she could speak normally instead of rambling like some deranged scientist. In some ways she was, as the other plainly saw, though she made it a point to not display that side of her in the general public.

"Ah, I'm sorry..." Daena finally replied, now holding the bow tightly in front of her. "You want to know about this bow? It's kind of complicated, but I guess you could say I got this bow from a retiring archer." Daena picked her words carefully as if she was talking 'in character', figuring that it would be the best way to communicate to people who lived in this world their entire lives. "Is there something wrong with it?" Daena asked, holding on to the slim hope that Ungulf would know something about the mess that she and the others were thrown into.

The words 'retired bowsman' seemed to hit a key cord inside Ungulf's mind as he stepped back a bit, marveling at the bow before him, and moving his mouth like he was imitating a fish. Pointing to the bow again, "You got this from a retired archer?"

Magnanim snorted, interrupting by stating that she had already mentioned it, and continued on by asking what was so worth wild about some shiny bow; thinking it was just another useless stick of wood used to shoot arrows. Ungulf had obviously taken offense to his 'friends' remark and easily showed it, by stomping his foot, "if this is what I think it is then this little maiden is holding something that could feed me and you for the rest of our lives!!!!"

Tilting his head, as if to raise an eyebrow in interest, Magnanim was clearly interested, "Eh!? Really Ungulf?"

" MAN If that isn't water dripping down my back, I'll turn you in to a goblin skin hat!" Rift said as Iceis started a steep descent, as always rift leaned in to it, but with his new found appendage raped around his waste it wasn't easy. Iceis landed with enough force to sake the ground and make Rift fall from her back.

then turning to their new guest she Roared " Let go of him, or you'll have more to deal with than just his wrath!!" She wasn't playing any more. She had frost coming out of her mouth ready to attack. Rift wasn't worried about it though, she could hit targets the size of fly's from yards way. The only thing he wanted was this thing to quit squeezing him. He was already hurt from the fall and his vison was only getting worse. But he didn't let go he held on tighter in fear of her attack, and in doing so made Rift grunt in pain.

Iceis had enough of this little goblin, and was ready to make him a popicle. " I'll not give you another chance! LET HIM GO!!" She said letting lose another roar. She was very upset and was stomping, flapping and letting bits of frost breaths out on the plants around her to let him now she was serious.

" Stop!! for my sake stop. Lesion well little goblin, well not hurt you but you must let go of me....your squeezing the life out of me." Rift said almost pleading with this Eithal.

Finally Eithal did saying "Eithal did not mean to harm man child....Eithal was scared of the Big lizards flying." He said as he kicked a lose rock from it's place on the path.

"What did it just call me!!" Iceis said, and yet again let lose her frozen breath on the land scape. Rift held back a chuckle, as he said " He mean's no harm, calm your self." Then turning to Eithal he contiued with..." Her name is Iceis, and my'ns Rift. Where are we and where's your tamer." Rift asked this little goblin. Iceis all the while had her head up high, eye's closed and turned away from Eithal, she did not like him.

Aaron found it useless to just sit and watch the waves, something was probably waiting there. He looked at his partner, who was stalwart as ever. 'Come on Lancet, we should get moving. I'm not aiming on replacing you, but we should try to make some more allies for our team, because it's just you and me right now' he said to the armour. Lancet said nothing, but the wind echoed through his joints. 'I'm glad we agree on something. Come on, though it is dangerous, we should walk up the coast to see if there are any sort of establishments or humans around' he stated. Both of them walked off down the beach, their footsteps leaving tracks in the sand.
