"The night sky is nice and the night wind feels great. Continue forward Kikiania" Delano said riding on Kikiania's back. Delano looked up at the night sky at the stars, "I never looked hard, but i wonder if the constellions here are the same as back home." Delano said themself.

- 3 hours later-

Kikiania and Delano set up camp with a bright orange and red flame. " I wonder what will be in storage for us tommorrow" Delano said than he and Kikiania drifted off to sleep. An hour before daybreak Delano and Kikiania awoke and continued on their journey.

Blackmoore nodded slightly with a sigh as he fastened his glaives to their appropriate places on his back, before reaching down to grab his simple pack and sling it over his back, making certain that the straps fit properly to his shoulders and wouldn't fall off. Rather than set out on his own, he decided to go ahead and wait for the others to wake up, mainly because the company would make his journey go a little bit faster, and so he sat on the ground with his legs croseed in front of him. In the Mean time, his Inugami partner Lilith floated down ad rested in his lap, curling up slightly as she did; smiling, he began to gently scratch the dog spirit behind the ears.

"A'ight lad, I guess I'll at least see wha' the others thin' when they wake up."

Daena shook her head. "Look, I don't know what you have against us, but there's no need to be such a prick about it." Daena tried her best to hide it, but it was obvious she didn't like what was just said. "Besides that, you're still welcome to come with us for as long as you desire." It was out of courtesy she offered that; she was ready to leave him be, but she could never forgive herself for abandoning someone just because they were excessively rude.

Daena wanted to say more, but it was obvious that the kids did not want her speaking with Zane. Irenia, sitting on Daena's shoulder, glared at Zane, then turned away, disgusted. It was going to be an awkward trek, that was for sure.

Continuing as they always had Delano and Kiki soon found themselves in yet another town. However this one was more crowded than the other one they had been too. It also smelt worse, the thick clouds of burning coal making their noses sting. There were people unloading and loading trains, something Delano didn't expect to see, and a couple others were going about their buisness like normal.

The travels had not only been long, but very strained. Every so often Deana or Josh would look back to see if ZAne had continued to follow along or if he had made up his mind to leave. Yet each and every time they looked back he was still there, walking along without any signs of leaving. Looking up ahead Sammie tugged on Deana's arm and pointed forward at what looked like to be a train station, "Is that it?!"

Delano coughed "Well this town seems similar to the industry times. Might as well look around since we are already here" Kikiania Continued walking as Delano looked around seeing if there may have been shops or something of some importance. "Maybe we can find some information on some things what do you think Kikiania" Kikiania gave an unsure look not knowing how to respond to the question.

Daena smiled, for the first time during the trip. "I sure hope so," she said, replying Sammie while pulling her ticket from her belt pouch. Finally, no more walking! Even Irenia, who was lazily riding on Daena's shoulder, anticipated the train ride.

Daena turned around to face the others, and began walking backwards. "Looks like we're here at last!" Her smile faded as she turned to address Zane. "We're getting on this train to get some answers. If you're coming, you'll need to pay your own fare." After that blurb, her excitement returned as she turned around and rand towards the station, looking for some sort of ticket counter to confirm that they are indeed on the right track, so to speak.

"Your getting on a train? Just tell me what the place were going to looks like and I'll get us there in a few hours using my second strongest spell, Blink. But if you wish I'll see you there I guess." Zane pulled out his tome and prepared to Blink as soon as he got a picture or description. In all honesty he would prefer to ride the train but seeing as how he didn't have any money that would be rather difficult. At least these morons were polite enough to leave me be for the most part during the Trip.

Meanwhile Rio looked around aimlessly and just happened to stumble upon a bit of cash caught in a drain. He grinned and bent over to pick it up.

"You must be pretty good if you can Blink someplace with only a name and description to go on." Daena was being honest; despite of what she thought of his personality, she was impressed with Zane's magical prowess. "Anyway, We're headed to the capital of Nomen... uhh..."

Daena paused, not recalling if they were even told the name of the capital. "Ugh. All I remember is that the place is supposed to have some sort of national archives, I guess we can ask about them," Daena said, shrugging. "And maybe the name of the capital as well..."

Delano and Kik contoniued through the busseling city and could see and smell everything around them. The sweet smell of food in the air mixed with the coating feeling of soot in their throats made the place both enjoyable and aggervating at the same time. While they walked they could see shops and resturaunts linning the entire area around where you'd get on the train.

"We don't have to," Eli said pointing to the running twins, pulling Harriet and Deana, and then at the city before them, "That is where we have to go."

"I think he meant to the capital," Josh replied with a grin and looked over his shoulder at Zane. He still didn't 100% like the man, but if he was from the real world then he'd have to get along to some degree.

"Oh . . . my apologies"

Even if Zane had teleported them to the city with his spell it didn't seem needed. In a few minutes, twenty to be exact, they had reached the outside of the city and soon found themselves encassed in the entirty of the busy streets. The twins 'oohed' and 'awed' at everything, risking getting lost in the crowed, while their partners attempted to keep a hold of them. Josh himself seemed stunned and looked at Deana with a grin, a hobgoblin cutting through them, "Hard to believe this is all 'fake', hu?"

Zane had difficulty hiding his annoyance at the twins' attitudes. He never did like children or people who acted like them. Even at the early age of 7 he was more serious than most Teenagers. Zane was keeping an eye on the people in this town, he didn't feel any meaning to being here nor did he trust the populace. In fact he kept his hand on his tomb within his robe at all times, to make sure it wasn't stolen.

"Rio, what are you doing over there?" Zane asked when he saw Rio watching a petty parlor trick.

"This looks like fun boss."

"It's nothing but a mere cantrip at best, come on if these people aren't here for a reason then I plan to force them to move on." Zane said as he grabbed Rio's arm and began towards the group in more than slight annoyance.

"It's surprising, really..." Daena said as she observed the surroundings. "And really frustrating, too. I mean, I can't begin to tell what's going on anymore. I've even been planning on meeting that guy who made this game but I fear he knows nothing, too. I can't dig into the housing units either without me potentially exploding or something. And even though it's related to the game, it's another world here. A complete world, even." While she was speaking, Irenia was flying around the two, though Daena didn't notice her leaving her shoulder perch.

Daena sighed and looked at her ticket, before stuffing it back into one of her pouches. "Well, we'd best hurry and find that ticket window, and get that info for Zane, too."

"So you can find a way for us to go to your home, right?" Irenia said, now flying alongside the two near their heads.

"...right!" Daena replied. She was getting defeated way too easily recently, but was glad the others were here to counter that. Yes, even Zane, even though she didn't understand how yet. She cast a look behind her to see if both Zane and Rio were following, and there they were. Still as unapproachable as he has been, though it never crossed her mind that she was once similar... probably because of his general attitude.

"You know," Daena began, speaking to Josh, "I can't wait to ride that train." Her mood did seem to brighten, although Daena had no idea when she became so talkative. It felt nice though, so she just kept speaking. "Better than all this walking, right?"

"Yeah and I've never ridden a train before, much less one in this kind of world," Josh said with a grin while they made their way through the streets. It took them longe rthan they thought due to the crowds but eventually the entire group made it to a wide open area, a cafe in fact, where they could stop and rest for a bit. Sitting down Josh and the twins let out a sigh of relief, the kids being a lot louder, and Josh caught someone walking up to him out of the corner of his right eye; a girl in fact. Turning to her his eyes grew wide and he actually stumbled off his seat in surpise. He had no way of noticing before he turned the girl was a sayter and he was in no way prefared for it. Getting up quickly he apologized, but the girl merely laughed and lift up a notepad, "So what will you be drinking sir?"

"Hu? Uhh," he paused before Eli pointed out that the sayter girl was a waitress for the cafe they were in.

"Zane sat alone at a table not far from the others. Rio sat across from him, watching the people pass by. Zane was reviewing his list of spells. So all in all I know up to 5th level Spells for my class, so I'm well off there except for the fact that 55% of my spells are buffs and debuffs... Zane was to busy thinking up plans that he totally ignored the waitress. Honestly though he probably wouldn't have ordered anything more than a plate of salad and a glass of water. He didn't eat much and when he did he always ate healthy, thus why he was so fit for a Shaman.

Daena was just surprised at Josh at the fact that a Sayter was taking their order. She wasn't as expressive as Josh, mostly because she was struck dumb when dealing with another issue: what she should order. After all, what kinds of stuff would a cafe here - in this world - have? "Josh, go ahead and order for me," she said, standing up. "I'll be back." She then turned to the Sayter waitress. "Miss, is there a..." Once again, Daena paused to find the words she wanted. "...a... tourist center! Yes. Is there a tourist center nearby?"

The girl gave Deana a warm smile while Josh looked away in emberrassment and then began to write something on the notepad. Josh would've thought she was merely writting down something and would ealve, but instead she ripped tyhe paper off and handed it to Deana- a cruedly draw map of the town with a star on it, "The tourist center would be there. I could tell you were all out of town seeing as you aren't acustomed to the smoke here."

Sammie and Susie were trying to look at the map, but couldn't make heads or tails of it, as much as a kid could but Josh was ablet o notice a few things. Using the train tracks as a guideline he noted the 'tourist center' would be less than a few blocks away, easily within walking distance, and he sighed in relief, "Well that makes thing easier. Don't you think Deana? Zane?!"

"Alright some shops." Delano said than jumped off Kikiania than looked at the different shops "There sure are alot of them. Its kinda hard to decide what i need. Food is not problem, maybe water, material is not needded turned the bear hide from earlier into armor along with the bones, a sleeping bag is unneeded. Man there really isn't anything i needed is there. But first lets get something to eat before i decide on anything what about you Kikiania" Kikiania nodded in agrument. Delano looked at each of the different restaurants than went to the one at the far end "Are monsters allowed at this restaurant?" Delano asked the person at the front

"Yeah, Much easier" Daena replied, nodding. She then turned to the waitress and thanked her for her help. Indeed, it wouldn't be too far to reach her destination; she should be back in about half an hour if she didn't take too long. "Alright, then," Daena said while adjusting her shoulder strap. "You all can rest for a bit." she said to everyone, making sure to address Zane as well who sat at another table. "I'm going to head off and try to get some more information before we hop on that train." Irenia, hearing that Daena was about to leave, flew from the table and hovered around Daena's head. "It shouldn't take me too long."

"Alright," Josh said with a smile, "Do you want us to order for you?"

His words never reached Deana due to the busling of the crowd, even though he could still see her, and merely sighed at the awkward situation. His attention then turned to the waitress, gave the orders, before turning to Zane, "So are you going to shadow us forever or are you actually going to come and eat with us?"

"Fresh Mulgiun!"

"Love Potions! 100% Guarentee!!!"

"Armor, Half OFF!!"

The shop keeps kept shouting their sale pitches, attempting to get louder than the other, so loud in fact Deana couldn't hear herself think. Looking around she almost lost her place in the city until a familiar place on the cruedly drawn map. Soon she found herself in the 'tourist' center, standing in front of it with map in hand.

"Why yes sir," the waiter said walking Delano and Kiki to an outdoor patio where they both could rest easily. Handing a booklet with holografic images of their specialties Delano couldn't quite make out certain dishes- though the ocassional sandwhich did catch his eye. Though he was outside in the open the smell was raunch with the smoke from nearby trains and boistrious with passerbys.

Zane simply nodded at them as he to got up and stepped outside. I hope this works, because if it does then that means I'm close to reaching midway towards my next level class. And by the look of my group I'm going to need it. Zane then pulled out his tome and began to chant a strange spell. As he chanted the words seemed to dance off the page, they sparkled and glowed. They changed sizes and even flickered on and off with fire. Rio watched his partner work the magic and it seemed to be working, that was until he noticed the strain Zane was under.

The down side to being a Shaman was that once you begin a spell you can't end it like the higher ranking classes. About halfway through Zane realized that he wasn't strong enough for the spell but by then it was to late. As he completed the spell a flash appeared in front of him. All he saw was the outline of a stranger as he collapsed on the ground.

"Boss? Boss!? BOSS!" Rio yelled as he tried to wake up his partner. He looked around, looking for help and at the same time telling anyone who wanted to mess with Zane to back off.

The stranger that had appeared from the accident that had resulted from Zane's attempted casting of his high level spell was none other than John Blackmoore, accompanied by his Inugami partner Lilith, and he was just about as confused as he could possibly be. One moment he had been waiting for his two previous traveling companions to wake up, and now he was suddenly on a train car surrounded by complete strangers. He quickly reached back and grabbed hold of the hilts of his twin glaives, holding them out at his sides and getting into a stance which prepared him to respond quickly to any attack. At the same time, Lilith flew around behind him, snarling at those surrounding her partner and being just as ready for a fight as Blackmoore was. In the Mean time, Blackmoore was looking about and analyzing every single thing and person around him, searching for anything that could give him an advantage in combat.

"A'ight, I've got a few questions fer alla ya. Mainly, what the bloody hell is goin' on here and why the hell am I here?"

Daena shook her head and tried to get her bearings; walking through those shops was a bizarre experience. If she had the time, she would have wanted to actually shop around a bit... but right now, it was time to gather information. Daena had planned to just stop by, grab a few brochures, and be on her way, but she could see no such things... not even ones made of paper. She wondered if she made a wrong turn somewhere, but the train tracks do not lie; she's in the place she was directed to. Still, it didn't seem much like what she was expecting.

"Are we in the right place?" Irenia asked, sensing Daena's uneasiness. The fairy landed on Daena's shoulder and began looking around, stocking magic in the meantime. Seeing the her partner was preparing for battle, Daena grabbed hold of the Elder Bow, but did not draw it.

"We should be," Daena replied. "By the way, do you think there's enemies around?"

"Don't know. But don't you always say to always be prepared?"

Daena smiled. "Yeah." She suddenly regretted coming here by herself; though at least Irenia would back her up. Hopefully, her cautiousness would be unwarranted, but as Irenia said, best to be prepared. "Alright, let's see if we can learn something," Daena said, mostly to herself, as she entered the building that stood before her.

Standing behind what looked like a massive red oak desk was a burly man, complete with sterotypical beard, and seemed to be a red dwarf. Scribbling something on a piece of paper he looked up and scoffed, spit some liquid into a tin basket on his side, and turned to Deana, "Is there simthin' I can help yoiu 'ith?"

Looking around Deana could tell that whatever this palce was, it wasn't a tourist center, at least not like the one she had been expecting, but it did seem to be the right place. It had pictures of the trains in their earlier days and the routes that they'd be traveling on. Yet the red dwarf continued to make it seem like the wrong place- until Deana flipped over the note.

"If there is a red dwarf by the name of Keligan then tell him Angi sent you."

Looking up Josh was shocked when Zane sent a powerful bolt of energy out, a high-level spell, and summoned a very confused person. Whoever it was, Josh was sure the guy wasn't a summon. This was assured when he pulled out a weapon and got ready to fight anyone who got to close; an animal ready to attack on his shoulders hissing.

"Woah woah woah!" Josh said standing up, motioning for Eli and Harriet to get Zane to a safer place, and raised his hands up to show he wasn't dangerious, "I'm not armed . . . no need to hurt anybody."

Daena wandered around the building for a moment, confused. She definately expected something more... polished for something that would be the the Ahmady's face to the outside world. She approached the dwarf cautiously, while spotting the note on the reverse of the paper. Well, there was definitely a red dwarf, and would there really be a reason to doubt a random waitress who she just met?

"Is this... Ahmady's tourist center?" Daena asked. It seemed more like a museum of sorts; though without the crowds of people. "I was sent here by Agni to meet Keligan."

Hearing Josh talking to him in a tone of voice that suggested he wasn't in any danger, Blackmoore lowered his Glaives just a bit, still being wary of what was going to happen. Likewise, Lilith also calmed down slightly, still baring her massive fangs and holding her clawed paws up in a stance that would allow her to attack anyone who foolishly tried to attack her partner. Blackmoore turned his head to look at Josh, still confused and quite ready to defend himself at the slightest movement. While he wasn't interested in those trying to get Zane to safety, he was more than ready to fight off Josh if he wound up being some sort of spell caster.

"Look, all ah wan' ta know's where the bloody 'ell ah am."

The red dwarf didn't seem to care what the new stranger in the parlor had to say until, she mentioned Agni. That simple name made him look up with a delightful expression. Hopping off the stool he walked over towards her with a girn, "Pardon me lass for my rude behavior . . . bad things been going 'round so we all have to keep an eye out ya'know. Uh . . . what was your question again lass?"

Waiting patiently, and so close, Deana was able to make out every detail of the red dwarf's appearance; which could be summed up easily as rugged. His face seemed to be covered in dirt, his hair also coated with a thick layer of it, and his hair was short but incredibly gnarly. The hair came from nearly every orafice it could sprout from, weither it be the ears or his chin, and was more of a copper red than a normal red. HIs hands looked worn and aged, obvious scars covering them.

"Well I can't quite tell you were you are myself without a map," JOsh said stepping forward an inch before stopping, "But I assure you, you aren't in nay danger. My fri- . . . uh . . . my associate over there brought you here by accident."

As he said this Josh motioned to the unconcious Zane who was being held up by the twins. Sighing, thinking the situation had been defused, Josh let his arms fall to his side and he confidently walked up to Zane, "So you okay?"
