I vote for Chaos Emperor Dragon because it's effect is more powerful, so it's better and should get votes.

 

That logic has been used repeatedly in this thread. I don't have anything against Zoe, but it was already admitted that the card is OP'd, most the votes for it are entirely stupid, -.-' This is why I don't like 1v1s where the public can vote with, "Zeo 'cus it r got better effekt."
