One Piece is the best, hands down. Tragic, adventurous, dramatic, optimistic, emotion-filled, humorous, action-packed; it's everything you could want in one show. And Luffy is the coolest hero, too. He's the greatest nakama you could ever hope to have.

What about actual ratings?

 

Because the ONLY perfect anime I've seen are Totoro, Mushishi, and Samurai Champloo came close.

 

But honestly, my favorite is Shakugan no Shana and I'll nominate it instead.

I am simply surprised and angry by the fact that Bakugan and Shaman King are up there. It annoys me.

Frankly, I also despise Yugioh, DBZ and Pokemon.
