The city is called Sky City because they have the tallest buildings ever (note- this is futuristic times)

[spoiler=Plot] Since 2399, scientists have been trying to create the perfect warriors to fight their wars for them they started testing on animals first they failed. After the animal failed they started kidnapping people after the animals, they started on little kids they failed, they also tried on adults they failed, so they decided to try it on teens when they succeeded the teens all had different powers but the teens turned of them and the scientist locked them up putting the weakness in their cell (ex. if you can use water they put lighting around your cell) but the teens but together a plan. 5 days later the teens escaped while some didn't and while some had died trying to the teens who escaped vowed to come back for the one who didn't escape.

Blood Master-The ability to control living things with a drop of your blood

One drop of even a small portion of your blood on any living organism makes them your slave-drone. If your blood touches a living thing you know everything the organism knows, see whatever it sees and as a bonus you can access their abilities. They have an undying loyalty toward you and all things your blood has touched. The only way for someone not to be affected is if their will is too strong, or the blood is washed off.

 

Blood puppet-The ability to control blood inside people and make them your puppet slaves

If it has blood, it's yours to command. Like a puppet master, you can use your mind and hands to contol people or animals. You can also make blood come out of them, causing death, or make the blood move so fast it burns. Even if the thing whose blood you are controlling dies, as long as it has blood in it, it's your minion. You can also make their blood come out of their body and move it around as a liquid weapon of blood.

 

Thicken- thickens his blood to take less damage

 

blood attack- the blood that he spilt from him turns into tiny spheres and attack by sticking out needles.

 

blood guardian- summons a blood guardian ( looks like ansem's guardian)

 

blood heal- uses blood (not his) to heal his wounds the bigger the wounds the more blood it takes.

Personality: Dark mysterious but can be friendly to mates. Doesn't like to harm people alot, but will when the person threatens him or his 'family'. Also a natural born leader.

Good or Evil: good.

Power: Wind. Also has a Sword that can change into a lance.

Weapon(s): A sword that can change into a lance. Can also summon 5 more lances that float around him when he has his blade in lance form.

Abilities: Can control wind, increasing his speed and reaction time, aswell as decreasing his opponents. Can also cut opponents with the wind, aswell as having the ability to summon sandstorms, blizzards, mist(Depending on the environment)

Attacks: [spoiler=]Level one, sword. While in sword mode he can only do these and his basic abilities.

Storm cloud. For 30 seconds Cultin can control the weather, causing hailstones, freak storms and even a hurricane or two.

 

Cloud of acursed rain. Summons a cloud above the battle field which blocks out all light, making the battlers unable to see. Then it lets of a mass of rain and wind. After five minutes the cloud goes away to reveal that the battle field incased in a giant dome and half of it is flooded.

 

Level two attacks, Lance mode 1.

Lanza del Viento(Lance of the wind) The lance Cultin is holding vanishes. Then Cultin is able to throw lance made entirely of wind at unescapable speeds.

 

un Centenar lanzas que cortar acero(A hundred lances that cut through steel) Cultin summons a hundred lances that circle around him. These lances he can control with his mind, not having to move a muscle, but he can speed them up and enhance their attacks by using his body to direct them.

 

Level three attack, lance mode 2.

lanza seis. A compulsary technique, meaning that when he goes into level three, he automatically activate's this technique. This summons three Lances that he can control as he pleases. These lances can also summon a clone of Cultin each.

 

Mil Lanzas que cortar acero. This is the same technique as Centenar Lanzas que cortar acero. This is enhanced as has more lances.

 

Escape: Not on break out, before and helped get everyone else out, then became their leader.

Bio: Was made an orphan at 2 years old and noone knows who his parents are. He was kiddnapped from an orphanage when he was 12 and made into the ultimate fighting machine. He was the first teen to be tested and the first sucessful test subject. He excaped when he was 13 as the scientists couldn't control him and he had been watching the scientists ever since. He saw the scientists put the new test subjects into the 'torture cells' as he calls them and helped them escape.

Personality: Jason is extremely quiet; he speaks only when he is spoken to, and then mostly only when he is asked a question. Also, he is stubborn; when he sets his mind on something, he will almost never sway or change his mind. Finally, Jason is curious; he loves learning about new things, and constantly has his face in a book.

Weapon(s): Jason carries a dirk, and various throwing weapons, including darts, shuriken, knives, kunai, and more.

[spoiler=[b]Lightning Manipulation[/b]] Jason can manipulate the element lightning, and electricity. He can do anything from calling down a bolt of lightning to drawing the power from a computer and blasting it at his opponents in a large arc. The drawback is that, when he uses too much electricity, or tries to control too much, it escapes his control, and exits his body explosively, leaving him burned and unconscious.

 

[spoiler=[b]Energy Sourcing[/b]] Jason can also draw power from any source, and use it as he sees fit. He can do anything from blast it at his opponents in a beam, use it to propel himself into the air, or store in his body for use later. The drawback is that, when he stores energy, it gradually leaks out of his body, which leaves Jason feeling as if he has just been hit by a semi truck. Also, when he tries to pull energy out of a distant source other than the sun (due to its size and high power), he is weakened; distance determines difficulty.

 

Attacks: *Note that these are special attacks, and he has many more...

-Flash Bolt: Jason gathers lightning around him, and sends it out in a wide arc.

-Shockwave: Jason sends the energy he gathered from various sources out in a violent circular shockwave.

-Power Surge: Jason sends a rush of energy through his opponent, rendering them unconscious, or unable to continue fighting.

-Chain Bolt: Jason creates a bolt of lightning that can chain and hit multiple enemies. However, there is a drawback: the more enemies the bolt chains to, the more energy the bolt drains from Jason.

Escape: Yes, he did.

[spoiler=[b]Bio:[/b]] Ever since Jason could remember, he's lived with a single father. He was never told what happened to his mother, and he never asked. Jason constantly moved, jumping from town to town to town. After Jason had moved to his twentieth town, at the age of ten, he started getting tired of all the moving. Another thing: Jason's father never told him why they moved so much.

 

One day, when Jason was sixteen, he was kidnapped by a group of shady people. They took him, and did something to him. He was granted unusual and extraordinary powers. Jason was amazed...until they threw him in a cell. Soon, the other kids like him escaped, and Jason went with them.

Abilities: He can morph his body into different humans(only after consuming them), make his arms into different weapons(blade, claws, stretch spear, hammerfist, mace). Morph his body into armor.

Claw frenzy- Mad slashing of claws appear after Cole slams his claws into the ground.

 

Hammer-toss- When using hammerfist he flings them forward and flies towards his target(very powerful if he hits, dangourous to him if he misses)

 

Whipfist- when using the Stretch-spear weapon, he shoots his arm forward and then whips it back and forth.

 

Spike-shocker- when using the mace he slams it on the ground, sending spikes shooting out of the ground at his target, it takes about 3 minutes for him to get his hand out of the ground.

 

Bullet-Blade- when using the blade power he can jump into the air and fly down at his target.

 

Brutality- His most powerful attack, when in the armor form he can shift his body into something called The Hunter, where he gets bigger, spikes appear all over his body, and a mouth lined with razor-sharp teeth appears. he gets his claws, and horns on his head. this form lasts for 25 minutes, but when its over Cole is unconsious for about 6 hours, with severe injuries internally.

 

Escape: he got out of his cell, but didnt leave the building, he's searching the building for the people who did this to him.

[spoiler=Bio] A street-kid injuected with the experimental Blacklight virus, instead of killing him it wiped out his memories, and gave him powers. He now only knows his name, his age, and what he can do, to gain memories he has to consume people, then he will gain all of their memories. He fights to discover who did this to him, and will kill anyone who gets in his way....

Electric Wind - Joey creates a surge of electrifying wind and releases it on the enemy.

Joey has been child friends and best friends with Jason for as long as she can remember, despite being 1 year older than him. She can't remember much about her family, because she was only with them when she was very young. Joey had many friends other than Jason, but after she was separated from them all, Jason was the only one that was with her.

 

When she was first given her powers, she couldn't accept them at all; She hated the thought of being a freak. But after sometime, she soon shows to start using them very well and then completely get used to them.
