The man in black sat upon a black throne, looking upon a chessboard topped with many figurines.

"Oh, how amusing it is to watch as everyone struggles."

Shapesnatch appeared behind him.

"My liege, it would seem the girl had failed. Those pesky Squirtle's actually defeated her."

"No matter. The less pests the better, I suppose. However, I believe that for now we must move forward in our plans."

 

On his right arm he wore a Duel Disk. Drawing cards from the top of his deck, he selected two. On the Duel Disk sat Shapesnatch's card.

 

"Kozaky has done well. However, there is someone I am worried about. Gagagigo seems to have asked for his services as well. I see no reason to eliminate him immediately, but he can be a threat in the future. I've seen his latest work, and I've decided it would make an excellent fusion with you."

 

"Fusion, sir?"

 

"Indeed. Polymerization, activate. Shapesnatch, you shall fuse with Kozaky's latest invention, the Woodborg Inpachi."

 

 

"You can't be serious," Ratchet said.

"But of course, Ratchet. You've been offered the chance to portray my sidekick in the latest Secret Agent Clank film, Raritanium is Forever.

"It's better than being your chauffeur, I guess."

"Um, Ratchet, you are aware that we are in asteroid filed, correct?"

"What asteroi-Whoa!"

 

Almost out of nowhere, a barrage of asteroids flew against the ship.

"The main engine's been hit!" Ratchet exclaimed. The ship spiraled out of control, and the ship hit what felt like a rubber wall. The outside seemed to crack, and the ship felt pulled through a dimensional whirl. Ratchet and Clank would know, they'd done it before, only it wasn't this messy. Before they could eject themselves out of the ship, it crashed, rendering them unconscious.

 

When the duo awoke, Ratchet found himself tied up, his partner being dissected by human men in what he recognized as ninja clothing.

"Lord Hokage," one of the men announced. "This technology is particularly advanced compared to our own."

"Very well," a blonde man, apparently this "Hokage", answered. He took note of Ratchet. "Ah, I see your awake. Maybe know you could tell us who you are, and what the stuff you brought us is, monster."

"'Monster'? Hey, I'm a Lombax, I'll have you know!"

"A Lombax, eh? I've never heard of Jiraiya-sensei mention them before."

"Look, just let me go! I got here on accident, and I'd happily leave once my ship is ready."

 

Ratchet struggled, and the rope the bound him was torn. The ninja threw various weapons, but Ratchtet acrobatically managed to avoid the attacks and grab Clank.

"Hang on, buddy, we're getting out here."

"Lord Hokage!"

"No." There was a smile on the Hokage's face. "He believe he can trust him. He went straight for his friend. I'd like to test his skill."

 

In a dash, the Hokage appeared before Ratchet.

"Ugh, what do you want know?"

"Not much. My name is Minato Namikaze. I'd like to test your abilities." Minato took a large wrench and tossed it to Ratchet.

"Your weapon, right?"

"Yeah, but me and Clank always fight together." Ratchet took his friend and looked inside of him.

"Well, looks like your friends didn't do much damage." Ratchet took his wrench and made a few tweaks.

 

"OVER NINE THOUSA-Oh, hello Ratchet. Sorry, I was out."

"Yeah. Don't worry, we got a fight."

"Oh, lovely."

 

"Ready?" Minato asked.

"Yeah, let's do this!"

Naruto + friends are overrated.

 

this is the reason i dislike naruto

 

at first i thought it was cool' date=' but after the whole 'trick test' episode, everything got too overcomplicated and i said 'aww f*** it'

Stubby has pointed this out quite nicely.

 

Sure Minato has ninja powers, but seriously think people.

 

Rachet has a gun that forces every enemy within range to be force but bogey then explode.

 

This applies to annoying ninjas.

 

Now, I'm a Naruto Shippuden fan, but I've got to hand it to Rachet.

 

He's went back in time, faced numerous enemies, and not to mention has more experience kicking ass.

 

By the time Minato has time to do a single hand sign, Rachet just has to pull a trigger.
