Master White
Ok, so now just a hair over powered. But hey, why not, right. Note:I would like anyone that chooses to do so, help fix the OCG and Grammar on this card. Thanks. Sage Dos Dragon loreYou can Normal Summon this card by tributing two monsters on your side of the field. You cannot Special Summon this card except by tributing four monsters on your side of the field. If you Normal Summon this card, decrease its ATK/DEF by 2000 and it is unnaffected by the effects of "Skill Drain" while face-up on the field. If you Special Summon this card, increase this cards ATK/DEF by 500 and you can destroy all Face-up cards on your opponents side of the field. I add the part of skill drain to dock the ability to be overpowered with its high attack. I fixed the overpoweredness by a little bit. Lord Smeagle
Okay, for the big Special Summon...I would change "all cards on your opponent's side of the field" to "all face-up cards." OR strike the hand entirely and drop its ATK to 4000. For the Normal Summon, have its ATK/DEF decrease by 1300; it'll be a 3200 beatstick, at least. Who tributes two monsters for a 1500 monster with no effect? Interestingly, this card never actually winds up being 4500 unless you Special Summon it and THEN Skill Drain it. Weird. 7.4/10 mostly for OP'dness. Pic is great.

Lord Smeagle
K. It's actually balanced now. But still, this + Scapegoat + Waboku...ouch.
ParadoxDuelist
K. It's actually balanced now. But still' date=' this + Scapegoat + Waboku...ouch.[/quote']I thought you couldn't Tribute Scapegoat Tokens for a monster. Maybe 2 Lamb Tokens but I don't think you could use Scapegoat Tokens.Still quite a good card, apart from minor errors I'd use this in my Dragon Deck. I'd give this an A. ragnarok1945
4500/4500 is too high for lv10, I'd drop the stats to 4000/4000 as for the normal summoning's atk drain, 2000 is a bit too much, I'd lower it to just 1000 instead and you should be fine 8.5/
Kato_Zenamara
Yeah, so if you Normal Summon it, its got 2400 ATK. If you Special Summon it, its got 5000 ATK....Beatstick? Like, one of those beatsticks from God of War that are extremely oversized and in ridiculous proportions. Except for the weird effect, which appears to still be in working progress, its good. I like how it included the effect of "Skill Drain", but wouldn't they cancel each other out?

You got me confused. Also, 2500, not 2400, sorry, just thinking of Dark Magician's atk/def at Level 7.
Kato_Zenamara
Like, you play Skill Drain, it takes away the effect. So, its immunity to Skill Drain was taken away, so its effected by it, right?

So, if skill drain came to play, they both would probably be destroyed b/cause thats whats rumored, but I'm probably wrong, who knows. Thanks though. Lord Smeagle
If the judge rules that Skill Drain doesn't negate it, than it doesn't negate it. And if Skill Drain DID negate it, it would pretty much defeat the purpose of negating it, so I don't see why a judge WOULDN'T rule that way. As for Scapegoat, the trick to the tokens is that it specifically says that tokens can't be used for a Tribute Summon. That means they can be used in a Special Summon in which the tokens are considered a non-standard cost. You can get Plasma with Scapegoat Tokens, so you should be able to use this.
