I dont know if this is possible, but have a section where normal members may not post. In this section, when a member is banned, a post shows up automatically from the mod that banned said member (no +1 post count) stating who, why, and how long. As I said, I dont think this is possible, but I thought it would cut down mod frustration from members constantly asking why members were banned and when they will return.
