ok i wanted to make an rp about naruto (and if u dont now wat naruto is its an anime adout ninjas kk)

 

ok the point in this game is to fight other people this thread is only for people to now who is excepted u will have to make a new thread for battles

 

ok how to submite a character

 

Chakra-Chakra is somthing that floos throw ur body like blood there r vital points and none vital points if ur body gets hit in to many vital spots u can die.u also have a limet to the amount of chakra u can use after a battle u have to let ur chakra charge up

 

ok ur main attack as a ninja is jutsu which means u need chakra (except tai justsu unless ur a hyuuga then i does use chackra) there are three types of jutsu

 

Ninjutsu-is anything else that doesnt fit in the 2 below

Taijutsu-is ur basic punches and kick but its brooken up into to three types strong fist, gental fist

(hyuuga's only) and druken fist wich is really fast attacks(pleas do not pick because ud have to always be drunk)

Genjutsu-this justsu allows u to creat ilutions confusing the enemy

-u can also creat justu but justu has to be confermed with me so pm any justu u creat to me sso i can see if it is ok for u to use

these r the only useable weapons

 

-Kunai (1 per weight) This throwing knife is one of the common weapons of a ninja. It is often kept in a -holster on the leg or in a pouch attached to the belt.

-Shuriken (3 per weight) Another common weapon, the shuriken is a ninja star type weapon that is often kept in a holster on the leg or in a pouch attached to the belt.

Senbon (Needles) (5 per weight) Needles that are used to help bring down an opponent by different points along the body.

-Windmill Shuriken (1 per 5 weight) It is much larger than the regular shuriken, but is collapsible. The fuuma shuriken is more deadly, but has a lower accuracy rate compared to the normal shuriken. Usually used as a main weapon rather than for support.

-Exploding Tags (4 per weight) The exploding note is a piece of parchment paper which has script on it that serves to facilitate its explosive properties. The ninja can attach the note to another object such as a

kunai or log. When the note is set it begins a slow burn which results in a large explosion.

-Katana-(1 per Person)its a ninja sword not graet for range most like likely a back-up weapon

-Puppet-in order to us a puppet u have touse a special jutsu

-knuckle knives-(2 per 50) whight they look like brase nuckles except there the nucles r sharp and there is a knife on it

-any others:pm if u want a new weapon that is not labled here

Bloodlimit: When making a character you are enabled to have a blood limit. Please remember though that each blood limit has their limits, and depending on the limit if it is cannon or not we may be more strict then with others.

NinJutsu: In this location you must keep up to date of what NinJutsus you have. The moderators look into all profiles at all times in order to have a better understanding with what you are capable of doing.

 

Ninjutsu is hard to define; it is basically any technique that does not fall under either Taijutsu or Genjutsu, which means that it uses sources outside those naturally available to the body or the mind to accomplish its task. Ninjutsu relies on chakra and hand seals (Sequential positions the hands are put into in order to channel chakra effectively).

 

In the NinJutsu section you will automatically have a certain amount of Jutsus that does not take up the slots of jutsus when starting. The techniques that are automatic are Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Untying Skill), Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Skill),

 

GenJutsu: In this location you must keep up to date of what GenJutsus you have. The moderators look into all profiles at all times in order to have a better understanding with what you are capable of doing.

 

Genjutsu ("Eye techniques", or more figuratively Mind Techniques) are techniques that rely on chakra-enhanced deception or manipulation of another person's mind. The most commonly seen Genjutsu is simple creation of phantasms- causing the targeted person to hear, see, smell, Taste and feel things that are not actually there in order to manipulate them; other applications of Genjutsu are rare.

 

In the GenJutsu section you will automatically have a certain amount of Jutsus that does not take up the slots of jutsus when starting. The techniques that are automatic are Kai (Cancel), Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Skill), Kakuremino no Jutsu (Magic Cloak of Invisibility Skill), Oiroke no Jutsu (Sexy Skill)[/u]

 

TaiJutsu: In this location you must keep up to date of what TaiJutsus you have. The moderators look into all profiles at all times in order to have a better understanding with what you are capable of doing.

 

Taijutsu ("Body techniques", or more figuratively hand-to-hand combat) refers to any techniques involving the martial arts or the optimization of natural human abilities in general. In some cases chakra is involved to enhance the techniques, but generally speaking a Taijutsu user can fare well without any chakra available compared to a Genjutsu or Ninjutsu user.

 

In the GenJutsu section you will automatically have a certain amount of Jutsus that does not take up the slots of jutsus when starting. The techniques that are automatic are Sennen Goroshi (One Thousand Years of Pain)

 

Techniques Overlay

The way the next section works is this. You have a choice of five Jutsu’s You can pick five reasonable Jutsues that your character may be able to use and start with. The thing is this, if your character has a blood limit such as Sharingan then that means the person can only pick three Jutsus. This will keep things somewhat interesting and basic as well as even. Remember all moves must be reasonable such as no Rasengan or Chidori. Also I doubt we will allow the Kage (forbidden) moves as well. (EDIT: After discussion we have came to a conclusion and thought that it would be best that the highest Jutsu's that one can have right off the bat are up to level "C". This will at least keep a balance, and keep things interesting since there are so many level "C"s.

 

When it comes to Academy Jutsus, all of those are natural and are with you without taking up a slot. You do not have to place in the Academy Jutsus but you should remember them for they may help you out later on down the road from time to time. Again remember that all Academy Jutsus do not take up the place of a slot.

 

Elemental Releases: Every character is thought to start off with 3 elemental releases prior to graduating the academy. 1 of the 3 releases will be related to your hidden village (below). The other two are free of choice.

Sand - Wind Release

Mist - Water Release

Stone - Earth Release

Cloud - Lighting Release

Rain - Water Release

Grass - Wood Release

Sound - Sound Release

Waterfall - Water Relea

 

Now there is a more complex understanding of what the releases can do, and what you must do in order to learn or have another type of release Jutsu. There are five basic releases that are known, they are Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Lightning. Each of these releases corresponds with another release in another shape or form, and some releases need two other releases in order to be capable of using the release desired.

 

You are capable of picking the Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Lighting, and Sound Release without problems. If you wish to have the Sand, Wood, or Ice Releases then you must have two elements in which make up the releases stated.

 

If you wish to be capable of using the Sand Release you must know the Earth, and Wind Release.

If you wish to be capable of using the Wood Release you must know the Water and Earth Release.

If you wish to be capable of using the Ice Release you must know the Water and Wind Release.

 

Each release helps another release, and in order for someone to be capable of doing a jutsu of a certain element they must know that release.

 

If later on you wish to learn the basic Releases it would be a C Rank Training. If you wish to learn the Releases that are not part of the basics, it would be a B Rank Training which would be Sand, Wood, and Ice. Now if you are born within a certain village such as Snow, or Grass, then the two Releases do not apply for the one that is automatic.

Battleing: ok in this rp the way u battle is its a turned base game so u take turns attacking in ur turn u can do one defending jutsu(optionial) and one attack jutsu u can also activat any bloodlimit or u a sommoning technique (both optionail) before u even start a battle u have to describe the land scape
