1 Psychic-Type Tuner + 1 monster

This card is treated as a Tuner monster. When this monster is Special Summoned, Special Summon 1 Psychic-Type monster from your Graveyard. That monster's effect(s) is negated and cannot attack the turn it is Summoned. If this card is sent to the Graveyard to Synchro Summon a Psychic-Type Synchro monster, draw 1 card.[/align]

You can't Special Summon a Synchro' date=' it's "Synchro Summon". Also captialize "Draw".

Pretty cool picture, only minor OCG flaws.

Draw doesnt need to be capitalized unless at the beginning of a sentence. Synchro Summoning is a type of Special Summon, therefore when i say Special Summon it means once synchro summoned or brought back by cards like call of the haunted it's effect will activate. If i just put Synchro Summoned its effect will not activate even if special summoned from the graveyard.

Isn't it supposed to be "1 Psychic-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters" or is that how you intended it to be?

Fixed OCG:

This card is treated as a Tuner monster. When this card is Synchro Summoned, Special Summon 1 Psychic-Type monster from your Graveyard. That monster's effect(s) is negated and cannot attack the turn it is Summoned. If this card is sent to the Graveyard to Synchro Summon a Psychic-Type Synchro monster, draw 1 card.

Well, not the most exciting effect, but not the most boring. I would give a 500 ATK gain to the monster Special Summoned by its effect to make it more 'exciting' and balanced, seeing as its effect is negated (which would be useful with Destructron).
