The year 208xA.D, Super Observing Under Learners or S.O.U.Ls are the results of a 20 year private testing on Children. The testing created super humans with over 4million chromosomes. Scientists were able to negate the effects of extra chromosomes with the mix of H2O and human blood. These super humans though can be killed with the slightest touch of electricity due to 89% of their body being water. And with the break out of 200xA.D the military has created an elite team of warriors called Shockers to exterminate the escaped subjects. The S.O.U.Ls have divided into 2 teams, A and B. The Shockers have Air and Ground support.Who will win the war?

But, it takes about only 5 Seconds then to Kill thr Target and there body turn to Dust. Also, he Also stores spare Amounts for being Used when fatily Wounded To save him to some Extent. (For example; If his chest had been riped open along with organs, he can regenate the Organs but not the Skin and Some bone Structure.)

[spoiler=[b]Ability Explained[/b]] Akamaru has the power to draw power from exterior sources of energy, ex. the sun, and convert it into another form of energy, such as blasts or beams. There are drawbacks, however. For one, the farther away the source of energy is, the more difficult it is to draw and change (this excludes the sun, as it is such a large source of energy). Also, AKamaru can store energy in his body for future use; but if he stores too much energy, or for too long, the energy will begin eating away at his body.
