OCG is terrible,

Pic is great,

It's UPed,

Effect is bland but stable,

I suggest doing something like this;

Make it's ATK and DEF 2500,

Make the effect,

"If this card was Special Summoned by the effect of a monster, the original ATK and DEF of this card become the original ATK and DEF the monster that Special Summoned it. You can Tribute this card to increase the ATK of all monsters you control by 300."
