Lore:

3 Level 6 or higher Fiend-Type monsters + 3 Field Spell Cards

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by removing from play the above cards from you control and from your hand, respectively. (You do not use "Polymerization", and this Special Summon counts as a Fusion Summon.) The ATK and DEF of this card is equal to the combined ATK and DEF of the removed monsters. Once per turn, you can select 1 removed from play Field Spell card you used to Summon this card and activate it. The Field Spell Card cannot be destroyed, except by this card's effect. If a monster you control is destroyed by battle (excluding this card), you can equip it to this card as an Equip Spell Card. If this card would be removed from the field, you can remove from play 1 Equip Spell Card (equipped to this card?) instead. When this card is destroyed, destroy all cards on the field and select 1 Field Spell Card from your Deck and activate it.

Overall, very well done. The name is fantastic, and it goes well with the picture. 8.7/10

Earthbound protection is stupid, I know. Removing from play Field Spells to keep them out of the grave and then swapping out different ones that can't be removed unless you replace it yourself is so fail for EI. Nevermind, not a great argument.

You do know that if you control a Field Spell, and you activate a new one, the Earthbound Immortal dies?

 

And for your information, I was talking about how freaking useless it was by it's Summoning Conditions. And even if it did have it's EI protection, no sane person would run this in a EI Deck.
