David was grinning on how good Emily was *clap* "wow your really good Emily-son, maybe you might get my gym badge" just then, Faraligatr melted from its ice prison. "Alright Faraligatr, ice beam!"

"Thanks but the fun is just starting!" Emily yelled at Swampert,"Jump back and use Water Gun to block!" She hadn't had a battle this fun in awhile. Swampert leapt back and used the Water Gun. The stream of water froze in place of the pokemon.

"wow shes amazing, i didn't know she'd be this strong" David thought to himself. he was laughing like crazy. "HAHAHAHAHAHA i didn't have this fun in a while now then Faraligatr use hydro cannon as quick as possible!" Faraligatr had a grin on his face and attacked like it was the move quick attack.

After seeing how the guy in the tuxedo barged into the gym and challanged the gym leader to a battle right in the middle of one, jake was outraged. "Hey tux" He tapped on his shoulder. "I was kindof already here and waiting for this battle to end when you just bardge in here and hit me out of the way. I challange you to a 3 on 3 match, right here, right now. We can train while we wait for this battle to be over." Jake said still mad. "Come on tux, face the wrath of emlie" "RATTA!!" Emlie agreed with jake

Emily was not quite prepared for Feraligator's speed and the attack hit home, forcing Swampert into the wall. "Swampert you ok?", Emily yelled. It looked like it took a tole on the male pokemon even though Swampert got up and jumped back onto the battling floor. Ok so Feraligator is really speedy. Swampert is slower then it by several times so what I need to do is slow it down...but how?, Emily thought to herself. Then it came to her. Yes! It would have to work! "Swampert! Don't move!", Emily orderd. Swampert just stood there not taking his eyes off of Feraligator.

David was getting what Emily was trying to do. "let me guess, swampert is standing so when Feraligatr is trying to attack, Swampert dodges it and lays an attack a Feraligatr."

Emily just grinned and folded her arms. Ninetales noded and Swampert seemed indifferent. "In case you haven't noticed there is a peticular patturn to my battling." This was definetly a risk,Emily thought,Swampert could be knocked out or hurt just as bad as Feraligator or he might even figure it out....

Faraligatr didnt want to fight anymore and asked if he could go back in his Pokeball. "Well of course you can Feraligatr, come back" Faraligatr went back into his Pokeball. David had a huge grin on his face. "Here it comes Swampert, lets go"

Emily narrowed her eyes, what was David up to? Ninetales looked up at her as Swampert looked back,"Swampert.",he growled. "Hang on. Lets see whats going on.",she whsiperd.

"I apologize if I injured you," Valentine replied to the boy, "however I did not know you were here until after I opened the door. Naturally, you may of course challenge the leader first, but if you are insistent on a battle with me, then I will accept. However, I propose we step outside," he added, holding the door open, "after all, our battle may affect that of the ladies, and that would never do." Valentine examined the boy. He had a lot of confidence in his Rattata, which meant either he was a new trainer or it's evolution had been delayed. Either way, it should be fun, even if one option would make the battle short. There was something else as well. This boy seems to lack any idea of who I am, he mused, Excellent.

BiC: "Fly away fast, before it can overpower you, Scyther!" cried Leonard. The Dragon Claw slammed into the ground, paralyzing Salamence's hand. "Now Scyther, use Aerial Ace on the side of Salamence where it cannot defend itself! "Scyther missed the blow. Instead, it hit Salamence's immobilized hand face-first dealing damage more to itself than to Salmence. The Scyther had fainted.

 

"Return, Scyther. You did as much as I needed you to do, but the rest can handle it from here." He put Scyther's Poke-Ball onto his belt, then pulled another one. "Go, Mudkip!" Leonard cried, throwing a Pokeball at the floor again. Out popped a cute Pokemon, a Mudkip.

OoC: No way. I Checked ALL OVER Bulbapedia and It CANNOT Learn it...plus, I trained a Scyhter myself in HG until it evolved, and I swear to god it Can't learn Fly...but whatever.

 

IC: Mark smirked slightly, unfortuneately Dracoblaze's hand was still a little stuck, which was leaving The Dragon a little stuck. Mark raised an eyebrow.

'If he's a truly talented trainer, He'll know the best way to take advantage of this situation...' Mark thought to himself, while the Salamence still tried desperately to free it's claw from the rubble.

OOC: Grasslander, he's right. I checked on Serebii.net and it had a list of all the moves Scyther can learn on HG/SS/D/P/Pt/FR/LG/R/S/E and no fly. Sorry.

 

IC: Kris sighed as he walked towards the Seascape gym. When he walked in a man in his mid fortys walked up to Kris and said that the Gym leader was already in a battle, and that Kris could watch from the sidelines. Kris nodded and walked to the stands. As he entered he recognised the challenger, the champion of Johto! "So, the gym leader isn't the only one I should look forward to challenging. This guy might prove tough enough to actually be a challenge to me." Kris muttered, as he looked at the Mudkip and the salamence eying each other up. "Well, as long as that mudkip knows an Ice type move. If not the I think it's a hopeless try."

IC: Mark glanced around as he heard the door opening to the side. HE saw Kris sitting in the stands, and smirked.

'another challenger huh?...glad I didnt persist with that trouble with Team Tempest...' He thought to himself, and as He looked back to the battle, Dracoblaze Finally managed to free it's Claw from the Rubble, causing Mark to sigh.

"You took too long to recouperate, and you've allowed my pokemon to get back in form! A Mistake you will live to regret! Dracoblaze, Draco Meteor!" MArk shouted, and the Salamence gave an Almighty Roar, and from the Skies visible from the Opentop arena, a Huge Meteor was seen hurtling towards The Little Mudkip, Blue Flames searing from it.

Biography:Ace is a very friendly boy who lives in Sunyshore City of the Sinnoh region, when he went to route 217 to get to Snowpoint City to challenge its gym leader, a weird blizzard occurred so powerful that it washed Ace to the Five Islands. Hopefully, his pokeball that had his Charizard in it did not get lost, he was so happy, but he isn't in the Sinnoh region anymore..How will he ever get back!?

ic: "Mudkip, move!" The Mudkip refused to budge. "Mudkip, you'll get hurt, move, danget!" The Mudkip sat there still. At the last second, Mudkip jumped on one of the meteorites to get into the air. "Ok, I didn't tell it to do that but oh well. Mudkip, use Water Gun!" A beam of water came from the Mudkip's mouth. The Salamence's open mouth was filled with water, making it unable to use any attacks from it's mouth. "Now, jump in the air, Mudkip, and use Mud Bomb!" A giant bomb of mud came crashind down on Salamence's face, making it unable to see for a few moments. "Now, use Tackle!" While still in the air, Mudkip came crashing down on Salamence's head.

"Okay tux, you can send out your pokemon first. Not like it will matter, Emlie is always my first choice" Jake told the man "Ratta!" Emlie cheered in agreement. "Now remember Emlie. Dont get to caught up in this battle if he has evolved pokemon. Your strongest the way you are. Evolving could seriously limit your powers. The same goes for woody and vulps." "Ratta" Emlie understood. Emlie jumped down on the ground, growling.

"now Emily are you going to attack now" David laughed still with a grin on his face.

"heh, bad move" MArk grinned slightly. Sure, the Water had De-railed Dracoblaze from using Flamethrower, but it appeared that this trainer had made a bad error.

"I'm sorry Trainer, but If I recall, Ground-type Attack's like Mud Bomb have No Effect whatsoever on a Flying-type like a Salamence!" MArk shouted to the trainer, and indeed, The Mud seemed to just fly off the Salamence as it hit.

"Now, Aerial Ace! Attack!" MArk shouted, and Dracoblaze launched forward, and met the Mudkips Tackle with an Aerial Ace Attack.

"Mudkip, NO!" The Mudkip was sent into the floor with a BANG! It had been knocked out. "You have got to be kidding me. You are so lucky I don't have my Noctowl. On the other hand, you're unlucky, for I have my Typhlosion, the Pokemon that defeated Lance's Charizard and 2 of his Dragonites. GO! TYPHLOSION!" A massive being came from a Poke-ball Leonard threw. The flames on it's neck made it look like it COULD stand up to a legendary, though Lugia had knocked it out in a few hits. "Typhlosion, use Eruption!" Many blazing rocks came crashing down onto the Salamence's wings, pounding them to the ground, disabling Salamence's ability to fly. "Now, hit with all you've got! Blast Burn!" Without the ability to move, the most powerful Fire move known had hit the Salamence directly, for massive damage.

"Well, It had better be that good, since your down to your last pokemon, and I still have 2 pokemon in reserve!" Mark shouted, but then he blinked as he saw the eruption immediately crushing his Salamence, and then the Blast burn just smoked him. Combined with the minor scratches and Scuff's he had recieved from Scyther, Dracoblaze was down.

"Hmmm...Impressive...Still, let's see you deal with this! SpeedBreaker, go!" Mark shouted, throwing his second pokeball, and sending out his Staraptor, which stared down at the Typhlosion coldly.

"Okay, Close Combat! go!" Mark shouted, and before the Typhlosion knew it, the Staraptor had dived in Close, and was Executing Powerful Pecks and Jabs In Close Range.

"Looks like you ran right into a trap, Typhlosion, Flame Wheel!" Typhlosion rolled into a huge ball of fire. Before it could react, the Starraptor pecked the flames. It was then sent into the wall by the Flame Wheel tackling it. "Good job, Typhlosion. Now, even if Starraptor is fast, it can't dodge Swift no matter what!" Stars shot out of Typhlosion's mouth, which homed in on the Starrapto, which was still by the wall. "See what I mean by my best?" Leonard said with a bit of a grin on his face.

Apperance and Biography: Brandon is a 5'4 13 year old who wears blue jeans and red t-shirts all the time. Brandon has been traveling with his shiftry for 3 years, and has trained him up from a seedot. He beat the Kanto, Jhoto, and Hoen leagues, but cannot seem to beat the Sinnoh. He has come to these islands to practice so he can finally beat the Sinnoh league.

"Swampert come back and rest!" The Swampert gave her a gratefull nod and retreated to the pokeball. Emily took out a new one,"Let's go Vaporeon!" The small water-type evolution of Evee appeared ready for battle. Swampert took to strong a hit when he battled Feraligator so I'll let him rest for now, thought Emily. Unfortunetly Vaporeon cought some of the attack. "Vaporeon use surf and then ice beam on the ground!" Vaporeon used surf and the cracked floor flooded with water which then froze into ice. All I have to do is readjust my stratagy, Emily thought. "It seems we are both very good and have both trained our pokemon well. Are we going to battle or just keep swiching pokemon and stratagies?", Emily asked folding her arms bur smilling.
