GiovannyCapone and ash_202457 told ya the things you have to follow, but I'll correct the OCG, even if the effect is Overpowered(OPed)... I mean, you must see your mistakes!;-)

[spoiler=Effect]If your opponent's Life Points are higher than 2000, then, your opponent loses 500 Life Points, each turn.

 

If you like this effect and you want to make it more balanced, then, do something like that:

[spoiler=New effect]When your opponent's Life Points are higher than yours, your opponent loses 500 Life Points, each turn. If your Life Points are higher than your opponent's, you lose 500 Life Points, each turn.

 

Eh? Do you like it? Hope so!:-) Oh, and you should better change the stats of your card. They're OPed, too. You could reduce its stars[for ex. give it 7 stars] and give it lower ATK and DEF.[for ex. ATK: 2600 and DEF: 1800] Then, it would be a very good card. Oh, BTW, very good pic. It isn't blurry, at all.

And, as the others said, no attachments. If you click your made cards, then a URL code appears. Copy that code and paste it, on "Insert an Image" option. Then, your card is ready!!

I think that this card is your first (if it wasn't, then you should know the thing about attachments..:-)), so I'll give you 4/10. But don't be sad 'bout that! My first cards got lower ratings! LOL! You'll learn how to do great cards, soon!!!;-)
