Their new card. "Activate only when you control an Ojama monster. Special Summon any monster from your deck ignoring summoning conditions."

Ojunkamas make a very good Synchro deck' date=' being able to get out a Synchro almost every turn as long as you have a Tuner. They're very aggressive and fairly fast. Just not able to stand up to LS or BWs very well.

And best of all they're hilarious to win with

Yep. It's priceless. I love playing against new peoples and have them wondering what my deck is. Then, when they see an Ojama, they think it's a joke and end up letting their guard down. Then I ODH (Ojama Delta Hurricane) and Synchro spam!

These will never' date=' ever, be tier 1.

But they can make it to Tier 2. All they need is a reliable draw engine.

Tiers are determind on the number of Regionals wins/tops' date=' SJC wins/tops and Nats wins/tops.

Fine. They are Tier 2 quality. Not Tier 2. Even though they can easily stand up to those decks, and some of the Tier 1 quality decks.

Anyway, let's say someone comes up with a deck that can beat every deck in the world multiple times and has never lost, not even once and only 1 person in the world uses it. Even though it's the best deck ever, it would still be considered a casual deck that's not good enough for any of the Tiers?

Then they would go to tournaments, then people would see how well the deck was doing and copy it. Thus making it tiered, that situation will never ever happen, thus making your arguement invalid.

As I said in that situation, nobody else ever uses it, so it wouldn't be copied, and wouldn't be used every and tiered. And no, it doesn't make my argument invalid. That would be like someone saying "Bubbles float, gravity is invalid."
