lol I think you should add a end date..maybe 2-3 weeks after you gave us the task..

now he can make his card better then my cuz he saw it and I didn't saw his card..I think it unfair or maybe lower his rate or something..IMO

Um... And also how can my card be better than yours after I see it?

You can change your card anytime because he's not judging until the end of all the tasks (like you changed your first task card because you thought it was OPed). So now you can see my card and edit yours. Go ahead' date=' I don't mind, it won't make that much of a difference.

And for Round 3 I'll show you my card after I make it before you post yours.

It really doesn't matter who posts they're cards first. How could it make a difference to be marked lower?

Sorry again for the delay. Been really busy, as I stated before.

I have exams soon in school and I don't really get time to make cards so it took long for me to fix my card up.

You cannot enter your Battle Phase during the turn you activate this effect.

Found some time and I used it to quickly make my round 3 card.

I am probably going to edit it later but I'll post it now so that if Traceur posts his card you can put up task 4 ^^

 

Effect: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WIND monsters

Once per turn you can return 1 Monster Card you control to your hand to return all Spell and Trap Cards on the field to their owners' hands. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack during this turn. If this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to return 1 card on the field to the owner's hand.

When this card destroys a monster, instead of sending it to the Graveyard return it to the owner's hand. When this card is destroyed remove it from play and add 1 Winged Beast-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand.

If you did not, you can discard 2 more cards to draw 1 card. If you did not draw a Monster Card this time, discard your entire hand.

Effect: Once per turn, during your Main Phase you can select 1 of your removed from play cards and return it to the Graveyard. When a card is returned to your Graveyard by this effect, place 1 Teleport Counter on this card (max. 3). During your Standby Phase, you can remove this card from play to draw 1 card for each Teleport Counter on this card.
