This card can only be activated when you have only 1 level 6 or higher Spellcaster-Type monster in your hand as well as any other cards. Place the Spellcaster-Type monster and another random card from your hand face down on the field. Your opponent then chooses 1 of the 2 cards. If it is the Level 6 or higher Spellcaster, special summon it to your side of the field. If it is the other card, then follow the chart for the appropriate effect.

I do have to say that I rather enjoy the pictures on these cards, and some of them have fairly clever effects, however i will have to say much of the OCG is form the old set (not that I personally care, but some people will, so watch out for that) and 2 of your monsters are quite Over powered, 1 being Keeper of the Lore, and the other being Twilight magician. you'll need to nerf them quite a bit considering the powerful draw power they with hold.

Tidal Magician's pic looks best, and it's been a while since I've seen Tornado Wall mentioned

 

you have to change the name for Magician's Circle, that one is already taken

I think these cards would be prized by any Spellcaster Duelist. I'd even want a few of them! Great job.
