Tell me how the battle went, guys.

 

What team should I build for Shoddy?

 

I was thinking:

Zapdos

Swampert

Tyranitar

Scizor

Breloom

Snorlax

 

Movesets and natures' date=' pl0x?

Personally, I hate LO Scizor and even more than that, Roost on Scizor. You have no choiced Pokemon on your team at the moment, so why not give it a Choice Band and replace Roost? With what, I could care less. Check Smogon.

 

Tyranitar - Quiet - Leftovers

Substitute

Dark Pulse

Flamethrower

Focus Punch

 

TYRANIBOAH FOR THE FREAKING WIN.

 

Swampert - Relaxed - Leftovers

Earthquake

Ice Beam

Protect

If this isn't your lead, I'll say 'shame on you'.

 

Zapdos - Lonely - Leftovers

Hiddden Power Grass

HP Grass? I don't know, I don't see too many sitations where it's really useful, bar Swampert. And honestly, 'Loom takes care of that. HP Ice would work better. And change Lonely nature to Timid or Modest. Seriously. Lonely is +Atk, -Def. :/

 

Snorlax - Careful - Leftovers

Body Slam

Curse

Earthquake

Rest

 

You are totally Gengar weak, but this is a Snorlax. Tbqh, I never really liked Curselaxes, but if it works for you, use it.

 

Breloom - Adament - Toxic Orb

Spore

Focus Punch

Seed Bomb

Stone Edge

 

You aren't using Sub, but play out a few battles and see if you really need it. I think the extra type coverage may come in handy, but if Ghosts outspeed you you'll be screwed. Remember Sleep Clause, though. Only 1 Pokemon asleep at a time. D:

 

Overall, 'Dos is your only Fighting-resist, and even that can be remedied from Infernape's HP Ice. Swampert is really your only counter to an Infernape, and you won't know whether it has HP Grass or HP Ice, so that's a bit dangerous.

 

And without the CB on Scizor, I see nothing that can outspeed a +1 Salamence or Gyarados. That puts you at a big weakness, but Swamp carries SR, which is a bit of a consolation.

 

Another problem is their aren't any real walls, other than Snorlax. And Snorlax is an attacker on your team, so that leaves Swampert. And if you are using Swampert for so many roles (physical wall, SR, Infernape-counter), it's going to go down. So that's a real hole. Zex and Felix are probably the best battlers on YCM (and Flame Dragon), and even they don't run a full offense team. So in terms of mixed team, your's is pretty far from it.

Also, Blissey is more of a pain to deal with than Miltank. Before I knew about competitive battling, I was playing LeafGreen with an Alakazam. So I fought this guy who had a Blissey. I HAD TO FREAKING STALL HER ASS OUT AND MAKE HER STRUGGLE. And then I went back to the Pokecenter.

 

If only I had used a physical attack. D:

 

I just Shoddied Clair, and she is actually pretty decent. And because I lurv her so much (<3), I will vigorously press my body against hers help her so she can become the Pokemon second master!

 

But seriously, watch out when fighting her.

Even though I love Whitney, I love you more. When you re-Verse her, she has the suckiest Pokemon on her team. And she doesn't have a Blissey. >>
