Flame Dragon
Pro Tip for B/W: "FFFFFUUUU-" every time your opponent sends out a Watchog. Seriously.Yea. Sleep is hell. It's only worse when you only have 2 pokemon. Well beat the 5th gym and I'm on way to Celestial Tower, Tynamo took less time to catch than I thought. Love Elesa's gym it's awesome. None of the gym teams are really giving me any challenge, even if my team is very close to their level. I have noticed that bird pokemon seem to be less and less common, remember RBY, Pidgey was on every route...(only because I needed them for Tynamo). Audino is awesome, I got 400 EXP from a Lv 9 ffs. Watchog is scary with Crunch and Super Fang. Team so farSerperior - Lv 39 (Hasty - Tackle (lol), Leaf Blade, Mega Drain, Wrap) Eelektrik - Lv 39 (Naive - Crunch, Thunder Wave, Spark, Charge Beam)Krokorok - Lv 38 (Mild - Dig, Torment, Sand Tomb, Crunch)Swoobat - Lv 37 (Careful - Fly, Heart Stamp, Air Slash, Assurance)I'm gonna keep the Water Monkey just for Surf atm.Yea, they aren't that hard. After my reset I beat the crap out of her. It's just if you get unlucky (2 hypnoses hitting) your going to be fighting an uphill battle. Still, I'm enjoying the extra challenge of a 2mon run right now. I'm going to have to get use to it too since the rest of my team is caught around the 6th gym. I haven't noticed the lack of fliers. Might just be me cause I'm still near the start. And yea, Audino is such a nice pokemon to run into. Ayway, going to take a short break to eat and let my game recharge a little. After 2 gyms current team is Drilbur - LV 20Relaxed (-DEF + SpDEF)Moves: Metal Claw, Dig, Mud-splat, Break Break Dewott - LV 22Lax (+DEF -SpDEF)Moves: Break Break, Shell Blade, Focus Energy, Furry Cutter
Aesirson
So I was on my jolly way towards Victory Road when I met a trainer who sent out a Sawsbuck. Sauce bucket.
Dark
Just got it, and while I don't plan on playing the game until I get the 3DS, I did download the Liberty Ticket and whatnot. Also, just for future reference, do you expect the Transfer Machine to work between a 3DS and a normal DS? I don't see why it wouldn't, but I can't go without having my Diamond and SoulSilver Pokemon transferred. Also getting a good nature on my starter is going to be a pain. I know, right? Two battles before you can check the nature, and you can't even check it during the first battle. D': The graphics look sick, the attention to detail is amazing (I started in Autumn, and seeing those birds fly from the ground in the hometown was awesome), and it looks like an all-around awesome game. burnpsy
Does anyone know if you can revisit Liberty Garden after going there once? I'd like to not be overwhelmingly OP'd against the Plasma grunts, but I don't want to catch Victini to soon...
Tentacruel
Guys, I have to tell you something important. Go to the first town that's not the town you live in, and go in the building directly north of the Pokemon Center. Talk to the people in there and you can add drum and piano tracks to all of the music in the game. :o Also, so far I have... Teh Pig (Tepig)-Lv9 Epic Beard(Lilipup)-Lv8 LookinAtU!(Patrot)-Lv5 Cool Cat (Purrloin)-Lv4 No use posting movesets now. I would be farther but I was at the beach and didn't feel like playing there. :P I've decided on having every single Pokemon in the game in my party and rotate them as I see fit. Okay, maybe not all of them, but you get the idea.
Flame Dragon
When you only have 2 pokemon you get very over leveled. Anyway, on my way to the 4th gym. ATM I'm battling N.
Tentacruel
I actually like the idea of rotating Pokemon and having a party of more than 6, it makes the game longer and gives more fun. :) I don't know how many Pokemon I'm gonna have, but I'm gonna try to train everything a little bit. Defiantly keep your level down. And I just got my 4th badge. Team atm Excadrill - LV 32Moves: Metal Claw, Dig, Hone Claws, Rock Slide Dewott - LV 33Moves: Revenge, Aqua Jet, Razor Shell, Water Pulse I'm so over leveled. At least when I get the my other pokemon I can focus on training them.

You don't look like you though of it at all though, which got you this.Well, it not's so much because of the pre-prepared team, it's more so because of my crap planing. I could have used subs as I waited, but I didn't fell like doing that. Also could have not battled most of the trainers. Still, only having 2 pokemon is challenging too since you don't have any breathing room and you need to keep your pokemon healthy at all tim. Meh, again, once I get the ret of my team, things will balance out more. Like all of them can be got around the 5/6 gym so I'll be less overleveled soon. Edit: Now have 5 badge and a 3rd pokemon. Going to train it tomorrow since I have homework I need to do. Cin
No idea why but I love the art for Serperior, probably coz its serpent like. N is a very interesting character. Just training to face Brycen now, and god the Lucky Egg is a god sent. Caught Frillish yesterday, decided I didn't want a female coz its Pink, so my team is 3:2 in favour to males (lol), its now Lv 43. Team is Lv 43-45, taught Krookodile Brick Break now, since my team bar Jellicent and Eelektrik is asking for an Ice butt kicking, part of me wished I'd picked Zebstrika because of its Flame Charge.Having to not worry about TMs is awesome, but it does make me wonder why they just make Dig a HM.... I hate the fact the last member of my team I can't get until Victory Road, so I'm leaving areas for Deino to train.
Aesirson
My entire team are males. (except for Cryogonal, of course) I didn't notice until now. Anyway, my entire team is now 42-43 and I just recently defeated the eight Gym Leader (Cryogonal plowed through the entire Gym without taking damage xD) but I got my @$$ handed to me by the first trainer I met in the Victory Road. God I suck.

.:Dark Magician:.
I know no one here is a fan of the Action Replay. I just wanted to do a cheat to get Zoroak since I was gone to a field trip and didnt had time to get the Celebi for the event. But my Dsi Action Replay wont work on the game. Does anyone knows why? Dark
I plan on beating Black super under-leveled, since the last time I beat a game super under-leveled was a recent playthrough of LeafGreen. @ ADHD: Drum and piano tracks? burnpsy
I'm always ridiculously underleveled by choice. In any case, I tried going to Liberty Garden to see if I could go back there later if I beat everyone but didn't catch Victini. Looks like they pull the same thing that they do with Reshiram/Zekrom - the game pretends the battle never happened. BTW, though I doubt anyone here will actually use this info, anyone here who wants to soft reset their version legendary for Wi-Fi Ubers play should fill up all of their boxes before fighting it - the game will let you fight it in Dragon Spiral Tower later (apparently) and will actually let you proceed through the story without catching it. Also, it can't be shiny unless you do that.
Dark
Good to know, but if the cutscene before Reshiram isn't overly long, I'll just replay any of the battles I need to until I get something that is anything better than shitty. Or maybe I'm being ignorant and the cutscene before Reshiram is five battles and a seven-minute clip. And I'm always underleveled, but not by more than three or four levels. I plan on being underleveled by seven or eight and seeing how far I can get without grinding. The only exception to that was the battle with Red in HGSS, where I was underleveled by roughly eighteen or so, I think. Maybe more. (Pikachu was 88 and I think my highest guy was 63). After the fight, you have to face N and Ghestis immediately, then the end credits roll, saving your game. You never get a chance to check your nature, IIRC. >____>
Mr. Pipinpapancopalopolas
I hope my snivy is female, that way I can name it Saria! They took that feature out. <___< That is why getting a good nature for your starter is a bitch. Well, WiFi battling is extremely inferior to Shoddy and PokeLab anyways, so I'm just going to hope I get a good nature, but if I don't, I'll live with it.
