English Names of mijumaru, tsutarja, and pokabu have been revealed along with the english classification of zekrom and reshiram. AND Issuh's new english name...

Pokabu: Tepig......What is so bad about Pokabu(its easy to say and sounds cool imo

mijumaru: Oshawott: FAIL come on could they have not come up with a better name imo

 

Reshiram is now the Vast White Pokemon

Zekrom is now the Deep Black Pokemon

 

Would Yin and Yang been so hard to use there...

 

Issuh is now Unova... WTF

I can live with most of the changes, but the region name change is killing me. Really, I think this is the only time they've changed it so why now? What was wrong with Issuh.

Actually, Sinnoh had a minor name change (Shinou or something like that was the Japanese name).

 

No Pokemon's name is random, it's just not obvious.

 

And I like Teh Pig's name, mainly because of the bad joke I just made.

WTF is with the names....Tepig and Oshawatt are crappy. Snivy is the best. And Isshu sounds WAY more better.

 

When I get Pokemon White, I am going to get an Oshwatt, and I'll nickname it Mijumaru. That, will ease my pain.

Is fine. I was a little shocked that some one had beaten me tbqh since the thread kind of died.

You need to let the name grow on you. Also see above on final form.

I'm going to agree with that. For some reason Snivy gives me an odd feeling of it being smug. idk, I may just be crazy.

So Isshu is Unova. That'll take some getting used too. Plus we got official Pokemon Art of Gen V pokemon. I wish we had official art of the Gym Leaders of Gen V, Elite 4 too.

Yep, they are. Only they subbed electric for grass. Personally I would have wanted a electric monkey.
