Flame Dragon, since you know your abilities, can you explain exactly what Zekrom's and Reshiram's abilities do? I'm getting three different things from three different websites, so I'm hoping you could confirm at least something.

According to Bulbapedia, they do the same thing as Mold Breaker.

Mold Breaker allows the Pokémon's moves to strike through any opposing abilities; e.g. Fire-type moves will hit a Pokémon with Flash Fire. Likewise, Pokémon with Water Absorb or Wonder Guard will have their abilities disabled and will be damaged by Water or non-super effective moves, respectively. The Levitate ability is also lifted, enabling Ground-type moves to hit those Pokémon. However, this does not enable Pokémon who are unaffected from a type by its own typing, rather than an ability, to get hit by the type that doesn't affect it through Mold Breaker.

The descriptions for Zekrom and Reshiram's Abilities are almost exactly the same.

Teravoltage/Turbo Blaze allows the Pokémon's moves to strike through any opposing abilities; e.g. Fire/Electric-type moves will hit a Pokémon with Flash Fire/Motor Drive. Likewise, Pokémon with Water Absorb or Wonder Guard will have their abilities disabled and will be damaged by Water-type or non-super effective moves, respectively. The Levitate ability is also lifted, enabling Ground-type moves to hit those Pokémon. However, this does not enable Pokémon who are unaffected from a type by its own typing, rather than an ability, to get hit by the type that doesn't affect it through Teravoltage/Turbo Blaze.

As far as other sites are concerned, I keep seeing descriptions like "Moves can be used regardless of abilities," or "Can attack the opponent regardless of their ability." That's also how Mold Breaker is usually described.

So it breaks through abilities, thank you. Other sites were saying really random-ass stuff, like the moves can hit through ALL immunities, and one said that Cross Flame and the Thunder move can hit every Pokemon regardless of any immunities (but apparently just those two moves alone).

Thanks for the clarification, though. Not a bad ability, but it doesn't really benefit either of them in Ubers. I guess maybe if there is a random-ass Motor Drive or Flash Fire Pokemon in Ubers... or if they want to run Earthquake to hit Lati@s.

The question is, why not just give them both Mold Breaker? :blink:

To clear up any confusion people may have with the game. Here's a spoiler about Team Plasma. (I have the English Patched version of the game, so I know what they're saying) Don't read the spoiler if you don't want to know a big plot twist.

[spoiler=Team Plasma Info]

N is not the leader of Team Plasma. Geechisu (the creepy guy with the thing over his eye) is. He brought N in as a figure head and used him to help accomplish his goals. By the way, one of those goals are to get all trainers to release their pokemon and let them be free. Geechisu thinks that humans training pokemon is evil.

I don't understand why Game Freak did that. I'm not sure of the entire storyline, and the reason I didn't get this game in Japanese (I haven't got any in Japanese, but I wanted to get Black in Japanese) was because I heard the storyline was pretty good, and I cannot read Japanese.

I'm really wondering how they incorporated a battle-hating, PETA-styled, seemingly-good-organization into a villanous role. :/
