I just found out that Caitlin, that girl from the Battle Castle, is now part of the Elite Four. Awesome.

 

Looking at the Pokémon again, they don't seem that bad. However, I'm very disappointed that Rankurusu is the final evolution. I just don't like that we were shown the final evolutions before we even saw the pre-evolutions.

Lucky, my local shops wouldn't even know when it was coming out till a few months before. Probably preorder Pokemon Black. But buy White anyway.

What was the estimated pricing on the games? GameStop is saying 34.99 USD for pre-orders, but nowadays I don' trust them about anything. Someone do a yen-to-dollar conversion and subtract a few dollars, if anyone has the yen amount.

Remember that the copyright extends to intellectual property rights. Maybe they don't want the NA population to be spoiled before the game comes out, for some odd reason.

 

Also, I used the logic before that Serbeii is neither making money off of these pictures, and they own the game. However, since Serebii stated that an "intellectual property right" was being breached, that changes it a lot.

Well sucks majorly about all Pokemon who Activating events being one use only, means I need to count Pokemon I'll never get, unless people get 'spares'.

 

Serebii has also been told to stop posting images.

I found it funny that Nintendo only started to complain about the images AFTER the game was released.

 

I suspect all of this copyright crap is started by a troll, because Pokexperto still has the images up.

As of the latest edit to this story, Bulbagarden is still yet to receive any one of these infringement notices. We have not been able to confirm if any sites other than PokéBeach and Serebii have also received notices.

 

If Nintendo was on copyright rampage, than why did they only attack Serebii and Pokebeach? There are a ton of fansites that screencaps and the new pokemon up.

Pokebeach got there letters what, 2 days ago? Pokebeach was the most important with serebii second.Those two got the letters first. Nintendo is definately not done yet.
