Infernape with Iron Fist? :blink: Jeez, he was already one of the strongest starters. Now, he's just broken.

Um, not really. Of al the punching moves we have Ape uses 2, Mach Punch and ThunderPunch. Unless he gets more the change really is pointless. TBQH a lot of the changes seem like they might be. Still, it's not going to hurt any of the pokemon so it doesn't matter. Blaze got one of the best pluses IMO.

 

All the new range from outright stupid to crazy awesome. It's a mixed bag, so I'm still having time choosing Pokémon because some of them get terrible looking evolutions. Gear's evolutions are very satisfying though.

What pokemon don't you like? Side form the obvious ones I think most of the pokemon turned out well.

I am dissapointed in some ways, mostly enjoying this really.

 

Major Disapointments:

 

Gear's evos

Smugleaf final evo: Mostly Speed and thought it would be dragon

Water monkey final evo

Final Evo of Mamepato

Pre evo of hihidaruma

Gochiruzeru's pre evos

Maggyo (I gagged when I saw it)

633-635 is just gay dragons and dragons are one of my favorite types

641 (flying) looks like its poison

647 looks like gay pony who fights

 

Extremely Like:

 

Victini!

Yooterii and evos

All monkeys except for water evo

Shiama's evo

I knew Dangoro was pre evo of Gigaiasu

Doryuuzu(always liked)

532-534: Bad Ass

Hihidaruma has other form

559 and 560: Stupid looking, yet awesome

Shinpora looks like he top of its head has an unkown

Fossil Turtles

Trash bag pokemon, not evo

Rankurusu pre evos anre cute

582-584 when I saw them my stomach growled

590 and 591

602-604 badass

607-609 looks like decoation, but final evo is powerful in Sp. Attack

610-612 best dragon chain in my opinion

615 you should see falling in the sky

621 looks like dinosaur

622 and 623 badass

624 and 625 bad ass

Appearently american name is Wargle

630 looks like you'd see it eating roadkill

Grass and Steel Fight legendaries

Zekrom (I'm getting white!)

646 seems like I've seen before somewhere

649 looks like Cyborg bug

Staraptor with reckless, imagine a 325 power Brave bird in your face !(With choice Band)

IMO Dreaom World was a great move. Give pokemo new abilities with out taking way the old ones is really helpful.

Hell no. First form is cute, second is ok, third looks cool. From the people I've talked to they like his forms too.

 

647 looks like gay pony who fights

It's cute? What's wrong with cute pokemon? Really not ever one is going to be badass or cool looking.

#618 Ground/elec. It looks like a pancake fish.

 

They are okay, but I say Kibago line is better. I just think they look kinda gay, and Ononokusu has better stats.

 

Yah, it's cute.......-ish. I just think it's kinda not appropriate for a legendary.

You know it's based on the Fluke right. So it should look odd.

 

Not really. 1 v 1 Sazanando would win. It's faster, if only by 1 base point, and works as a mix sweeper. It also takes hits a lot better. And his total base stat is 600 verses Ononokusu's 540 so he has better stats.

It's not alone in the "cute legendary" pool.

I've been avidly keeping up with Serebii and Smogon.

 

I was actually looking through Serebii's prelim BW Pokedex, and perusing the movepools for some Pokemon.

 

Err... does almost every Pokemon get a new ability in Dream World? That's kind of annoying, actually. Hopefully abilities can be bred, otherwise we have no actual method of getting good-natured or good-IVd Dream World-abilitied Pokemon. Except RNG, but eh.

 

Again, this metagame will be physical sweeper oriented. YAY. <___<

Yea, every pokemon. And that's a good point on if the new ability is breed-able. I REALLY hope it is.

 

And so we will see many Skarms. Hell, IMO Steel types in general are going to be every where since most have great stats and great resistances.

Aaken and Purotooga are fossil pokemon. they're Rock Types, a dodo and a turtle. however I don't see any Eeveelutions. :(

Don't worry, we'll be getting all the new evos in Gen VI.

 

Its as I said before.

 

Gen I: All original.

Gen II: New evo's.

Gen III: All original.

Gen IV: New evo's.

Gen V: All original.

Gen VI: New evo's.
