serebii just updated with some new types and revealing types n abilities of some

like the deer pokemon has been confirmed a normal/grass w/ chlorophyll, Gigaisu is a rock with sturdy(would have like to see rock head over this imo)

and they have revealed a flying/eletric flying squirrel and another pokemon called basurao that doesn't have an image of i am assuming is a water type because they said one of its moves is aqua jet.

Also growth will increase Sp. Atk n Atk 1 stage in B&W

yes but i find "normal/grass" combo alittle wierd O.o i swear they just wanted to make a female stantler thats part grass with this one.

and flying squirrel should have good speed n Sp. Atk imo. maybe it has an awesome evo if we are lucky though even w/o an evo as long as its stats are great i can see this being used in OU maybe.

Gigaiasu better get an Evo or i will be p***'d off that is if they make its stats terrible because they would be a waste of a cool looking pokemon

Emonga looks like a Pachirisu evolution. If so, that's great!

Gigaiasu seems pretty cool.

Darumakka looks wierd.

Shikijika's new type means it's probably not related to Stantler... :( In any case, the season thing is pretty cool. Oh, and Serebii didn't even reveal how it would look different. According to PokeBeach:

in the spring it is pink (like the Ken Sugimori artwork), in the summer it is green, in the fall it is orange, and winter's color is unknown

Not much can be said about Basurao, other than the fact that it learns the basura attack that is Uproar.

Growth's change doesn't really help it... Mixed attackers wouldn't really have the space for it, and probably don't learn it anyways. Physical attackers will probably have access to Swords Dance or Dragon Dance. Special attackers will probably be able to get Calm Mind/Nasty Plot.

We've already seen the Grass and Water starter's second stage in a leak regarding the anime before we even saw the first forms.

All adding Normal does is give a Fighting weakness to gain a Ghost immunity.

Why are you assuming it would have bad stats without an evo? Loads of no evo pokemon have good stats. Look at Hera, Aerodactyl, Rotom, and Skarmory.

If it is a Pachu evo you can't get it main game.

Since we can't get old pokemon main game that's understandable. I want to see the different colors. And it's clear winter=white.

This is true. But for in game it isn't that bad. Plus it's not like it hurts.

Because every one wants to see them.

I actually don't mind that at all. Most of my favourites are either impossible to get before finishing the game (Metagross and Gliscor come to mind), or suck in-game anyways (Gen 3 Flygon).

Probably...

And I'm curious to see how they make the green and orange versions not look ugly or weird.

I've honestly never seen anyone use a non-Double Team stat boosting move in-game.

Also, I would proceed to bring up how the space used for that upgrade could have been better spent on something else (like making Water Sport and Mud Sport NOT be completely worthless), but we'll have to see how everything turns out.

I did a crappy paint over of the image and it doesn't look bad.

I've used Dragon Dance and Growth. Growth because it was early game, but ended up being very helpful.

How much space is it? It really isn't much.

More revealed:

"Seasons" change every month, as opposed to the way real seasons work. This was a smart move, not making people wait so long that they abuse the clock instead. This, of course, changes the landscape color of Isshu, and means three sets of seasons per year.

Shikijika's Winter color is Brown.

Aloe, the African-American who was revealed on Tuesday, is a Gym Leader.

You guys really don't need to repeat everything that's been posted on Serebii or Filb. If people are too lazy to check it out, don't bother yourselves with that stuff.

A lot of new abilities, which is what I like. Still want to know what Reshiram's and Zekrom's abilities do, but we can infer.

GROWTH IS FINALLY USEFUL. Too bad the majority of Pokemon that get it (as of now) are specially-based.

i repeat what the site says because i feel like and i the fact i needed something to do.

anyways same here with zekrom's ability

some new updates but these are the 2 that got me:

Tm's do not disappear after use O.o so now they can be use multiple times it sounds like.

Vicitini: If knocked out it will re-appear straight away. O.o heres another weird thing.

so i am assuming from what this says i can battle vicitini as many times as i want?

This is big news. Especially TMs since it lets you make competitive teams with that much less of a need to hack.

Other big news is Vap get Hydration. Sturdy is now Focus Sash.

Do we have any other news on the dream world? From the looks of it it is where you get old pokemon.

TMs not being used up only once is a good thing after the storyline, but beforehand, it makes for a really easy game. If you can use multiple copies of EQ or Ice Beam, the game is essentially broken. :/

Sturdy isn't like a Focus Sash, I'm assuming. If Skarmory with Sturdy was to activate and be at 1 HP, and then Roost twice to be at full health, I'm sure the ability would come back into play. Or maybe it'd have to switch out and back in for the ability to come back into play.

You can use items in wireless battles? Ugh.

No berries in the overworld? Ugh.

I'm not really liking most of these small changes, but in the big picture, Gen V should be fairly good. I just... items? Items in wireless battles? Imagine killing a Vaporeon (who now gets a second good ability <_<) and having your opponent using a Revive and Wishing up again. I know you can Revive, too, but... Stall will reign supreme, I'm assuming. Well, competitive battles will ban items, but still.

Let's hope some crappy Pokemon get good abilities in the Dream World. <3
