I wanna know what the rat with the fin on its head is supposed to be.

Anybody wanna guess what second type of the starter evos could be' date=' if you think they'll get one. None of them seem anything other than pure Grass/Fire/Water. But then, so did Charmeleon till it grew wings.

@Sixty3Zero: Not a dragon, but it might grow wings.

I want to thing that the pig will become part ground. IDK why, but I just think that.

Water might become Ice since that is the most common Water combo and we've never had a starter with it. Sadly, that would be a bad thing.

I have to agree that the Grass starter becoming a Dragon is possible.

In the 2nd picture on Serebii, it shows the silhouette of the girl standing next to Reshiram (Pokemon Black)

The first shows the girl having darker skin then Jessie and James.

Leave it to Nintendo to put the only black character in the pokemon universe in Pokemon Black.

No, I'm talking about the Ghost-typer user Elite Four member from 3rd gen.

It also confirms that the order in which your Pokemon are in during Triple Battles will help determine the damage calculations for attacks that hit multiple Pokemon.

Triple battles might not be so bad.

...what?

That would just confuse things even more, unless I'm taking that incorrectly.

If you're on the left, you can only attack Pokemon on the left and middle. If you're on the right, right and middle. If you're in the middle, moves like EQ become stronger. Telekinesis prevents your Pokemon from being hit from moves like Surf and EQ (that you use).

The more they explain, the more fun of a concept it seems.

Yeah, the 3v3 metagame is going to suck really badly. I don't mind doing 3v3 battles in-game, since you are usually faster than everything and will OHKO, but in the competitive scheme, you have a bunch of shit to keep track of. What if you have a Zapdos on your far left and the opponent has a Brelook on their far right? You can't hit it with Thunderbolt (Heat Wave is a bad example, in this case)? That is just stupid. Whatever.

Oh yeah, forgot. You have an option to move your Pokemon. So if you have something on the left but want it on the right, you can move it. I don't know if it wastes a turn though.

If it was only the far left and far rights that couldn't hit each other, I wouldn't mind, it would be because of distance if it was irl; it's just doubles with an extra column of Pokemon. Centres should be able to hit all opposing Pokemon while corner Pokemon could only hit the opposite Pokemon and the centre Pokemon.
